Abstract

Population for this study were all participants in class X SMA in Anyer. While the sample for this study were students of class X-IIS 2 at SMAN in Anyer who were selected using the incidental technique. Assessment of the increase in students' learning interest after the application of the problem base learning model assisted by media tracker in learning activities, is carried out through the provision of questionnaires. The data obtained after the students answered the questionnaire. The results showed that the application of the problem-based learning model assisted by the media tracker can improve students' literacy skills, especially in terms of interpreting graphs that affect students' learning interest. This is because the application of the problem base learning model in learning activities causes students to be involved in investigative activities which give them the advantage of acquiring scientific abilities, helping develop students' abilities to conduct experiments and to get used to using experimental facts in deciding solutions to everyday problems. Abstract

Dusun Gamelan in Sleman, an area with significant agricultural potential, faces challenges in food security, particularly in bean sprout production. To address these challenges, this study aims to develop the SERA MAKARYA technology (Automatic Watering System Using Solar Cells) based on Arduino Nano, which can enhance food security for bean sprouts in the region. This is a Research and Development study involving two expert validators from the agricultural sector, namely an agricultural lecturer and the agricultural service office. The research instruments cover four assessment aspects: design, performance, reliability, and innovation, along with feedback from the validators. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics. The results show that the SERA MAKARYA technology received a feasibility rating of 4.40 (very good) in the design aspect, 3.70 (good) in performance, 4.00 (good) in reliability, and 4.40 (very good) in innovation. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of Arduino Nano technology with a solar power system, which has not been widely applied locally in automatic watering technology for bean sprouts. Thus, this technology is deemed feasible for implementation in Dusun Gamelan and has the potential to support sustainable food security improvements. The use of Arduino Nano integrated with solar power in the automatic watering system is a new innovation in the local agricultural sector, particularly in bean sprout production, offering an efficient and sustainable solution.

Abstract

The process of measuring uric acid, cholesterol and blood sugar levels is generally carried out using invasive methods or by injuring parts of the body to take blood samples. The invasive method requires 3 different tools to determine blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid levels. In this study, measurements were carried out using non-invasive methods or without injuring body parts based on the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT). This tool is equipped with a Liquid Crystal Display and a Web server application to display the measurement results. This research aims to measure uric acid, cholesterol, blood sugar levels and oxygen saturation which is carried out using red LED light emitting on a sensor attached to the finger. The output value from the sensor in the form of voltage is processed on the Arduino NodeMCU ESP 32 to be converted into bits and calculations are carried out to obtain the values for uric acid, cholesterol, blood sugar levels and oxygen saturation. The measured value will then be sent to Firebase so that it can be displayed on the Web server application and LCD which is used for disease mapping in an area and assisting doctors' monitoring. The advantage of the invasive method in this study shows that this tool can be used for non-invasive early screening of cardiovascular disease with its sensor which can provide information on glucose, uric acid and cholesterol levels in the blood with an average accuracy percentage of 93.8% by comparing with invasive methods. The use of the Internet of Medical Things as a data transmission method for online use does not require human-to-human interaction.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the relationship between the concepts of state, position, and momentum in Quantum Mechanics and the mathematical objects in the study of Functional Analysis. The relationship between functional analysis and quantum mechanics is that if there is the notion of state space, momentum and position, then the relationship with functional analysis is that the state space forms a Hilbert space and momentum and position are seen as operators in the Hilbert space. The method used in this research is a literature review, which conducts a comprehensive review of literature, including textbooks and journals on functional analysis, operator theory, Hilbert spaces, and quantum mechanics. The results and conclusions of this study reveal that the state in Quantum Mechanics forms a class of all sets of square-integrable functions, represented by , which possesses the structure of a complex Hilbert space. Furthermore, Position and momentum in Quantum Mechanics are represented as self-adjoint linear operators on  L2, a complex Hilbert space of square-integrable functions.

Abstract

Culture-based education serves as a pivotal approach to managing student diversity by integrating cultural and social dynamics into the curriculum. Despite the recognized benefits of Ethno-STEAM, existing instruments rarely capture critical thinking within culturally contextualized science learning, revealing a clear gap in both research and practice. This study aims to develop and validate a critical thinking assessment instrument for Ethno-STEAM-based Integrated Science learning. Employing a Research and Development (R&D) design, the study involved 150 Physics Science education students. The ADDIE model guided the process, starting with a needs analysis through interviews and classroom observations, followed by iterative stages of design, development, pilot implementation, and evaluation. Instrument feasibility was assessed through validity, reliability, differentiability, and difficulty tests. The resulting 14-item instrument received expert ratings of 3.775 (material) and 3.804 (media), categorised as excellent. It demonstrated strong internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.91), with 12 of 15 items (80%) meeting validity criteria (r > 0.195). Items 7, 10, and 15 were invalid due to lower coefficients. This instrument offers educators a culturally responsive tool to evaluate and enhance students’ critical thinking in Physics Science classrooms
