Abstract

The influence of the image on the existence of nation branding is very important to the decision of ASEAN tourists who want to visit Indonesia, especially at Lake Toba in Samosir. This study aims to determine the effect of nation branding strategy on tourists who want to visit Lake Toba, especially seen from the Occupancy hotel that has been visited. The method of this research uses descriptive qualitative. From the research results obtained by using an independent variable, namely nation branding consisting of people, torurism, cuture, heritage and for the dependent variable, the decision of tourists visiting. From the results obtained through the validity test for people the value of r is 0.444, for r tourism is 0.444, for culture r is 0.474 and for culture r is 0.568. From the results above it can be interpreted that it is valid, where if the value of validates r each question is greater than 0.361 so it can be concluded the results of the variables obtained are valid.

Abstract

The qualified lecturers have good abilities in accordance with their respective fields (competent), motivation, innovative, high work discipline and support by reliable management, physical environment and good organizational culture. Cultural values of good performance supported the creation of good quality performance. Supported by the achievement of Innovation, Detail, Focus on Results, Focus on Team, Aggressiveness, and Stability that must be possessed by lecturers to create quality performance. This research uses a quantitative design with a causal and interactive suppressor between Cultural Values of Performance (X) and the Quality of Lecturer Performance (Y). The results of this reseach prove the existence of a causal and interactive relationship between these two variables, which is expressed through the results of data analysis using the SPSS 23 analysis program to determine between the culture value of performance and the quality of lecturer performance.

Abstract

This study predicts how much the impact of return on equity, return on assets, and net profit on the PT will be affected simultaneously or partly. Gudang Garam Tbk. Gudang Garam, the equity return component has a positive and negligible impact on the return on assets, and the return on assets component has a net and negligible impact on the yield. Margins have distorted and negligible effects on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze and identify the effect of the service quality and satisfaction variables toward customer loyalty. the data collection method used in this researchi uses the survey method with questionnaires. This research population is the customers of Indosat Unlimited in Depok. From the results of the analysis, it shows that the service quality significantly influences the customer loyalty, proven by the t significant value of 0.000 smaller that α 0.05 with the coefficient of 2.537. Quality of service has a significant effect on the customer loyalty ishown by the t significant value 0.000 less than 0.05. service quality and satisfaction significantly influence the customer loyalty shown by F value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 and are able contribute to the customer loyalty variables of 0.504 or 51.7%. the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other variables that are not analized in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Occupational Health and Safety, workload, and physical work environment for employee performance PT. Arwana Citra Mulia Tbk. In this research, there are four variables named Occupational Health and Safety (X1), Workload (X2), physical work environment (X3), and employee performance (Y). This study involved 50 samples of production division employees at PT. Arwana Citra Mulia Tbk. This study uses data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, questionnaires. In this research, data analysis methods that were used are descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test, t test using SPSS calculations. The results of this study show that: (1) Occupational Health and Safety do not have positive and significant impact on employee performance (2) Workload does not have negative and significant impact on employee performance (3) physical work environment does have positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), this research intends to examine the factors that affect Islamic banks' adoption of Fintech in Makassar City. Surveys and questionnaires filled out by a randomly selected sample of users of Fintech are being used for the study. According to the analyses conducted, there is a positive relationship between trust and intent, trust and usefulness, trust and perceived convenience, trust and attitude, knowledge and intent, knowledge and usefulness, knowledge and perceived ease, knowledge and perceived attitude, perceived usefulness and intent, perceived usefulness and intent, and perceived usefulness and perceived attitude. Users of BSI Makassar report a positive correlation between increased risk and increased intent, increased risk and increased perceived usefulness, increased risk and increased perceived convenience, and increased risk and increased attitude.

Abstract

The research team at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Executor (UP3) in Makassar Selatan set out to measure the effectiveness of motivation in boosting worker productivity. Quantitative methods are employed in this study. All 182 people now employed at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Selatan constitute the research population. The slovin method was used to select a sample size of 65 respondents. Primary data, collected from the responses to the survey, is used for this analysis. Data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression, t tests, f tests, and the coefficient of determination test in addition to a descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test for normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, and hypothesis testing. Employees at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Executor (UP3) in Makassar Selatan were shown to benefit from both internal and external motivation, according to the findings of this study. Furthermore, the study's findings demonstrate that both internal and external motivation have a substantial impact on performance at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Executor (UP3) Makassar Selatan.

Abstract

The study's goal is to examine the impact of organizational motivation and commitment on productivity at the Makassar Multi Key Store. All 30 employees at the Multi Key Store in Makassar make up the population for this study. The census sampling method is used to ensure that a representative cross-section of the population is included. Primary data, collected from the results of respondents' surveys, is utilised. Descriptive statistics, tests of validity and reliability, tests of normality and multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, and tests of hypotheses by means of multiple linear regression and the t test, the f test, and the determination coefficient are all part of the data analysis process. The findings of this study indicate, at least in part, that the motivation and dedication of each organization significantly and positively affect the performance of employees at the Makassar Multi Key Store. The study's findings reveal that both intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment have a substantial impact on productivity at Toko Multi Kunci Makasssar.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of social media and investor sentiment on the market reaction of the retail sector in Indonesia. Content analysis determines investor sentiment obtained from social media. Information related to the 2019 Indonesian presidential election was used for content analysis. The study results provide evidence that the information available on social media and online investor sentiment have a positive effect on the market reaction of the retail sector in Indonesia. This study also supports the use of signal theory to explain the effect of information available on social media on the capital market in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze leverage on firm value and the moderating role of management ownership variables in the influence of leverage on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2020. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. . The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling with the criteria of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period, with the total number of shares owned by the company's management above 1% of all outstanding shares so that the sample is 162. To see the type of moderation then used two equation models, so that the regression model equation. The data was processed with SPSS'26 software. The result of the research is that leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Management ownership is proven to moderate the effect of leverage on firm value. The existence of management ownership in its interaction with leverage and firm value is a pure moderator
