Abstract

This research investigates the correlation between social media marketing and self-concept on brand awareness, brand image, and brand loyalty among Generation Y and Z in the Muslim Creator Class, an online course that creates content based on Islamic values. The research employs a quantitative approach with convenience sampling, resulting in 290 samples. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was carried out with the assistance of AMOS 26 Graphics software. The main findings reveal that social media marketing significantly correlates with brand awareness, brand image, and brand loyalty. A novel discovery in this research shows that social media marketing is significantly positively related to self-concept. Brand awareness has a significant positive association with brand loyalty, while self-concept does not significantly influence brand image, and brand image has a significant negative impact on brand loyalty. The implications of this research are relevant for companies like Muslim Creator Class to strategically utilize positive and value-aligned social media marketing to target Generation Y and Z, presenting inspirational, educational content that aligns with Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Islamic spirituality and Islamic-based organizational culture on employee affective commitment in the context of Islamic philanthropic organizations in Indonesia. This research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection through online questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used to identify the relationship between variables of Islamic spirituality in the workplace, Islamic organizational culture, and affective commitment. The total research sample amounted to 135 employees from 12 Islamic philanthropic organizations in Indonesia. From these findings, it can be concluded that Islamic philanthropic organizations in Indonesia can strengthen employees' affective commitment by considering the application of Islamic spiritual values in the workplace and building an organizational culture that is in accordance with Islamic principles. By creating a work environment that supports both of these factors, organizations can foster stronger emotional bonds between employees and the organization and advance their philanthropic goals more effectively.

Abstract

The goal of the Traveloka Travel Friends Bandung campaign is to increase demand for Traveloka's lodgings through the use of social media channels like TikTok. However, the content that the Traveloka Travel Friends Bandung group shares via TikTok's For You Page (FYP) function is not perfect in terms of reaching international visitors. To assess where things are now, we use the SOSTAC method, which stands for "Situation Analysis; Objectives; Strategy; Tactics; Action; and Control." According to the data, the Traveloka Travel Friends campaign has successfully penetrated the local market. The data provides clear evidence of this, showing a range value of 97-100% with Indonesian origins. However, statistics show that only 2% of viewers come from Malaysia, making this initiative less than ideal in terms of efficiently engaging an international audience. This research uses a business model canvas to outline a strategy for increasing domestic and international visitors to Bandung. In this research, we lay out several development strategies for maximising these possibilities. All content will have English subtitles, an activity programme called "Wara Wiri Bandung" will be launched, and joint activities will be planned with other organisations.
