<![CDATA[This article or writing aims to provide an effective understanding of the analysis of the performance of public services in Kecandran Village, Siomukti District, the problem is focused on a more in-depth analysis of public service activities in Kecandran Village and examine the form of responsiveness carried out by employees and related parties in the service. In order to approach this problem, Nicholas Henry's theoretical reference is used (in Suwitri, 2011), Carl Van Horn dan Donal Van Meter, 1975. The data were collected through descriptive research methods through field observations, primary and secondary data and interviews, and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that it is necessary to conduct research related to the analysis of the performance of public services at the Kecandran sub-district office, Sidomukti District which is more in-depth on human resources and responsiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[This research and development aim to present the results of the analysis of the need for media development for learning in vocational schools on exterior lights system materials. In this research, the needs analysis has referred to: (1) vocational schools are obliged to prepare students with relevant competencies to fill the needs of prospective workers in the world of work or industry; (2) The new world of work demands a higher level of thinking and skills (3) The problem of learning exterior lights system materials that are theoretical; (4) Media required in the practice of exterior lights system. This research uses a series of unstructured observation methods, open question questionnaires, as well as unstructured interviews in gathering information in the field. The result of this study is: (1) Unstructured observation results are the discovery of the problem that 70% of the daily test results of exterior lights system materials of grade XI Electrical Avionic students under the minimum completion criteria (below the grade of 75). (2) The results of the open question questionnaire are the majority of students (96%) students need practice through learning media so that learning outcomes can be improved so as to achieve minimum completion criteria. (3) The results of unstructured interviews to subject teachers are in line with the results of the questionnaire i.e. teachers are still teaching with powerpoint media and lecture methods because there is no learning medium for practical students. The conclusion of this study is that students and teachers need media for practical activities. Therefore, this research and development was conducted to research and develop the media practice material exterior lights system.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between learning outcomes with student learning creativity. This research was carried out in SD Negeri 118401 Pinang Awan in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The population is all students of class IV as many as 70 students consisting of 2 classes, class A and class B which are 35 students each. All populations are sampled. Class A as an experimental class one and class B experimental class two. The instruments used were tests and learning motivation questionnaires. The test instruments consisted of 11 items multiple choices and 42 items in the questionnaire. The study used a quasi-quasi-experimental method (Quasi Experiment Design). Data analysis techniques used the t-test at a significant level É‘ = 0.05.The results of the research analysis is a relationship between learning outcomes with student learning creativity seen from Sig. (2-tailed) 0.011 <0.05. The conclusion that students use the modified free experimental method is better than the science learning outcomes of students using the guided experimental method. Whereas the creativity that is taught using the modified free method and the guided experimental method is low.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine strategies in improving the 12 year compulsory education. This research was conducted to obtain information related to government support in the implementation of 12 year compulsory education in Demak district. This includes understanding the factors that cause children to drop out of school from internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are due to the lack of family income and the low level of parental education. External factors are caused by environmental factors. Based on the descriptive qualitative approach this research was carried out in Demak Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation and literature study. The results showed that government support for the implementation of the 12 year compulsory education in Demak Regency with the provision of "let's go back to school" starting from primary education to senior secondary education is given to economically disadvantaged students in order to increase student participation in school.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this paper is to review and analyze legal provisions in the case of a decision on a debtor's bankruptcy statement against creditors, to review and analyze legal remedies that can be taken by creditors in the event that the debtor's asset value has not been able to pay off debts to creditors and To review and analyze the legal consequences of bankruptcy statements by debtors in the Decision of the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court Number 12 / PAILIT / 2012 in conjunction with the Decision of the Supreme Court No.443K / Pdt. Sus / 2012. This type of research is normative legal research. Data analysis is the process of organizing and sorting data into categories and basic description units, so that themes are found and work hypotheses can be formulated, as suggested by the data. The data analysis was done qualitatively. With associated research objectives. The results showed that the legal provisions in the stipulation of a decision on a debtor bankruptcy statement against creditors are regulated in Law Number 37 of 2004, namely in article 2 paragraph (1), which explains that the requirements for filing a bankruptcy application are two or more creditors and have not paid off the minimum debt. against one creditor and the debt is due. Legal remedies that can be taken by creditors in the event that the value of the debtor's assets has not been able to pay off the debt to the creditor is to bankrupt the new business of the debtor if the debtor is still in default and does not pay off the debt even though it has been collected properly before.]]>

<![CDATA[Traffic problems are one of the problems on a national scale that develop in tune with the development of society. The problem faced today is the high number of traffic accidents on the highway. This study aims to determine the accountability and legal policies in an effort to overcome the perpetrators of traffic accidents that resulted in the death of the victim at the Humbang Hasundutan Police Traffic Unit. The research method used is normative or doctrinal juridical legal research as library research or document study, which has descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the law against perpetrators of traffic accidents resulting in the death of the victim is regulated in Article 359 of the Criminal Code, Article 106 paragraph (2), Article 229, Article 310 paragraphs 1 to 4 and Article 312 of the Law. No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation and Government Regulation Number 37 of 2017 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation Safety. Legal policy in an effort to overcome the crime of traffic accidents that resulted in the death of the victim at the Humbang Hasundutan Sat.Lantas Police carried out penal and non-penal where accountability is carried out by applying imprisonment as regulated in Article 310 paragraph (4) of Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Kreasso's activities as an effort to maintain traditional arts in the era of globalization. This research is a qualitative research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman analysis which consisted of 3 stages: (1) Data Reduction, (2) Data Display, and (3) Conclusion Drawing/ verification. This study uses the Structural-Functional theory proposed by Alfred Reginald Radcliffe Brown. The results of this study indicate that the existence of Kreasso's activities is able to grow students' dignity and concern for the social environment, especially traditional arts. This is evidenced by the participation of students who play an active role in the structural units of Kreasso's activities. Apart from that, it cannot be separated from the existence of activity actors, such as the Surakarta City Education Office as the person in charge of Kreasso activities; the Kreasso committee which generally consists of several divisions with different functions or roles, the teacher acts as a companion to the students; students act as participants with different assignments depending on the policies and authorities of each school. Each of them finds out how it works according to the function or role according to the position and position that cooperates with one another.]]>

To simplify the registration/management of business activity licenses, for example, the purpose of this study is to determine the background of OSS registration for MSMEs in Indonesia and its implementation in Indonesia. This research is normative legal research. Normative legal research is research that discusses legal aspects, by conducting library research that is oriented towards applicable laws and regulations. Registration is the registration of businesses and/or activities by Business Actors through OSS. Business Actors as referred to in Article 6 of Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 shall register for business activities by accessing the OSS page as stipulated in Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the economic sector, especially the banking sector in obtaining debt repayments from debtors. To obtain debt repayment from a defaulting debtor, it can be done by selling debt guarantees that have been tied with Mortgage Rights. This study aims to examine and analyze the legal rules, mechanisms and obstacles faced in the implementation of the Mortgage Execution auction through the internet media during the Covid-19 pandemic based on the ITE law. This study uses a normative juridical legal research method with a historical, explanatory and synchronization legal approach using primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials then data analysis is carried out qualitatively. The results of the study show that the auction of Mortgage executions through the internet media during the Covid-19 pandemic based on the ITE law at the Medan KPKNL has been carried out based on applicable law and the resulting auction minutes are valid authentic deeds. However, it is still necessary to improve both in terms of regulations and support systems so that auctions via the internet can be carried out effectively, transparently, accountable, fair, and guarantee legal certainty.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the success of the culinary business. Judging from the Characteristics and Knowledge of Entrepreneurship in the Penyet Chicken culinary business, the research was conducted in several locations of the Ayam Penyet culinary business in Medan Tembung and Medan Perjuangan districts. When the research was conducted from August 2020 to September 2020 the number of samples in this study were 35 respondents with Characteristics Variables (X1), which had a positive and significant effect on business success, this was seen from the significant value (0.034) <0.05 and the t value (2.225 )> t table (1,988), meaning that even though the knowledge variable is increased by one unit (unit), the success of the Penyet Chicken Culinary business (Y) will increase by 0.424 units (units). Knowledge variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on business success, this can be seen from the significant value (0.041) <0.05 and the t value (2.132)> t table (1.988) means that if the characteristic variable is increased by one unit (unit) then the success of the Penyet Chicken Culinary business (Y) will increase by 0.530 units (units). The results of the F test show that the Entrepreneurial Characteristics and Entrepreneurial Knowledge simultaneously have a significant effect on the Success of Penyet Chicken Culinary Business.]]>
