Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of providing teacher professional allowances in improving teacher competence at SMP Negeri 1 Rantau Selatan Labuhanbatu Regency in 2019. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. . And then, for the sample used with the key person method as many as 14 people, namely principals and teachers who have been certified. The technique of collecting data uses the method of observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis technique used is the data analysis method, which is called data triangulation according to Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The provision of Teacher Professional Allowance (TPA) funds at SMP Negeri 1 Rantau Selatan has been effective and the provision of TPA funds for teachers is used as best as possible to be used to improve teacher quality so that they are more competent both in the pedagogical and professional fields ; and (2) the factors that influence the provision of the Teacher Professional Allowance to increase teacher pedagogical and professional competence, namely because the government wants to help the welfare of teachers in order to improve teacher competence both in pedagogic and professional in accordance with the development of science and technology.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between organizational commitment and organizational culture with Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Santo Nicholas School Medan. The hypotheses propose that there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational commitment and organizational culture with Organizational Citizenship Behavior on educators and education staff at the Santo Nicholas School Medan. The population in this research are 40 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis is using multiple regression analysis. Research results are: 1. There is a significant correlation between organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is indicated by the coefficient value of 0.554 with the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and Ha statement is accepted with correlation is enough. 2. There is a significant correlation between organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is indicated by the coefficient value of 0.535 with the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and Ha statement is accepted with correlation is enough. 3. There is a significant correlation between organizational commitment and organizational culture with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is indicated by the value of coefficient R = 0.628 with a value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and the Ha statement is accepted with correlation is strong. The total effective contribution of organizational commitment and organizational culture with Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 36.7% and it stated to be low.

Abstract

This study aims to to produce the teaching material planning learning social studies based scientific approach and engetahui student assessment against teaching book learning scientifiec approach planning based social studies. The development of the teaching material learning social studies approach planning based scientific research methods have research and development (R & D). The use of a method of R & D so that yield the product in the form of the teaching material planning learning social studies based scientific approach. A method of R & D that will be used referring to ten steps the theory Borg and Gall.  The results of research and discussion on, that teaching materials scientifiec approach planning based on social class obtains a judgment very reasonable from the review the matter, media experts review, and a review of a linguist. In addition, the teaching materials scientifiec approach planning based on social class was tested a small group has given assessments of 9 students were attending a course planning learning social class in the study tadris social class obtains a judgment very reasonable for use. So based on this research writer can conclude that the development planning teaching materials based on social class scientifiec approach should be used.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the regulation and application of the law on the importation of swallow's nests; and Quarantine investigator strategies to maximize the implementation of quarantine regulations. The research method used in this study is normative juridical with a case approach and legislation with data collection techniques, namely documentation studies and interviews with descriptive data analysis. This study shows the results that the regulation of the entry of Swallow's Nest refers to Law no. 21 of 2019 concerning Animal, Fish and Plant Quarantine and Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 26 of 2020 concerning Animal Quarantine Measures Against the Importation or Exportation of Swallow's Nests To and From Within the Territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. In its application, there are problems, namely the sentence to the defendant is only 4 months and a fine of 6 million rupiah which is considered too low when compared to the threat of Article 86 of Law no. 21 of 2019 which is 10 years and a fine of 10 billion. Juridical efforts to maximize the application of quarantine regulations are recommended to immediately issue derivative regulations such as Government Regulations, increase the status of Quarantine UPT at least to the level of Balai and create special functions for vigilance.

Abstract

This article or article aims to analyze the effect of the quality of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and credit risk on foreign banking profit in Indonesia. The data collected through observations from 2016 to 2020 collected from the annual good corporate governance report and annual report published through the website of each bank and analyzed quantitatively using secondary data with purposive sampling, then the sample of this study amounted to 23 foreign banks. The analytical method used to test the hypothesis in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews version 10. The review concluded that simultaneously the Quality of Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and credit risk (NPL) has a simultaneous effect on profitability (ROA). Partially, credit risk variable (NPL) are negative and significant to profitability (ROA), while good corporate governance (GCG) has a negative but insignificant effect on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

Among the types of fintech that are growing rapidly in Indonesia at this time are peer-to-peer lending fintechs, technology-based money-borrowing fintechs through peer-to-peer lending services have advantages, namely simple requirements and a fast process compared to borrowing and borrowing. money to banking institutions. In addition to conventional peer to peer lending fintech services, there are also sharia peer to peer lending fintech services. This study aims to identify and analyze the differences between conventional peer to peer lending fintech and sharia peer to peer lending fintech and how to apply sharia principles in sharia peer to peer lending fintech. So that it can guarantee the Indonesian people, whose residents are generally Muslim, will the halal products offered. The differences between sharia peer to peer lending fintech and conventional peer to peer lending fintech include: First, from the regulatory aspect that governs it, Second, the existence of a Sharia Supervisory Board in sharia fintech, Third, in the working mechanism between conventional fintech and sharia fintech which makes the difference of course with the existence of sharia principles. And fourth, in practice, in sharia fintech generally the loans provided are productive and more varied. Meanwhile, in its application, sharia peer to peer lending fintech is in accordance with the Fatwa of the MUI National Sharia Council No. 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018. in the working mechanism between conventional fintech and sharia fintech, the difference is of course with the existence of sharia principles. Abstract

This paper aims to describe and analyze the function of pantun in tundang art in the Malay community in Mempawah Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study are rhymes in Tundang art obtained from informants, namely the Mempawah Malay community who know the intricacies of rhymes in tundang art and analyzed based on the function of rhymes in the lives of the Malay people of West Kalimantan. Data collection techniques used in this research are documentary study techniques and direct communication techniques. The results showed that the pantun in Tundang art in the Mempawah Malay Society of West Kalimantan serves as a tool to 1) educate because in the Tundang art poem in the Mempawah Malay Society of West Kalimantan there is advice to always be grateful, work together, have a sense of unity, and must always act. good; 2) disclose the customs including the marriage customs of the Mempawah Malay community; 3) entertaining because the rhymes in tundang art use instrument music to accompany the rhyme chants which function to make it more beautiful so that the audience feels entertained; 4) delivery of social criticism because rhymes in tundang art include social criticism for the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Correlations of Self-Confidence and Social Support with the Anxiety of Students of Master of Psychology Medan Area University in completing the thesis. This research is quantitative research Ex post pacto Correlational. The research population is a Master of Psychology student at Medan Area University who experienced anxiety in completing a thesis as many as 55 people. By using the Total Sampling Technique (the entire population becomes a sample of research). Data collection techniques are carried out on a scale (Self-Confidence, Social Support and Anxiety). The data analysis technique in this study is multiple regression analysis. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it is known that the first hypothesis there is a significant negative relationship between Self-confidence and Anxiety, judging from the value of the determinant coefficient (R) = -0.602, contribution of 36.2%. The second hypothesis is that there is a significant negative relationship between social support and anxiety in view of the value of the determinant coefficient (R) = -0.631, a contribution of 39.8%. And the third hypothesis shows that there is a significant negative relationship between Self-Confidence and Social Support with Anxiety judging by the value of the determinant coefficient (R) = -0.659 contributing 43.4%. Based on the results of the third study the hypothesis is acceptable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between conflict and character in Indonesia, and Pancasila as a source of character for conflict resolution. As the largest pluralistic country in the world, Indonesia cannot be separated from conflict. History records many identity conflicts caused by ethnic conflicts, religious and racial differences, conflicts between groups, and increasingly strong ideological wars. This research method uses literature study. The resulting literature studies are sourced from books, articles, which are relevant to conflict, interaction, character. The results of this study are (1) conflict is caused by the intersection of character needs and interests; (2) the character of the conflict includes the attitudes, emotions, and habits of various people. Therefore, the effort that must be done is to revitalize the practice of Pancasila values. Pancasila as a spiritual value (the highest cosmos), as well as a moral value, must be implemented in everyday life, with the aim of preventing and resolving conflicts in the present and in the future.

Abstract

This article aims to find out and analyze the effectiveness the non-cash payment method program uses the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) on Suroboyo Bus. Suroboyo Bus was first launched in 2018 using plastic bottle waste as a payment method, but since the statute of Surabaya’s Major through Peraturan Walikota Number 56 Year 2021, there has been a change in the status of the Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pengelolaan Transportasi Umum (UPTD PTU) which is the implementing unit of Suroboyo Bus under the Dinas Perhubungan Kota Surabaya has become a Badan Layanan Umum Daerah(BLUD), making Suroboyo Bus financial management more flexible, making it possible to use non-cash payment methods using QRIS. The problem is focused on using QRIS as a non-cash payment method on Suroboyo Bus. In order to approach this problem is using the theory program’s effectiveness by Budiani, which consists of 1. The accuracy of program targets; 2. Program socialization; 3. Program Objectives; and 4. Program Monitoring. The data were collected through interviews, observations and documentation and analyzed with qualitative methods. This study concludes that the use of QRIS is quite effective, but the public's interest in using QRIS is still low so it needs to be socialized and adjusted to the conditions of the society.
