The purpose of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of employee performance in improving administrative services at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Batu Bara Regency. To analyze the efforts and barriers to the effectiveness of employee performance in improving administrative services at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Batu Bara Regency. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative where this research focuses on the process, description of the analysis, which aims to find out about the effectiveness of employee performance in improving administrative services at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Batu Bara Regency. The results of the study show that the ineffective and efficient performance of employees in the general department in the distribution of correspondence results in sluggish performance and delays in the process of an organization in regional apparatus. In terms of administrative services, it still shows that the administrative services for distributing correspondence within the Regional Secretary are carried out by General Section employees. So that the apparatus only responds mediocrely in the form of administrative services both responsibly, communication and responsively, not so well received.

This study aims to determine the completeness of student learning outcomes after using the cooperative learning model Type Students Team Achievement Division (STAD); achievement of learning objectives; description of the implementation of learning, student responses, and average student learning outcomes and whether the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning model is effective for improving student learning outcomes in Civics subjects material Values of Pancasila. This type of research is Classroom Action which is carried out in 2 cycles. The results of the study after using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative model showed that (1) student learning outcomes were classically complete; (2) the achievement of specific learning objectives has been completed; (3) The implementation of learning is categorized as good; (4) Student responses have positive criteria; (5) Student learning outcomes increase. So that it is known that the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model is effective in improving the learning outcomes of class X SMA SMA Cerdas Bangsa Delitua in the subject of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) material for Pancasila Values.

This paper aims to find out how DW Documentary frames the meaning and perpetrators of “zero tolerance” which is considered at threat in Indonesia trough journalistic work in the form of the documentary film, Indonesia: Diversity under Threat. The problem is focused on how to frame the media in presenting the film. To approach this problem, the theoretical basis of Peter L. Berger & Thomas Luckmann is used, namely the social construction of reality which is innovated into the social construction of mass media and the theory of Pamela J. Shoemaker & Stephen D. Reese, namely the theory of the hierarchy of influence. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. The data were collected through observation techniques, namely in depth observations and analyzed through framing analysis of the Zhongdang pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki model. This study concludes that DW Documentary frames the meaning of “zero tolerance” as the biggest threat to the Indonesian state, namely religious intolerance and corruption. In terms of religious intolerance, the media through the choice of words, statements, and quotes frame the label for a populist Muslim community. In this case, the media specializes in conservative Islam, through Syariah law which is considered to discriminate against minority communities, contrary to human rights and feminism. The perpetrators of intolerance were discussed with fundamentalist and radicals with violence, injustice, and does not accept differences or called intolerance.

This study aims to improve readiness to continue their studies to higher education through group guidance for class XI students of SMKN 3 Karang Baru. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the type of class action research (Class Action Research). This research model refers to Kemmis and McTaggart. The subjects of this study were 31 students in one virtual class. The object of this research is the readiness to continue their studies to university. Data collection methods used are scale, observation and interviews. The instruments used are the scale of readiness to continue their studies to college, observation guidelines and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data tabulation based on the results of the action and is described in the form of sentences and concrete data. This research was carried out in one cycle with five stages of action, namely giving study program and college reference assignments, small group discussions, expository followed by class discussions, problem solving techniques and class discussions. The results of the study show that group guidance can increase readiness to continue their studies to college. This increase can be seen from the comparison of pre test results which show the medium readiness category with an average score of 30.41 and the post test results are in the high category with an average score of 37.90, an increase of 15.6% from the condition before the action was taken. The improvement can be seen from the results of observations and interviews with students which show an increase in students' ability to explain the reasons for choosing study programs and universities, increasing students' abilities in preparing activity schedules, increasing students' abilities in recognizing and formulating options for solving learning problems and improving aspects of learning. -other aspects of readiness.

The objective of this research is to find out how the implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 18 of 2020 concerning the Implementation Regulation of Government Regulation Number 13 of 2019 concerning Reports and Evaluation of the Implementation of Local Government carried out by Pangkalpinang City Government in 2020, the supporting and hindering factors in the implementation. The research focused on preparing reports based on government policies using the implementation theory of George Edwards III. Data collecting through document analysis, interviews, and observations using a qualitative approach. Based on the findings in the field, the implementation of Policy for Preparing Regional Government Implementation Reports for 2020 in Pangkalpinang City Government has not gone well. Inhibiting factors include a not yet optimal communication between the central government and local governments in delivering policy information, inadequate quantity of human resources to prepare various kinds of reports, uneven supporting facilities for the preparation of LPPD in each regional agency , a not yet optimal commitment of several regional agencies to meeting data and documents needed to improve the quality of Key Performance Indicators (IKK), the lack of coordination among regional agencies in data fulfillment, and the unavailability of a Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). Supporting factors include good communication between the Secretariat Team and drafting officers, the quality of human resources in terms of education, high commitment of the Secretariat Team, which is chaired by the Regional Secretary, and drafting officers.

This article aims to provide an understanding of the analysis of narcotics crime from the perspective of the economic of crime from the perpetrators point of view and to provide suggestions on how to model the prosecution of narcotics criminals from the perspective of the economic of crime. The problem is focused on the perspective of the perpetrator against the consideration of costs and benefits in narcotics crimes. To approach this problem, references are used, namely the rational choice theory from Becker, the deterrence theory from Beccaria, and the principle of utilitarianism from Bentham. The data were collected through library research and field studies, namely interviews and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study state that the market situation for methamphetamine in Central Java Province provides benefits to perpetrators, with small capital generating large profits. Actors are not exposed to market risk but legal risk. Therefore, the distribution is carried out in small packages and the sales system is in a mineed or addressed mode so that it is safe and disconnected. This study concludes that the perpetrators have assessed the costs and benefits so that the model for overcoming narcotics crime from the perspective of the economic of crime which is analyzed with consideration of costs and benefits from the perspective of the perpetrators in committing crimes in the jurisdiction of Central Java is carried out in two ways, namely repressive and preventive.

The purpose of this study is to see: Relationship Readiness To Changes And Organizational Support with Work Stress in Civil Servants Of The Information Service Kutacane Southeast Aceh. This study was conducted on 99 civil servants with total sampling techniques. Data retrieval by scale method is the scale of readiness to changes, the scale of organizational support and the scale of work stress. Analyze data using Multiple Regression. The results showed; 1.There is a very significant relationship between readiness to change and organizational support with work stress. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted. 2. There is a very significant negative relationship between readiness to changes and work stress. This means that the higher the readiness to changes, the lower the work stress. 3. There is a very significant negative relationship between organizational support and work stress. This means that the higher the organization's support, the lower the work stress. variable readiness to changes and organizational support contributed to work stress by 32.4%. Separately, readiness for change contributed 20.8% to high low work stress, while organizational support contributed 19.8% to high low work stress. From these results, it is known that there are still 67.6% influence of other variables on work stress, where other factors in this study are not seen, including factors of working conditions, ambiguity, interpersonal factors, career development and organizational structure.

This article aims to examine the relationship between religiosity and parental interaction with the moral development of students at State Senior High School 20 Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach with the analysis technique of Multiple Regression Analysis. Obtaining sampling using random sampling obtained a sample of 186 people. Data collection techniques used three scales, namely the scale of religiosity, parental interaction, and moral development. This study concludes that (1) there is a significant positive correlation between religiosity and moral development where r_xy= 0.590 with p = 0.000, the coefficient r^2=0.348, which means that religiosity contributes 34.8% to form moral development. (2) there is a significant positive correlation between parental interaction and moral development where r_xy = 0.731 with p = 0.000 means p < 0.050, the coefficient of determinant (r^2) r^2 = 0.535 which means parent interaction contributes 53.5% to form moral development.

This study aims to determine the relationship between authoritative parenting and intellectual intelligence with self-regulated learning in students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Medan. The population is 562 students and the sampling technique is using purposive sampling technique. the research sample is 115 students. The measuring instrument used is the authoritative parenting scale, the intellectual intelligence test, namely the SPM and the self-regulated learning scale. Data analysis technique in this research is using multiple regression analysis technique. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between authoritative parenting and self-regulated learning. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient (rx1y) of = 0.574 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, thus it can be concluded that the better the authoritative parenting pattern, the better the self-regulated learning. There is a significant relationship between intellectual intelligence and self-regulated learning. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient of (rx2y) = 0.818 with p = 0.001 < 0.050, thus it can be concluded that the better intellectual intelligence, the better self-regulated learning. There is a significant relationship between authoritative parenting and intellectual intelligence with self-regulated learning in students. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient (rx1x2y) = 0.843 p = 0.000 < 0.050, thus it can be concluded that authoritative parenting and intellectual intelligence together affect self-regulated learning. Furthermore, seen from the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) of authoritative parenting and intellectual intelligence with self-regulated learning is equal to = 0.771 this shows that authoritative parenting and intellectual intelligence contribute effectively or contribute to self-regulated learning by 77.1%. Therefore, there is still a contribution of 28.9% of the influence of other factors that can be investigated by further researchers.

This study aimed to determine how the arrangement of the Kipas Chandani dance worked. The problem was focused on the arrangement of the dance through the construction method I and construction method II. To approach this problem, the theoretical reference from Jacqueline Smith 1985 in Ben Suharto's translation book entitled Dance Composition: A Practical Guide for Teachers was used. The data were collected through the creative process of practical dance arrangement and recording of dance scripts all through the process of construction methods I and II and qualitatively been analyzed. This study concluded that the arrangement of the Chandani Fan dance worked as a new creation dance material at the University of PGRI Palembang through the construction method I and construction method II with the result that the concept contained in the Chandani Fan dance was A visualization of today’s woman figure with all their life activities. The display was packaged in the form of masculine and feminine movements. In certain parts the movement pattern was made wider in order to create a masculine impression, while for the feminine movement pattern is manifested in soft, light, continuous and regular movements.
