Abstract

Para ulama sepakat memenuhi kebutuhan nafkah istri merupakan suatu kewajiban dalam Islam, walaupun masih terjadi silang pendapat mengenai standar nafkah yang layak. Kelalaian dalam memberi nafkah menjadi hutang dan Istri dapat mengajukan fasahk nikah ke pengadilan. Namun Islam menganjurkan setiap nafkah yang diberikan itu harus bersumber dari sesuatu yang halal. Lalu bagaimana hukum nafkah yang diberikan dari penjualan barang haram? Dalam penelitian ini ingin mengkaji lebih dalam bagaimana pandangan tokoh ulama Kota Lhokseumawe tentang hukum menafkahi istri dari hasil penjualan barang haram. Dalam kajian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sebagai bahan primer dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil penelitian lapangan berupa wawancara dengan sepuluh orang informan yang berlokasi di Kota Lhokseumawe. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pandangan tokoh ulama Kota Lhokseumawe tentang hukum menafkahi istri dari hasil penjualan barang haram adalah haram. Namun terkait kewajiban yang dilakukan suami, para tokoh ulama Kota Lhokseumawe berbeda pendapat tentang status nafkah tersebut. Dari sepuluh (10) informan yang diwawancarai, ada lima (5) yang mengatakan gugur kewajiban suami, dan terdapat lima (5) ulama yang mengatakan tidak gugur kewajiban suami dengan berbagai argumen yang mereka kemukakan. Sedangkan dalam hukum Islam hukum nafkah yang diberikan adalah haram karena cara mendapatkannya dari usaha yang haram. Dalam masalah kewajiban suami dapat dikatakan tidak gugur karena nafkah hukumnya wajib maka memakan yang halal juga wajib, dari saling keterikatan antara dua hal yang wajib ini maka member nafkah yang halal dan baik pun hukumnya wajib.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the influence of information technology, business experience, and competence on financial management in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Langsa City. A total of 30 respondents, who are MSME entrepreneurs on Teuku Umar Street in Langsa City, were selected as the research sample. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The research results yielded the following regression equation: Y = 0.888 + 0.318X1 + 0.272 X2 + 0.274 X3. The findings indicate that when information technology, business experience, and competence are considered constant, financial management reaches a value of 0.888. Furthermore, all three independent variables collectively have a significant positive impact on financial management, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.713. This means that approximately 71.3% of the variation in financial management is explained by the tested variables: information technology, business experience, and competence, while about 28.7% is attributed to other factors not covered in this article. The results of partial hypothesis testing indicate that information technology, business experience, and competence individually have a significant influence on the financial management of MSMEs in Langsa City. The F-test also suggests that all three variables simultaneously have a significant impact on the financial management of MSMEs in Langsa City.

Abstract

Jual beli online telah menjadi fenomena yang mendominasi perdagangan modern seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi. Fenomena ini menghadirkan peran signifikan dari marketplace sebagai pihak ketiga yang berfungsi sebagai perantara transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli. Dalam konteks ini, transaksi online melibatkan platform-platform marketplace yang menyediakan wadah bagi pelaku jual beli, terutama dalam model consumer to consumer (C2C). Salah satu aspek penting yang dibahas adalah peran marketplace dalam transaksi dengan sistem pre-order, yang menjadi salah satu bentuk transaksi populer dalam ekosistem jual beli online. Penelitian ini mengulas aspek keabsahan transaksi, perlindungan hukum untuk konsumen, dan tanggung jawab marketplace, dengan fokus khusus pada analisis kasus pada situs belanja online Shopee Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif dengan analisis deskriptif, menggabungkan peraturan perundang-undangan dan teori hukum sebagai kerangka kerja penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana keberadaan marketplace sebagai pihak ketiga memengaruhi dinamika jual beli online, serta memberikan pemahaman tentang isu-isu keabsahan transaksi, perlindungan hukum, dan tanggung jawab yang terkait dengan marketplace dalam ekosistem jual beli online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan tamu di Restoran Hotel Grand Arkenso Semarang. Studi ini dilakukan mengikuti pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel independen (kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan) dengan variabel dependen (kepuasan tamu). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 133 tamu yang menginap selama satu bulan terakhir di hotel tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki dampak yang lebih signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu dibandingkan dengan kualitas produk. Meskipun kualitas produk juga memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan, kombinasi antara kualitas produk yang baik dan layanan yang prima dapat menciptakan pengalaman yang memuaskan bagi tamu. Studi ini juga menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam manajemen hotel dan restoran, di mana manajemen perlu mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek seperti harga yang kompetitif, fasilitas yang memadai, promosi yang efektif, dan tentunya kualitas produk dan layanan yang konsisten. Dengan memahami preferensi dan ekspektasi tamu serta konteks industri perhotelan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan terintegrasi dan komprehensif diperlukan untuk memastikan pengalaman tamu yang optimal dan memuaskan di Restoran Hotel Grand Arkenso Semarang serta industri perhotelan secara umum.

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the emerging issues in the regulation of online gaming in Indonesia. Specifically, it focuses on the regulatory violation claim case that has been filed by MPL Indonesia against the regulations issued by PBESI, which governs the Implementation of Esports Activities in Indonesia based on PBESI Regulation No: 034/PB-ESI/B/VI/2021. To approach this issue, we adopt the theoretical framework of crisis communication. The data we use in this research is collected through qualitative analysis methods, specifically Qualitative Content Analysis (QCA). Our data sources come from various scientific references and related literature. The results of our analysis show that the regulatory violation claim filed by MPL Indonesia cannot be upheld based on existing empirical evidence. Therefore, we argue that it is necessary to review the claim and resolve it based on crisis communication principles that emphasize the importance of clear messaging, consistency, and transparency. Thus, it is hoped that it can avoid protracted polemics and harm the Mobile Legends Community: Bangbang Community and the esports industry as a whole.

Abstract

The use of technological devices has brought changes in learning methods and strategies in the last decade. This article aims to describe a general overview of what educators have done in dealing with learning in the digital era in the last five years. The method used in this study is a literature review, namely by examining the results of 38 reports about learning using digital technology published in journals and proceedings between 2018 and 2023. Based on the results, several important aspects regarding learning in the digital era were found, namely from the perspective of various learning activity results in the last five years. The findings of this study show that digital-based teaching is not just about optimizing technology or the internet in developing students' thinking potential but is also related to developing students' attitudes, behavior, and personality. Apart from that, collaboration between educators and students is also important to maximize the impact of technology on learning. With the right approach, technology can become a powerful tool in achieving educational goals and allows its use to be tailored to students' needs.

Abstract

This article analyzes economic cooperation between China and Indonesia during the era of President Joko Widodo's administration in the context of Foreign Direct Investment. In the investment sector, China occupies the top three positions together with Singapore and Hong Kong as countries with the largest levels of foreign investment in Indonesia. The focus of the research includes President Jokowi's economic policy towards FDI, forms of economic cooperation between the two countries and the socio-political impact of Chinese investment in Indonesia based on the benefit principle. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data from various scientific literature, government policies and the latest press reports and analyzing it based on secondary data to describe the development of economic cooperation between China and Indonesia during the Joko Widodo government era. Joko Widodo's government has implemented economic policies to obtain capital. The One Stop Structured Service System and the “3 Hour Investment Permit” policy are significant steps. Even though there has been economic improvement, there are challenges from trade imbalances and investment problems, so regulatory policies are needed. This study concludes that Indonesia is able to improve its economy by contributing to establishing bilateral relations, as well as providing a positive impact on improving the quality of technology through Chinese FDI.

Abstract

The main focus of this article is to explore the wealth of wisdom encapsulated in the proverb "Nai Ngalis Tuka Ngengga," which is ingrained in the culture of Hambor Manggarai. The goal of this writing is to make the local wisdom of Nai Ngalis Tuka Ngengga in the Hambor Manggarai culture a philosophical study to enhance the awareness of Indonesian society in living and interpreting their being in the midst of the community, particularly in embracing a narrative of peace. The concept of authenticity by Martin Heidegger emphasizes how Dasein, which is the human being aware of its existence in the world, plays a role in this context. In the exposition on authenticity, authentic Dasein becomes the answer to human forgetfulness of its existence in the world. In this context, "Being" describes the wisdom of the Manggarai people in understanding and embracing the Hambor culture in their daily lives. The research methodology used in this study is qualitative research with a literature review approach. The research findings indicate that the proverbial wisdom in embracing Hambor culture represents authentic consciousness in the community's celebration of the narrative of peace. This research contributes to addressing the conflicts present in society today, such as identity politics, conflicts related to the construction of places of worship, and widespread human rights violations due to a lack of understanding of the meaning of Hambor culture.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak signifikan bagi ekonomi dunia. Terkhusus di Padang, penjahit Kelurahan Purus menjadi salah yang paling terdampak. Berdasarkan kategori usaha penjahit purus digolongkan sebagai penjahit kecil dan menengah. Pertanyaannya bagaimana perkembangan usaha jahit dan strategi eksistensi penjahit pasca pendemi Covid-19.metode penelitian menggunakan Deskriptif Kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan kajian pustaka dan data dari lapangan sebagai pendukung. Studi kepustakaan pada Kelurahan Purus, Perpustakaan UNP dan data internet. Wawancara dilakukan dengan pihak kelurahan, penjahit, tim ahli dan masyarakat sekitar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah di Kelurahan Purus terdapat kurang lebih 30 orang penjahit. Usaha jahitan pasca pandemic Covid-19 mengalami perkembangan yang lambat. Maka dari itu, para penjahit menggunakan strategi investasi biologis, strategi suksesif, strategi edukatif, dan strategi investasi ekonomi untuk menjaga eksistensi mereka. Pasca pandemic Covid-19 para penjahit Purus secara perlahan telah mulai mendapatkan kekuatan ekonomi mereka kembali.

Abstract

Currently, technology is being used in political campaigns on social media. The 2024 Legislative Election has provided the latest color in the current campaign situation, this was also carried out by one of the legislative candidates from Bengkulu City, Dempo Xler. Generation Z had a big impact on the 2024 elections. This study aims to find out how Dempo Xler's social media political strategy is to win the Z generic vote in the 2024 election. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. This study uses interviews and observations as research instruments. The results showed the strategy carried out by Dempo Xler in gaining Gen Z votes by forming personal branding and conducting persuasive communication. The strategy has a positive impact and response from Gen Z in Bengkulu City, both support, suggestions, and constructive criticism so that later this can help in achieving goals in the 2024 election. This research concludes that Dempo Xler makes social media in line with the correlation of personal branding and persuasive communication as a form of perfection in political campaign strategies to get Generation Z votes in the 2024 election.
