Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penyelesaian sengketa merek yang berkaitan dengan pewarisan, dengan studi kasus Putusan Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Medan No. 5/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Merek/2019/PN.Niaga.Mdn. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini mencakup pengaturan peralihan hak atas merek dikarenakan pewarisan, pelaksanaan peralihan hak atas merek obat gosok/minyak urut “Nurhayati”, dan analisis penyelesaian sengketa berdasarkan putusan Pengadilan Niaga terkait merek tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analisis. Sumber data utama adalah Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Merek dan Indikasi Geografis, Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia RI No. 67 Tahun 2016 tentang Pendaftaran Merek, serta putusan Pengadilan Niaga terkait. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan deduktif-induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan peralihan hak atas merek memberikan kepastian hukum dan pelindungan hukum yang memadai bagi ahli waris, asalkan prosedur administratif yang ditetapkan diikuti dengan benar. Studi kasus menunjukkan pentingnya pencatatan pengalihan hak untuk mendapatkan pelindungan hukum.

Abstract

Legal aid for underprivileged communities is important to protect and enforce human rights. This effort aims to recognize and respect individual rights by providing free legal services by advocates to underprivileged clients. This study explores the role of legal aid in the enforcement of human rights and justice in Indonesia. Qualitative methods with a conceptual approach are used to analyze legal substance, relying on secondary and tertiary data. It is important to understand the challenges in access to justice, even though human rights protection and constitutional rights are already in place. The implementation of legal aid still faces challenges that require improvement so that fair and effective access can be fulfilled for all individuals, especially those in need. This research aims to strengthen the concept of legal aid to ensure better protection of human rights.

Abstract

Indonesia has a variety of cultural arts, one of which is a wealth of traditional dance arts that are spread across various regions in Indonesia and it is important to bring them closer to the current generation through dance lessons at school which can help instill a sense of love for the country in students. The importance of instilling a sense of love for the homeland helps them shape the character of national identity, maintain local wisdom, strengthen their sense of nationalism, defend the country, motivation to study, and their desire to serve the Indonesian nation, including students studying in Indonesian schools such as the Indonesian school in The Hague, Netherlands. This research aims to obtain data and descriptions of learning outcomes to introduce traditional Indonesian dance to students at the Indonesian Middle School in The Hague, Netherlands through dance subjects using the Project Based Learning learning model so that it can instill the character of love for the country in students. This research was carried out using classroom action research through three main stages, namely: pre-action, action, and post-action with a total of 10 students. Research data was obtained by observation, interviews and action tests. Research data was analyzed based on a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that there are positive changes from the Project Based Learning learning model towards learning dance subjects to instill a sense of love for the country, students can create creative dance work as the final result of the project assignment given. By implementing the Project Based Learning model, students' knowledge increases so they can become more familiar with traditional dance arts in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang model pelatihan dan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan serta implementasinya terkait perencanaan, proses, dan hasil pembelajaran pelatihan gerak dasar tari pada anak usia dini di Padepokan Surya Medal Putera Wirahma. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah terkait model pelatihan tari yang digunakan pelatih kepada siswa kelas pemula. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode deskriftif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pembelajaran tarif di sekolah nonformal memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan anak. Pembelajaran tari juga dapat melatih motorik kasar dan halus bagi anak usia dini. Padepokan Surya Medal Putera Wirahma merupakan salah satu sekolah nonformal yang menyediakan pembelajaran khususnya tari untuk anak usia dini. Padepokan Surya Medal Putera Wirahma memiliki perencanaan pembelajaran gerak dasar tari pada siswa kelas pemula yaitu dengan mempelajari Tari Tandur yang merupakan kumpulan beberapa gerak dasar tari tradisional. Pemilihan materi awal berdampak besar bagi kemampuan siswa dari segi gerak dan hafalan gerak. Selain untuk mengembangkan minat dan bakat belajar tari juga dapat melatih perkembangan motorik anak usia dini

Abstract

Media sosial memiliki peran dalam pertukaran informasi, sarana hiburan, dan penunjang kegiatan sehari-hari. Namun, akses yang begitu mudah seringkali membuat penggunanya selalu ingin terlibat dengan media sosial, terutama bagi yang haus akan update informasi dan merasa kesepian. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fear of missing out dan loneliness terhadap problematic social media use pada dewasa awal di Karawang. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling insidental. Jumlah subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 387 dewasa awal berusia 18-40 tahun. Pengumpulan data menggunakan alat ukur fear of missing out scale, UCLA loneliness scale versi 3, dan social media use questionnaire. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.0 for windows. Nilai signifikansi dari hasil uji T dan uji F mendapat nilai <0,05. Maka, baik secara parsial maupun simultan fear of missing out dan loneliness berpengaruh terhadap problematic social media use. Peranan positif yang diberikan sebesar 42,3%. Artinya, seseorang yang takut tertinggal informasi melalui media sosial dan merasa kesepian, cenderung memiliki perilaku penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan sampai mengganggu kehidupan sosial dan kesejahteraan psikologisnya. Perilaku ini lebih rentan dialami perempuan, usia 18-25 tahun, dan mahasiswa, maka sebaiknya kegiatan yang melibatkan media sosial dapat dikontrol dan membangun relasi sosial sehat di lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of tourist attraction and facilities on tourist satisfaction and its effect on revisit intention in Kota Lama Semarang. A quantitative approach with survey methods and statistical data analysis was employed to identify the relationships between these variables. The findings indicate that tourist attraction and facilities positively influence revisit intention, with tourist satisfaction serving as a significant intervening variable. Enhancements in tourist attractions, such as themed events and performances, and improvements in facilities, such as establishing supermarkets and increasing visitor comfort, were found to boost tourist satisfaction and subsequently, revisit intention. Tourist satisfaction emerged as the dominant factor influencing the decision to revisit. Based on these findings, it is recommended to organize more engaging events, improve supporting facilities, and provide comfortable dining areas as strategies to attract and retain tourist interest. Implementation and evaluation of these recommendations can be conducted through visit data analysis and tourist satisfaction surveys to assess the effectiveness of the applied strategies.

Abstract

Public speaking anxiety is a prevalent issue among students. This study aims to explore the prevalence of public speaking anxiety and self-efficacy among students. Additionally, researchers examined the impact of self-efficacy on public speaking anxiety. Employing a quantitative survey method, this study included 109 students selected through convenience sampling. Hypothesis testing was conducted using simple linear regression. Descriptive analysis revealed that public speaking anxiety was rated in the low category, while self-efficacy was in the medium category. Results from hypothesis testing demonstrated a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and student anxiety during public speaking. This suggests that higher levels of self-efficacy correlate with reduced communication anxiety, and conversely. The implications of this study are vital for addressing and managing public speaking anxiety among students in higher education institutions through guidance and counseling services. Counselors can develop specific interventions to enhance students' self-efficacy, enabling them to better manage and effectively overcome public speaking anxiety

Abstract

This article aims to examine the influence of the Catholic Church's mission on the disappearance of the ‘kayau’ tradition among the Dayak tribe in West Kalimantan. The problem is focussed on how the teachings and activities of the Catholic Church have influenced cultural change in the Dayak society, particularly in the context of reducing or eliminating violent practices such as ‘kayau’ or head hunting. In order to approach this problem, theoretical reference used is Franz Boas' theory of cultural change, which emphasises the influence of external factors and cultural interactions. emphasises the influence of external factors and cultural interaction. Data were collected through desk research, including literature from scientific journals, books and other sources, and analysed qualitatively, and other sources, and were analysed qualitatively. This research concludes that the mission of the Catholic Church in West Kalimantan succeeded in changing Dayak Dayak culture, especially abolishing the kayau tradition, by promoting peace, love, and respect for life. Abstract

Employees as the key holders of organizational success are expected to be able to play an active role in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to obtain information about the relationship between work meaningfulness and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The approach used is quantitative correlation with collection through a Google Form-based questionnaire. The psychological scale of this study is based on the theory of work meaningfulness by Andrea Veltman (2016) and OCB by Dennis W. Organ (2006). The method used is simple random sampling on 149 permanent employees with a minimum working period of 2 years and still actively working at PT. X Gresik City. A total of 30 employees were used to test the validity and reliability of the measuring instrument. Data analysis was carried out by Pearson Product Moment correlation test using IBM SPSS version 25.0. The results showed a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05) which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between variables with a correlation coefficient of 0.782 (r=0.782). This study shows the results that the higher the work meaningfulness, the organizational citizenship behavior shown by employees will be higher, and vice versa. This research is expected to show the importance of work meaningfulness to increase employee engagement in the organization. This involvement can be realized through training, forming a positive work environment and meeting employee needs.

Abstract

This article or writing aims to analyze the legal protection of personal data for banking customer services and analyze the resolution of the problem of leakage and protection of customer data after the enactment of financial services authority regulation (POJK) Number 6/Pojk.O7/2022. The problem focuses on the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations and the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). Data was collected using a normative approach, using primary (laws, regulations), secondary (legal literature), and tertiary (legal encyclopedia) legal materials, and analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that the protection of banking customers' personal data in Indonesia has increased with the existence of POJK Number 6/POJK.07/2022 and Law Number 27 of 2022, which emphasize transparency, transparency and data security. Banking institutions must comply with the provisions and sanctions if they violate them, with the OJK playing an important role in supervision. In addition, resolving data leaks involves assessing losses and can be done through mediation, arbitration or litigation. Compliance with regulations and principles of legal justice is expected to minimize negative impacts and maintain public trust.
