Abstract

Making learning media supported by Google sites for Theme 4, Sub Theme 1, Learning 1 material is the purpose of this research. Borg and Gall's development research used nine of the ten development steps, including potential problems, data collection, design, design validation, design revision, initial trial, product revision, trial use, and product revision. Quantitative data was obtained from the results of validator product evaluations and teacher and student responses to the media practicability questionnaire. Validators, teachers, and students provided suggestions and notes that became the source of qualitative data. Interview guidelines, questionnaires, and documentation are examples of research tools. The results of the assessment by media and material experts are used to determine the feasibility level of a learning media, while the teacher and student assessments are used to determine the practicality level of a learning media. The average media expert validation score of 4.4 which meets the criteria of "very valid" puts the product in the "very feasible" category for use in the field. The material expert validation results get an average of 4.2 with the criteria "very valid" which means the product is included in the "very feasible" category for use in the field. The results of the evaluation of the practicality of learning media by small groups obtained an average of 3.31 with the criteria "very practical". The results of the evaluation of the practicality of learning media by large groups obtained an average of 3.39 with the criteria "very practical". The media obtained an average score of 3.78 with the criteria of "very practical" according to the teacher's assessment of its practicality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of validity and practicality of the chemistry learning module which was developed as teaching material for Sekolah Penggerak especially for salt hydrolysis material. This learning module is structured using the problem-based learning model, as a solution that is being faced by teachers in the Kurikulum Merdeka to carry out problem-based learning. The research method used is development with the Plomp model developed by Tjeerd. The stages of this development research consisted of initial investigations, prototype design and assessment, with the type of data used namely primary data collected through validation and practicality instruments. Module validation data was obtained from 3 chemistry lecturers at UNP and 2 chemistry teachers at SMAN 15 Padang, while the practicality data for the module came from 2 chemistry teachers at SMAN 15 Padang and 20 Phase F students at SMAN 15 Padang. The results of research on module development obtained an average value of Aikens'v validity of 0.86 with a valid category, while the results of module practicality by teachers obtained an average percentage of 92% with a very practical category and the average result of the practicality percentage by students was 91% in the very practical category. Based on the results found and also the one to one evaluation that was carried out before, it can be concluded that this chemistry module can already be used in the implementation of learning for Sekolah Penggerak. This learning module is expected to be one of the solutions for teachers to carry out learning in accordance with the demands of the Kurikulum Merdeka in Sekolah Penggerak to create students who are creative, independent and think critically.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze how students are disciplined in learning PAI in grade 5, including how students are disciplined in learning PAI, what are the factors that influence student discipline in learning PAI, as well as how teachers instill student discipline in learning PAI. The method used by researchers in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at UNP Laboratory Development Elementary School. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the discipline of students in learning PAI in class V could not be said to be disciplined, because some students still violated disciplinary rules in the classroom and school regulations, among the indiscipline carried out by students, namely often being late for school, going in and out of class when learning is still going on, not doing homework, and not paying attention to learning. Factors that influence student discipline in learning PAI can be seen from 2 factors, namely internal factors there are some students whose interest and motivation are lacking in learning PAI in class V, then the environment where they live also has a bad effect on students. And the teacher's way of instilling student discipline in PAI learning is that the teacher pays less attention and rewords so that students are less enthusiastic about matters related to PAI learning, besides that the teacher also doesn'

Abstract

Education plays an important role in improving the quality of Human Resources and aims to make people who are virtuous, knowledgeable, and dignified. The implementation of science learning at SDN Kampung Melayu III is still less attractive because it only uses media such as textbooks, modules, and worksheets, so there is a need for the development of learning media to improve learning outcomes. This study uses the R&D method to produce new products or improve existing ones by considering certain aspects. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation, conducted in October 2022 involving subject matter and media experts, third-grade teachers, as well as small and large groups of class III A at SDN Kampung Melayu III, Teluknaga District, Tangerang Regency. This study develops monopoly-based problem-based learning science learning media. This study includes six validation stages and three field trial stages, with results showing that monopoly media is effective in improving students' ability in science learning and can be used as a fun learning resource. In science learning at SDN Kampung Melayu III, the use of monopoly media with problem-based learning models has been proven to significantly improve student learning outcomes and is suitable because it can help students solve problems critically and develop problem-solving skills.

Abstract

A leader elected by the people should be able to prosper the people and bring security and peace within a country. In fact, there are many figures of Indonesian leaders who have overshadowed their power to make the people miserable. The figure of such a leader should not be imitated because it disregards the values of a leader from the perspective of Islam. Therefore, political education should be given to the younger generation of elementary school students in order to form a young generation that understands the political values in Islam and how to apply them in everyday life, as well as equip the young generation as a successor to become a leader. The research is aimed at providing political learning from the perspective of Islam through comic-style learning media. This e-comic contains the stories of the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad's friends after the death of Muhammad SAW. In the story of the friends of the prophet many values of leadership in the perspective of Islam that can be enlightened by the young generation. Research Methods Using Design and Development Methods (D&D) The results of the research showed that the development of comics ECOPET (E-Comic Candidate Model Trimmer) produced a good response from students and teachers, so that e-comic was effectively applied to students in grade 6th. Through e-comics helps students to understand the attitude and character of a good leader in an Islamic perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether the use of social media TikTok is effective in increasing the learning outcomes of class VI students in subject matter of Islamic Religious Education at the Public Elementary School of 36 Lubuk Pasing, Bayang, Pesisir Selatan. Quantitative research and experimental methods are used in this study. Pre-test and post-test, as well as observation with a sample of 18 students, were used as data collection methods. After that, students were divided into two groups, with half of each group representing the experimental group and the other half representing the control group. Analytic prerequisite tests, such as normality tests and homogeneity tests, are used in data analysis techniques. The T-test or paired sample T-test is then used to test the hypothesis. The results of the research in the experimental group and the control group for the 2022/2023 academic year show that the experimental group obtained the highest score from the research analysis. This is evidenced in the 85–90 range, where there were 4 students, or 44.4%, with an average post-test of 80.56, while the control group got an average of 48.89. The consequences of the examination in the trial group after being given the treatment and the post-test were carried out to get a typical value of 80.56, which is classified as very high. A Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.05 was obtained after calculating the hypothesis test with the help of SPSS version 22 and paired sample t-tests. Therefore, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes increase and are different when using TikTok compared to students who don't. Therefore, the more various media used for learning Islamic religious education, the more likely it is to improve student learning outcomes, and students are increasingly motivated to study in order to achieve high learning outcomes.

Abstract

Beginning reading is the initial stage for students to recognize letter symbols in a simple scope. The use of appropriate media in learning can raise enthusiasm in learning to read early. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the effect of using big book media on the initial reading skills of grade I students at State Elementary School 75 West Pontianak. The method used in this study is an experimental method with the form of Experimental Quasy. The number of samples in this study was 60 students from 91 students selected using purposive sampling.techniques. In collecting research data using measurement techniques and data collection tools in research is a test in the form of a preliminary.reading.test. The data analysis used is using the mean and t-test. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) There is an influence on students' initial reading skills after being taught using big book media in grade I students of State Elementary School 75 West Pontianak; (2) There was a significant difference between the use of big.book media on.students'.initial reading skills in experimental and control classes.

Abstract

Implementation of thematic learning is carried out using conventional learning models which cause students to still have difficulty understanding lessons. To improve understanding and student learning outcomes, appropriate models and strategies are needed. The purpose of this research is to find out how the thematic learning outcomes of students apply the cooperative learning model with mind mapping. This study used an experimental method in the form of a quasi-experimental design. Sampling using purposive sampling technique was used to select 31 students from class III A as the experimental class, and 30 students from class III B as the control class. Using measurement techniques for data collection. The instrument used is in the form of multiplechoice questions of 50 questions. By using Microsoft Excel in testing the hypothesis, the tcount is 3.6422 and the ttable for the significance level (5% and dk 31+30-2+59) is 2.000. If tcount > ttable, then Ha is accepted which indicates that the cooperative learning model with mind mapping has an effect on the thematic learning outcomes of class III students at SD Negeri 39 Pontianak Kota.

Abstract

Mathematics actually plays an important role in various aspects of life. There are two influential factors in mathematics learning. This research analyzes internal factors that affect mathematics learning, namely motivation, attitude, and students' self-concept because these factors play a significant role in mathematics. This study aims to describe the motivation, attitude, and self-concept of students towards mathematics in class VA at SD Negeri 40 Pontianak Utara. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The population in this study is class VA students, and a sample of seven students was selected using random sampling technique. Data collection in this study was done through observation and interviews. In the data analysis technique, the researcher observed mathematics learning and then conducted interviews, and the results were processed and analyzed. Based on the research findings, it was found that the majority of students in class VA have a significant motivation in mathematics learning, although some other students do not have an interest in learning mathematics. The attitude of class VA students towards mathematics is also quite positive, and they believe that mathematics can help them develop, although there are still students who do not feel progress and are not interested in learning mathematics. Most of the class VA students have understood their self-concept in relation to mathematics learning.

Abstract

This study's purpose is to analyze how the SQ4R learning model has affected the reading comprehension abilities of fourth graders at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. A quasi-experimental design with an unequal control group is the sort of research methodology that was employed. All 127 pupils in Grade IV Regular at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak made up the study's sample. Because the sample utilized was a representative sample of the population, the sampling approach employed was a nonprobability sampling technique with purposeful sampling. The method of gathering the data is a measurement method. Multiple choice questions served as the research tool. The average post-test value for the experimental class was 81.75 on average, compared to 76.37 for the control class, according to the analysis of the data. Ha is accepted based on the t test calculation findings, which came out with a 2.036. The outcome is 0.5873 in the medium criterion according to the findings of the impact size calculation. The adoption of the SQ4R learning model (survey, question, read, reflect, recite, review) has a favorable impact on the reading comprehension abilities of fourth grade pupils at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak, it may be determined.
