Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji seberapa efektif Chatbot sebagai media komunikasi antara penjual dan pembeli produk skincare di marketplace Shopee. Chatbot adalah bentuk pelayanan pelanggan berupa auto reply chat. Chatbot merupakan salah satu strategi bisnis berupa CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ) yang digunakan sebagai customer service . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada pelanggan sebanyak 32 orang. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan program komputer SPSS 26 berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji regresi sederhana, uji parsial (uji t), uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji simultan (uji F).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan layanan chatbot produk perawatan kulit di marketplace shopee memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam menjamin kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk itu, bisnis atau penjual harus berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan pengalaman pelanggan agar tetap puas dan menumbuhkan loyalitas

Abstract

This research aims to measure the achievement of zakat management activities andprovide an overview of the extent of the role of the government and society or referred to asthe macro dimension as well as in the institutional perspective of zakat as well as the impactof zakat on mustahik which is included in the micro dimension, The approach used isquantitative and the methode of the National Zakat Index (IZN) as an instrument formeasuring the performance of zakat management at the Pekalongan City Baznas., Result anddiscussions: Based on the calculation results of BAZNAS Pekalongan City Permit on themacro dimension is worth in the range 0.00 – 1.00 where this index is in the good categoryand on the micro dimension is worth 0.75 this index is in the good category. So that theresults of the Aggregate BAZNAS score for Pekalongan City are 0.516., The results of thisstudy are in accordance with previous research conducted by Hidayaneu (2017) at theBandung City BAZNAS, Nadhia (2017) at the South Jakarta City BAZIS, Yunita (2017) at theYogyakarta City BAZNAS, Ulfah (2017) at the Bogor Regency BAZNAS. Conclusion: Thatvalue above illustrates the performance achievement of Pekalongan City BAZNAS zakatmanagement in the Fairly Good category the result report and the information about thefindings

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the influence of education, training, and HR development on employee performance, while the type of data used in this study is a type of quantitative research, using primary data and data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Batang-Batang Sumenep sub-district where the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the dominant variables of education, training, and development have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Minimarkets represent a critical sector within the retail industry, playing a fundamental role in fulfilling the daily requirements of consumers, amidst a persistent uptrend in sales value. Within the progressively competitive commercial environment, the comprehension of Customer Value has emerged as a pivotal element in augmenting Satisfaction, consequently fostering customer Loyalty, which stands as a crucial component of Consumer Behavior and is essential for ensuring the continuity of business operations. The principal aim of this research is to examine the influence of Customer Value on Consumer Behavior among minimarket customers in the Jabodetabek area. A total of 376 minimarket customers in Jabodetabek area were surveyed via an online questionnaire for data collection. The methodological approach utilized for data analysis involved the application of Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Customer Value factors such as Product Excellence, Service Excellence, Social Value, and Aesthetics play a crucial role in influencing customer Satisfaction. Nevertheless, the Efficiency dimension does not demonstrate a notable impact on Satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction plays a significant role in fostering customer loyalty. The conclusions drawn from this study emphasize the need for minimarket businesses to continuously assess customer satisfaction levels by leveraging Customer Value, in turn enhancing customer loyalty and nurturing more resilient links between minimarkets and consumers in the Jabodetabek region.

Abstract

This analysis tries to calculate the additional income provided by restaurant levies on the Unique Income of Malang City Province between 2018 and 2022. Graphic quantitative data is the type of research used to conduct this research. The investigation findings support the theory that income from the Malang City Restaurant Tax Revenue Contribution levy for 2018–2022 varies based on annual salary; especially in 2018 it was 15%, in 2019 it increased to 18%, in 2020 it decreased to 17%, in 2021 it became 15%, and in 2022 there was a very large increase reaching 22%. Therefore, the average annual income from restaurant levies from the Malang City Territorial Unique Pay is 17.4%, which can be assumed to be relatively or moderate.

Abstract

Tujuan studi ini yaitu menemukan dampak faktor ekonomi makro, yakni inflasi, suku bunga, nilai tukar, dan jumlah uang beredar terhadap harga saham indeks InfoBank15 periode Januari 2020-Februari 2023. Data sekunder dalam penelitian ini dihimpun melalui lembaga terpercaya seperti Badan Pusat Statistik, Bank Indonesia, dan Yahoo! Finance. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan metode linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa  harga saham indeks InfoBank15 dipengaruhi inflasi dan jumlah uang beredar secara positif, sementara nilai tukar berkorelasi negatif dengan harga saham indeks InfoBank15. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pergerakan suku bunga Indonesia selama periode penelitian tidak mampu mempengaruhi harga saham indeks InfoBank15. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan cerminan pengaruh faktor makro terhadap harga saham perbankan di masa pandemi, sehingga hasilnya mungkin berbeda di masa depan karena pandemi yang sudah mulai hilang. Maka dari itu, studi berikutnya dapat memperpanjang periode penelitian dan menambahkan variabel ekonomi makro lainnya seperti produk domestik bruto dan harga minyak dunia, untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap harga saham perbankan setelah pandemi berlalu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of servant and spiritual leadership on work engagement. Sample used was a census and the total respondents were 134 at the company Pt. Colored Cabinet in Jepara. The analytical method used in this study uses statistics utilizing the SPSS for analysis Statistics 25 application. The study's findings demonstrate the beneficial impact that spiritual leadership has on work engagement. Servant Work engagement and leadership are positively correlated. In accordance with research results, researchers provide suggestions to companies to increase supervision in work involvement and ensure and comply with company regulations.

Abstract

The distribution of government cash assistance during the pandemic for people affected by Covid-19 is aimed at easing the economic burden of the community. However, the provision of cash assistance is indicated not to be used to alleviate needs; aid funds are used to meet hedonic needs. This study determines whether the social assistance funds are consistent in meeting the needs of life or only for hedonic desires. A study was conducted on the effect of hedonic shopping and money available on impulse buying. Samples were 213 respondents. This study uses SEM PLS. The results of this research showed that hedonic shopping positively affected impulse buying. However, money available does not affect impulse buying. Positive emotion will further strengthen hedonic shopping and money available in impulse buying. This study concludes that it is not proven that cash transfer funds are used to fulfil impulse buying behaviour. However, if people with hedonic shopping and money available characters receive an in-store stimulus, they are vulnerable to impulse buying. Future research of this study is to compare impulse buying behaviour in people in big cities and small cities.

Abstract

Studying the effect of online promotions, prices, and a Korean brand ambassador on Central Lombok residents' interest in repurchasing Scarlett Whitening was the primary goal of this research. This research used a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling strategy of 100 respondents, a questionnaire as its research instrument, and SPSS for data testing. This study found that online promotion, prices, and the Korean brand ambassador had a positive and significant impact on Scarlett's whitening rebuying interest in Central Lombok by 52.7%, with the remaining 42.3% influenced by variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of slack inducing compensation schemes, self-esteem, idealism, relativism, budgetary emphasis on budgetary slack. This research was conducted in attempts to examine the factors that influence the budgetary slack based on three aspects, namely economics, psychology, and sociology. Methods: The research used in this study was a quantitative approach. The research population is structural employees of PT Pegadaian (Kupang City and Ende City). Sampling technique with stratified random sampling method. Questionnaires are used as data collection techniques. The hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis by using IBM SPSS Statistic 25.0. Result and discussions: Based on statistical analysis, it shows that slack inducing compensation schemes, relativism and budgetary emphasis have a positive effect on budgetary slack. Meanwhile, idealism has a negative effect on the budgetary slack. Last, self-esteem has no effect toward budget gap but has a positive direction on budgetary slack.
