Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji dan menganalisis lebih lanjut mengenai pembagian harta gono gini (harta bersama) yang didapat antara suami dan isteri yang telah melakukan perceraian serta penerapan asas pemisahan terhadap harta bersama berdasarkan Putusan Pengadilan Agama Bekasi Nomor 0938/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Bks. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif. Dimana penelitian ini menitikberatkan kepada peraturan perundang-undangan, buku-buku, dan literatur lain yang berkaitan. Setelah terjadinya perceraian antara Penggugat dengan Tergugat terdapat gugatan yaitu pembagian harta bersama berupa sebidang tanah dengan bangunan rumah di atasnya yang seharusnya dibagi rata antara Penggugat dengan Tergugat. Meskipun sudah sah dilakukannya perceraian, seluruh harta tersebut masih dikuasai oleh Tergugat. Karena jika Tergugat tidak juga menyerahkan hartanya secara fisik dan damai, maka akan dilakukan eksekusi lelang dengan bantuan Kantor Lelang Negara.

Abstract

Tenaga Kesehatan merupakan garda terdepan dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan memiliki risiko kecelakaan kerja yang sangat tinggi di lapangan, Sebagai ujung tombak di lapangan yang mempertaruhkan nyawa, sudah selayaknya kesejahteraan demi mendukung efektivitas pelayanan mereka dilaksanakan. Di Era 5.0 ini tenaga kesehatan dituntut untuk melek teknologi, selain itu juga harus mampu meng-update ilmu-ilmu kesehatan yang semakin hari semakin berkembang, akan tetapi sepertinya perihal tersebut sangat susah dijalankan mengingat masih terdapat kesejahteraan tenaga kesehatan di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan yang nasibnya masih memprihatinkan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi kesejahteraan sosial ditinjau dari konsep filsafat hukum, dan upaya rekonstruksi kesejahteraan sosial khususnya bagi tenaga kesehatan yang berada di Rumah Sakit.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis yang berfokus pada sosiological approach, statuta approach, dan conseptual approach dengan tipe desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Descriptive Design. Teknik pengumpulan dilakukan melalui data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis kulitatif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan itu bukan hanya dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah melainkan juga kewajiban dari diri masyarakat itu sendiri untuk mensejahterakan dirinya dan keluarganya sehingga tidak terus bergantung pada Pemerintah. Upaya rekonstruksi kesejahteraan sosial bagi tenaga kesehatan antara lain dengan: menata ulang peraturan tentang kesejahteraan sosial, menata ulang peraturan tentang ketenagakerjaan, menata ulang peraturan tentang cipta kerja, menata ulang Hospital By Laws dengan menitikberatkan pada fungsi rumah sakit, menghadirkan peraturan tentang standar upah bagi Rumah Sakit, menghadirkan organisasi khusus yang dapat memberikan pelatihan pra kerja bagi tenaga Kesehatan, menghadirkan peraturan tentang perlindungan dan kesejahteraan tenaga bagi tesehatan, menghadirkan peraturan yang mewajibkan Rumah Sakit dalam memberikan Jaminan Kesehatan dan Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja bagi seluruh karyawanya, menciptakan sistem hukum yang terstruktur, tersubstansi, dan berbudaya hukum menjadi lebih baik dan berfungsi sebagaimana harusnya, menciptakan sistem penegakkan hukum bagi Rumah Sakit yang lalai dalam memberikan perlindungan dan kesejahteraan bagi semua pihak yang berkaitan.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the role of the principal: 1) as an educator and as a manager; 2) as an administrator and supervisor; 3) as a leader, innovator and motivator; 4) analyzing leadership styles and supporting and inhibiting factors in achieving results. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Alasa, District of North Nias, using a qualitative and qualitative approach. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed: 1) the role of the principal as an educator can improve the professionalism of educators; 2) the role of the principal as a manager can manage and solve problems; 3) the role of the principal as an administrator can manage school administrative activities; 4) the role of the principal as a supervisor can oversee supervision activities; 5) the role of the principal as a leader is to communicate and create conducive conditions; 6) the role of the principal as an innovator can develop learning and create programs; 7) the role of the principal as a motivator, namely providing motivation to educators and students with a democratic leadership style, 8) supporting factors, namely human resources in this case educators and students, infrastructure and support provided by the guardians of students, while the inhibiting factor is the instability of internet power.

Abstract

Internship is a compulsory subject in the form of student work practice placement activities, to provide insight into the application of knowledge in the business / work world. Students practice their abilities and knowledge in analyzing problems related to the field of study program that occurs in the world of work / business. RSIA Dr. Djoko Pramono is a development of the Singapore Maternity Hospital, which has been serving the Karawang community since 1993. In accordance with its commitment to further improve service quality, and also meet the demands of the community, since March 7, 2007, RB Singaperbangsa officially increased its status to RSB Dr. Djoko Pramono, which is the first specialty hospital in the city of Karawang, and on February 1, 2010 became RSIA (Mother & Child Hospital). The method used in this research is descriptive and library research. Based on the results of practical work on Human Resource Planning at RSIA dr. Djoko Pramono it can be concluded that the Human Resource Planning in the company has not been implemented properly. Because there are still many employees from several work units whose number of employees is not yet effective.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the role of the family and the role of health workers at the Nanggalo Padang Health Center partially or simultaneously on adherence to drinking ODGJ. This research is using quantitative methods. The population is families and health workers at the Nanggalo Health Center, Padang City. The sample used is 94. The sampling technique is purposive sampling incidental sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using linear regression and multiple regression. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 1) the family role variable had a positive and significant effect on medication adherence of ODGJ patients with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. 2) The variable of the role of health workers at the Nanggalo Padang Health Center has a positive and significant influence on medication adherence of ODGJ patients. with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) The variables of the family role and the role of health workers at the Nanggalo Padang Health Center simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on medication adherence of ODGJ patients with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Pengembangan wisata desa merupakan tugas bagi seluruh komponen desa baik pemerintah maupun masyarakatnya. Selain pemerintah maupun masyarakat tentunya dukungan dari luar juga menjadi salah satu hal penting yang harus ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut tentang begitu banyak bantuan untuk pengembangan Embung Sedodok yang juga temasuk dalam perencanaan dalam RPJM-Des dalam rangka pengembangan Embung Sedodok. Penelitan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Manuk, Kecamatan Siman, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yakni kualitatif dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data ialah deskriptif. Tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa Pada pembangunan Embung Sedodok sejak tahun 2017 hingga saat ini masih belum dapat dikatakan maksimal. Pembangunan Embung yang kedaannya hingga saat ini masih menjadi tempat memancing serta menjadi sumber pengairan bagi sawah-sawah di Desa Manuk maupun desa yang berada di dekat kawasan Desa Manuk. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor beberapa kendala yang menyebabkan pembangunan Embung masih stagnan hingga saat ini, yakni: 1). Minimnya dana, 2). Pandemi, dan 3). Akses jalan.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to describe and analyze the development of human resources at the Mojokerto district social service office. This research is in the form of a qualitative case study or cese study. The research focus is based on the implementation of training and education in increasing employee productivity. Data collection instruments are interviews, observations at the research site and also based on documents. The length of the research is one month, the data analysis in this study was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively with the correlation coefficient formulaThe results show that Human Resource Development at the Mojokerto Regency Social Service Office is effective and optimal, this is evident in the increase in the work of employees who attend education and training every year.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the politeness strategies used by fifth semester students at UNDIKMA. The research was conducted through a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative descriptive method was used in analyzing the data because it will be explained with words, phrases, and sentences. The data based on the utterances of the fifth semester students at UNDIKMA. In collecting data, the researcher used observational and non-participatory methods, taking notes. The pragmatic identity method is applied in analyzing the data. The theory used to explain the analysis of politeness strategies is the theory of Brown and Levinson (1987). There are four politeness strategies classified by Brown and Levinson, namely Bald on Record, Positive Politeness, Negative Politeness and Off Record.The researcher found four politeness strategies used by fifth semester students at UNDIKMA. The result indicated that were Bald on Record, Positive Politeness, Negative Politeness and Off Record. The most dominant politeness strategy used was Positive Politeness. Another dominant politeness strategy used was Bald on Record, Negative Politeness and the last one is Off Record.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the marketing strategies carried out by the shopee marketplace in increasing shopping convenience and trust as well as repeat purchase decisions so that they are able to compete with the presence of the current TikTok social media application in Indonesia. In addition to the function of this application is to create interesting video content, this application can also be used as a product sales promotion tool through promotional videos. Viewed from the educational aspect, the Tiktok application can affect the mental and moral of children and adolescents, this is a polemic for parents. This research method uses quantitative methods by utilizing path analysis and Sobel test using a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool. The subjects in this study were internet users, totaling 50 respondents from factory employees in Central Java. The results show that the market strategy at Shopee has a very significant influence on the level of trust and convenience of online shopping, and is also influenced by price promotions, product quality and reviews from users can strengthen shopee's existence to date and the presence of the Tiktok application does not affect the decline. shopee loyal user intensity level.
