Abstract

Ketahanan air menjadi perhatian dunia karena dampak yang ditimbulkan akan berpengaruh pada kehidupan sosial, lingkungan hidup serta pertumbuhan ekonomi. Diperlukan adanya kebijakan akan ketahanan air agar dapat menjaga keberlanjutan pemenuhan kebutuhan air demi keberlangsungan kehidupan di masa yang akan datang. Bahasan mengenai ketahanan air sudah banyak dipublikasikan di jurnal terindeks Scopus, begitupun perihal kebijakan akan ketahanan air. Peneliti mencoba melakukan literature review terhadap artikel terindeks Scopus dengan pemetaan data meggunakan VOSviewer serta analisis matriks. Hasil Study Literature Review (SLR) menunjukkan bahwa topik riset kebijakan ketahanan air menarik untuk diteliti serta masih memiliki banyak peluang riset bagi peneliti lain. Selain itu bahasan kebijakan ketahanan air pun mendapat perhatian khusus di Indonesia karena menjadi salah satu kegiatan prioritas di RPJMN (Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional).

Abstract

As for the objectives in research on the economy of a country, economic growth is the most prominent context because it can be a benchmark for the nation's economic achievements, and this economic growth is one of the indicators of development progress because the driver of growth is international trade. As in international trade which is growing large due to cooperation carried out by various countries. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method, namely an overview of the target. The point is that the author wants to explain how the role of international trade in economic growth. International trade is trade carried out by residents of one country with residents of another country on the basis of mutual agreement. International trade carried out with export-import activities has a very important role and impact on economic growth. International trade opens up new market areas that are wider in domestic revenue sharing. A country that carries out import-export activities has comparative, competitive, and independent advantages in managing natural resources, and progress on industrialization and labor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Islamic acculturation and culture in the marriage tradition in Sumbawa Regency. The sub-problems of the subject matter are as follows: 1. How is the procession of the wedding tradition of the community in Sumbawa Regency? 2. How is Islamic Acculturation and local culture in the marriage traditions of the people in Sumbawa Regency?. The author uses a type of cultural research by using descriptive-qualitative data analysis, which is research intended to understand phenomena or events regarding traditions carried out by research subjects that produce descriptive data in the form of oral information from several people who are considered to know better, and behavior and objects observed. The research approaches used are, the Anthropological approach, the Religy Approach, and the historical approach. Furthermore, the data collection method using Field Research, the author tries to bring up the object being talked about according to the reality that occurs in society. The results of this study show that there is a synergy between constancy in customs and religious observance. In the philosophy of life of the Sumbawa people, it is known as "Adat Berenti Ko Syara‟, Syara‟ Berenti Ko Kitabullah". This means that by making adat (adat) and syara‟ (shari'a) both as the foundation of life for the Sumbawa people, this unites the functions of the two in regulating life. Furthermore, many indigenous activities have been adapted to the principle of Islam. Islam is translated into the apparatus of local life while maintaining the existing pattern and then transformed into the essence of tawhid. This research uses this local potential as a strategy to build spirituality without character. Islam in the nuances of Sumbawa customs is interpreted into values and traditions so as to form the identity of the Sumbawa people. Finally, the encounter of customs and religions in the culture of the Sumbawa people shows that there has been a dialogue and reconstructed a new culture in local nuances.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa kinerja karyawan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada konsumen yang membeli produk sepeda motor merek honda pada PT. Astra Motor Cabang Mataram. informan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dan konsumen yang membeli produk sepeda motor merek honda pada PT. Astra Motor Cabang Mataram periode tahun 2022. Metode pengumpulan data Dengan menggunakan dokumentasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) kinerja karyawan PT. Astra Motor Cabang Mataram yang terdiri dari Tingkat kerapian pekerjaan, Ketetapan waktu dalam meneyelesaikan pekerjaan, Kualitas Pekerjaan, Kuantitas Pekerjaan dan Pengetahuan Kerja sudah bagus dan mampu membuat konsumen puas. 2) Pelayanan yang diberikan terhadap para konsumen berdasarkan dimensi pelayanan termasuk ke dalam kategori pelayanan yang baik 3) Pengukuran kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan karayawan sudah dilakukan oleh pihak pimpinan PT. Astara Motor Cabang Mataram hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk : mempelajari persepsi konsumen, menyelesaikan kesenjangan, untuk memeriksa peningkatan mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, untuk menerapkan proses perbaikan berkesinambungan, Untuk mempelajari bagaimana dan apa yang harus dilakukan dengan tepat dan Peningkatan kinerja untuk peningkatan laba perusahaan.

Abstract

This paper is a reflection and meaning of the Saraswati day celebration in the midst of rapidly changing times. The occurrence of a generational change that results in a change in the way of thinking and a new way of working, demands also a quick adjustment. Speed of response is the key to success in the 21st century. Achieve success it requires another dimension besides the intellectual intelligence dimension. The dimension of social intelligence is one of the key components. Social intelligence is a person's ability to understand his environment optimally and react appropriately for social success. The point is to be able to win global competition, it is necessary to have a character that refers to aspects of social intelligence. One source of character values comes from the value of religious teachings. Hinduism has many important teachings that can be used as a reference in shaping the character of the younger generation, one of which is the teachings of Tri Parartha. This teaching describes three main attitudes and behaviors and aims to glorify others in the context of social interaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at Ta’dibul Ummah Foundation Bogor. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 56 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of the regression equation Y = 6.725 + 0.839X1, The coefficient of determination was 33.2%. Hypothesis test obtained value of t count > t table or (5,176 > 2,004). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of the regression equation Y = 15,406 + 0.658X2. The value of the coefficient of determination is 33.7%. Hypothesis test obtained value of t count > t table or (5,244> 2,004). Thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance. Organizational culture and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of the regression equation Y = 3.176 + 0.509X1 + 0.411X2. The coefficient of determination is 41.2% while the remaining 58.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount > Ftable or (18,549 > 3.172 ) Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between organizational culture and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Ta’dibul Ummah Foundation Bogor.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pada Era digitalisasi mendorong dunia sektor jasa keuangan untuk turut mendigitalisasi sistem perbankan konvensionalnya menjadi digital, dimana lahirnya berbagai Bank Digital yang bergantung kepada teknologi informasi pula yang menjadi sebab banyaknya fraud yang terjadi dan menyebabkan timbulnya kasus kerugian yang dialami oleh nasabah sehingga perlu di atur regulasi tentang perlindungan hukum terhadap nasabah atas fraud tersebut dan bentuk pengawasan pada tingkat kelayakan dan keamanan produk dan/atau layanan pada aktivitas transaksi Bank Digital serta bentuk Kepatuhan yang wajib ditaati oleh Bank Digital sebagai penyelenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis terhadap fenomena dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta dengan melakukan wawancara langsung terhadap otoritas yang berwenang pada Sektor Jasa Keuangan. Dimana sistem perlindungan hukum yang diatur adalah dengan memperhatikan aspek risiko elektronik dan penerapan pengelolaan yang meliputi tahapan Pencegahan, Deteksi dan Penanganan, serta Pemantauan. Pemantauan dengan berpedoman pada bentuk pengawasan terhadap kelayakan produk dan/atau Layanan aktivitas transaski Bank Digital yang dilakukan oleh Otoritas yang berwenang pada Sektor Jasa Keuangan dimana efektivitas perlindungan dan pengawasan dapat berlaku dengan adanya kepatuhan (Compliance) oleh Bank Digital terhadap berbagai ketentuan yang diberlakukan oleh Bank Digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pada home industry “Bakpia Latansa” di Kelurahan Sambinae Kota Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Jenis data penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pemilik usaha dan karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pada home industry “Bakpia Latansa meliputi tiga, yaitu: faktor modal, teknologi, dan faktor tenaga kerja. Ketiga faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap pendapatan usaha. Semakin banyak modal usaha, dengan didukung oleh penggunaan teknologi modern dan jumlah tenaga kerja yang memiliki kemampuan yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan jumlah barang yang diproduksi, sehingga mempengaruhi peningkatan jumlah pendapatan.

Abstract

As digitalization characterizes the education field, online learning technology has now become a priority to be tackled by all educators. Therefore, teachers’ capabilities must be upgraded to meet the ability of students in online learning. Formal, nonformal, and informal educators most likely experience the same struggle when it comes to digital competency. Thus, some lecturers of online learning communication science were conducting a year of training that is suitable for the digital capabilities needed by non-formal educators of Bimbel GKY Puri. The longitudinal study is implemented by giving pre-training questionnaires and post-training questionnaires to the educators to measure the change in their technology acceptance. Davis’ Technology Acceptance Model is adopted as the theoretical basis of this research. The result shows that there was no significant change in technological acceptance as age becomes a moderating factor which affects their perceived ease of use influence towards attitudes towards using and their behavioral intention. In the end it was also found that the change in perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has some effects on behavioral intentions and attitude towards using technology.

Abstract

This research discusses the study of semiotics in the film Red Sparrow and the form of the novel's ecranization of the film Red Sparrow. In this study, every film has semiotics and every ecranization or change of literary work such as a novel that turns into a film includes reduction, variation changes and additions which are like words in novel literature, that writing becomes a moving image in a film consisting of of the plot, characters and setting. The purpose of this study is to analyze the semiotics contained in the film and to compare the forms of ecranization in the film and the novel Red Sparrow. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The approach used is the library research approach. Data was collected by reading, watching, taking notes and analyzing documents from novels to films. The results of this study indicate that in the Red Sparrow film there are three semiotics used and in the study of ecranization from the novel to the Red Sparrow film there are changes, additions and subtractions in the film.
