Abstract

Children out of wedlock only have a civil relationship with their mother and their mother's family. To create a civil relationship with a child out of wedlock, the biological father must confess. In practice the biological father can admit it by submitting an application to the District Court. This can be seen in the determination of No. 456/Pdt/P/2020/PN Jkt Pst. The  problem posed is  how the judge's considerationin   granting the  application   for  recognition of biological fathers to illegitimate children in the determination of Number 456/Pdt.P/2020/PN.Jkt.Pst and the factors that cause extramarital custody rights are in  the biological father?. This type of research is normative legal research. Analysis of research data was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the judge's consideration in granting the application for acknowledgment of children out of wedlock is because biological fathers want to have legal standing as a father in meeting all the needs of children which are then stated in a Statement of Recognition, and the factors that cause custody of children out of  wedlock goes to the biological father, because the biological father has shown his responsibilities as a father, by paying for childbirth when a child is born out of wedlock, and is able to finance an illegitimate child to adulthood, and the mother of an illegitimate child has handed over custody of the child to the biological father as outlined in the Deed of Agreement on Rights. Parenting made in front of a Notary.

Abstract

character education in schools is influenced by the existence of teachers as role models for students, teachers do not just teach subjects, teachers should be creative in educating students. In between delivering lessons the teacher also conveys positive values and norms, so that students are not only equipped with knowledge but also manners. If parents at home are figures of noble character, teachers at school become role models. Regarding the duties and role of the teacher in character education, teachers are required to be able to provide nuances that do not just convey knowledge, but can change the behavior of students to become virtuous human beings. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with a phenomenological approach

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide practical and theoretical insights into how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) adjust and further develop entrepreneurial activities, product innovation and SME business performance in the city of Bandung. This study used quantitative methods by using questionnaires for data collection. The number of samples used was 119 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Partial least Square (PLS) is used for data processing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is implied that entrepreneurial competence has a significant effect on business performance, entrepreneurial competence has a significant effect on product innovation. However, product innovation does not have a significant effect on SME business performance.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs Desa), is a program that invites all villages in Indonesia to play an active role in village development by raising the characteristics, potential and local wisdom of each village. Based on the 18th goal of the Village SDGs, each village can express development into something more flexible according to village conditions. Such as in Corner Village, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java Province, which has a superior product in the form of Goyor Sarong. The production process still uses the traditional method, namely using a tool called ATBM (Non-Machine Loom). This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations and documentation. The study involved 14 informants, consisting of industry owners and their employees. The results showed that the Goyor Sarong Industrial Center can support the Village SDGs program because the strategies implemented by industry players in maintaining the continuity of Goyor Sarong production already include three main pillars in Sustainable Development, namely the social, economic and environmental pillars. The social pillar is shown by the existence of equal employment opportunities for the community, free weaving training, contributing to educational interests, and good cooperation between industry owners. The economic pillar is proven by maintaining the quality of production, online marketing, participating in exhibitions, and collaborating with various parties. Environmental pillars, namely using the highest quality dye medicines, providing waste shelters, striving for innovation in the use of waste from natural materials, and collaborating with factories in Pekalongan in staining warp yarns

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang kebijakan pendidikan Islam dalam perspektif manajemen dan sumber daya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian library research (penelitian kepustakaan), yaitu metode penelitian yang menggunakan sumber data pustaka seperti buku dan jurnal. Sumber data pustaka penelitian ini adalah buku dan jurnal internasional dan nasional yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan, dimulai dengan melakukan pengumpulan buku-buku dan jurnal, kemudian melakukan analisis kesesuaian topik dengan tema penelitian. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kebijakan pengembangan mutu pendidikan Islam dalam perspektif manajemen dan sumber daya dilakukan dapat dilakukan dengan: (1) perubahan paradigma pengelolaan melalui penerapan strategi manajemen mutu terpadu (Total Quality Management), yaitu strategi manajemen mutu yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan pelanggan (siswa, orangtua dan masyarakat). (2) meningkatkan kompetensi guru secara professional, terencana, terukur, dan kontinyu sesuai visi dari lembaga pendidikan. Selain itu, merubah paradigma kepemimpinan, dari bersifat eksklusif ke inklusif, yakni kepemimpinan yang terbuka terhadap dinamika perubahan. Oleh karenanya, pengembangan sumber daya kepala sekolah difokuskan pada penguasaan tiga keterampilan, yakni: technical skills, interpersonal skills, dan conceptual skills.

Abstract

Objectives–This study aims to examine and analyze the role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on intention to quit and organizational citizenship behavior. Design/Methodology - The population of this research is 74 employees of UPTD Rusunawa. The research model uses the census model. The research method is quantitative with instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression analysis. Results - job satisfaction and organizational commitment each play a significant role in intent to quit and OCB at UPTD Rusunawa Sleman. Originality – Research still needs to be done with other research objects that have the same characteristics, and this research can add references for further research.

Abstract

Lingkungan sekolah adalah lingkungan yang seharusnya nyaman dan aman bagi para peserta didik untuk belajar karena adanya guru yang mengawasih kegiatan yang dilakukan peserta didik, akan tetapi banyaknya berita atau informasi yang beredar yaitu tindakan bullying dalam kalangan peserta didik. Bullying adalah sebuh tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan pelaku kepada korban yang memiliki kekuasaan lebih atas orang lain. Hadil observasi dan wawancara kepada salah satu peserta didik di Kota Tomohon mendapatkan bahwa tindakan bullying yang dialami yaitu verbal seperti mengatai dan memberikan istilah banci kepada korban dan fisik yaitu menyoreti muka korban dengan alat tulis menulis. Para pelaku melakukan tindakan bullying karena merasa bahwa korban adalah teman dekatnya dan merasa bahwa tidak akan melakukan perlawanan karena tindakan tersebut dianggap sebagai candaan.Kata kunci: Bullying, Peserta didik, Teman Dekat, Lingkungan Sekolah

Abstract

In order to alleviate poverty, the government launched a special program called the Family Hope Program (PKH) related to this The implementation of the Family Hope Program in lanta village is based on the high number of poor households. It is hoped that the implementation of the Kelurga Harapan Program (PKH) can improve the welfare of the community in the fields of education and health. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in an effort to improve community welfare in Lanta Kecamata Lambu Village, Bima Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a location in lanta village, Lambu district, Bima regency. Data collection techniques are carried out through observations, interviews and documents with the selection of informants by purposive sampling.

Abstract

Education that takes place in the family carried out by parents as their duty and responsibility to educate in the family. The relationship between individuals in the family environment greatly affects the child's psyche and the impact will be seen until later when he reaches adulthood. A loving and conducive atmosphere for intellectual development that is successfully built in a family will make a child able to adapt to himself, his family and the surrounding community. The family as the first educational environment is very important in shaping the pattern of the child's personality, because in the family the child is first acquainted with values and norms. Family education provides basic knowledge and skills, religion and beliefs, moral values, social norms and views of life that students need to be able to play a role in the family and in society.

Abstract

Determination of Flood Preparedness Level in Cempaka Putih Barat Village, Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta City, this research is descriptive and the population in this study is people living in Cempaka Putih Barat District.  This west white cempaka village consists of 13 community units totaling 13,137 households, the number of samples taken is based on the number of affordable populations, which is 1,242 households because the human samples collected are household actors represented in household units, So this research will focus on knowledge and attitudes, emergency planning, disaster warning systems, and resource mobilization using a disaster risk reduction formula using four parameters.
