Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada seluruh profesional disekitar siswa seperti orangtua, guru dan teman sebaya tentang pentingnya mendorong motivasi siswa yang akan mempengaruhi tingkat keterlibatan siswa di sekolah. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini yakni menguji hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan keterlibatan siswa di sekolah yang dimediasi oleh motivasi berprestasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Variabel dependen (Y) yakni keterlibatan siswa diukur dengan the school engagement index. Sedangkan variabel idependen (X) yakni dukungan sosial diukur menggunakan skala child and adolescents social support (CASS). Variabel mediasi adalah motivasi berprestasi diukur denganthe Achievement Motive Scale. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan nalisis jalur. Subjek penelitian yakni siswa kelas XII Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 3 Palopo sebanyak 120 orang siswa dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik proportional sampling.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial, motivasi berprestasi dan keterlibatan siswa di sekolah. Sedangkan motivasi berprestasi tidak menjadi mediasi pada hubungan tersebut, hal tersebut dilihat dari angka hubungan langsung yang lebih besar dibandingkan hubungan tidak langsung.

Abstract

Qualitative as the "art of understanding" is passed on as the expertise of the researcher to understand the object of research with the sophisticated efforts done through the art of speaking, the art of writing and the art of presenting what has been studied, as we can find in artists that produce fine art. Understanding qualitative research methods in guidance and counseling is viewed as an art. The term understand in qualitative research is the process of grasping the meaning of a phenomenon that is the target of interpretation in a study. In the implementation of guidance and counseling services, counselor seeks to understand the meaning of the problems of the counselee with the effort to capture the meaning or meaning of problematic faced by the counselee. The art of understanding qualitative research in guidance and counseling is a deep understanding of research methods that describe the object of research through procedures and data that are non numerical to the object of research, such as verbal data, text data, content analysis techniques, conversion analysis techniques, focus groups, analysis Discourse, and phenomenology to interpret the object of service phenomenon Guidance and Counseling.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: 1) Digging information from alumni about the development of competencies needed by the labor market for curriculum improvement materials; 2) Conduct workplace tracking, work area, waiting time to get a job, first salary, current job, and other information from alumni of Andi Matappa. The tracer study design uses a sensory survey that is the target population of the study is 2015 graduated cohort with a total of 213 graduates, of whom 136 are from Guidance and Counseling and 95 from Mathematics Education. The data collection method used is the online method using QTAFI software (Question Table and Figure). The instrument used is a fully adapted Indotrace standard questionnaire that includes questions listed in the core questionnaire of Tracer Study Online Kemristekdikti. The results showed that alumni need a maximum of 5 months to get the first job after graduation and the three highest ways to get it through relationships, internet and advertising work. Amount 71% of alumni STKIP Andi Matappa work in government agencies. The majority of graduates have worked according to the field of science pursued during the study period, but need strengthening in some respects especially in the ability of foreign languages and computers so that graduates can work in accordance with the development of Science and Technology.

Abstract

Kemampuan verbal memegang peranan penting dalam perkembangan kognitif dan akademis anak. Kemampuan verbal juga mendukung pemahaman anak dalam menguasai mata pelajaran yang berimbas langsung pada kemampuan akademisnya. Model induktif kata bergambar merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang fokus pada penguasaan dan pengembangan kosakata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model induktif kata bergambar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan verbal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain mengunakan dua kelompok yang diamati. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 3 sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Kudus yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Pengambilan subjek didasarkan pada observasi dan wawancara dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Pengukuran dilakukan saat pretes dan posttes menggunakan alat tes WISC. Tes WISC merupakan tes inteligensi yang biasa digunakan untuk mengukur taraf kecerdasan anak usia 5 tahun hingga 15 tahun. Pemberian perlakuan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran model induktif kata bergambar. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan dengan skor 0,49 yang termasuk pada kategori sedang dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 27,58%.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to know the description of the student's interest in continuing education to college, to know the description of learning motivation of XII grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Wayaluba Morotai and to know the correlation of interest in continuing education with students’ learning motivation of SMA Negeri 3 Wayaluba Morotai. The population in this study is 200 students. Samples were taken by using proportional random sampling. The amount of sample was set as many as 20% of the population so that the retrieved sample is 40 students. The technique of data collection was questionnaire. Techniques of data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics analysis and correlation analysis using statistic correlation analysis in the form of parametric product moment. The results showed that the students’ interest in continuing education to college of SMA Negeri 3 Wayabula Morotai was in high category of student learning and motivation was also in high category. There was a significant positive relationship between the interest in continuing education and the study motivation of the XII grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Morotai Wayabula which were in the category of very strong based on the interpretation of the value of r, since the value of r count of 0.900 so be at intervals of 0800-1,000 or category of very strong.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to know (1) The description of foster care single parent households for students, (2) The image on students learning discipline, (3) The influence of foster care single parent households toward the students learning discipline. This study used quantitative approach with correlation design to examine the hypothesis of the influence of foster care single parent households toward the students learning discipline. There are 12 students as samples, live in single parent households or fostered by single parent. Sampling method used purposive sampling. Technique of collecting data used a closed questionnaire which was analyzed to examine the validity of its value and reliability. Verifying data of questionnaires used SPSS program Version 17,0, for windows. The results of this study showed that: (1) foster care of single parent households students is in good category, means that single parents are able to provide support or responsibility toward his son to form their characters, personalities, and to provide good values for children. (2) the level of learning discipline students is in high category, means that students have good attitude or behavior obeying the rules in school activities. (3) There is a positive influence between foster care single parent households toward the students learning discipline of SMP 1 Cina. It means that students whose parents gave good foster care will have good learning discipline.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is one of the activities of individuals aged between 12 / 13-20 / 21 years who tend to negative things. Ordinary behavior becomes destructive behavior or disturbing other individuals, as a manifestation of superior or inferior feelings it has in order to gain recognition from others. Juvenile delinquency often arises in a variety of situations and conditions, the range of norms prevailing in society so that these social problems cause social problems there is no strict supervision of various related parties such as family, environment, government and school. Referring to that, it is necessary to do group counseling departing on group care as a solution to the problem concerned while maintaining the privacy of individuals juvenile delinquents who have similar forum characteristics. Groups become the preferred alternative in conflict resolution because, the influence of groups in adolescents has greater power to be able to give effect to peer (group attachment).

Abstract

Bagi remaja, eksistensi adalah suatu proses yang dinamis dan komples, lewat memilih, menilai, menerima dan menolak manusia konstan menjadi (becoming) sesuatu yang berbeda daripada sebelumnya. Maraknya kasus klitih yang dilakukan oleh remaja saat ini adalah salah satu akibat dari eksistensi yang mereka coba lakukan. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang desain bimbingan dan konseling remaja pelaku klitih dalam menentukan tujuan hidup melalui konseling eksistensial. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu dengan studi pustaka atau riset kepustakaan. Dengan metode konseling eksistensial remaja dapat mengeksplorasi kemampuan yang dimilikinya, memahami tentang diri sendiri dan bagaimana ia ada didunia. Sehingga remaja dapat mencari makna dalam hidup, menciptakan identitas pribadiya, dan menciptakan hubungan yang bermakna dengan orang lain namun tetap dalam batasan dan kebebasan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: To determine the effect of information services in the field of social guidance promote the development of social behavior Students of Class X in SMK 1 Minasatene. This research uses experimental approach, where a population of 141 students and a sample of 30 students from the population with the sampling technique is purposive random sampling or sampling purposel technique. The data collection technique using questionnaire instrument that has been tested for validity and reliabelitasnya and documentation. Analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis, the t-test. The results showed that: the provision of social assistance field information services making a positive impact in improving the behavioral development of students of Class X in Smk Negeri 1 Minasatene after a given social assistance field of information services

Abstract

Berdasarkan data Komisi Nasional Perlindungan Anak pada tahun 2013 tercatat 1445 kasus, kemudian sempat menurun di tahun 2014 yang tercatat 1423 kasus, lalu di tahun 2015 meningkat tajam menjadi 1718 kasus. Berdasarkan kasus tersebut, 75 persen korban kekerasan seksual di antaranya adalah anak-anak perempuan. Tidak hanya anak yang menjadi korban kekerasan seksual, bahkan pelaku kekerasan seksual itu sendiri adalah individu yang masih berada dalam usia anak. Fakta-fakta di atas semakin meyakinkan bahwa pendidikan seksual pada anak adalah sesuatu yang penting untuk dilaksanakan. Namun, di Indonesia, akses terhadap pendidikan seksual masih sangat minim dan baru difokuskan untuk siswa/i sekolah menengah atas sehingga anak cenderung mencari tahu melalui saluran lain yang tidak tepat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini ingin mengetahui kesiapan penerimaan pendidikan seksual pada anak-anak di usia 12-14 tahun. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deksriptif menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak-anak berusia 12-14 tahun di sekolah X Jakarta Utara, yang berjumlah 64 orang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mayoritas responden cukup siap dalam menerima pendidikan seksual, terutama untuk aspek psikologis dan sosial. Faktor jender mempengaruhi kesiapan responden dalam menerima pendidikan seksual.
