Abstract

Social media has become one part of the society, social media users, especially students, make everyone communicate with each other and share information. This research aimed to identifying the influence of using social media (instagram) on academic achievement. The subjects of the study were the 2015 SWCU FKIP BK students. The data analysis method used was path analysis. Based on data analysis, the results obtained sig = 0.711> 0.05 so that it can be said that there is no significant effect. Data values t = 0.373 < 2.002 and the value of R Square is 0.002, according the results, the concluded that there is no significant influence between the using of social media (instagram) on academic performance because of the influence of 0.2% and 99.8% influenced by other factors not explained in this research.

Abstract

Technology literacy is the capacity to operate, manage, assess and realize the technology is. This study aims to determine an empirical description of the level of technological literacy owned by counselor/counseling teacher in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods.The data collection was worked out using by technology literacy instruments by taking a sample from 157 junior high school with counseling teachers around DKI Jakarta. The results of the research related to the level of technological literacy showed that 61.14% of counseling teachers were in the top categories, which iz 35.03% in the sufficient category and 3.82% in the low and very low categories.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Artikel ini membahas Mata Ina sebagai status sosial setiap perempuan terkhususnya perempuan Leihari - Kota Ambon. Status tersebut telah melekat pada diri perempuan sudah sejak dilahirkan sehingga perempuan memiliki peran besar dalam ritual-ritual adat yang dilaksanakan di dalam negeri Leihari. Penulisan ini bertujuan mengangkat nilai-nilai harkat dan martabat perempuan melalui upaya pemberdayaan dari perspektif pendampingan dan konseling feminis. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian kualitatif dan teknik wawancara terhadap perempuan dan tokoh-tokoh adat negeri Leihari. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, penulis menemukan nilai-nilai yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai upaya pendampingan dan konseling feminis yakni: kesadaran diri, penerimaan diri, komitmen diri dan makna hidup. Kata kunci: Mata Ina; Pendampingan; Konseling Feminis; Kesadaran diri; Penerimaan diri; Komitmen diri; Makna hidup. ABSTRACT: This article discusses Mata Ina as the social status of every woman especially Leihari - Ambon City. This status has been attached to women since birth so that women have a big role in traditional rituals carried out in the country of Leihari. This writing aims to elevate the values and dignity of women through empowerment from the perspective of feminist assistance and counseling. The method used is a qualitative research method and interview techniques with women and traditional leaders in the country of Leihari. Based on the data obtained, the authors found values that could be developed as an effort to assist and counsel feminist namely: self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-commitment and meaning of life. Abstract

Bagi remaja, eksistensi adalah suatu proses yang dinamis dan komples, lewat memilih, menilai, menerima dan menolak manusia konstan menjadi (becoming) sesuatu yang berbeda daripada sebelumnya. Maraknya kasus klitih yang dilakukan oleh remaja saat ini adalah salah satu akibat dari eksistensi yang mereka coba lakukan. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang desain bimbingan dan konseling remaja pelaku klitih dalam menentukan tujuan hidup melalui konseling eksistensial. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu dengan studi pustaka atau riset kepustakaan. Dengan metode konseling eksistensial remaja dapat mengeksplorasi kemampuan yang dimilikinya, memahami tentang diri sendiri dan bagaimana ia ada didunia. Sehingga remaja dapat mencari makna dalam hidup, menciptakan identitas pribadiya, dan menciptakan hubungan yang bermakna dengan orang lain namun tetap dalam batasan dan kebebasan.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the academic burnout of teachers taking Professional Teacher Education (Pendidikan Profesi Guru) at Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) based on their gender, marital status, and employment status. This is the first study mapping the academic burnout of teachers participating in professional education with various demographic variables. The study applied comparative design. 360 teachers who took their professional education at UM in the even semester 2019 participated in the study. Research data was collected using a demographic questionnaire and School Burnout Inventory that was adapted into Bahasa Indonesia and professional education context. The exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach's Alpha were applied to test the validity and reliability of the instrument. the Mann-Withey U Test and Kruskal Wallis were also used to analyze the data. The results showed that there are no differences in the academic burnout of the subjects in term of gender, marital status, and employment status.

Abstract

Di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan ada siswa yang belum mencapai  perkembangan karier yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa tentang program studi keahlian yang ditempati dan perencanaan karier siswa serta menguji hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang program studi keahlian yang ditempati dengan perencanaan karier. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional, dengan sampel 260 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala model likert. Analisis deskriptif dilakukan dengan menentukan nilai skor dan persentase. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan rumus korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan: (1) persepsi siswa tentang program studi keahlian yang ditempati berada pada kategori positif, (2) perencanaan karier siswa berada pada kategori baik, (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa tentang program studi keahlian yang ditempati dengan perencanaan karier, dengan koefisien korelasi 0,801 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan perencanaan karier siswa yang dapat dilakukan antara lain dengan mengubah persepsi siswa tentang program studi keahlian yang ditempatinya.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period where their seems to be separated from the role of  their parents and more independent in making their own decisions. But this time, the family plays a role in the behavior of adolescents in the decision making process, one of which is related to education in the selection of majors degree in university  that will determine the future of their children. This research aims to determine the role of family support  In adolescent  for career decision making in major degree a in university. Causal comparative study was used and a sample 301 college student in grade one was selected through nonprobability sampling.  This research was used two research tolls such as the role family was used Family Asessment Device (FAD) and decision making was used Career Decision-Making Profile. The result in this research found that score of the role of family based on mean hipotetic is lower than mean empiric. It means that, the role of family low category. In this research also showed the result  used simple regression ,  F value 0.790 and p value 0.099 > 0.05. it means there is no significant the role of family support in adolescent for decision making in major degree in university.

Abstract

Konseling kelompok dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana untuk membantu individu dalam mencapai perkembangan dan bantuan untuk mengatasi persoalan psikologis. Cognitive behavior therapy sebagai pendekatan dalam pelaksanaan layanan konseling kelompok dapat pula dijadikan sebagai sarana modifikasi perilaku individu untuk menentang pikiran (dan emosi) yang salah. Bibliotherapy sebagai sebuah teknik dalam kegiatan layanan konseling kelompok menjadi salah satu alternatif kebutuhan menangani permasalahan perkembangan individual dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Bibliotherapy mencakup tiga tahapan yang berfokus pada identifikasi, katarsis, dan wawasan. Individu mengidentifikasi bacaan yang disesuaikan dengan karakter, berkaitan dengan masalah yang dihadapi, dan pengalaman yang menuju pada pelepasan katarsis. Metode dalam artikel ini menggunakan studi literatur dan kajian penelitian terkait. Artikel ini dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi peneliti selanjutnya untuk membangun kerangka kerja teoritis dan metodologi.

Abstract

The purpose of study is to describe domestic violence from the perspective of guidance and counseling using a behavioral and cognitive approach. Causes of domestic violence are wrong attitudes and values about the roles of men and women, authoritative power in the family, gender inequality, lower status of women, and power over women, and heads of households that manage or control the behavior of all ordinary families called the concept of patriarchy Based on the explanation above, the need for guidance and counseling services to overcome domestic violence behavior, namely: Adler therapy, rational emotive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and feminist therapy. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui penerapan pendekatan konseling eksistensial dengan teknik logoterapi terhadap konsep diri akademis mahasiswa STKIP Andi Matappa, (2) Untuk mengetahui gambaran konsep diri akademis mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan pendekatan konseling eksitensial dengan logoterapi di STKIP Andi Matappa, (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan konseling eksitensial terhadap konsep diri akademis mahasiswa STKIP Andi Matappa. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksperimen Pre-Experimental Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi bimbingan dan konseling tahun akademik 2019/2020 teknik Purposive Sampling sebanyak 12 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan konseling pendekatan ekistensial dengan logoterapi terhadap konsep diri akademis mahasiswa dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur yang sudah dirancang melalui 4 kali perlakuan, (2) Konsep diri akademis mahasiswa sebelum penerapan pendekatan konseling eksitensial dengan logoterapi berada pada kategori rendah, namun setelah penerapan pendekatan konseling eksitensial dengan logoterapi, konsep diri akademis berada pada sangat tinggi, (3) Pelaksanaan konseling pendekatan ekistensial dengan logoterapi dapat meningkatkan konsep diri akademis mahasiswa. Artinya konseling  ekistensial dengan logoterapi memiliki pengaruh  terhadap peningkatan konsep diri akademis mahasiswa program studi bimbingan dan konseling tahun akademik 2019/2020 STKIP Andi Matappa.
