Abstract

Economic globalization has brought Indonesia into the flow of global economic integration, strengthening interconnectedness between countries and increasing the intensity of competition and investment flows, both domestic and international. In this context, real investment is a vital component for national economic growth, but remains influenced by dynamic fluctuations in exchange rates, inflation, and interest rates. This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of exchange rates, inflation, and interest rates on real investment in Indonesia for the period 2004–2023, highlighting their relevance from an Islamic economic perspective. This study uses a quantitative approach with 20 years of time series data obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics, and applies the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to examine the short-term and long-term relationships between variables. The results show that in the long run, the exchange rate and inflation have a negative and significant effect on real investment, while interest rates have a positive and significant effect. Conversely, in the short run, only inflation has been shown to have a significant negative effect on real investment, while the exchange rate and interest rates have no significant effect. These findings emphasize the importance of exchange rate stability and inflation control in creating a conducive investment climate, as well as the need for adaptive policies related to interest rates. From an Islamic economic perspective, exchange rate stability, inflation control, and the elimination of interest rates (riba) are crucial for encouraging fair and sustainable real investment, thus supporting inclusive economic growth in accordance with the principles of justice and balance.

Abstract

Sharia capital markets have developed in various countries, each with its own unique investment characteristics. In this context, stock investment decisions in the Sharia capital market can be influenced by various factors. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of technical analysis (X1), the relative strength index (X2), and the moving average (X3) on stock purchase decisions (Y) in the Sharia capital market in Bengkulu City. To test this, the study used a quantitative method with primary data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25.0. From the results of the research and discussion, it was found that technical analysis, relative strength index and moving average influenced stock purchasing decisions as indicated by the results of the T test, namely, technical analysis t-count value > t-table (2.115 > 1.660), relative strength index t-count value > t-table (5.600 > 1.660), moving average t-count value > t-table (4.537 > 1660), based on the results of the F test, the results obtained were 65.9% of stock purchasing decisions were influenced by these three factors while 34.1% were determined by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of sharia marketing and social media promotion on the purchasing decisions of consumers of Gardenia Bogor Housing. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is the Muslim community selected based on the radius of the target location of advertisements on social media used by Gardenia Bogor Housing, with a total of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Statistics Data Version 22. The results of this study indicate that the variables of sharia marketing and social media promotion have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic economic principles in the implementation of a green smart city in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The focus of the research is directed at how sustainability, efficiency, and justice embedded in Islamic economics can support technology-based and environmentally friendly urban governance. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature review and thematic analysis of government policies, smart city practices, and previous studies from the last five years. The results show that implementing a Sharia-based green smart city can strengthen public financial governance, enhance community digital literacy, and support strategic sectors such as renewable energy, zakat management, and sustainable financing. The discussion highlights that although opportunities are significant, challenges remain in regulation, technological gaps, and multi-stakeholder coordination. The conclusion emphasizes that integrating Islamic economics into the green smart city model in Jakarta has the potential to create more inclusive, fair, and sustainable urban governance, while also serving as a modern Islamic city development model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the trends, values, and challenges of the halal lifestyle among Generation Z in Indonesia. Using a qualitative method with a literature review approach, this research synthesizes findings from national and international scholarly articles published in the last five years. The results indicate that Gen Z’s awareness of the halal lifestyle is increasing, particularly in the areas of food, cosmetics, and fashion, influenced by religiosity, ethical consumption, and social identity shaped through digital media. However, a gap remains between awareness and practice, especially regarding the validity of halal certification and the consistent application of Islamic principles. Other challenges include product accessibility, the influence of global secular trends, and uneven consumer literacy. These findings highlight the importance of consumer education, producer transparency, and strong regulation to strengthen the consistent implementation of the halal lifestyle among Indonesian Gen Z, while also contributing to the development of the halal industry at the national and global levels

Abstract

Decision-making involves a thought process, in which individuals evaluate a variety of alternative options in acting, acting, and acting. Ontological promotions, costs, facilities, image, and prospects can influence students' decision-making to choose the Sharia Banking Study Program. The purpose of the study was to determine the various factors of student influence in making decisions to choose the Sharia Banking S1 Study Program at STAI Pelita West Bandung with a sample of data of 109 S1-Sharia Banking students through the path analysis method, analyzing patterns of relationships between variables that affect either directly, or indirectly between independent variables (exogenous) to bound variables (endogenous). The results of the study, reviewed from the descriptive analysis of promotion, tuition fees, educational facilities, an image of study programs, and student decision-making, are all included in the high category. The results of testing, and the cost of education, are much influenced by the effectiveness of promotion. The image of the study program directly much is determined by the promotion and cost of Education. The promotion of education costs and educational facilities to the image of the study program is relatively large, meaning that these two factors can boost the cost of education and educational facilities in supporting the image of the Islamic banking study program to increase. Promotion strategy is a key factor in increasing the cost of education, institutions, and the image of study programs, both directly and indirectly can improve student decision-making

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Label Halal, Online Promotion, dan Online Customer Review terhadap Keputusan Pembelian secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Mie Instan Lemonilo diwilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek), dengan sejumlah 350 pelanggan sebagai responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Menganalisis data, digunakan partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh variabel berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online. Penelitian ini juga menemukan Online Promotion menjadi variabel terkuat. Diharapkan mie instan Lemonilo tetap meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas promo.

Abstract

Wakaf telah terbukti keberhasilannya dalam mewujudkan keadilan sosial ekonomi di masyarakat. Yayasan Kampung Bahasa Arab BISA (Belajar Islam dan Bahasa Arab) Bogor merupakan salah satu lembaga yang fokus dalam pendidikan Bahasa arab dan menerapkan konsep wakaf produktif, dimana sumber biaya tanah, pembangun an dan lainnya berasal dari dana wakaf. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi wakaf produktif dari sisi wakif, nazir, mauquf ‘alaihi, dan mauquf (aset wakafnya), mengetahui manajemen pengelolaan wakaf produktif oleh nazir, serta mengetahui cara pengembangan aset-aset wakaf produktif di Kampung Bahasa Arab BISA Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif (qualitatif research). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif-analitis untuk memahami model pemberdayaan wakaf produktif di Kampung Bahasa Arab BISA Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wakaf produktif di Kampung Bahasa Arab BISA Bogor telah sesuai dengan standar syari’at dan Undang-Undang yang berlaku di indonesia. Meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan, namun pemberdayaan wakaf produktif disana telah memberikan banyak kontribusi, baik secara internal maupun eksternal.  Keywords: waqf, productive waqf, empowerment, the Arabic Village BISA

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan anggota dalam memilih produk Simpanan Sukarela Berjangka (Sisuka) pada BMT Alhikmah Semesta Cabang Mlonggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi serta analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan anggota dalam memilih produk Sisuka pada BMT Alhikmah Semesta Cabang Mlonggo adalah tingkat bagi hasil, kemudahan akses, kepercayaan terhadap BMT, dan motivasi menabung. Tingkat bagi hasil memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap keputusan anggota dalam memilih produk Sisuka.Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi BMT Alhikmah Semesta Cabang Mlonggo untuk meningkatkan tingkat bagi hasil, mempermudah akses layanan, membangun kepercayaan terhadap BMT, dan meningkatkan motivasi menabung anggota dalam rangka meningkatkan minat anggota untuk memilih produk Sisuka.

Abstract

The aim of this research was regarding the implementation of daycare, the view of Islamic law and a comprehensive view of Islam regarding the daycare business, one of which is the Sahabat Teladan daycare. The method used in the research is a qualitative method. Based on research results, Sahabat Teladan daycare has a monthly and daily service system with full day, half day and weekend. The reason parents entrust their children to daycare is because there are no relatives who can look after them and hope that the child's growth and development will be better. Intrinsic motives are more dominant as the reason why parents choose daycare. Apart from that, the existence of daycare is perceived to be very helpful to the needs/difficulties of parents in caring for and educating children, and the daycare is considered trustworthy, open to criticism and suggestions, the costs incurred are in accordance with the facilities and services obtained, caretakers do not act rudely in caregiving and education. . According to Islamic views, daycare business law is permissible or permissible, unless there is an element of docility then it will become haram.
