Abstract

 ABSTRACT. This research was determined whether the student learning outcomes used the Problem Posing learning model with Probing Prompting techniques on the sequence and series arithmetic leson more than the KKM set by SMK Negeri 1 Kakas whisch is 70. The research was categorized as quasi experimental research. The subjects in this research were students of class X in the TKJ Department. The results of data analysis, obtained an average of the student learning outcomes in the experimental class used the Probing Posing model with Probing Prompting technique was 79.9, with a maximum score of 90 and a minimum score of 66. So can be conclude that the average learning outcomes of the students who used the Probing Posing model with Probing Prompting techniques on the  sequence and series arithmetic leson more than the KKM set by the SMK Negeri 1 Kakas school which is 70. Key Words: Problem Posing, Probing Prompting, The Sequence and Series Arithmetic

Abstract

White-tailed forest mice (Maxomys hellwandii) are endemic to the Sulawesi. This study aims to determine the genetic diversity of white-tailed forest mice (Maxomys hellwandii) based on RAPD. The analysis of the variability of white-tailed forest rats was carried out in several stages, namely the extraction and purification of DNA, the amplification of the target gene using the PCR method, and finally visualization of the amplification results with 0.8% agarose gel electrophoresis. Data analysis using the SPSS IBM Ver. 20 program. Results obtained using OPA-3 primers from four different localization samples show samples of Likupang 1 and South Minahasa show similarity of 1%, and samples of Likupang 2 and Southeast Minahasa show similarity of 25%. Whereas the primary OPA-2 samples from the villages of Likupang 1, Likupang 2 and South Minahasa show a similarity of 8% and the sample of Southina Minahasa has a similarity of 25%. On the basis of the dendogram grouping of four different samples, he showed genetic diversity.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan Penelitian  ini  adalah menghasilkan sebuah  produk multimedia interaktif sebagai media belajar IPA pada materi sistem pencernaan pada manusia. Desain  yang digunakan   yaitu   model ADDIE  terdiri dari (1) Analysis , (2) Design, (3) Development,(4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation.  Pada tahapan development  menggunakan Adobe Flash Profesional CS6. Hasil berupa prototipe multimedia selanjutnya divalidasi mencakup (1) uji ahli isi/materi mata pelajaran, (2) uji ahli media dan desain pembelajaran serta mahasiswa sebagai responden . Hasil validasi dari ahli isi/materi pada aspek kebahasaan, kesesuaian isi dan sajian materi (isi/materi) menunjukkan skor total 35 dengan persentasi 87,5% pada kategori Tinggi. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media dan desain pembelajaran pada aspek tampilan, elemen teks, elemen visual, navigasi dan desain (teknologi dan desain pesan) menunjukkan skor total  90 dengan persentasi  81,81% pada kategori tinggi. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil  yaitu mahasiswa sebagai responden dimana skoring yang diperoleh keseluruhan adalah 205 atau dikualifikasikan tinggi (T) dengan persentase 82%. Berdasarkan  hasil validasi produk dari para ahli serta responden  dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia interaktif dengan menggunakan Adobe Flash Profesional CS6 yang dikembangkan layak digunakan. Kata kunci : Multimedia Interaktif, Adobe Flash Profesional CS6, Sistem Pencernaan Manusia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to determine the improvement of students learning outcomes using problem-based learning models on rectangular material. This research was conducted in class VII SMP Satap Nanusa in Laluhe in the 2018/2019 school year. The type of research used is the pseudo-experiment “The one-shot case”. The research subjects ware class VII with a total of 28 students who ware the treatment class. The instrument used as a test is a matter of essay that has been tested for validity. The hypothesis was tested using the sign test symbolized by Kai Kuadrat (X2) aided SPPS 22.0. at a significant level of  0.05 obtained t_count = 57,596 > t_table = 1,706. thus the average posttest score of 75,28 then accepts H1 which means learning rectangular material by using a problem based learning more than KBM 70.   Keywords: rectangular, problem-based learning, outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The purpose of this research was to determiner the effect of the TGT type of cooperative learning model of the students learning outcomes on the probability lesson. This research categorized as quasi-experimental. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 6 Tondano during the odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The subject of this research were students of class VIII A and VIII B, with 15 students in each class. Data collection in this research used test, which was given after the treatment in the experimental and the kontrol classes. Data analysis used an average t-test comparing two different groups. The result of the data analysis showed that the average of the students learning outcomes in the experimental class was 74,667. The result of the hypothesis test obtained tcount=2.646 and ttable=1.75, tcount>ttable, so H0 is rejected, thus it can be concluded that the average student learning outcomes used TGT cooperative type learning model were higher than the average of the student learning outcomes used the conventional learning model on probability lesson. Abstract

Ground water has a very close relationship, when in rainwater reaches the surface of the earth, some will enter the ground (infiltration) to be come part of ground water (groundwater) while absorbed by the ground will be come a surface run off (run off). Unima campus area has 270 hectare of land, the exictence of flat to steep topography, various vegetation and land management for campus buildings on unima very much allows different infiltrasions in various locations. This study aims to analyze the infiltration capacity of four fields and compare the infiltration capacity of the four fields using exploratory methods (eksploratory research) this research is also referred to as a very basic eksploratorion study, measurements are carried out using the horton formula and processed in microsoft excel applications. The results showed that the four lands with a lot infiltration capacity of 16,8 cm/hour with medium classifiction. Sloping land less trees infiltration capacity 34,8 cm/hour with a rather fast classification. Flat land many trees infiltration capacity of 14,4 cm/hour the clasification is rather slow. Flat land less trees infiltration capacity is rather slow. Flat land less trees infiltration capacity is 8,4 cm/hour slow classification. Of the four lands can be compared to land that has high infiltration found in sloping locations with less trees and the lowest infiltration on flat land with less trees.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui jenis hewan dominan di ekosistem hutan sekitar Unima serta mengekspolrasi proses dan konsep sains yang selanjutnya dijadikan sebagai referensi dalam proses pembelajaran eksploratif. Objek penelitian ini adalah hewan dominan yang ada di ekosistem hutan sekitar kampus Unima. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksploratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung dan dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian di lahan bagian depan workshop Unima ditemukan 11 macam hewan yang tergolong dalam 3 kelas yaitu 9 kelas Insecta, 1 macam kelas Aves dan 1 kelas Oligochaete. Di lahan kedua bagian bawah Auditorium Unima ditemukan 8 macam hewan yang tergolong dalam 3 kelas yaitu 6  kelas insecta, 1 kelas Gastropoda dan 1 kelas Oligochaete. Setelah jenis hewan dominan diketahui, selanjutnya dirumuskan konsep dan proses sains berdasarkan fakta dan fenomena mengenai hewan dominan tersebut dalam bentuk matriks yang selanjutnya dijadikan sebagai referensi pembelajaran eksploratif. Abstract

The objective of this study is to improve students' thinking abilities witu spatial visual intelligence through the assignment method of mation material (GLB, GLBB, and Parabolic Motion). The results of this study indicate that in cycle 1 resulted in students' learning completeness with the criteria for learning completeness in a straight motion of 1235 or achieving an average score of 61.8. Secondly, in straight motion change irregularly 1215 with an average value of 61.5, and the second cycle of the evaluation results obtained an increase in student learning outcomes with an average achievement of 75 and above with achievements that score, meaning that in this second cycle the average value obtained by students in GLB is 82.5, GLBB is 79.5 and in Parabolic Motion is 78.5 and all students complete with 100% completeness. Based on student learning outcomes researchers provide some input to the teacher how to improve students' visul spatial abilities on motion material (GLB, GLBB, and Parabolic Motion). Abstract

ABSTRACT.  This study was conducted to determine the effect of the PQ4R learning strategy on student learning outcomes in class XI IPA Tondano NAN 2ND cell subject material in the 2019/2020 school year. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest research design. The sample in this study was class XI IPA-1 consisting of 20 students as an experimental class who were treated with the PQ4R learning strategy and class XI IPA-2 consisting of 20 students as a control class who were treated with a lecture learning model taken with random sampling techniques. . The average posttest score obtained in the experimental class 88.5 control class was 73.5. The data analysis technique used is the t-test using Liliofers and homogeneous tests. In the t-hypothesis test by calculating the difference between the posttest and the pretest there was -2.02 <9.29> 2.02. Thus, reject h0 and accept h1 based on this it can be concluded that the PQ4R learning strategy affects student learning outcomes in cell material at SMA N 2 Tondano.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of changes in extreme  climate events due to increased concentrations of greenhouse gases. In this study a study was conducted on the temperature index and extreme rainfall periods 1987-2017 at Sam Ratulangi Airport in Manado. This study aims to analyze changes in temperature and extreme rainfall at the Sam Ratulangi Airport in Manado, determine the extreme climate index based on daily temperature and rainfall data, presented temperature and rainfall data which were processed using R-Climdex software.  The results show that the slope of the air temperature index at the Manado meteorological station has decreased including the index TX10p and TN10p which indicates the frequency of both cold temperatures at night and cold temperatures during the day. At the meteorological station Manado slope air temperature index tends to increase which indicates that the minimum temperature is warmer. The overall rainfall index has increased while the PRCPTOT index has decreased which shows the amount of rainfall in one year period at Sam Ratulangi airport in Manado.
