Abstract

This study is categorized as sociolinguistic studies and used language variation theory based on social ranks -- they are: Akrolek, Basilek, Vulgar, Kolokial -- and interactional theory which is a process of interaction that build, maintain, and change certain habits in language and symbols. Listening, speaking, and Noting were used to collect data. unified and apportion analysis method were used to analyze data. The results were: (1) the existence of social rank within the Arab community in Kauman descent was: (a) Cleric group. They were entitled Al-Jufri, Al- Hadad, Al-Ethiopia, Yahya, Shihab, Bawazier and so forth; (b) Masayikh group. They were fam Bafadhal, Bahomaid, Baraja, Baharmi (Baharmus), Bawazir, Basyu'aibn, Bamozaham, Ba'abad, bin Khatib, Bin Zabdah, Basalamah; and (c) Ghabili group. Those who holds Bashir, Baswedan, Sungkar, Abud, Alkatiri, Badjubier, Bafadhal, and so forth. The existence of regional variations of low and high diversity of languages based on social strata, for example قهار Gahar (angry), حريم Harim (wife), Sir سر (the streets) is a slang vocabulary that includes a low range of languages. If they were categorized in the high language using word غضبان, قرينة , and .أمشى The mention of the word pilgrims for Arabs descent, call ahlul wathan for the Javanese and Chinese descent Baodeh for socially showed no difference in social status between the Javanese and Arab descent on one side, and The Chinese descent on the other side. Regional variations of low and high diversity of languages based on their economic status, usually rich people are often invoked as 'Royyes' ( ريس ) which has the meaning of the aristocracy, including the diversity of languages is low while the high diversity of languages is صاحب الجلالة . Low variation in the range of political language is the word Haromi ( حرمى ) which is Arabic kolokial have meaning 'thief' or 'Corruptor' high variety of Arabic word 'Corruptor' using the word 'Mukhtalis ( مختلس )' is not a word Harami and DEFA Rijal ( دفع رجال ) is low in Arabic has the meaning of 'Builders Bribery' and the diversity of languages is high or fushah 'Rasyi' راشى

Abstract

This study aims to (1) form critical and creative learning models in Sociology of Education learning relevant for students, (2) examine student response to a critical-creative learning in Sociology of Education learning courses, and (3) examine the influence of the creative-critical learning model for improving the quality of learning outcomes in students majoring in Sociology of Education on Tarbiyah Departement at STAIN Purwokerto.This research is a classroom action research. The process of action research carried out using two cycles (cyclic), taking into account the following four main components, namely: planning, implementation, monitoring, and reflection. The first cycle consists of two stages with three acts. The second cycle consists of one stage and one effectiveness measurement to the implementation of creative-critical learning model. The fact analysis was performed along with a qualitative description of the reflection and evaluation of the model. Meanwhile, non-parametric statistical analysis and simple statistics were used to examine the impact of creative-critical learning model for improving the quality of learning.The results provide some conclusions as follows: (1) creative-critical learning model that is suitable for students include procedures and measures as follows, which includes: planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of learning, reflection, and assessing of the successful action. This model uses a minimum of two cycles, where the First Cycle consists of 3 actions, and the Second Cycle consists of one stage and one action that is implementing a critical-creative learning models that are effective, (2) The response of students to learning critical creative tend to be more positive than using conventional learning , and (3) students' learning achievement using a learning model of creative-critical indicate a better condition compared with conventional learning. Based on these results IPS-learning facilities are suggested, especially laboratories need to be developed and equipped to facilitate the learning process of applying the various models and strategies in accordance with the characteristics of certain subject areas including sosial studies courses Sociology of Education.

Abstract

State College of Islamic Studies of Pekalongan as an Islamic college under the Ministry of Religious Affairs has a great responsibility and a strategic role in developing character building. It is because STAIN is an institution of higher education that produces many Muslim intelectuals and religionists. Based on that, this study was aimed to understand in depth about the role of the institution, the learning system, and the programs that are being done by the Research and Community Center of the institution (P3M STAIN Pekalongan) in developing character building. Phenomenological approach was used to understand the subjective aspect of persons' behavior and the conceptual nature of them. The result showed that the character building in STAIN Pekalongan seemed to be representative enough. But in practice, however, got a very big challenge, either from inside education environment or from outside.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tradisi formulasi hukum dan format fiqih perlawanan di kalangan Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Pergeseran paradigma berfiqih dalam NU telah melahirkan arus yang kuat untuk mengfungsikan fiqih sebagai media kritik bahkan perlawanan sosial, politik-kekuasaan. Fiqih corak perlawanan memiliki landasan hukum yang kuat. Basis kekuatan gagasan fiqih perlawanan tetap mengacu pada maqashid syari’ah. Fiqih ini mengacu pada nilai-nilai kemaslahatan, keadilan, persamaan, hak asasi manusia dan sebagainya. Dalam tradisi hukum Islam, nilai-nilai publik adalah nilai-nilai yang intrinsik yang digunakan oleh banyak ulama dalam memutuskan sebuah persoalan hukum yang dihadapi masyarakat, termasuk persoalan politik dan kekuasaan. Dengan menempatkan nilai universal dalam konteks fiqih seperti ini, maka Islam sebagai agama rahmatan lil alamin akan dapat diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan nyata.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri pemikiran Fikih K.H. Ahmad Rifai sebagai bentuk protes terhadap penjajahan Belanda yang mengakibatkan penderitaan rakyat di berbagai daerah. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber, baik pustaka maupun wawancara kepada para saksi sejarah, penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan, bahwa produk fikih yang dihasilkan berorientasi pada perlawanan terhadap pemerintah kolonial yang dianggap kafir. Orang yang mendukung pemerintahan colonial dicap sebagai fasik, sehingga tidak sah menjadi imam sholat sekaligus melangsungkan pernikahan.

Abstract

People’s refusals and disobediences upon fatwa (released by MUI or ulama with their own opinions), followed by influence decreases of religious figures (ulama) towards Muslim community, were being such of phenomenal realities in Indonesia nowadays. This mass behavior might redefine their perceptions and thoughts about “the legitimate ulama”, according both; syara’ (religious legitimation), and social system. The research was located in Pekalongan Regency, thought-out known as “Kota Santri”, and plenty more, many Pesantren and Kyai have lived there. The result revealed that ulama and Muslim Community mostly had the same perception and view in understanding the meaning of Hadist “al-ulama’ waratsat al anbiya” (ulama are heir of prophets). Ulama’ as informants added ulama’ were religious successor leader after the end of Muhammad’s saw prophetic era. But, in another sides, there were some differences, especially in interpreting social label: Kyai, KH, or Ustadz. Muslim Community mostly thought that a person who had such social label was ulama. Meanwhile ulama noted Kyai, KH or Ustadz was just social label, no more. So, it seemed to be weird and screwy if we looked up the sosial fact of fidelity of Muslim Community in Pekalongan Residence. It also could be said that Muslim community in Pekalongan Residence were standing still their obidiece toward kyai, KH, Ustadz or another ones, not toward ulama yet.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of social andenvironmental performance’s disclosure on financial performance incompanies listed on the Stock Exchange under energy, mining and infrastructure industry sectors during 2010- 2013.Using multiple regression method, the results show that environmental and social performance impact on the financial performance simultaneously while partially none of the independent variables affect the dependent variable. But the positive direction of their relationship is congruent with the theory. That is the better environmental and social performance then the better the financial performance

Abstract

Nama-nama penduduk Kota Pekalongan yang berasal dari bahasa Arab tidak ada yang sesuai dengan sistem kebahasaan Arab baik secara fonetis, morfologis, sintaksis maupun semantis. Ketidaksesuaian itu tidak hanya disebabkan karena faktor intern (linguistik), namun juga terdapat faktor ekstern (non-linguistik) yang mengiringinya. Kesimpulan semacam ini dihasilkan dengan cara menganalisis sumber data (nama-nama penduduk Kota Pekalongan) yang berasal dari buku telepon Pekalongan edisi November 2007-2008. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode struktural normatif, yaitu bahwa analisis di dalam penelitian ini memandang satuan bahasa sebagai unit analisis dalam struktur dan makna merupakan titik tolak analisis data. Dengan menggunakan metode normatif, penelitian ini menerapkan kaidah-kaidah yang berlaku dalam bahasa Arab ke dalam bahasa si pengguna nama yang berbahasa Arab (dalam hal ini bahasa Indonesia dan Jawa). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan sosiolinguistik, yaitu bidang ilmu antardisiplin yang mempelajari bahasa dalam kaitannya dengan penggunaan bahasa itu di dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan dakwah Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang dilakukan perusahan sebagai entitas bisnis yang mengelola sumberdaya alam dan berkewajiban untuk melaksanakan tanggungjawab sosial dan lingkungan perusahaan. Kegiatan CSR bukan hanya sekedar kegiatan filantropi semata yang tidak memiliki arah tujuan dan pencapaian yang jelas, melainkan dapat dinyatakan sebagai realisasi program dakwah dalam bentuk pengembangan masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan kualitas kehidupan. Konsepsi dakwah bukan hanya identik dengan tabligh tetapi meliputi semua segi kehidupan manusia untuk menciptakan perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik. Prinsip utama dalam kegiatan dakwah ini untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kekuatan pada masyarakat sebagai objek dakwah itu sendiri dengan tujuan pada peningkatan kesejahteraan. Kegiatan dakwah CSR untuk masyarakat yang berada di wilayah pertanian sebagai komoditas utama masyarkat dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan: peminjaman lahan, penguatan modal usaha, pembinaan manajemen dan usaha pertanian, pelatihan budi daya pertanian, dan pemasaran hasil pertanian. Keberhasilan kegiatan dakwah CSR perusahaan ditunjang dengan faktor-faktor yang mendukung kegiatan diantaranya: sumber daya, komunikasi dan struktur organsiasi yang saling mempengaruhi dan menguatkan satu dengan yang lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk merefleksikan kegiatan belajar dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa di kelas. Apa yang terjadi pada pola mengajar di kelas di sekolah, dan apakah mengajar di kelas di al-Azhar SMP Islam 14 Semarang telah mencapai tingkat pengetahuan tindakan atau masih di sekolah pengetahuan adalah untuk menjawab masalah dalam penelitian ini. Ini Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yang ditawarkan oleh Douglas Barnes, yang pengetahuan sekolah dan pengetahuan tindakan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi dari dua pendekatan (pengetahuan sekolah dan pengetahuan tindakan) yang dilakukan di SMP Islam Al Azhar 14, adalah pada dua pendekatan yang diprakarsai oleh Douglas Barnes. Menurut Barnes, secara umum, siswa belajar pengetahuan baru di sekolah tingkat, mahasiswa hanya mendapatkan pengetahuan itu, misalnya, siswa hanya mampu menjawab pertanyaan guru, ujian pertanyaan, dan latihan, tetapi mereka tidak menggunakan pengetahuan itu, atau bahkan melupakannya. Dia mengatakan bahwa idealnya, belajar di kelas harus memperpanjang untuk learning by doing. Siswa tidak hanya menguasai pengetahuan pada waktu di dalam kelas (pengetahuan sekolah), tetapi mereka juga sudah harus menggunakan pengetahuan yang dalam pribadi mereka daerah dalam bentuk tindakan (pengetahuan tindakan). sedang beraksi perspektif pengetahuan, siswa pada dunia dapat diubah, sehingga mereka akan dapat mengambil tujuan hidup mereka sendiri.
