Abstract

Abstrak—Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran PBL berbasis kontestual terhadap kemampuan berpikir kraetif dan hasil belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidkan biologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental Designs, Desain penelitian menggunakan one Group Pretest-posttest. Untuk variabel bebas yaitu model PBL dan terikat kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan hasil belajar. Uji normalitas Pretest-posttest kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan hasil belajar menggunakan analisis parametrik. Untk kemampuan berpikir kreatif didapat untuk Pretests - posttest nilai probalitas (sig.2.tailed) = 0,073 > 0,005 dikatakan berdisribusi normal. Untuk hasil belajar Pretest-posttest didapat probabilitas (sig.2.tailed) = 0,062 > 0,005 dikatakan berdistibusi normal. Teknik analisis uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan α = 0.05 menggunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan (paired sample test) hasil output diperoleh nilai thitung = -2.0881. kaidah terdapat pengaruh model PBL dengan pendekatan kontekstual terhadap kemampuan berfikir kreatif

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the character of self leadership through experiential learning approach in students of X SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta. The subjects of the study were students of class X SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta who had the character of a low self leadership category that was taken as many as 30 learners. The research method used is research counseling action. The design and model of the research used are model Kemmis and Mc. Taggart consisting of 3 cycles. The research instruments used are self-leadership character tests, self assessment scales, and observation sheets. The results of the study obtained the data of the test results increased self-leadership between pretests and posttest which measures the level of understanding and application of the character self leadership students before the action is given acquired average score of 54.33 with a percentage of 67.92%, increased after action is administered through a classical tutoring service with experiential learning approach with an average obtained score of 64.10 with a percentage of 80.13%. The results of the self-leadership character questionnaire are known that aspects of self awareness, self-directed aspects, self-management aspects, and self-accomplishment aspects of learners experience A fairly positive improvement. The conclusion of this research is through a guidance service with experiential learning approaches can improve the character self-leadership of the students X grade SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta.

Abstract

This research is a class action study conducted at SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta, this research aims to improve the teacher's ability to manage classes through academic supervision. This research is a qualified method research with the design of the research action used in this research is the Hopkins model. The research instrument as a data collection tool in the study is an observation sheet in the form of rubric, poll, interviews, documentation studies, and library studies. Observation, used to collect data about teacher activity in learning activities. The results of the study were divided into two cycles i.e. cycle I and II, in cycle I based on the results of the average score from eleven respondents showed still not optimal levels of the teacher's ability to manage classes. This is evident from the average observation score of 3.09 and the average value of the poll is 3.12 from the maximum score of 4.00. While in cycle II the average score from respondents showed an increase when compared to gains in cycle I. This is evident from the average observation score of 3.65 and the average value of the poll is 3.64.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve student emotion intelligence through Rational Emotif Behavior Therapy Counseling in XI SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta. The research subject is 30 grade XI SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta Year lesson 2018/2019 which has low emotional intelligence. The research methods used are research action Group guidance. Data collection techniques in research are obtained from instruments that are in the form of observation sheets and polls.The results of the study were obtained the average value of emotional intelligence of students before being given REBT counseling treatment of 106.87 or a 53.43% percentage with low category, which has increased after being given REBT counselling treatment At cycle I of 150.73 or percentage of 75.37% with moderate category and increased back in cycle II with obtained average value of 167.93 or percentage 83.97% with medium category. This means that there is an increase in emotional intelligence between before being given an action of 57.14%.

Abstract

This article aims to describe: 1) student learning activities, 2) teacher teaching activities, 3) increasing of English learning outcomes was by using cooperative learning of jigsaw type. This class action research was conducted in 2 (two) cycles, with the research subject of accounting student of the grade X at SMK Pembangunan Jaya Jakarta which was registered in the even semester of school year 2018/2019, which amounted 42 students. This research object was the teachers teaching activities and students learning activities in English learning of narrative text materials. Data collection was obtained through twice of study observation and learning result was obtained through tests. The results showed that the cooperative learning of jigsaw types could significantly increase 1) Students learning activities were from an average of 3.2 in the first cycle to reach 3.82; 2) Teachers teaching activities were the average score of teacher teaching activity in the first cycle of 3.2 then in the second cycle reaches 3.91; and 3) students who mastered the first cycle as many as 24 students (57%) and did not master 18 students (43%) with an average score of 66, while on the second cycle increased 34 students (80%) who mastered and 8 students (20%) did not master with an average score of 76

Abstract

This article discusses teacher stress management which can be interpreted as the ability of a teacher to use available resources effectively to overcome various disorders and also mental and emotional disorders in him as a response or response. In this case there are three categories of potential sources of stress: environmental, organizational, and personal. the ability of each person to deal with stress varies from one to another. This is due to differences in perception, work experience, social support, and relevant personalities; Stress experienced by someone is characterized by symptoms, among others, as follows. Physiological, psychological, and behavioral symptoms. and efforts to overcome problems at work that can be a burden and even give them a sense of panic, which is to do things with relaxation and always think positively. Abstract

Abstract: This article is an article about the style and approach of leadership in an organization. The leadership styles and approaches discussed are about leaders as The Strongman, Super Leadership, The Transactor, The Visionary Leader and Spiritual Leadership. Writing this journal is writing by using literature study. The results of this journal reveal that (1) A leader as a person who has the power to influence subordinates, (2) a leader must be able to develop the organization by developing the ability of self and subordinates and carry out their duties and responsibilities properly, (3) leaders who can design and regulate the mechanism of work and work with subordinates according to their abilities and expertise, (4) visionary leaders must have intelligent and critical characters to face various situations and generate new ideas, and (5) leaders must have values, attitudes and behaviors that can motivate yourself and subordinates.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of research: knowing deeply about the influence of organizational justice towards the perception of organizational support, organizational support for OCB Justice organization affects the OCB site research place of East Jakarta Area 1. Research conducted for 12 months from July 2018 until June 2019 the method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The results showed that justice organizations were positively related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). That is, the better and conducive justice of the organization then the increasing behavior organizational citizenship behavior of senior high school teachers in East Jakarta Region 1 perception of organizational support (POS) berhubungan positif dengan organizational citizenship behavior. That is, the better the perception of organizational support, the higher organizational citizenship behavior of SMA Negeri teachers in East Jakarta Region 1. Fairness of organizational and organizational support perception jointly relates positively to organizational citizenship behavior. That is, the better and conducive justice of the Organization and the more positive the perception of organizational support together, the stronger the organizational citizenship behavior of senior high school teachers in East Jakarta region. 1

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Islam Al Azhar 1 Jakarta, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program Digital Parenting yang dilakukan SMP Islam Al Azhar 1 Jakarta dalam peningkatan kualitas hubungan sekolah dengan orang tua. Perencanaan program digital parenting memiliki beberapa fungsi yaitu salah satunya adalah menjadikan orang tua paham bagaimana mendampingi dan mengawasi anaknya belajar di sekolah maupun di rumah. Penetapan hasil program digital parenting dinyatakan berhasil jika pengaduan atau komplain orang tua berkurang di sekolah, jika masih terdapat banyak pengaduan terkait siswa masih akan terus diadakan sampai benar-benar dirasa bermanfaat dengan adanya program ini sesuai yang sudah ditetapkan dalam SOP program digital parenting.
