<![CDATA[Global warming in Indonesia is caused by the increase in GHG from landfills. Character education is expected to form citizenship behavior towards the environment in students. This research aims to determine the effect of big-five personality and environmental justice on citizenship behavior toward environment. The method used is a survey method through causal studies and analyzed using path analysis. This research was conducted toward 80 students at SMAN Jakarta in odd semesters of the 2022/2023 academic year. The result of reliability coefficient of citizenship behavior towards environment was 0.898, big-five personality was 0.923, and environmental justice was 0.872. The result show that big-five personality has a direct effect on citizenship behavior toward environment,environmental justice has a direct effect on citizenship behavior toward environment, big-five personality has a direct effect on environmental justice, and environmental justice is not a good mediator between big-five personality and citizenship behavior toward environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Environmental problems have continued to increase since the last 3 years, mostly caused by human activities. It is important to understand the factors of students as the next generation whether they carry out responsible environmental behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of intention to act on the environment as a mediator between the big-five personality and the responsible environmental behavior of students. The sample for this research was 100 students at SMAN 6 Jakarta in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The method used is a survey method through causal studies and analyzed by path analysis. The research instruments used were responsible environmental behavior (22 items, reliability 0.893), big-five personality (26 items, reliability 0.877), and intention to act (25 items, reliability 0.918). The results showed big-five personality has a direct influence on the intention to act on the environment significantly, intention to act on the environment has a direct effect on responsible environmental behavior significantly, big-five personality has a direct influence on responsible environmental behavior significantly, and and the results of intention to act are suitable as mediating variables between personality and responsible environmental behavior on students. <![CDATA[Kinerja siswa yang terangkum dalam prestasi siswa mengalami penurunan sehingga guru memiliki peran penting dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, serta integritas peserta didik yang dapat membangun lingkungan positif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan guru terhadap kinerja siswa melalui integritas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei studi kausal dan analisis jalur, dengan memilih 70 siswa secara acak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 12 Jakarta. Hasil perhitungan koefisien reliabilitas instrumen kinerja siswa sebesar 0,91, kepemimpinan guru sebesar 0,94, dan integritas sebesar 0,923. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja siswa secara signifikan, kepemimpinan guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap integritas siswa secara signifikan, integritas berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja siswa secara signifikan, dan kepemimpinan guru tidak berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja siswa melalui integritas siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa integritas belum menjadi mediator yang baik antara kepemimpinan guru dengan kinerja siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[Environmental problems are a necessity that is difficult to separate from human life as a result of human behavior that pollutes the environment. As living beings, humans always try to make ends meet by utilizing natural resources provided by the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of environmental sensitivity of high school students in Depok City and the need for teaching materials currently used in schools in biology lessons. Research Methods with a survey approach to 90 high school students in Depok City. The results of this study are high school students in Depok's environmental sensitivity is still low and biology learning currently still uses conventional teaching materials and is still relevant to the applicable curriculum. <![CDATA[Kerusakan lingkungan dan dampaknya merupakan persoalan yang masih terus berlanjut di Indonesia. Isu lingkungan nampaknya masih menjadi agenda yang sepele terhadap agenda politik lainnya. Hal ini terbukti dari gagalnya narasi isu lingkungan yang selalu dibawa oleh civil society terhadap setiap aktor politik atau partai politik, khususnya menjelang pemilu. Fenomena ini mengindikasikan bahwa perlunya mendorong transformasi narasi politik hijau menjadi platform partai politik sebagaimana yang terjadi di negara lain. Tulisan ini mencoba menganalisis absennya keterwakilan narasi politik hijau dalam parlemen menggunakan pendekatan teori oligarki dan partai politik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat tiga faktor penyebab isu lingkungan hidup terus menemui jalan buntu ketika berhadapan dengan agenda politik, yaitu; Pertama, rendahnya perhatian partisipasi dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap isu keberlanjutan lingkungan. Kedua, dominasi oligarki di partai politik dan parlemen dalam penguasaan SDA. Ketiga, tidak adanya representasi partai politik hijau di dalam parlemen. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan keberanian dari partai politik dan tokoh politik sebagai calon pemimpin masa depan untuk menjadikan isu lingkungan sebagai agenda utama politiknya]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role of Dayak Katab Kebahan youth in sustainable water resources in Semadin Lengkong Village. This research is a qualitative research using case study method. Methods of data collection using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The data validation technique uses the source triangulation technique. The results of the study show that: The role of the Dayak Kebahan youth includes collaboration, innovation, communication, evaluation and realization of sustainable programs by working together with various parties. Sustainable issues will continue to be fought for while creating a good history and protecting future civilizations by protecting springs, protecting forests, protecting the environment by protecting yourself, protecting others and protecting the earth.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa pada pelajaran IPA tentang metamorfosis. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman materi metamorfosis pada mata pelajaran IPA. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah tindakan kelas, dengan 2 siklus. Objek penelitian yaitu peserta didik Sekolah Dasar di SDN Kalimulya 1 Kota Depok kelas IV berjumlah 34 siswa dengan komposisi 19 siswa laki-laki dan 15 siswa perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu berupa tes tentang pemahaman siswa materi metamorfosis dan lembar observasi guru dalam penerapan metode group investigation. Indikator keberhasilan yang diterapkan adalah berupa nilai tes pemahaman materi sebesar 75 dengan target siswa mayoritas 80%. Hasil penelitian berupa pra-penelitian dengan jumlah yang tuntas 7 siswa dan persentase ketuntasan 21% dengan rata-rata 46,32 dari 34 siswa. Siklus 1 jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 22 siswa dan persentase ketuntasan 65% dengan rata-rata 66,47. Siklus 2 jumlah siswa yang tuntas adalah 28 siswa dan persentase 82% dengan rata-rata 80,15. Siklus 2 berhenti karena indikator pembelajaran sudah tercapai sebagai bukti nilai rata-rata kelas 80,15 sudah diatas KKM yaitu 75%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode group investigation dapat meningkatkan pemahaman tentang materi metamorfosis dalam mata pelajaran IPA kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to assess the risk awareness of culinary entrepreneurship students regarding the risks associated with operating a culinary business. In addition, this research also aims to test the feasibility scale of the 'Culinary Risk Register (CRR) 2022.' The CRR is a list of risks containing 13 aspects of risk in the culinary business, derived from four risk categories: Financial, Operational, Strategic, and Hazard. The research employed a quantitative method and the Guttman Scale. The Guttman Scale was used to test the Reproducibility Coefficient and the Stability Coefficient of the CRR. The respondents of this study were sophomore students at Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi Trisakti enrolled in the Entrepreneurship course during the Odd Semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The results show that the students have a high level of risk awareness regarding the culinary business concept at the basic and intermediate levels. Meanwhile, regarding the complex level, the understanding varies somewhat, and the level of risk awareness is lower than that of the basic and intermediate levels. As a measurement tool (binary questionnaire), CRR 2022 demonstrates a high feasibility scale, with a Reproducibility Coefficient test score of 97% and a Stability Feasibility test score of 94%. This means that CRR is a valid binary questionnaire instrument that can be used to measure the level of risk awareness in the culinary business. The key connection between the findings of this study and the results of the 2022 Culinary Business Risk Survey is that novice entrepreneurs generally lack an understanding of the importance of preparing business contingency capital, unlike experienced entrepreneurs (respondents of the 2022 Survey). This indicates that awareness of the necessity of contingency capital constitutes a complex-level risk, which can only be fully understood after acquiring advanced managerial knowledge and direct field experience.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pedagang kaki lima (PKL) di Pusat Perkantoran DKI Jakarta mengenai pentingnya perlindungan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Latar belakangnya adalah rendahnya partisipasi pekerja informal dalam program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, padahal mereka rentan terhadap risiko kerja seperti kecelakaan, kematian, dan kebutuhan jaminan hari tua. Melalui sosialisasi, tim peneliti memberikan edukasi tentang manfaat program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, termasuk Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT), Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK), dan Jaminan Kematian (JKM). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan langsung dengan menyebarkan brosur dan penjelasan individual kepada PKL. Hasilnya menunjukkan minat tinggi dari peserta, meskipun kendala teknis seperti kesibukan PKL melayani pelanggan mengurangi efektivitas sosialisasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong partisipasi PKL dalam BPJS Ketenagakerjaan serta menjadi model kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan BPJS untuk perluasan jangkauan sosialisasi.]]>

<![CDATA[The insurance industry plays a crucial role in the economy. It plays an active role and drives other financial industry groups, such as banking. The insurance industry and the banking industry are linked through investment, credit risk management, payment systems and transaction flows, as well as joint product collaborations obtain benefit to both parties. The Strategic Program in the Insurance Roadmap optimizes the connectivity between insurance and banking to provide benefits to customers and the societies. In fact, the societies is more comprehensively familiar with the banking industry than the insurance industry. People prefer to protect their finances by saving and investing through banks. Data from National Financial Literacy Survey (SNLKI-2024) conducted by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Badan Pusat Statistics (BPS) shows a gap of 9.59% between the financial literacy index and the national financial inclusion index in 2023. This indicates that 9.59% of Indonesians who use financial products/services still lack of financial literacy adequate. Improving financial literacy and inclusion is crucial because adequate financial literacy impacts consumers' ability to understand the information they receive and assess the benefits and risks inherent in each financial product and service. STMA Trisakti Lecturer had completed Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) activity during semester of 2024/2025 to provide insurance literacy to school teachers in Jakarta, considering school’s teachers is one of the targets of SNLKI Strategy (2021-2025) to get financial literacy. Insurance literacy through this PKM activity is expected to continue in further semester with the same or different target participants (in accordance with SNLKI targets). The purposes are to assist the Government in increasing national financial literacy rates/index, particularly insurance literacy. Hoped it will increase public awareness, regarding the importance of insurance and to support the national insurance growth.
