Abstract

This study examines the role of Islamic religious education teachers in overcoming the influence of social media at SMA Negeri 1 Batu Ketulis. The problem in this study is what are the roles of PAI teachers in overcoming the influence of social media at SMA Negeri 1 Batu Ketulis and the influence of social media on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Batu Ketulis. The purpose of this study was to find out and understand the role of PAI teachers in overcoming the influence of social media at SMA Negeri 1 Batu Ketulis and to find out and understand what influence social media has on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Batu Ketulis. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. In collecting data, the authors used three methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The focus of the research was students in grades X, XI and XII at SMA Negeri 1 Batu Ketulis. The results of the study showed that the high use of social media at SMA Negeri 1 Batu Ketulis made the role of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers in overcoming the influence of using social media at SMA Negeri 1 Batu Ketulis very high, while the use of social media facilitated teaching and learning activities, and had an important role. high on student achievement at SMAN 1 Batu Ketulis.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability to read early in children. In this case most of the children have not been able to read early but only memorize it. This is indicated by the condition of the children of 31 students in group B RA Darusholihin Hujung who were able to read only 10 children at the beginning. The low ability to read early is caused by the learning methods used by teachers do not vary or are monotonous so that children experience boredom. The purpose of this research is the low ability to read early because the learning methods used by teachers do not vary or are monotonous so that children experience boredom. This research method is class action with the stages of each cycle, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of observation and test questions. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the application of early reading skills in group B RA Darusholihin's children through word card activities increased. The increase in children's reading ability can be seen from the average observation results of pre-action children's reading, namely 39.13%, in the first cycle it reached 48%, in the second cycle it reached 74%. So the percentage of 74% has reached the achievement target with Very Good Developing (BSB) criteria

Abstract

The teacher's strategy for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is very important in the Development of Student Characteristics, because it is not enough to just learn Good Characteristics, without a strategy to form a good personality. Seeing the phenomenon that occurred at SD Negeri 1 Padang Cahya, Balik Bukit District, West Lampung Regency T/A. 2022, students fight with each other, and go in and out of class without permission. The aims of this study were first, to find out the ethics of students, second, to find out the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering morals and third, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering morals for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Padang. Light, N/A. 2022. This research is a qualitative research. The population of this study were all students of SD Negeri 1 Padang Cahya West Lampung T/A. 2022, while the sample from this study was students of Class V (five) at SD Negeri 1 Padang Cahya. Data was collected using data collection techniques in the form of observations, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. After analyzing the data, in general the manners of class V students at SD Negeri 1 Padang Cahya, T/A. 2022 can be said to be moderate because 30 respondents 18 people or 72% fall into the medium category. Whereas in the good category only 5 people or 12% and those in the less category are 7 people or 16%. Based on the results of observations and interviews with Islamic Religious Education teachers at Padang Cahya 1 Public Elementary School, they explained that the strategy that can be used to foster student morals is to use various methods, namely: Exemplary, Advice, Discussion, Punishment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of students' attention to the importance of reading the Qur'an, so that its effectiveness has not been well understood. This type of research is descriptive qualitative where there is a relationship between one variable, namely in this study there is an influence on the effectiveness of the habituation of learning Al-Qur'an Hadith at MTs Al-Falah Krui. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the effectiveness of learning the Qur'an Hadith in class VIII students of MTs Al-Falah Krui in 2022. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The population in this study were all students of class VIII MTs Al-Falah Krui with a total of 64 students, then samples were taken using Cluster Random Sampling so that a sample of 24 students was obtained. The results of research on the effectiveness of learning the Al-Qur'an Hadith in class VIII students of MTs Al-Falah Krui, the following conclusions can be drawn: achievement of curriculum targets, student absorption, teacher presence, student presence, and student achievement in Al- Qur'an Hadith class VIII MTs Al Falah Krui is above 75%, so that the overall target achievement in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith MTs Al Falah Krui is efficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam terkait konsep perencanaan dalam perspektif Al Qur’an dan Al Hadits. Artikel ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research). Hasil Analisa menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan QS. Al Hasyr ayat 18, dibahas bahwa ketika seseorang akan melakukan sesuatu hal harus dilakukan dengan teliti. Karena setiap apa yang dilakukan oleh seseorang akan dipertanggungjawabkan. QS. Al Fathir ayat 11, menggambarkan tentang teori perencanaan bahwasanya setiap proses atau langkah-langkah yang akan dilakukan dalam suatu perencanaan hendaknya tertulis dalam buku catatan agar mempermudah mengontrol jalur yang telah direncanakan. QS. Al Hadid ayat 22, bahwa dalam suatu perencanaan sangat memerlukan ilmu-ilmu yang berkaitan perencanaan itu sendiri dan apa-apa yang akan direncanakan nantinya. Agar perencanaan tersebut betul-betul terealisasi sesuai dengan tujuan pencapaiannya. QS. Al Anfal ayat 90, dibahas bahwa perencanaan merupakan keseluruhan proses dan penentuan secara matang tentang hal-hal yang akan dikerjakan di masa akan datang dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Sedangkan berdasarkan hadits Nabi SAW, bahwa perencanaan dapat diartikan sebagai persiapan untuk melaksanakan aktifitas dengan jangka waktu tertentu dan didasari dengan niat serta mengatur dan melaksanakan rencananya segera tanpa menunda-nunda atau mengundur-ngundur waktu.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the basis, form and value of local wisdom and the pattern of the formation of a multicultural society in Fajar Esuk village. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic analysis methods as a basis for interpreting elements of tradition and culture in a multicultural society. The results of this study indicate that cosmic multiculturalism is the basis for the formation of a society with high tolerance among community members. Furthermore, there are four influences that form the basis of this, namely the influence of cultural studies, globalization, unblocking gender, mindset. Various local wisdoms become media and patterns of tolerance in a multicultural society, including the commemoration of religious holidays, Hajatan. Wiwitan and joint economic development activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan PAUD dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di TK Pertiwi Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di TK Pertiwi Metro pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021/ 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan kunci penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah dan informan pendukung yaitu wakil kepala sekolah, pendidik dan satpam. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mutu pendidikan di TK Pertiwi Metro sudah bermutu, dikarenakan perencanaan standar proses dan standar pengelolaan sudah disusun berdasarkan pada visi, misi dan tujuan TK Pertiwi Metro. Pengorganisasian standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan sesuai dengan kualifikasi akademik, kompetensi dan diorganisasikan berdasarkan kebutuhan sekolah. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin berperan sebagai komunikator dan motivator dalam mengarahkan dan menggerakkan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Pengawasan dilakukan sesuai dengan Permendikbud nomor 137 tahun 2014 mencakup kegiatan supervisi, evaluasi, pelaporan dan tindak lanjut hasil pengawasan. Selain itu, sinergi input yang terencana diproses dengan maksimal sehingga menghasilkan output berupa peserta didik yang siap memasuki pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis konsep dasar manajemen lembaga pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan yaitu termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kepustakaan (library research) merupakan jenis penelitian yang pembahasanya mengkaji dari teori-teori literatur yang terkait dengan data-data yang dibutuhkan dalam suatu penelitian yang ditelaah dan ditelusuri dari sumber kepustakaan, karna dalam hal ini yang dikaji yaitu konsep dasar manajemen lembaga pendidikan Islam maka penelitian ini termasuk dalam kualitatif deskriptif yaitu data yang dihasilkan berupa kata-kata, gambar bukan angka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsep dasar lembaga pendidikan islam yaitu suatu konsep yang bersumber dari AL-Qur’an dan Hadis Nabi dalam penelitian ini terjadi melalui 4 proses Planning(Perencanaan) Beberapa hal yang perlu disiapkan dalam perencanaan antara lain: merumuskan tujuan, memprediksi permasalahan-permasalahan yang kemungkinan muncul, mengumpulkan data informasi yang diperlukan secara tepat, merumuskan dan menentukan tahap-tahap kegiatan, merumuskan pemecahan masalah, merumuskan bagaimana sutau pekerjaan bisa diselesaikan secara efektif dan efisien, Setelah planning atau perencanaan kemudian Organizing (pengorganisasian) Proses pengorganisasian untuk menciptakan organsasi yang dinamis diantara Hal-hal yang dapat dilakukan dalam proses pengorganisasian adalah membagi pekerjaan ke dalam tugas-tugas yang bersifat operasional, melakukan pengelompokan tugas dalam setiap posisi secara proporsional, melakukan penggabungan jabatan operasional ke dalam unit yang saling berkaitan, menempatkan orang untuk bekerja sesuai dengan kapasitasnya, menyesuaikan wewenang dan tanggungjawab bagi setiap anggota, menyediakan fasilitas bagi pegawai, memastikan bahwa organisasi berjalan sesuai dengan petunjuk dan pengawasan, lalu setelah itu proses Actuating (Penggerakan) Dalam proses ini di ambil alih oleh pemimpin untuk mengelola seluruh SDM yang ada setelah itu proses selanjutnya adalah Controlling (Pengawasan) Pengawasan di lingkungan LPI diartikan sebagai usaha yang sistemasis seorang kepala LPI dalam memonitor, menilai, dan membina aktivitas proses belajar mengajar agar berjalan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah disepakati dan mencapai hasil yang maksimal.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the level of, and in fact, principals' difficulty in administering teacher coaching of SMA/MA in Ende. The research type was descriptive. The questionnaire data were distributed to 12 principals as the respondent. Data were analyzed by using a descriptive quantitative approach with a cross-tabulation technique. The result shows that in administering teaching coaching of SMA/MA in Ende, every aspect listed in the difficulty level can be categorized as very difficult. The result of the data analysis of causes of adversity shows that the principles of administering teacher coaching of SMA/MA in Ende found out: 1) The aspect of class visits was the average of 21,58% caused the time limitation; 2) The aspect of the personal meeting was the average 14,64% caused the professional abilities; 3) The aspect of the teacher council meeting was the average of 27,13% caused limited execution instructions; 4) The aspect of school inter-school visits was average of 18,58%, causing a minimum of expense; 5) The aspect of the teacher work group was an average of 17,03%, causing a minimum expense and time limit. Thus, the dominant cause of adversity was the limitation of the time limit.

Abstract

Abstract Headmaster have an important role in improving the quality of education. This study aims to determine the extent of the role of the head of MI Mathla'ul anwar Mada Jaya Pesawaran Regency in improving the quality of education. This type of research is included in qualitative descriptive research. Methods of data collection using interviews and observation. The data analysis technique uses three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study stated that the head of MI Mathla'ul Anwar Mada Jaya had worked hard to improve the quality of education by taking on the role of educator, administrator, manager, supervisor, and motivator although there were several roles that had not emerged, namely innovator. The role as a leader is reduced in his role as a manager, supervisor, and motivator. Key words: Role, Headmaster
