Abstract

Effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio Share Price (Empirical Study on the Company Sub Sector Coal Mine Listed on the Stock Exchange). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio of the stock price either partially or simltan. This research was conducted at several companies included in the sub-sector coal. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. To test the hypothesis, the method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the program Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). The technique used in this study using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the data has met the classical assumptions such as normal distribution of data, there is no heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity does not occur and no autocorrelation. From the results of linear regression analysis can be partially known and simultaneous variables and Current Ratio Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on stock prices. The coefficient of determination indicates that the price of shares in coal mining sub-sector is explained by - 0.1%, which means that the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on stock prices. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pendidik Yayasan Marvin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 112 karyawan Yayasan Marvin. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 17. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dengan analisis faktor, uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi liner berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pendidik. Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pendidik dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pendidik.Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Pendidik.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KOMPETENSI GURU DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SDN JOGLO 05 PAGI JAKARTA. Seluruh negara di dunia memiliki sistem pendidikan formal yang wajib diberlakukan oleh seluruh warga negaranya. Pada umumnya, setiap warga negara wajib mengenyam pendidikan formal di tempat yang dinamakan sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini sekolah yang akan diteliti ialah SDN Joglo 05 Pagi Jakarta. Fenomena yang terjadi di sekolah ini ialah selama tiga tahun terakhir tingkat kelulusan siswa menurun, hal ini mencerminkan bahwa kinerja guru tersebut dikatakan menurun. Untuk menjelaskan lebih rinci mengenai fenomena yang terjadi di SDN Joglo 05 Pagi Jakarta, peneliti menghubungkannya dengan variabel bebas yang terdiri atas budaya organisasi, kompetensi guru, dan motivasi karena ketiga hal tersebut juga merupakan permasalahan pokok yang terjadi di tempat penelitian ini. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompetensi guru, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru SDN Joglo 05 Pagi Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode survei dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa budaya organisasi, kompetensi guru, dan motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru SDN Joglo 05 Pagi Jakarta serta kompetensi guru sangat berpengaruh dominan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru SDN Joglo 05 Pagi Jakarta.Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi Guru, Motivasi.

Abstract

ANALYSIS OF EFFECT OF COMPENSATION, JOB SATISFACTION, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMIT-MENT TO TURNOVER INTENTION (STUDY IN DESIGN CONSULTANTS PT. Grahacipta). A high turn-over rate would cause a negative impact for the Organization, it is like creating instability and uncertainty (uncertainty) against labor conditions and increase the cost of the human resources in the form of training costs which have already invested in employee recruitment and training costs to return. High Turnover also resulted in ineffective organizations because the company lost experienced employees and retraining new employees. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of variable compensation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of turnover intention and to analyze the variable that has the biggest influence of turnover intention. The sample is around 117 respondents. As for the methods used in sampling is by using census sampling method, and the analyze data use the multiple linear regression analyze, with the SPSS program assistance. The results of the testing of the hypothesis, indicating that : 1) the variable compensation have negative effect on turnover intention, 2) job satisfaction have negative effect on turnover intention, 3) organizational commitment have negative effect on turnover intention, 4) compensation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment have negative effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention

Abstract

ABSTRAKANALISIS PENGARUH PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA YANG BERDAMPAK PADA PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PUTRA CITA NUSA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh peran kepemimpinandanbudayaorganisasiterhadapmotivasikerjayang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Pada penelitian ini,variabel independen yaitu peran kepemimpinan (X1) dan budaya organisasi (X2), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah motivasi kerja (Y) yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan (Z).Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 57 responden dari 130 populasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaperan kepemimpinan (X1)berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial sebesar 40,6% terhadap motivasi kerja (Y), budaya organisasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial sebesar 45,1% terhadap motivasi kerja (Y) dan motivasi kerja (Y)berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial sebesar 39,5%kinerja karyawan (Z) serta sisanya diterangkan oleh variabel lain.Hasil penelitian regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan (X1) dan budaya organisasi (X2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan sebesar 49,3% terhadap motivasi kerja (Y) yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan (Z), sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50,7% diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diajukan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja.  ABSTRACTANALYSIS OF EFFECT OF THE ROLE OF LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATION CULTURE TO WORKING EMPLOYMENT MOTIVATION IN ENHANCING PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES AT PT. PUTRA CITA NUSA. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership roles and organizational culture on work motivation that impact on improving employee performance. In this study, independent variables are leadership roles (X1) and organizational culture (X2), while the dependent variable is the work motivation (Y) which has an impact on employee performance improvement (Z). This study was conducted to 57 respondents from 130 existing population. The result of the research shows that leadership role (X1) has a significant influence partially 40,6% toward work motivation (Y), organizational culture (X2) has a significant partial effect of 45,1% to work motivation (Y) and work motivation ) Partially significant effect of 39.5% employee performance (Z) and the rest is explained by other variables. The result of multiple regression research shows that leadership role (X1) and organizational culture (X2) have a significant influence simultaneously equal to 49,3% to work motivation (Y) which impact on employee performance improvement (Z), while the rest equal to 50,7% Explained by other variables that are not proposed in this research. Abstract

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS OF MARKETING STRATEGY POWER SUMBER SOLUSINDO, PT. This research aims to determine what marketing strategies that can be done at Power Sumber Solusindo, PT of marketing strategies that have been implemented by considering the factors of internal and external factors on the Company, and to improve the competitiveness in product marketing in corporate environments Oil and gas in Indonesia, resulting in maximum profit. The method used in this thesis is a descriptive research model, using analysis of internal factors, external and analysis through the SWOT analysis and the BCG matrix. BCG matrix method is used to determine the rate of market growth in Power Sumber Solusindo, PT and has targeted a growth of 11.85%, and market share has more than the ability to compete with competitors. The results of the SWOT analysis of Power Sumber Solusindo, PT yield that the right strategy at Power Sumber Solusindo, PT is to perform three steps namely the Strategic Growth Markets (Market Growth Strategy), Strategy Market Share (Market Share Startegy), Market Expansion Strategy (Expansion Strategy). This study concluded that the competing product marketing strategy that can be used is to make investments to Strengthen its dominant position in emerging markets, and deepen market penetration power that has mastered marketing to accelerate growth, as well as to make cooperation with the principal to get the product with ease competitive prices. Abstract

ABSTRAKPENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN,  MOTIVASI, DAN  KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (PADA BADAN PENELITIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN KEMENTERIAN DALAM NEGERI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja di Litbang Kemendageri. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan penelitian asosiatif Kuantitatif, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : uji kualitas data (validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik) dan uji hipotesis (uji parsial t, uji simultan F). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan populasi seluruh pegawai Balitbang (PNS dan pegawai kontrak) yang berjumlah 257 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) pegawai Balitbang Kemendagri.Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) pegawai balitbang Kemendagri.Kepuasan kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) pegawai Balitbang Kemendagri.Gaya kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X3)  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja (Y)  pegawai Balitbang Kemendagri.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACT PATH ANALYSIS OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, COMPENSATION AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEES TURNOVER OF YUASA BATTERY INDONESIA, CO,-LTD.-TANGERANG. The study attempted to examine a phenomena and to gain empirical evident, as well as to get a brief data on the influence of organizational culture, compensation and job satisfaction on employee turnover. The study applied descriptive and inductive of multivariat regression method it’s include 94 respondents as the samples. The samples were selected through proporsionate stratified sampling. The statistical tool were used is SPSS 17 software as the means to examine the data. The findings could be concluded as follows: (1) There was positive effect from all independent variables toward employee turnover within value influence 80,9%. (2) The results of this research indicated that job satisfaction was the greatest affecting to the employee turnover was as much as 59.1%. (3) Meanwhile there are positive influence of organizational  culture was equal to 26.7%. (4) Then there are positive affecting of compensation  was equal to 12.6%. Based on the analysis of the conclusions and implications of this research, there are several suggestions as follows:(1) Based on the calculation results of the questionnaire, organizational culture variables (X1) which consists of 4 dimensions and 12 indicators, dimensions of employee engagement have a presentation of the most low at 48.94%. It should be a concern for the company improve employee engagement as a problem-solving discussion, provides an opportunity to move forward, and so on. (2) The  compensation variable  (X2) consisting of 4 dimensions and 12 indicators, dimensions of the facility have a presentation that is equal to 51.33% lower. It should be a concern for the company improve employee facilities required such as parking areas, parks, sports facilities, so that employees feel comfortable in the company area. (3) The Job satisfaction variables (X3) which consists of 4 dimensions and 16 indicators, job security dimension has the lowest presentation that is equal to 52.38%. It is recommended that companies pay more attention to health and safety, and social security so employees do not feel anxious in doing the job.(4) The Turnover variable (Y) consisting of 4 dimensions and 13 indicators, dimensions of the work environment has a presentation of the work value that is equal to 53.19%.

Abstract

RESOURCE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM INDUSTRY IN THE DISTRICT RAJA Ampat, West Papua. Raja Ampat tourism development, also developed in line with the determination of the application of Special Autonomy (Autonomy) in the Land of Papua. Enforcement of Law No. 21 of 2001, reinforced (asserted) Raja Ampat legitimacy of local governments to manage the potential areas in order to achieve development goals. Entry Special autonomy in Raja Ampat is expected to provide opportunities and greater opportunities not only to local governments in the management of resources in the interests of development financing alone, but is also expected through the program of the Special Autonomy, local communities can be empowered and given the widest possible opportunity to become masters in their own areas. Based on the results of the study factors influence the development of tourism in Raja Ampat, namely, the influence of market trends travelers who recently experienced a shift from mass tourism to special interest tours. Underwater beauty and the beauty of objects as diverse nature indirectly has made the travel services companies flocking to Raja Ampat. Through various programs of travel packages these investors bring tourists to this maritime district. Hoped that investors can benefit not only the beauty of Raja Ampat for profit alone, but what about the presence of investors, development of tourism can provide benefits to local communities in Raja Ampat. For this is the role of investors are required to take more of a role to empower local communities around the attractions are located.Keywords: resource development, the Tourism Industry.

Abstract

A B S T R A K   ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR FAKTOR KEPEMIMPINAN (PEMIMPIN dan PENGIKUT) TERHADAP MOTIVASI KARYAWAN DALAM MEMASARKAN PRODUK PT. TELKOM INDONESIA Graha Telkom BSD Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hasil pengaruh faktor-faktor kepemimpinan (Pemimpin, Pengikut) terhadap motivasi karyawan dalam memasarkan produk PT. Telkom Indonesia (Tbk) di Graha Telkom BSD. Metode penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif, survey mengumpulkan data primer dari kuesioner populasi di Graha Telkom BSD 61 orang. Hasil (1) Secara simultan uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung  47,781. Nilai Ftabel  taraf signifikansi 5% dan derajat kebebasan (dk) pembilang = k (banyak variabel bebas) = 4 dan  dk penyebut = n-k-1 = 61– 4 – 1 = 56. Ftabel = 2,540.  Jika nilai Fhitung dibandingkan  Ftabel terlihat Fhitung  (47,781) > dari Ftabel (2,540) tingkat signifikansi (α) 0,000<0,05 adalah signifikan. Artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. (2) Secara Parsial uji T untuk variable pimpinan, nilai thitung sebesar 2,204> ttabel (2,000) nilai taraf signifikansi 0,032< α (0,05). Hasil uji T untuk variable pengikut nilai thitung sebesar 2,039> ttabel (2,000) serta nilai taraf signifikansi  sebesar 0,046< α (0,05). Unsur kepemimpinan (pemimpin,pengikut) berpengaruh kuat terhadap motivasi Karyawan memasarkan produk baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Gaya kepemimpinan mendukung karyawan lebih kreatif dan kondusif dalam bekerja sehingga menambah perluasan wilayah dalam pemasaran produk.Kata kunci : Pemimpin, Pengikut,  memotivasi karyawan
