Abstract

This research was motivated by the successful achievement of scout extracurricular activities in Junior High This research is conducted because of student's low confidence at SMP Negeri 6 Sijunjung, the writer assumes that it caused by the students less involve on PIK-R extracurricular at the school. The aim of this research to (1) describe the students' self-confident at SMP N 6 Sijunjung (2) describe the students involve on PIK-R extracurricular at SMP N 6 Sijunjung (3) find the correlation of students self-confidence and their involving on PIK-R extracurricular activity at SMP Negeri 6 Sijunjung. This research is the correlation with quantitative research. The population is all of the students who involve in PIK-R extracurricular activity at SMP Negeri 6 Sijunjung, about 42 students, the sample of this research about 34 students (80%) of the population. The sample is determining by using a stratified random sampling technique because the population is not homogenous and having proportional? Level the technique used to collect the data in this research is an inquiry by using questionnaires. This research is descriptive and correlational (product-moment) analysis. The result of this research shows that (1) the students at SMP Negeri 6 Sijunjung have less self-confidence (2) the students at SMP Negeri 6 Sijunjung have less involving on PIK-R extracurricular activity (3) there is a significant correlation between students self-confidence and they are involving on PIK-R extracurricular activity at SMP Negeri 6 Sijunjung.Keywords: Self Confidence, Students Involving

Abstract

This research is motivated by the success of training participants in participating in training activities in the Padang Industrial Training Center. The researcher suspect that the high success achieved by the training participants is influenced by the good characteristics of the training participants in which the training participants’ interest and enthusiasm are said to be good. This can be seen from the characteristics of the participants in attending the training which consist of: cooperative type, passive type, and vandalizing type. This study aims to illustrate how the characteristics of the training participants as a benchmark for the education and training committee so that the training can be implemented well in the Padang Industrial Training Center. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were participants of the 3 in 1 junior custome made female operator which amounts to 70 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, in which the population in this study was 50% of the population of 35 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire in the form of a Likert Scale. While the data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. From the results of the study it was found that: (1) the cooperative type characteristics of the training participants were categorized as good, (2) the passive type characteristics of the training participants were categorized as less (3) the characteristics of the troubled type of the training participants were categorized as less. Based on the results of the study it is recommended that training participants can have better characters so that the training can run smoothly, and can have high motivation and good interest in participating in the training.Keywords: Characteristics, Participants, Training, Custome Made

Abstract

This research is to see how the development of science in the field of non-formal education, especially in training in the field of computer-related to students in the training and also aims to arouse students' enthusiasm for learning in science that is in the educational profession outside of school. Namely training and education. In this institution it is important to recognize and facilitate the learning motivation found in these students. By providing learning resources to be able to increase learning motivation in these learners, so they can take learning seriously and can also improve the quality of learning at primary computer data course institutions. In education and training is something that can be useful for someone and initial capital to improve their skills and also improve skills and abilities for someone who does not know their skills and abilities and can also produce productivity at work, both those who have worked and want to get certain skill.Keywords: Training, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This article aims to determine parental understanding of the development of emotional problems in children This study is motivated by the high participation of PNM group members Membina Ekonomi Keluarga Sejahtera (MEKAAR) PBB Indah at  Kecamatan Ampek Nagari, suspected caused by the social needs of PNM Mekaar PBB Indah group members. This study aims to describe the need to be accepted, the need to be valued and the need to be included group members of the PNM Mekaar PBB Indah at Kecamatan Ampek Nagari. The type of this study is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study is the all of PNM Mekaar PBB Indah  group members that are 30 persons. The sample is 67% of the population is about 20 persons, with cluster random sampling technique. The data collecting is using questionnaire, and the data collection tool is the list of written statements. The data analysis technique is using percentage formula. The study result shows that  (1) the needs to be accepted by the group members of PNM Mekaar PBB Indah were very fulfilled, (2) the needs to be respect by the group members of PNM Mekaar PBB Indah were very fulfilled, and (3) the need to be included by the group members of PNM Mekaar PBB Indah  very fulfilled.Keywords: Social Needs, Participation

Abstract

Early children's education basically covers all the efforts take it by educator and parents in the process to get care, and education for children with creat an environment of children can explore experiences that provide opportunities for them to recognize and understand the learning experient they have gained from the environment.
