Abstract

Inclusive education plays a crucial role in fostering social interaction among students with special needs. This study aimed to explore how inclusive education impacts the social development of children with disabilities through a systematic literature review. The research identified key benefits of inclusive education, including improved communication skills, stronger peer relationships, and enhanced self-esteem for students with special needs. Additionally, typically developing students also gained empathy and social awareness through inclusive settings. However, the study found significant challenges, such as social isolation, peer rejection, and inadequate teacher training, which hinder the effectiveness of inclusive education. The research emphasized the importance of targeted interventions, such as structured social skills programs and peer-mediated strategies, to improve the inclusion experience. Moreover, the voices of students with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder, were found to be underrepresented in discussions about best practices, leading to ineffective inclusion strategies. This study highlights the need for better teacher preparation, increased social support, and student-centered policies to create a truly inclusive learning environment. By addressing these challenges, inclusive education can be a powerful tool for promoting social integration and equality in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi kepemimpinan otentik, budaya organisasi, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja tinggi dan kinerja perusahaan. High performance sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PTPN 4 PKS Ajamu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode SEM dan melibatkan 90 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan otentik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tinggi dan kinerja perusahaan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan (estimasi = 0,439; p < 0,001), tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap inovasi maupun kinerja tinggi. High performance tidak berpengaruh signifikan sebagai mediasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan otentik dan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, serta memberikan wawasan bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sektor agribisnis.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan ketidakamanan kerja terhadap niat berpindah, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan CV. Bintang Oasis Laut. Tingkat turnover yang tinggi merupakan permasalahan utama dalam dunia usaha, dan penyebab utamanya adalah stres dan ancaman kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan analisis asosiatif dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 karyawan (HRD CV Bintang Oase Samudera). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan analisis jalur dan software Smart-PLS 3.0. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, stres kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang besar terhadap niat berpindah (T statistik |O/STDEV|= 0.663), sedangkan ketidakamanan kerja memiliki pengaruh agak positif (T statistik|O/STDEV|= 4.786). Kepuasan kerja terbukti bertindak sebagai moderator dalam pengaruh antara stres kerja, ketidakpastian kerja, dan niat berpindah. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya perusahaan mengatasi stres dan ketidakstabilan pekerjaan karyawan. Karyawan yang mengalami banyak stres di tempat kerja akan kurang puas dan lebih cenderung untuk keluar.

Abstract

Religious moderation has become an urgent issue in Indonesia’s educational context, particularly in fostering tolerance and preventing radicalism among students. Schools play a crucial role in shaping students’ perspectives on religious diversity, with Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers serving as key agents in instilling moderation values. However, the implementation of religious moderation in schools faces various challenges, including curriculum constraints, sociocultural influences, and students’ diverse backgrounds. This study aims to analyze the specific strategies employed by IRE teachers in fostering religious moderation, the challenges they encounter, and the impact of their efforts on students. Using a qualitative research method with a social phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis involving IRE teachers and students in a senior high school in Banten, Indonesia. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify recurring patterns and key themes related to religious moderation practices. The findings indicate that IRE teachers implement religious moderation through interactive teaching methods, interfaith dialogues, and role-modeling behaviors that emphasize tolerance and balance. However, challenges such as limited institutional support, resistance from certain groups, and a lack of comprehensive training hinder the effectiveness of these efforts. Despite these obstacles, the study highlights the positive influence of IRE teachers in fostering an inclusive and harmonious school environment. The implications of this research suggest the need for more structured teacher training programs, curriculum adjustments to integrate religious moderation effectively, and policy support from educational institutions. These findings contribute to the broader discourse on religious moderation and provide practical recommendations for improving Islamic education in diverse learning environments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana Indonesia (PKBI) Kota Bengkulu dalam penyebaran informasi kesehatan reproduksi serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja perempuan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan informan kunci, observasi non-partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKBI Kota Bengkulu berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan literasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja perempuan melalui program edukasi, penyuluhan di sekolah, layanan konseling, serta pemanfaatan teknologi seperti aplikasi Oky. Selain itu, PKBI juga berperan sebagai agen perubahan dalam membentuk kesadaran remaja perempuan terhadap pentingnya menjaga kesehatan reproduksi serta mengambil keputusan yang tepat terkait kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi. Upaya ini turut mendukung pencegahan perilaku berisiko yang dapat berdampak pada kesehatan jangka panjang remaja perempuan. Dengan demikian, keberadaan PKBI Kota Bengkulu menjadi faktor penting dalam membangun generasi muda yang lebih sehat, berpengetahuan, dan memiliki kesadaran tinggi terhadap kesehatan reproduksi.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Thinking Strategy merupakan salah satu bentuk media untuk  membangun pengetahuan secara kreatif pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penggunaan, hambatan dan solusi, serta dampak penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Thinking Strategy pada berpikir kritis pada Anak Usia Dini di TK Plus Al-Fadhilah. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan, dari bulan Juni hingga Agustus 2024.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru, dan anak. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data dengan Miles Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Thinking Strategy pada Anak Usia Dini di TK Plus Al-Fadhilah diantaranya memilih strategi yang tepat untuk tujuan pembelajaran, menyiapkan bahan-bahan dan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif serta memberikan instruksi yang jelas dan mudah dipahami, hambatan dan solusi penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Thinking Strategy diantaranya masih kesulitan menemukan buku Silent Book, dengan solusi menambah pelatihan guru untuk pengembangan diskusi; dan dampak Visual Thinking Strategy pada Berpikir Kritis pada Anak Usia Dini di TK Plus Al-Fadhilah adalah anak menunjukkan kemampuan analitis yang lebih dalam dengan tidak hanya melihat gambar, tetapi juga menafsirkan maknanya.

Abstract

Cyberbullying is very important to address because this phenomenon is increasing along with the use of social media, especially among teenagers. Sometimes the perpetrator does not understand that he has committed cyberbullying and the victim does not understand if he has experienced bullying which can have a negative impact on his psychology. Therefore, cyber counseling in the form of group guidance is needed to increase understanding of cyberbullying. This is the purpose of the research. This research is included in quantitative experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection methods used psychological scale measuring instruments, interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used was SPSS 22 with t-test and Nomalized Gain (N-Gain) test. The subjects of this study were ninth grade students at SMP 23 Banjarmasin. The results showed an increase in understanding of cyberbullying (medium and high understanding level categories) with N-Gain values showing changes in values from pretest to posttest (from 17.6 increased in posttest with an average value of 27.7). For hypothesis testing, t count> t table (7.906> 1.812) or sig <0.05, which means that there is an effect on the treatment given, so that understanding of cyber bullying increases after cyber counselling services. This research can be implied in strengthening the digital literacy curriculum, teacher training, and anti-cyberbullying policies in schools.

Abstract

Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) adalah pendekatan berbasis penelitian yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran melalui refleksi kritis dan evaluasi sistematis. Dalam pendidikan sejarah, SoTL dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir historis, analisis sumber, dan kemampuan penelitian mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggambarkan praktek pengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam pendidikan sejarah bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak strategi pengajaran dan pembelajaran khusus terhadap keterlibatan mahasiswa calaon guru sejarah dalam pembelajaran sejarah, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan praktek pengajaran. Metode penelitian ini ialah menggunakan metode eksperimen di mana membandingkan kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitiannya ialah terjadi peningkatan rata-rata sekitar 53,4% pada kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan praktek langsung dalam pembelajaran sejarahnya. Pembelajaran dengan melibatkan langsung mahasiswa dapat memfasilitasi kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menganalisis sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder, menyusun argumen sejarah, dan mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang konten sejarah terutama dalam implementasi pengajaran sejarah.

Abstract

Despite the increasing global emphasis on literacy education, school-based literacy policies continue to face challenges in their development, implementation, and effectiveness. However, research examining these policies remains fragmented, particularly regarding their thematic evolution and geographic distribution. This study aims to analyze the research trends, thematic developments, and collaboration patterns in school-based literacy policy research from 2014 to 2024 through a bibliometric analysis. Using the Scopus database, 781 research articles were analyzed with VOSviewer and R Bibliometrix to identify citation structures, co-authorship networks, and thematic clusters. The findings reveal four major research clusters: (1) pedagogical approaches and teacher professional development, (2) health and well-being, including mental health literacy, (3) basic literacy skills and language development, and (4) policy implementation and evaluation. Over the past decade, publication output increased from 20 articles in 2014 to over 60 in 2023-2024, reflecting a growing academic interest in school-based literacy policies. The citation analysis shows that highly cited studies often focus on the intersection of literacy, digital transformation, and student well-being, indicating a shift toward a more integrated policy framework. Collaboration analysis highlights strong research networks among institutions in North America and Australia, though representation from developing regions remains limited. These findings provide critical insights for policymakers and educators in designing holistic literacy policies that integrate pedagogy, digital literacy, and mental health considerations. By applying bibliometric methods to literacy policy research, this study offers a novel, data-driven perspective on the field’s evolution and highlights directions for future research.

Abstract

This research is based on the weak ability of students to implement historical learning assessments due to the lack of supporting competencies. This study aims to analyze the use of transversal competencies to achieve learning objectives in learning planning in historical learning assessment courses. This study used experimental methods to analyze data. The result of the research is that transversal competencies applied in learning and delivering material in the history learning assessment course are more meaningful and more accessible to implement coupled with the history learning assessment course, which is a practical course. The application of transversal competencies in the learning planning of history learning assessment courses in History Department students will also emphasize specific skills, knowledge, values, and attitudes necessary for effective participation in supporting the student learning process.
