Abstract

Prototip Mesin Non Woven Needle Punch yang ada di Balai Besar Tekstil selama ini masih belummemenuhi persyaratan, baik komponen mesinnya sendiri maupun hasil produknya. Untuk itu maka tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah melakukan pengembangan mesin tersebut dengan melengkapi beberapa komponen, yaitu satuset jarum dan komponennya, rol penyuap, dudukan lapisan dasar dan rol out put, serta meningkatkan kecepatangerakan dan penetrasi jarum dengan menyempurnakan gerakan eksentrik dan pulley eksentrik, sehingga diperolehpeningkatan kualitas hasil produknya. Dalam pengembangan mesin tersebut dilakukan dengan melengkapi 1 setjarum nomor 36 beserta dudukannya (needle board) yang dapat digunakan untuk proses serat rayon, meningkatkanputaran pulley dan eksentrik dari 150 rpm menjadi 500 rpm, menambah komponen-komponen tersebut di atas sertamembuat dinding penyekat untuk ukuran lebar kain. Dari hasil pengembangan mesin tersebut, maka prosespersiapan pemasukan serat /web dapat terukur dan kontinyu, sehingga meningkatkan homogenitas tebal kain,ikatan antar serat yang terjadi lebih kuat, karena gerakan jarum-jarum (needle punch) meningkat dan hasil produkkain nonwoven dapat digulung pada rol penggulung. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji tebal kain, berat kain,kekuatan tarik, daya tembus udara, kekuatan jebol dan daya serap air, yang memberikan koefisien variasi relatifkecil dibandingkan hasil uji kain non woven pada mesin sebelum dimodifikasi. Demikian juga unjuk kerja mesinmenjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Studi ini telah dilakukan dengan mendesain sistem sirkulasi air panas otomatis dan rem haspel sebagai modifikasi pada mesin reeling sutera dengan tujuan untuk konservasi energi melalui peningkatan efisiensi proses. Pada mesin reeling konvensional dapat terjadi inefisiensi pada sistem penyediaan air panas manual yang menyebabkan pelepasan energi panas dan temperatur air yang tidak konstan, serta mekanisme penyambungan benang putus yang dapat mengurangi waktu operasional produktif dan meningkatkan biaya produksi. Metode desain dalam studi ini adalah modifikasi mesin reeling sutera konvensional melalui penambahan sistem sirkulasi air panas otomatis dan sistem pengereman haspel. Berdasarkan uji coba melalui pengoperasian mesin reeling secara kontinyu selama 20 hari, kedua sistem yang dirancang dapat beroperasi dengan baik. Hasil perhitungan analisis ekonomi berdasarkan waktu operasional selama 25 hari memperlihatkan bahwa mesin reeling yang telah dimodifikasi memerlukan biaya produksi benang lebih rendah dan pencapaian waktu break even point yang lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan mesin reeling konvensional. Aplikasi mesin reeling sutera yang telah dimodifikasi ini membutuhkan biaya investasi lebih tinggi, namun demikian produksi benang jauh akan lebih efisien sehingga biaya produksi dalam jangka panjang menjadi lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan mesin reeling konvensional.

Abstract

The research was carried out at SMK PGRI 1 Ponorogo, Ponorogo Regency, East Java Province. This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the dual system education (DSE) program in the accounting Expertise program at SMK PGRI 1 Ponorogo. There were 9 validators in this research. The results showed that the implementation of the dual education system program in the accounting expertise program at SMK PGRI 1 Ponorogo has not been running effectively as evidenced by the average score of the overall input/planning, process/implementation, and product/assessment of 3.75, while for the effective standard, the scale is 4. The Input/planning stage includes the selection of competencies (4), determination of industry (4.78), preparation of programs (4.78), debriefing of participants (4.78), determination of mentors (4.67). The overall average score is 4.60 ? 4, so it is said to be effective. The process/implementation stage consists of the preparation of the DSE journal (3.78), DSE monitoring (4), and portfolio documentation (2.78). The overall average score is 3.52 ? 4, so it is said to be ineffective. The product/assessment stage includes the supervisor assessment (4.11), industry certification (4.78), and score reporting (3.55) with the overall score of 4.14, which is said to be effective.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is important to be delivered by students in the digital era. Through an entrepreneurial learning process that is integrated with the use of digital learning media, it is hoped that it will create a more dynamic, active and student-centered learning environment so that it can facilitate students in achieving the learning goals that have been set. This study aims to convey the results of the interactive multimedia effectiveness test on improving students' entrepreneurial attitudes in learning craft and entrepreneurship for high school students. This research method is an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design with pre and posttest in the control class and experimental class. The data collection instrument used was an attitude scale questionnaire. This study was followed by high school students, the sample selection used cluster random sampling which was taken in a certain class which is equivalent. The results showed that through the use of interactive multimedia, there was a significant effect and was followed by an increase in students' entrepreneurial attitudes. This study concludes that interactive multimedia is considered quite effective in influencing and improving students' entrepreneurial attitudes as an effort to achieve learning objectives. Therefore, interactive multimedia is very suitable for use as a learning medium for craft and entrepreneurship subjects in high school.

Abstract

The implementation of reform education for students is very useful in fostering students' democratic attitudes, but in fact the process of implementing reform education is still a concern. Judging from the results of pre-research studies at Sampang Public High Schools, there are only 35% of students who have an awareness of the importance of democracy, and the remaining 65% of students are indifferent and reluctant to be involved in democratic activities. The contributing factor is the influence of everyday online games that cause moral and moral imbalances in students, so this is what fosters individualistic character, not with the surrounding environment, and lack of self-awareness to actively organize. Therefore, the teacher's role in increasing awareness of democracy in students can also be done by developing emotional, intellectual, social, kinesthetic, and spiritual intelligence possessed by these students in everyday life. This study uses a qualitative method with the sampling technique in this study is multistage sampling. The objectives of this research are; (1) To analyze the previous implementation of democracy that has been implemented in SMA Sabillah Sampang. (2) To describe the effectiveness of the implementation of reformation history learning at SMA Sabillah Sampang. (3) To analyze the implementation of the previous history learning development model that was used in Sabillah Sampang High School which was running effectively. (4) To analyze the humanistic approach chosen to improve the democratic attitude of Sabillah Sampang High School students, and (5) To analyze whether or not the development of the historical reform learning model using discovery learning is feasible.

Abstract

Amid the global spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, including in Indonesia, several activities have been forcibly halted to prevent wider transmission and avoid more severe impacts. This decision has affected the dynamics of education and training, prompting an increase in the use of E-Learning applications. E-Learning has become a crucial method in creating a supportive learning environment and enhancing learners' performance. The development and expansion of e-learning are made easy with Learning Management System (LMS) software, such as Moodle. This study utilizes the ADDIE research model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The data analysis techniques employed include feasibility analysis and learning outcome analysis. Learning outcomes are compared using the paired sample t-test, assisted by SPSS software. Media expert assessments yielded an average score of 4.54 for the presentation aspect, indicating an ideal score of 90.85%, while the programming aspect scored 84% in terms of idealness. Material expert assessments, on the other hand, received an average score of 4.62 for the learning aspect, with an ideal score of 92.3%, and 4.57 for the material aspect, indicating an ideal score of 91.4%. The paired sample t-test analysis produced a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 with a significance level of 5%. This result indicates that the Sig. (2-tailed) value is less than α = 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Consequently, it can be inferred that the use of Moodle-based E-Learning products is effective in enhancing digital literacy among the managers of Bina Sejahtera Village Owned Enterprises.

Abstract

Keterampilan administrasi keuangan adalah inti dalam mengelola organisasi mahasiswa, namun sering kali terdapat kesenjangan keterampilan yang membuat pengelolaan organisasi menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis fisibilitas e-modul berbasis flipbook dalam meningkatkan keterampilan administrasi keuangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan menekankan pada penerapan e-modul berbasis flipbook dalam pelatihan sebagai intervensinya. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 pengurus organisasi yang dipilih secara acak. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner penilaian fisibilitas e-modul. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul berbasis flipbook memiliki fisibilitas tinggi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan administrasi keuangan mahasiswa, dengan content feasibility index (CFI) sebesar 0.86 yang menunjukkan kriteria sangat layak. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan dan evaluasi e-modul berbasis flipbook sebagai alat pembelajaran inovatif, yang berpotensi untuk membimbing praktisi pendidikan dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran digital efektif dalam mengoptimalkan efektivitas dan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

life in the 21st century requires a variety of skills that an individual must master in order to become a successful person in life. Skills in managing finances are needed. Therefore, the need for financial literacy knowledge is taught early, especially in schools so that it will accumulate into adulthood. This article aimed to explain the importance of financial literacy knowledge for elementary school students in the 21st century. Data collection used observation, literature study, and documentation. Data sources from informants and documents. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis of interactive models. The findings showed that students at elementary schools prefer to buy objects that are desired rather than needed. This shows the importance of financial literacy knowledge for elementary school students. This is supported by the results of a literature study that financial literacy knowledge will be useful in managing students' finances for now and in the future. Therefore, it is expected that the role of the teacher in providing teaching material about financial literacy in accordance with the stages of student development.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find the factors forming lifelong learner attitudes in the Z generation. The data collection is using the Google Forms platform. The data analysis technique is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the Lisrel 8.80 program. The results show that factors that influence the attitude of this lifelong learner include family, school, social, and individual factors. Indicators of family factors include inspiration, aspirations, and family attention. School factors are formed from indicators of the teaching quality of lecturers, class facilities, and university facilities. Social factor indicators include social needs, community support, and government support, while individual factors are formed from future orientation, self-efficacy, and internal locus of control.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari faktor pembentuk sikap lifelong learner pada generasi Z. Pengambilan data menggunakan platform google form. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis data Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui program Lisrel 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap lifelong learner meliputi faktor keluarga, sekolah, sosial, dan individu. Indikator faktor keluarga meliputi inspirasi, aspirasi, dan perhatian keluarga. Faktor sekolah dibentuk dari indikator kualitas pengajaran dosen, fasilitas kelas, dan fasilitas universitas. Indikator faktor sosial meliputi kebutuhan sosisal, dukungan masyarakat, dan dukungan pemerintah, sedangkan faktor individu dibentuk dari orientasi masa depan, self efficacy, dan locus of control internal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model assessment as learning (model-AaL) untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa pada pembelajaran akuntansi di SMK. Pengembangan model asesmen ini mengadaptasi model pengembangan Hopkin Clark, yang terdiri atas dua tahap, yaitu: (1) tahap penelitian, dan (2) tahap pengembangan. Tahap penelitian meliputi: penelitian pendahuluan, studi hasil penelitian, analisis komponen model, penyusunan prototipe model. Tahap pengembangan meliputi: validasi model oleh pakar dan praktisi, melatih guru menggunakan model, uji coba model terbatas dan diperluas disertai evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru akuntansi dan siswa kelas X kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, pengamatan, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis perkembangan (repeated measures analysis) dan paired samples t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa: (1) ada enam komponen yang harus ada pada Model-AaL untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akuntansi siswa pada pembelajaran akuntansi di SMK, yaitu: tujuan, tugas terstruktur, asesmen diri, asesmen teman sejawat, pengamatan aktivitas siswa, dan umpan balik; dan (2) model-AaL efektif dapat meningkatkan kompetensi akuntansi siswa pada pembelajaran akuntansi di SMK, dengan nilai p (Sig) α (0,05).Kata kunci: model-AaL, kompetensi siswa, dan pembelajaran akuntansi DEVELOPING A MODEL OF “ASSESSMENT AS LEARNING OF ACCOUNTING LEARNING” AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLSAbstractThe objective of this study is to develop model of assessment as learning (model-AaL) to improve the students’ competencies in the Accounting learning at Vocational High Schools. It adapted the model claimed by Hopkin Clark, consisting of two phases, namely: (1) research and (2) development. The former included preliminary research, study of the research results, analysis of the model components, and the arrangement of model prototype. The latter, comprised model validation by experts and practitioners, teacher training for using the model, limited and extended model experimentations accompanied with evaluation. The subjects of the research were the Accounting teachers and the students in Grade X of the Accounting Expertise Program of Vocational High Schools. The data of the research were gathered through in-depth interview, questionnaire, observation, and test. They were then analyzed by using the qualitative approach with the descriptive analysis technique and the quantitative approach with the analysis techniques of repeated measures analysis and paired samples t-test. The results of the research show that: (1) the model-AaL consists of six components, namely: objective, structured task, self-assessment, peer assessment, observation on student’s activities, and feedback; and (2) the model-AaL can effectively improve the students’ competencies in Accounting learning at Vocational High Schools, with a value of p (Sig) α (0.05).Keywords: model-AaL, students’ competencies, accounting learning
