The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by corporations operating in Indonesia has nowadays becoming an obligator y. CSR has been defined as activities representing compan y’s corporate social responsibility and environment. Both private and public companies should allocate their budget to CSR activities. When implementing different kinds of CSR programs, many companies have encountered problems concerning what kinds of program that match with the needs of the societies and environment surround the company’s location. In particular, there have been questions about finding the kind of CSR programs that match with compan y’s vision -mission as well as strategic directions. This community service program was conducted to assist the company in building a CSR model specific to company characteristics as well as finding priority identifications program relating to company’s CSR (social and environment responsibility). The program is conducted in one of Government (BUMN) company in the food sector. The method practiced for this community service is socialization on CSR program, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and questionnaire distribution for building CSR model and CSR program identifications. Finding have identified some main areas of priority program such as: education and training, health improvement, infrastructure and facility upgrading, supporting worship facilities, technology assistance, building human resource talents, managing natural environment and minimizing potential risk of natural disaster.

One of the typical traditional snacks in Java is rangginang. This snack is made from sticky rice. There are two types of glutinous rice commonly used as raw materials rangginang, namely black and white rice sticky rice. There is no difference about the taste of the two ingredients. The most striking difference lies only in the color of its appearance that refers to the color of raw materials, ie black and white. The underlying goals for developing this business are (1) Want to lift the traditional food to the community, so as not to be displaced by the types of modern food. (2) To create business opportunities for Tempursari people in particular and Donomulyo District community in general. (3) To increase income so that people can fulfill their life needs thus it will be able to improve their welfare. (4) Creating rural economic growth so as to prevent migration from rural to urban. Problems faced by partners in terms of production are low productivity, product quality, capital and packing while in terms of management is related to financial bookkeeping, marketing knowledge and entrepreneurship. Solutions are given to solve problems faced by partners by providing rengginang printing production tools and tools for glutinous cooking to improve productivity and quality as well as training (entrepreneurship, marketing and bookkeeping).

Nowadays, The Environmental damage has become a very important issue, because the impact has been felt by peoples in the world. Causes of the Environmental damage is consists to natural factors and human factors. The purpose of this program has cultivated love attitude to environment early, in order to students who has knowledge and love of the environment. Method of implementation includes counseling, training, teaching, demonstration and practice so that learning more interesting and be absorbed by the student. The results of the implementation of this service activities such as knowledge of teachers and students in a matter of love environment.The enthusiasm of students in participating in this activity is very high. This is evident from the number of participants who take part in a very satisfactory rate of more than 80%. Demo sorting garbage and organic vegetable cultivation practices in schools also done well and the results are satisfactory although students still have to obtain further guidance and assistance.

Human resource potential and natural resources boarding school located in agricultural areas. It is an opportunity for the development of the boarding school in the field of agriculture. But the potential of land owned boarding school has not been explored to the optimum, due to the ability of students in the management of agricultural land is limited. The purpose of the implementation of Science and technology program for the community is to empower students in both Al Muqorrobin and Babussalam boarding school about entrepreneurship and develop the skills of the students in the field of organic farming. Methods of implementation of the program using a participatory approach groups or Participatory Rural appraisal (PRA), which involve the students in the education and training activities. Implementation results generally show that after following the extension of the entrepreneurial activities, the students that are interested in trying entrepreneurship particularly in the field of organic vegetables. After participating in the training, the students also have managed to cultivate vegetables and food crops both in the kitchen garden and land boarding school. Constraints faced especially in Babussalam boarding school, because of the location of water sources away from the land, making the maintenance activities so difficult. These problems can be solved by means of the addition of drainage water from the water well to the land. Recommendations on the implementation of this program is the continued assistance relating to the business plan for the students who will develop entrepreneurship in the field of organic farming .

The aim of the Regional Superior Product Development Program(PPPUD) in the third year is to improve the marketing of the Podhek Pamekasan batik. Marketing of Podhek batik is still focused on offline marketing. In marketing craftsmen compete unhealthily. Craftsmen have not yet realized the importance of IPR. The method of implementing community service uses the mentoring method. The results of the PPPUD implementation, as follows, form the pilot of the podhek batik center, optimize work programs from joint business groups, improve packaging, exhibit batik, offline and online batik marketing, include craftsmen in the dissemination of the importance of patents, patent the podhek batik products, publish at seminars national, scientific publications in the mass media, strengthening of craftsmen in terms of batik motif design, cooperation with Australian batik entrepreneurs, and assistance during the visit of the regent's mother and guests. Podhek batik craftsmen have no problems in the production and design of podhek batik motifs. Craftsmen need support from all parties, both from their own craftsmen, entrepreneurs and local governments in terms of marketing. They must continue to innovate. Batik craftsmen need to be educated about the importance of cooperation between craftsmen between entrepreneurs and the government in marketing batik podhek so that batik prices can be stable so that the market can also be stable. In terms of marketing and shipping goods abroad it needs to be facilitated or facilitated so that batik exports can be maximally increased.

Quality of service is an important element to realize people's satisfaction. It is also a driving force for the community to meet its administrative completeness as a citizen. Therefore, this community service activity aims to improve the quality of service through the design of population information system. This activity was held in February to June 2018 in RW 5 Ddesa Gelam region, Kec Candi, Sidoarjo regency. The method of conducting the activity is done through observation, interview, data collection, verification, information system design and graphic flow graph document. The purpose of this community service is giving knowledge and ability for the employee so that it could increased their work motivation. The material of work motivation is delivered to give intensity, direction, and individual perseverance for the employee to reach the goal of the company. This community service was held in 2 SMEs, which is Raffal Craft and Syifa Handicraft. Both of this SMEs is handicraft SME that is export-oriented and hopefully is able to push and increased export realization of craft industry on Bantul Regency. The method used is giving material within presentation accompanied with simple cases and film screening about work motivation. It is caused by the various education level of the participant, start from Junior High School until Senior High School. Target of this community service is the implementation of community service as expected, which is the increased production of this two SMEs accompanied with improvement quality of the product and good services and also able to compete both in local or global world.

The "Manunggaling Karso" Farmer Group is a group of coffee farmers and dairy farmers based in Gunungsari sub-district, Tutur sub-district, chaired by Mr. Winarso; with a total of 31 members, and with a population of 575 dairy cows. In terms of the production of farming / livestock, as well as post-production it turns out that there are still quite crucial problems in the farmer group, namely that biogas products that have not been used optimally and knowledge of natural plant medicines. For this reason, this service is focused on optimizing the use of biogas by purifying it first so that it can be used for lighting fuels. In addition, the presence of cow's urine that has not been used is used as an ingredient for biopesticides with natural ingredients found around Tutur village. The results that have been implemented include revamping the cow dung that is made slurry / mud which is then pumped into the digester. The gas produced is first purified so that it can be used for lighting using biogas-based petromax. The biogas obtained was detected with a blue flame and no smell. From the analysis of biogas after exiting from the purifier showed an increase in the methane gas content a nd a decrease in carbon dioxid gas, respectively from 35.02% to 68.5% and 25.26% to 19.83%.

Cognitive problems in children with autism involve teaching materials. Textbooks for autis children use the 2013 curriculum reference. In learning, teachers do not have special worksheets for autis children. The teacher uses textbooks for elementary school students. The teacher must copy the sheets in the textbook to be taught to autis children. Of course this is not effective and efficient. The implementation of this community service program is intended to help resolve partner issues. Servants deliver solutions to partners. The solution is in the form of providing learning materials for Student Worksheets that are appropriate to the cognitive needs of autis children. Worksheets contains a color drawing design to help facilitate the understanding of autis children. The combination of images and colors is intended to attract the attention of autis children, so autis children want to provide themselves for learning. This method of community service is carried out using collaborative methods with mentors. Implementation methods include preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. In the preparation stage, the servant coordinates with the companion about the design of the student Worksheet. During the implementation phase, the servants with mentor joint compile the Student Worksheet. Servants carry out product validation to find out the level of feasibility. Furthermore, the service performs a trial using the Student Worksheet. The trial was carried out by observing the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of Student Worksheets in learning by a mentor. In the evaluation phase of the program implementation, the servant receives input and advice from the mentor to improve the Student Worksheet. Student Worksheets make it easy for facilitators to teach students.
