<![CDATA[Industri oleh-oleh khas kota Malang terutama varian keik dan roti selama beberapa tahun terakhir ini didominasi oleh merek-merek milik pesohor ternama. Karena gencarnya iklan dan modal usaha yang besar, hal ini rupanya mempengaruhi daya saing produksi keik oleh-oleh rumahan. Melalui kegiatan PKM Industri Rumah Tangga ini tim pengabdi melakukan pendampingan kepada mitra industri rumah tangga “Raisa Lapis Legit” agar dapat bersaing dengan produk oleh-oleh terkenal milik para pesohor. Adapun permasalahan yang dialami mitra yaitu: (1) inefisiensi produksi, (2) pengemasan tidak sesuai standar, (3) buruknya manajemen usaha, keuangan, dan pemasaran, dan (4) belum memiliki ijin PIRT. Untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan tersebut telah dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan meliputi: (1) pengadaan alat produksi yang telah diupgrade untuk mengatasi inefisiensi produksi; (2) pengemasan kembali produk menggunakan sealer dan redesign kotak kemasan; (3) pendampingan dan workshop dengan topik riset pasar, diversifikasi produk, manajerial keuangan, tata kelola stock produksi, dan e-commerce; serta (4) pendampingan pengurusan ijin PIRT. Setelah dilakukan usaha-usaha pendampingan tersebut didapatkan hasil: (1) peningkatan efisiensi dan keamanan produksi; (2) daya simpan produk yang semakin baik; (3) peningkatan pemahaman dan perubahan perilaku terkait manajemen usaha, keuangan, dan pemasaran; (4) perluasan pemasaran; dan (5) terbitnya ijin PIRT.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Malang has potential beginner voters. Local government targeted to increase the participation of beginner voters for 2019’s election. The lack of awareness as a voters is the main problem for Indonesian youth especially in Malang. Political issues that could be reached from social media and internet, have a low accuracy level. Media creates the wrong information. Therefore, this program was implemented to provide political education for beginner voters in MA Muhammadiyah Malang. MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang concerned to Indonesian political and history knowledge. However, poliitcal knowledge in MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang still require a comprehensive socialization. The purpose of this program are creating characters and insight for the youth in election day. The output of this program is creating a beginner voters that able to be a Traning of Trainer (ToT) about political education for others students. Second, this program produces guidebook on political education for beginner voters.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Partners in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities, namely Tuk'ah's mother pastry entrepreneurs who produce cookies on the basis of orders, except on holidays. The equipment used by Partners is very simple and many have been damaged, as well as a place to produce, therefore some equipment is needed in accordance with production capacity and some training both in managerial and product terms. Pastry entrepreneurs have high potential to be developed because pastries are one of the favorite cakes among all people and the marketing area is still around. This community service activity aims to increase production capacity and increase family income. The method applied in this partnership program is training, mentoring and monitoring so that partners continue to grow and be able to compete with similar businesses. The results of this community partnership program are procurement of tools to support the production process, improvement of production sites and training and assistance in making simple bookkeeping, marketing and entrepreneurship, training in variants of pastries. It is hoped that the PKM Program (Community Partnership Program) will be able to solve the problems faced by partners so that it will create a larger pastry business and increase family income. <![CDATA[Batik is one of the original types of Indonesian culture, even UNESCO has determined Batik as one of the world's cultural heritages. In its development came a variety of batik motifs including the ways or processes used in producing batik. Indonesia recognizes batik as a form of art work done by humans by giving certain patterns to plain cloth by waxing wax to block color, which is what is known as batik cloth. The making of written batik requires special expertise because the process must be carried out through certain stages. The quality of the finished batik cloth is very dependent on the skills of batik craftsmen to go through each stage of the batik process. Sengguruh Village, Malang Regency has a Batik Written UKM which has quite potential to develop its business. But the lack of the number of crafters possessed is an obstacle in producing written batik. Another obstacle experienced is the lack of understanding of written batik craftsmen to each stage of the process that must be passed. The results of the written batik SOP training provide new knowledge and provide deeper understanding to the batik crafters, so that when the batik process is passed well it will produce batik cloth which is also better in quality.]]>

<![CDATA[Saat ini ICT banyak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Beragam software matematika seringkali digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk membantu siswa dalam memahami konsep matematika. Salah satu software yang banyak digunakan dalam pembelajaran adalah GeoGebra. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan ketua MGMP Matematika SMA Kabupaten Trenggalek diperoleh informasi bahwa sebagian besar guru matematika SMA di Kabupaten Trenggalek belum banyak memanfaatkan GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran. Hal tersebut menjadikan alasan dilaksanakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dasar pembuatan media pembelajaran matematika menggunakan software GeoGebra. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) pelaksanaan workshop secara tatap muka, dan (3) pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran matematika menggunakan GeoGebra secara online. Materi workshop yang disampaikan meliputi: (1) instalasi software GeoGebra, (2) mengenal area kerja GeoGebra, (3) tools pada GeoGebra, (4) membuat objek menggunakan GeoGebra, (5) pengenalan slider, dan (6) dasar animasi pada GeoGebra. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PkM ini adalah: (1) guru matematika SMA Kabupaten Trenggalek mengenal software GeoGebra dan dapat melakukan instalasi GeoGebra, (2) guru matematika SMA Kabupaten Trenggalek dapat menggunakan GeoGebra, dan (3) guru matematika SMA Kabupaten Trenggalek dapat membuat media pembelajaran matematika menggunakan GeoGebra.]]>

<![CDATA[abstract: Mathematics is a subject that is still considered difficult by some students. This is because, mathematics is always associated with calculations, formulas, and graphics. In addition there is material in mathematics that is abstract. So students must imagine something abstract in order to understand the material. For this reason, students need intermediaries who make it easy to understand something abstract. This intermediary is called learning media. Based on interviews with mathematics teachers at MTs Miftahul Ulum Ngembal and PGRI Tutur Islamic Middle School, the procurement of mathematics learning media is still lacking. The learning media used are worksheets. The appearance of worksheets is not very interesting and only contains a summary of material and questions, making students less motivated to learn worksheets. They study when the test will be held. This causes learning outcomes, especially mathematics is still low, with a KKM value of 6.5. Problems faced by MTs. Miftahul Ulum Ngembal and PGRI Tutur Islamic Middle School are: a) Lack of learning media that attracts students' attention. b) Lack of student learning motivation in learning mathematics, especially Linear Equation of One Variable. c) Student learning outcomes are low, namely with KKM 6.5. d) Lack of student understanding of algebra material, especially the system of linear equations of one variable. This is because this material is material that has just been received at the junior high school level. The solution offered is to provide Mathematics Comic Training for students of PGRI Tutur Islamic Middle School and MTs Mifathul Ulum Ngembal. This training aims to increase student learning motivation which will have an impact on student learning outcomes. This training will be held in 2 meetings so as not to disturb the learning and teaching process. In practice, students will be divided into groups. Each group will be given a mathematical comic that contains material about one variable linear equations and questions related to one variable linear equations.]]>

<![CDATA[Pemerintah Indonesia setiap tahun mengadakan Olimpiade Sains Nasional (OSN). Soal-soal yang dilombakan dalam OSN umumnya bersifat soal yang tidak rutin yang metode penyelesaiannya menuntut pemikiran produktif seseorang untuk menggunakan strategi, pendekatan atau teknik khusus. Namun demikian, soal-soal yang demikian jarang ditemui di buku sekolah. Hal ini mengakibatkan siswa perlu disiapkan secara matang untuk mengikuti lomba tersebut. Guru di sekolah juga harus menguasai materi olimpiade untuk mempersiapkan siswa-siswanya mengikuti OSN. Berdasarkan survey yang dilakukan kepada 46 guru matematika SMP di Kabupaten Blitar, kebanyakan guru tidak familiar dan tidak siap membina siswa dengan soal-soal OSN. Sebanyak 61% menyatakan bahwa tidak ada pembinaan olimpiade di sekolah. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, pelatihan pembinaan olimpiade matematika bagi guru sangat perlu dilakukan. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa pelatihan pembinaan olimpiade ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap, yaitu (1) pemantapan materi olimpiade matematika bagi guru SMP; (2) pendampingan untuk guru peserta pelatihan dalam pembinaan mandiri di sekolah masing-masing menggunakan buku pembinaan yang disusun oleh tim pengabdian; (3) tahap evaluasi, yaitu guru-guru peserta pelatihan menyampaikan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi ketika mengadakan pembinaan di sekolah masing-masing. Peserta juga diberikan pre-test dan post-test untuk melihat adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah OSN. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menyelesaian masalah dan peningkatan kepercayaan diri guru dalam membina siswanya di sekolah.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this service is to provide insight and training in the production of CAR. KKG is a place for teachers to collaborate and gather to explore learning done in schools. Teacher Working Groups (TWG) have an important role in supporting the development of teacher professionalism. To realize the role of the Teacher Working Group (TWGG) in developing teacher professionalism, the method offered to resolve partner problems is a Workshop related to the preparation of classroom action research (CAR) throughout Singosari District. To train skills in the production of CAR, training and mentoring of teacher groups will be carried out in the form of CAR. In this activity, a teacher group was assisted in the preparation of CAR, data analysis and introduction of CAR mathematics software.Based on interviews with teachers at Pagentan 1 Singosari Elementary School there are several problems, namely 1) Lack of understanding of CAR, 2) Ability to make CAR is still lacking, and 3) Lack of understanding of mathematical software. The solution offered is to provide CAR education for elementary school teachers, provide training in the production of CAR in elementary schools, and the introduction of mathematical software for learning for learning aimed at the process of analyzing outcome data. This activity resulted in an increase in understanding of elementary school teachers in the production of CAR so that it could improve teacher competency in learning and analyze CAR results from statistical data through mathematical software.]]>

<![CDATA[At present, mothers' awareness of the importance of lactation has begun to develop. This is an effect of inseparable from the role of government and related associations who always provide campaigns and counseling on the importance of breastfeeding to maximize the growth and development of infants. Lactation management is an effort to support the success of lactation starting during pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding. Mothers learn about lactation management from direct counseling or learning independently from articles and books. In Malang district, although the percentage of breastfeeding mothers is quite high, the local government still encourages the provision of breast milk (breast milk) specifically. The Malang Regency Government will issue an official regulation in the form of a PerBup (Regents of the Regent) regarding exclusive breastfeeding. PERBUP is made as a quick response to the movement of breastfeeding to infants under two years of age. This movement is trying to be supported by the proposing team through an extension activity and training on lactation. The proposed service activities aim to provide counseling or socialization and training in lactation management. Through this program training, activities will be carried out on application use by collaborating with partners from PKK Extension of ASI Extension staff in Jatikerto Village, Kromengan sub-district under the auspices of the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (KP3A) Malang Regency. We hope to be able to participate in supporting government programs in the awareness movement of exclusive breastfeeding for the community to optimally fulfill nutrition and infant development.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract:Education is the main key in advancing the country, so that the government with various educational policy programs targeting all regions in Indonesia at the city, village and island level. However, this policy is constrained when confronted with the ideas of communities that are still traditional, such as in the KangeanIsland which has a relatively low level of education with many cases of dropping out at various levels of education. The aim of the program of community service activities is expected to be able to increase the awareness of the people of the village of Nyaplongondung on the importance of education in the midst of the conditions and thoughts of the community that are still very ordinary and traditional towards the benefits of education. With the provision of guidance it is expected to be able to improve the culture of conscious education, so that people do not be indifferent to the importance of education for their children. This dedication uses qualitative methods with descriptive nature using analysis, referring to data and utilizing theory as supporting material. Community service activities in Nyaplongondung sub-village, Duko village, Arjasa sub-district received very good reception from local agencies namely village apparateurs, institutions such as SDN Bilis-Bilis IV and community of Nyaplongondung.]]>
