Lactagogum is a drug that can increase or facilitate the production of milk. Synthetic lactagogums are not widely known and relatively expensive. This causes the need for alternative laktagogum drugs. Efforts to increase breast milk production can be done by carrying out early and routine breast care, improving breastfeeding techniques, or by consuming foods that can affect breast milk production. One of the reasons for the failure of exclusive breastfeeding is the perception of insufficient breast milk, which can be caused by physiological and psychological factors. Education is a very important factor in this life, which is why education is a very important business of all time. Increasing breast milk production can be done in various ways, one of which is increasing the intake of lactagogum. Lactagogum is a drug that can increase or facilitate the production of milk. The sample in this study were breastfeeding mothers who had babies ranging in age from 3 to 6 months spread throughout Indonesia. This study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire to assess education and the use of Lactagogue as a food to increase breast milk production. Dissemination of questionnaires can be done manually or via Google Drive links which are distributed to several regions in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between education and the use of laktagogums. The research results are there is a relationship between education and the use of Lactagogum. It is hoped that mothers who are in the process of breastfeeding can make efforts to increase milk production, one of which is by consuming Lactagogum.

Exclusive breastfeeding for babies provides great benefits for the health status of babies and their mothers, but in reality the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still low. The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding causes many problems such as stunted growth and development. The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is caused by the lack of knowledge of mothers about how to increase milk production. There are still breastfeeding mothers who are confused about how to breastfeed properly, how to increase milk production and how to deal with problems found during breastfeeding. Handling is needed in increasing this knowledge through peer counseling education. This research method is quasi-experimental with a one group pre-post test approach. The population in this study were third trimester pregnant women. The sampling technique was total sampling. All pregnant women who came to visit the LMT Siregar Clinic in September 2022 were used as research samples, namely 27 people. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of peer counseling education on increasing mother's knowledge in increasing milk production. The research location was at the Siregar LMT Clinic during August-November 2022. The results found that there was significant effectiveness in providing peer counseling education on mother's knowledge about increasing milk production at the Siregar LMT Clinic with a p-value of 0.023 (p-value <0.05). The recommendation in this study is that peers can be empowered in maternal and child health education methods in health services.

Infants aged 0-6 months who are only given Mother's Milk (ASI), whether drinks, liquids or additional food have never been given, it means that the baby has received exclusive breastfeeding. Various factors cause the low success of exclusive breastfeeding including breastfeeding self-efficacy (BSE). Breastfeeding self-efficacy (BSE) is a person's confidence in breastfeeding, this feeling can increase motivation. Another thing expressed by Breasfeeding self-efficacy (BSE) is related to the perception of the ability to provide breast milk. Handling is needed in increasing this knowledge through peer education. This research method is quasi-experimental with a one group pre-post test approach. The population in this study were third trimester pregnant women. The sampling technique was total sampling. All pregnant women who came to visit the LMT Siregar Clinic in September 2022 were used as research samples, namely 27 people. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of peer education on increasing BSE mothers. The research location was at the Siregar LMT Clinic during August-November 2022. The results of the study found that there was significant effectiveness in providing peer counseling education (education) to BSE at the Siregar LMT Clinic with a p-value of 0.033 (p-value <0.05). The recommendation in this study is that peers can be empowered in maternal and child health education methods in health services

Although complaints of nausea, vomiting are considered normal for pregnant women and do not harm the fetus in the womb. However, if the frequency of nausea and vomiting is excessive, you still have to watch out for it. Nausea followed by severe vomiting can be a sign of a disturbance in pregnancy and nausea and vomiting often occurs in pregnancy, around 60% - 70% of pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting, especially in the first trimester. The aim of this research was to find out the effectiveness of using mint leaves as an effort to reduce emesis gravidarum. This research method uses quantitative methods with pre-experiments using a one group pretest-posttest design. The research population was first trimester pregnant women who experienced emesis gravidarum at the Rejosari Pekanbaru Health Center with a sample size of 31 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Based on the univariate results, it was found that the distribution of emesis gravidarum before administration of mint leaves showed at most degree 2 with a total of 26 (83.9%) respondents. Bivariate analysis used the Parametric Test using the Dependent T Test (Paired T Test) with an average frequency of emesis gravidarum before administration of mint leaves was 7.10 times with a standard deviation of 2.103 times. At the frequency of emesis gravidarum after administration of mint leaves, the average emesis was 4.26 times with a standard deviation of 1.527 times. It can be seen that the mean difference before and after giving mint leaves is 2.84 times with a standard deviation of 0.576 times. The statistical test results obtained a value of 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between before and after giving mint leaves.

Sexual violence is currently very high and rampant, based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) it is estimated that around one billion children experience physical violence, sexual violence, psychological violence, injuries, become disordered and children aged 0 to 17 die as many as 40,150 due to violence globally. According to KPAI, there were 262 cases of sexual violence against children in 2019 and in 2020 it increased to 238 cases. In 2020, the Central Statistics Agency recorded 341 cases of sexual violence in South Sumatra. The high number of cases of sexual abuse that occur in children opens our eyes that there is still a lack of children's understanding of sex education. The use of Comic Media is a very fun learning medium for early childhood, the images in comics can animate a row of story texts so that they can easily convey messages to children about sex education in early childhood, so they can anticipate the dangers that will threaten them. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of health education using comic media on sex knowledge in early childhood education through a holistic midwifery approach. This research is a quasi-experimental study with one group pretest and posttest without control. Sampling was carried out by total sampling and univariate analysis using the T-dependent test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in knowledge before and after being given educational sex comics with a p-value of 0.000. It is hoped that this research can contribute to sex education in children starting as early as possible and it is hoped that in the future there will be more media modifications that can be used to introduce sex from an early age to children.

One sign of reproductive maturity in young women is the arrival of menstruation or menstruation (menarche). A common menstrual disorder is painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea), especially during adolescence. The incidence of dysmenorrhea in the world is quite high. The prevalence of menstrual pain in Indonesia consists of 54.89% primary dysmenorrhea and 9.36% secondary dysmenorrhea. If left untreated, dysmenorrhea can develop into pathological conditions, including infertility. Dysmenorrhea that every woman experiences is different, some are a little annoying, but some are unable to carry out activities. Many nutrients, such as magnesium, calcium, vitamin E, and iron, have also been linked to dysmenorrhea. Adequate intake of calcium and iron is believed to reduce dysmenorrhea. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between intake of iron and calcium with the incidence of dysmenorrhea in young women at SMP Negeri 16 Padang. This research uses observational analytic method with cross sectional design. The sample in this study were 39 young women (grade IX students) using a proportional random sampling technique. Researchers used a menstrual questionnaire and a 24-hour food recall form. This research was conducted from July to September 2022. The research results were processed using the chi square statistical test. From a study conducted on 39 respondents, it was found that most respondents (61.5%) experienced dysmenorrhea, 30.8% of respondents had insufficient iron intake and most (87.2%) had calcium intake that was less than the adequacy rate. daily minimum nutrition. The results of the bivariate test found that there was no relationship between iron (Fe) intake and the incidence of dysmenorrhea (p value 0.083) and there was no relationship between calcium intake and the incidence of dysmenorrhea in young women at SMPN 16 Padang with p value = 0.062. Adolescent girls should still pay attention to iron and calcium intake in their daily consumption because if the intake is insufficient it can increas.e the risk of dysmenorrhea.
