Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the influence of interest rates, liquidity and maturity on corporate bond prices on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research was conducted on bonds on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with the research period covering the 1st quarter to the 4th quarter of 2020-2022. The population in this study was 705 bond codes, and the sample used was 38 bond codes selected using a purposive sampling method so that 456 observation data were obtained. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that the interest rate has a negative and significant effect on bond prices with a linear regression coefficient of -2.356 and a significance value of 0.000. Liquidity (trading volume) has an insignificant influence on bond prices with a linear regression coefficient of -0.001 and a significance value of 0.456. Meanwhile, maturity (remaining life) has a positive and significant effect on bond prices with a linear regression coefficient of 0.283 and a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of compensation and training on performance with motivation as an intervening variable at PT Pacifik Medan Industri. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method which is carried out through data collection using questionnaires and statistical testing data analysis. The population taken in this research were all 143 employees of PT Pacifik Industri Medan. With random sampling technique. The sampling method uses the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, so the sample is 105 people. The data analysis used is path analysis using the Sem application via Smart PLS 26. The results show that there is an influence between Compensation on Motivation, and Training has an influence on Motivation. Motivation can mediate compensation and training on employee performance, and there is an influence of motivation on performance, and there is a simultaneous relationship between compensation and training on employee performance.

Abstract

Many factors can influence a person's performance, one of which is interpersonal communication. Interpersonal communication and performance are closely related and both are interrelated. Apart from interpersonal communication, transformational leadership can also influence employee performance where transformational leadership can strengthen or weaken employee performance. This research approach is qualitative with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model. This approach is able to test the most ideal model in estimating endogenous variables. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Belawan with a total of 278 employees, Transformational Leadership directly has a positive effect on Interpersonal Communication. Transformational Leadership directly has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Interpersonal Communication directly influences Employee Performance. Indirectly, Interpersonal Communication has no role in mediating Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This Research is made to proof and analyse the effect of Facilities, Quality of Service, and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Goldvitel Hotel located at Jl. Basuki Rahmat No.147, Surabaya. In this researchers in this research uses quantitative approach with sample taken using Nonprobability Sampling with purposive sampling type and using a 0 liker scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 application. There are 75 Respondents the results shows that Price (X2), and Quality of Service (X3) has a significant and positive correlation on Customers Satisfaction. Meanwhile, Facility (X1) has not a significant and negative correlation on Customer Satisfaction. This significant and negative association is likely caused by customer’s tendency to ignore the facility provided if the price offered is low enough

Abstract

This study aims to determine how work discipline and teamwork impact the performance of employees of PT Fuji Seat Indonesia Karawang. This research applies quantitative methods with descriptive and causal associative techniques. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data were tested for validity and reliability, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (R2), and descriptive analysis. The study population was all employees of PT Fuji Seat Indonesia Karawang, and the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, such as The research shows that work ethics and teamwork significantly improve employee outcomes, both partially and simultaneously. Effective teamwork characterized by good communication, trust, mutual trust, mutual support, recognition, and collective problem solving, as well as a high level of work diligence in terms of attendance, adherence to work rules and standards, vigilance, and ethical behavior, is proven to contribute to improved employee performance. This research suggests that companies should facilitate and encourage good teamwork and strictly enforce work discipline to achieve optimal employee performance. Future research can expand the scope by involving more respondents from various companies and industries, adding additional variables that may have an impact on employee performance, and using mixed methods to gain deeper insights

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, workload and compensation on turnover intention at PT. Allesia International Balikpapan. The sample used in this research was employees of PT. Allesia International Balikpapan with a total of 37 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression methods assisted by the SPSS 25 program. The results of the research show that partially the leadership style variable tcount 2.651 > ttable 2.03552 with a negative direction (left) and a significance value (0.012) <0.05 has a negative effect and significant to turnover intention. The workload variable partially has a positive and significant effect on tcount 2.775 > ttable 2.03552 and a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. The compensation variable partially has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a tcount of 4.433 > ttable 2.03552 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of leadership style, workload and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the value obtained (F-Test), it is known that Fcount is 9.350 > Ftable 2.89 and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service excellence on customer delight for Dopamine Café Ringroad customers. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study was Dopamine Café Ringroad customers who visited from January to June 2024, totaling 10,800 people. The sample in this study was 99 respondents using the Sample Random Sampling technique. The data analysis methods used are Instrument Test, Classic Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results show that service excellence has a positive and significant effect on customer delight among Dopamine Café Ringroad customers

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the influence of Employer branding and Work Life Balance on Turnover Intention in Generation Z in Medan City: Job Satisfaction as Intervening. The population of this research is generation Z employees in Medan City. The number of samples used was 100 people with sampling techniques using purposive samples. While collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses SmartPLS software. The results of the Outer Model Test show that all original sample indicator values are> 0.7, which means that all variable indicators used by researchers are declared valid. In addition, all statements from each variable are declared reliable which is characterized by a Cronbach's alpha value> 0.7, Composite reliability> 0.7 and Average Variance Extracted (AVE)> 0.5. While the results of the inner model test show Employer branding has a positive influence on Turnover Intention, that Employer branding has a positive influence on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, Worklife Balance has a negative influence on Turnover Intention, Sample = 0.558, T Statistics = 9.219 and P Values = 0.000. These results indicate that Work Life Balance has a positive influence on Job Satisfaction, Employer branding has a negative influence on Turnover Intention through Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between Work Life Balance and Turnover Intention

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of librarian hospitality and differential service both partially and simultaneously on the service performance of the Santo Thomas Catholic University Medan Library. The population in this study was 7,292 active students for the 2023/2024 academic year. The sample in the study was 99 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The analytical methods used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, coefficient of determination tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show (1) Based on the Partial Test (t Test) librarian hospitality has a positive and significant effect on the service performance of the Santo Thomas Catholic University Medan Library, (2) Based on the Partial Test (t Test) Service differentiation has a positive and significant effect on the service performance of the University Library Santo Thomas Catholic Medan, and (3) Based on the Simultaneous Test (F Test) of librarian Hospitality and Service differentiation simultaneously on the service performance of the Santo Thomas Medan Catholic University Library.
