Abstract

nformation management is crucial In the smart city era, because the amount of information generated is abundant, approximately around five exabytes (five trillion gigabytes). According to projections from the American Health of Information Management (AHIMA) research team, there will be an increase in the amount of information by 50 times between 2012 and 2020 in the health sector. High quality health information management processes have become crucial in the Smart City era considering these increasing information productions. High quality health information management process requires competent human resources in health information management with particular skill set. This study aims to determine the initial description of the competences of health information management personnel, as well as to determine their role in health services in Denpasar city hospitals in the Smart City era.

Abstract

70% childern with autism have gastointestinal problem due to the low amount of enzymes that hydrolyzed casein and gluten. As a result, protein can not be completely hydrolyzed into amino acids but only peptides. These petides lead to opioid receptors that cause behavioral disoders. Glutein and casein free diet can be one of the therapies for the treatment of behaviors disorders. The aims of this study were to determine the effects of addition eggs to the changes of elasticity of wet noodles from composite flour (mocaf flour, mung bean flour and tapioca flour), to know the panelist’s acceptance and to determine the nutritional facts of these noodles. The study design used randomized block design (RAK) with one factor, that is the addition of 4,5,6,7, and 8 eggs. The composite flour used was mocaf flour, mung bean flour and tapioca flour. The results showed that the addition of eggs had an effect on the elasticity of the wet noodle products with values ranging from 0.12 to 0.28N. The addition of 6 eggs produces noodles with the highest yellow color intensity, the most savory taste, there is the aroma of mung beans and eggs and the most elastic texture. The addition of eggs also increased the panelists' preference for noodle products. One bowl of noodles with a weight of 250 g contributes 12% of daily energy, 28% of daily protein needs, 12% of daily fat needs and 8% of daily carbohydrate needs. Gluten-free wet noodles from composite flour (mocaf flour, mung bean flour and tapioca flour) can be a main food alternative for people with autsim on a gluten-free diet. Abstract

The BPIS claims process for inpatient admissions starts from registration until the patient file is entered into the lINA-CBGs application. Claim submission under the claims verification technique instructions is limited to the 10th of the following month. RSUD Genteng in filing a claim exceeds the 10th of the following month. The purpose f this research is to analyze the factors causing the delay in submitting BPIS claims for hospitalization to BPJS verifier in RSUD Genteng, determining the priority of the problem and the improvement efort to the problem. Type of this research is qualitative using a system approach based on 7M factor (Man, Method, Materials, Machine, Money, Market and Minute). Methods of data collection using observation, interview and documentation. Based on the result of NGT that has been done, the priority of problem causing delay is RM refund more than 2x24 hours, internet network is less stable, less discipline officer, no claim submission SOP, DPJD main diagnosis placement and BPJS verifator of different perception. Improvement eforts that can be done is to make SOP return of medical records of inpatient and SOP related to claims of inpatient BPJS, repair internet network, conduct coordination meeting among officer related to office discipline and make special form for correction from BPJS verifier. Abstract

Stunting is one of the nutrition problems that a still concern throughout in the world. Indonesia is the third country which highest prevalence of stunting in the Southeast Asia. In East Java, one of priority districts for handling stunting is Bondowoso Regency. Pujer disrict was sub-district with the highest prevalenced of stunting in Bondowoso Regency on 2020. The prevalenced of stunting in August 2018 was 25.36%, in February 2019 of 24.70%, in August 2019 of 26.73%, and in February 2020 it was 27.66%. This research purpose to know determinants of stunting on age toddler  24 - 59 mount in Pujer Distric,Bondowoso Regency. The research method uses an observational analytic with a cross sectional design. The research sample was 84 toddlers aged 24-59 months. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The data collection technique using quetionnarie with interwieving on monher’s toddler and the data were analyzed using the chi-square test with a significance of p <0.05. The results univariate analysis was coulded most of the toddler were not stunting at 67.9% and the toddler were stunting at 32.1%. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was no relationship between energy consumption (0.053), protein consumption (0.456), infectious diseases (0.771), history of BBLR (0.381), and exclusive breastfeeding (0.739) with the incidence of stunting in toddler in Pujer District, Bondowoso Regency.

Abstract

Nutrition is more of an imbalance of energy intake with low energy expenditure or physical activity. Nutrition greatly affects the nutritional and health conditions of adolescents in the future or as adults. To analyze the relationship between eating behavior and sedentary activity in overnutrition adolescents at junior high school 4 Samarinda City. This study used a cross sectional design, with research subjects as many as 424 students (295 students with normal nutrition and 129 students with overnutrition). Taking the subject with purposive sampling method. Collecting data using a questionnaire on eating behavior and sedentary activity. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square, Mann Whitney and Spearman statistical tests. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between eating behavior (p = 0.047) and sedentary activity (p = 0.336) in overnutrition adolescents. Insufficient eating behavior and high sedentary activity are associated with overnutrition. Adolescents should pay more attention to the selection of healthy foods and balanced nutrition and increase physical activity.

Abstract

Malnutrition and anemia in pregnant women is one of the nutritional problems in Indonesia. This condition is closely related to the low score of food diversity. Family support, family income and family size take an important role in influencing dietary diversity in pregnant women. This study aims to determine the effect of family income, number of families and family support on food diversity in pregnant women. It is also to analyze the most dominant family factors in influencing dietary diversity among the pregnant women. This research is analytic observational with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were pregnant women in the second and third trimesters who live in the working area of the Sukowono Public Health Center, Jember regency. The sample size of 82 pregnant women was determined by stratified random sampling. The data in this study were analyzed in two stages, there are bivariate data analysis using simple logistic regression and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression. Simple logistic regression analysis showed that the variables of family income, family size and family support had the potential to affect food diversity (p-value < 0.25). The results of multiple logistic regression showed that family size (p-value 0.03) and family support (p-value 0.009) had a significant effect on the dietary diversity of pregnant women. The family income (p-value 0.068) had no significant effect on the food diversity of pregnant women. Family support is the dominant factor that affects the diversity of food in pregnant women because it has the greatest influence with the highest Exp.B value of 2.20. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the efforts to provide information and education to families regarding family support for pregnant women and the importance of food diversity in the hope of preventing and overcoming nutritional problems in Indonesia.

Abstract

Instagram is a medium that is widely used by teenagers to upload or search for various snacks menu information. Frequency and duration of use instagram will affect the behavior of snack choice. Applying good behavior can help teenagers to fulfill their nutritional needs but bad behavior can cause health problems. The study aims to analyze the effect of the utilization frequency and duration of use instagram on the behavior of snack choice in teenagers. This research was quantitative descriptive with cross-sectional design. The sample was 91 teenagers aged 14-16 years, the selection was by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by using chi-square test with SPSS. The results showed that there was a relationship between frequency and duration of use instagram on the behavior of snack choice in teenagers with p-value (0,000) <0.05. Abstract

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease in which cases are still many in Indonesia. Hypertension diet is one of the treatments to prevent recurrence in hypertension. The knowledge of attitude and behaviuor in a person will be carried out with proper management. Knowledge is something that can underlie or encourage someone to take action or behaviuor. The recommended hypertension diet for people with hypertension is the consumption of food that is low in salt, low in fat, increase fibre, increase potassium intake, do not consume cigarette, coffee and alcohol, increase consumption of vegetable and fruit. The purpose of this research was to determine the description of knowledge, attitude and behavior of hypertension sufferers about dietary food regulation in the working area of Guntur Health Center Garut. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The population in this research were all hypertension sufferers in Guntur Health Center as many as 265 people. The sample in this research amounted to 159 people using accidental sampling techniques. the instrument used in the form of a questionnaire, which includes: knowledge, attitude and behaviour. Data analysis used univariate analysis. The result of this research indicated that the majority of respondents had a good level of knowledge as many as 152 people (95,6%),159 people (100%) had a supportive attitude, and 159 people (100%) had positive behavior. There is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards dietary regulation behavior for hypertensive patients with analytical test results obtained p-value less than 0.05 (knowledge 0.033 and attitude 0.013). From the result of this research, there were several behaviours that had to be improved and had to be maintained. like reducing the consumption of full cream milk, biscuit and egg yolk and maintaining consumption of fruit, vegetable and food that contain low fat.The result of this research expected to be used as a reference and learning both in the provision of health education or other nursing care for the knowledge, attitude and behaviour of hypertension sufferers about dietary food regulation

Abstract

One of the diseases that is currently a priority by the world of health globally or the world is hypertension. The prevalence of people experiencing hypertension in Labruk Kidul Health Center, Lumajang Regency is 43.91%. Hypertension sufferers cannot control their blood pressure because some hypertensive patients previously lacked education about hypertension. This is because the media which is only in the form of monotonous leaflets and no interesting poster media about hypertension, so it is not effective in overcoming the incidence of hypertension. Therefore, a research was conducted on the development of the Zig Zag Card Remind as a nutritional medium for hypertensive patients at Labruk Kidul Lumajang Health Center. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The number of subjects in this study were 50 hypertensive patients at Labruk Kidul Health Center who were taken by accidental sampling. The results of research on the development of zigzag card remind media for hypertension sufferers from the feasibility test by material experts by 95% and 92% media experts, these results are a feasible category in field trials without revision then the media feasibility test results are 83.78%, meaning that that the product is very suitable for use as a media for nutrition education. It is recommended that this zig-zag card remind product be used as an educational medium for the benefit of further health research that involves educational intervention actions for other people.

Abstract

Maternal mortality remains a major public health challenge worldwide. To prevent maternal mortality, further efforts are focused on empowering better communities, empowering women and strengthening the health care system, including the quality of emergency obstetric services. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in knowledge, attitudes, and preparation for emergency obstetrics in pregnant women before and after mentoring groups of women. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental pre-posttest design with one group design. The research was carried out in Kurao Pagang Village, Padang City, carried out for 3 months, starting from August to October 2021. The research population was pregnant women in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimesters in the working area of ​​Kurao Pagang Village, Padang City. The total population is 24 people. The entire population will be used as the research sample (total population). The data was processed using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the scores before and after assistance was given to pregnant women by a group of women with a p value = 0.000 regarding knowledge, attitudes and preparation for obstetric emergencies. It is hoped that this mentoring program by women's groups will continue to be implemented and can also be applied to other areas. This community empowerment should also be a priority program for the authorities in order to reduce the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia.
