Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Interbank Mudharabah Investment Certificates (SIMA) and Bank Indonesia Syariah Certificates (SBIS) on Liquidity in Islamic Commercial Banks partially and to determine the effect of SIMA and SBIS on Liquidity in Islamic Commercial Banks simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach in the form of financial ratios based on time series. The data used is monthly data. The results of this study indicate that SIMA has no effect on liquidity at Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2016-2019 period, SBIS has no effect on liquidity in Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2016-2019 period, SIMA and SBIS have no simultaneous effect on liquidity in Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2016-2019 period.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of NPF, BOPO and FDR toward ROA on Bank NTB Syariah. This research is a field study with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of Financial Statements in the quarter of 2018 to September 2022 registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This type of research data is panel data that is analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumptions and multiple linear regressions. The result of this research shows that NPF affects ROA with signification of 0.007 smaller than α (0.05,) BOPO has no effect toward ROA with significance of 0.485 greater than α (0.05), FDR has no effect toward ROA with significance of 0.485 greater than α (0.05). Simultaneously, NPF, BOPO and FDR have a significant influence toward ROA variables with a significance rate on 0.018 smaller than α (0.05). Further research is expected to add other variables such as assets, financing and DPK and add years of observation in order to get more representative results

Abstract

Does the management of investment in Hajj funds in Indonesia impact the economy and welfare of the pilgrims in Indonesia? This study aims to see how the management of hajj funds in Indonesia. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of Hajj funds' investment management pattern that is applied in Indonesia. The location of this research is in Indonesia, where most of the population is Muslim. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are through interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the Hajj fund manager at the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, the Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH), and Bank Syariah Mandiri. Hajj funds managed by BPKH are placed on deposits and investments in securities. BPKH has now developed a hajj fund, and the investment returns positively impact the welfare of the hajj. The management of hajj funds through investment is the right way to benefit the congregation and for the welfare and benefit of the congregation during the pilgrimage. The return on investment is a government subsidy for pilgrims or covers the difference between the total cost of organizing the pilgrimage and the deposit paid by prospective pilgrims to the government. Pilgrims themselves can feel the subsidies provided through the management of hajj funds.

Abstract

The area to be built must be evenly distributed in Indonesia, uneven development causes jealousy and dissatisfaction between regions. based on this will be detrimental to the development that a region wants to achieve. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of economic growth in population and the human development index on development inequality in the province of North Sumatra. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The results of the study indicate that the economic growth of the population has an effect on development inequality. While the human development index has no effect on development inequality.

Abstract

Khadijah has set an example as a successful Muslim woman entrepreneur. However, specific research focusing on the success of Muslim female entrepreneurs is still limited. This study aims to identify the determinants of the success of Muslim women entrepreneurs and develop a conceptual model. Literature research data sourced from Google Scholar. Data collection using the publish or perish application. Data analysis used the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) approach. The study's results have identified four indicators of success for Muslim women entrepreneurs: business performance, business viability, staying in the industry for the long term, and generating profits. Furthermore, there are four dimensions of the success factors of Muslim women entrepreneurs: attitude, motivation, competency, and resources. In the end, this research has also produced a conceptual model for determining the success of Muslim women entrepreneurs. Therefore, the ministry in charge of entrepreneurship can respond to the results of this study by increasing the contribution to the four success factors of Muslim women entrepreneurs.Khadijah has set an example as a successful Muslim woman entrepreneur. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze how the financial performance of Islamic banks both individually and as a whole, based on the Maqashid Sharia used by Asy-Syatibi in terms of the purpose of educating individuals, the purpose of establishing justice, and the purpose of public interest during 2016-2020. The benefits of the results of this study can be used as consideration for many parties, including investors, creditors, customers, employees, regulators, and the surrounding community in making decisions by looking at how far the achievement of Islamic banking performance and compliance with Islamic principles in its operational activities. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with the object of research conducted on 14 Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports/annual reports obtained from the official website of each bank and in the calculation using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The results of this research indicate that Bank Muamalat obtains the highest index for the purpose of educating individuals, Bank Victoria Syariah obtains the highest index for the purpose of establishing justice, and Bank Syariah Mandiri obtains the highest index for the public interest. As for the overall maqashid sharia index, Bank Syariah Mandiri has the highest score compared to thirteen other Islamic banks.

Abstract

Kosmetik halal memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi perhatian konsumen Muslim Generasi Z. Penelitian ini mencoba mengeksplorasi perilaku Muslim Z Generation dalam membeli kosmetik dan skincare halal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian campuran. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Muslim Z Generation yang menjadi responden penelitian ini sudah mulai melakukan pembelian kosmetik dan perawatan kulit. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas dan keamanan produk menjadi alasan utama untuk membeli dan menggunakan kosmetik dan perawatan kulit halal. Alasan lain Muslim Z Generation menggunakan kosmetik dan perawatan kulit halal adalah karena keyakinan agama. Abstract

The objective of this study is aimed at analyzing the impact of sharia compliance and service quality on the loyalty of Islamic bank customers in Bogor regency with religiosity as mediating variable. This study is quantitative in nature. By using stratified random sampling, there are 277 respondents as the research sample. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is approached to analize the data. The results of the study find that sharia compliance and religiosity partially impact on the loyalty but interestingly service quality has no significat impact on it. Furthermore, it is found that religiosity significantly mediates the influence of sharia compliance on the loyalty but does not mediate the impact of service quality on the loyalty.

Abstract

The entrepreneurial dimension is not low, it is even a strong attraction in the world of work and good character must always be built for everyone who wants to be successful in life. The concept that should be owned by Muslim entrepreneurs is called Islamic spiritual entrepreneurs, and the concept must be realized with life attitudes, one of which is social responsibility. This paper aims to examine the terminology of Islamic spiritual entrepreneurs and social responsibility through a literature approach. Social responsibility as a manifestation of the spiritual attitude of entrepreneurs offered in this paper can be the key to a person's success in entrepreneurship and achieving blessings in his life. Through this attitude, the entrepreneur's personal branding and personal reputation can be realized so that he will become a money magnet because of the strong trust he has.

Abstract

Indonesia as one of the largest maritime countries in the world has enormous potential. To overcome this, it is necessary to optimize zakat. In this context, it is necessary to develop seafood zakat products through a productive distribution model so that the potential for community empowerment is realized. The purpose of this study is to identify and develop a distribution model of marine product zakat based on public perception. This research method is qualitative with a comparative study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and deep interviews. The object of this research is the coastal communities located on the coast of Depok and the coast of Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. The results showed that the zakat on marine products from fishermen was not realized due to the lack of knowledge about the zakat distribution model and there was no collection of zakat funds for marine products. The solution offered by the researcher is to create a model for the distribution of zakat on marine products that will be collected by an organization called the "Network Charity Fishermen" (JAMAN). The JAMAN organization is managed by the Ta'mir of the local mosque so that the implementation of zakat on marine products can be coordinated and the distribution of zakat is realized
