Abstract

The growth of the Indonesian Muslim fashion industry, which is in the second position, has triggered the government to make Indonesia the center of world Muslim fashion. However, some industries do not know much about the factors that can increase interest in modest fashion. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that influence the purchase intention of modest fashion by being moderated by Islamic branding. The variables tested are Product Quality, Design and Lifestyle. This research method uses quantitative methods with post positivism paradigm. The data was obtained using purposive sampling technique with 384 respondents from the millennial generation. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with a value of 1-5 for a score of strongly disagree and strongly agree. Analysis of the data using the SPSS version 23. The results show that all variables affect the purchase intention of modest fashion. Testing the variables using two models, testing the direct influence between the independent and dependent variables and testing the interaction or Moderated Regression Analysis. However, if you include Islamic branding as a moderating variable, there is a variable that shows a stronger influence than others, namely product quality. Brands that have Islamic names are the highest choice of respondents. They are interested in buying modest fashion products because they are of good quality with average 3,5885 and t table which is 15.927. Recommendations from this study need to create an Islamic brand name for modest fashion products.

The results of this study indicate that productive zakat, competence, and intention significantly affect the business continuity of mustahiq. The R-Square value in this study is 0.678, which indicates the influence of productive zakat variables, competencies, and intentions of 67.8%, while 32.2% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied. These findings provide recommendations to zakat management entities and policymakers so that the resources provided to mustahiq are given more optimally in order to be able to contribute to business continuity and the success of mustahiq micro-entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This review means to test and dissect the determinants of goals of utilizing Islamic mobile banking. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) was used to conduct the study. This theory uses performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, facilitating conditions, price values, hedonic motivation, and habits as predictors of intentions to use Islamic mobile banking. The Islamic way of life is the new coding construct that this study adds to the UTAUT2 model. 155 respondents from Indonesia's millennial generation served as the sample for this study. With the Structural Equation Model (SEM) as the analysis model and Warp PLS version 7.0 as the software, this study employed a quantitative approach.  This study shows that the intention to use Islamic mobile banking is positively and significantly influenced by hedonistic motivation, price value, and habits. In the meantime, intention to use Islamic mobile banking is positively and insignificantly affected by performance expectations of effort, social influences, and conditions. The decision to use Islamic mobile banking as part of an Islamic lifestyle is then influenced by the variables of social impact and insignificant habits. In the context of the intention to use the behavior of using Islamic mobile banking, the findings of this study are anticipated to contribute to the prediction of a more in-depth model of consumer behavior from an Islamic perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on customer loyalty, with satisfaction as an intervening variable, at PT PNM Mekaar Syariah Branch in Kerinci. This research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing a causal method, where primary data are collected through an online questionnaire using Google Forms. The population in this study consists of customers of PT PNM Mekaar Syariah, Kerinci branch, with a sample of 85 respondents selected using a convenience sampling technique. Data analysis is performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results indicate that service quality has no significant effect on either customer loyalty or satisfaction. In contrast, trust has a positive and significant impact on both customer loyalty and satisfaction. Additionally, trust can mediate the relationship between service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. However, satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between trust and service quality, nor does it mediate the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. These findings emphasize that trust is the key factor in building customer loyalty at PT PNM Mekaar Syariah. At the same time, service quality and satisfaction have not shown a significant direct effect on loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of information overload on decision postponement, mediated by consumer confusion. The research adopts a quantitative approach, targeting the Generation Z population in Jepara. Data collection was conducted using completed questionnaires distributed to respondents selected through random sampling techniques and the Slovin formula. A total of 310 samples were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with Smart PLS version 4.0. The research findings indicate that excess information does not directly influence decision postponement. However, information overload positively and significantly affects consumer confusion, and consumer confusion, in turn, positively and significantly influences decision postponement. With the presence of consumer confusion as a mediating variable, the relationship between information overload and decision postponement demonstrates a positive and significant correlation. The variable of consumer confusion in this study successfully mediates the connection between information overload and decision postponement, thereby producing positive and significant effects.

Abstract

The quality of health services reflects the performance of health workers and affects community satisfaction. This study evaluates the impact of service quality on patient satisfaction at the RSI At-Tin Husada Purbalingga Children's Polyclinic. A quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, examines five key service quality aspects: reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, and physical evidence. Data were collected via a survey of 68 child patient companions, utilizing a tested questionnaire. Results indicate that the assurance dimension most significantly influences patient satisfaction, followed by empathy and reliability, all rated very good. While responsiveness and physical evidence also affect satisfaction, their influence is smaller. The study emphasizes the importance of a personalized approach and the need for improved facilities. Enhancing service quality across the five SERVQUAL dimensions can improve patient satisfaction, particularly in empathy and reliability. Key improvement areas include service timeliness, hospital reputation, complaint responsiveness, personalized care, standardization, and overall comfort. Recommendations include optimizing scheduling, strengthening public communication, implementing a responsive complaint system, enhancing patient recognition through training, adhering to uniform standards, and redesigning waiting areas for comfort. These insights support ongoing improvements in pediatric outpatient services and affirm the relevance of SERVQUAL in healthcare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of waiting time and service satisfaction on outpatient loyalty at the Dental Clinic of the Sukalarang Community Health Center, Sukabumi Regency. A total of 100 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach to assess the impact of both variables individually and simultaneously on patient loyalty. The results show that, partially, service satisfaction has a significant effect on patient loyalty, while waiting time does not exhibit a statistically significant influence. However, when considered simultaneously, both variables contribute significantly to patient loyalty. These findings highlight the significant role of service quality in promoting patient loyalty, with efficient waiting time management serving as a crucial factor in shaping positive patient perceptions. The study implies that strategies to enhance patient loyalty in dental healthcare services should prioritize improving professional, responsive, and patient-centered care.
