Abstract

Two factors affect stock prices, internal factors that are directly related to the company which can be seen from the financial statements, namely the capital structure (Debt Equity Ratio) and the profitability or profits obtained by the company (Return on Assets) and external factors related to macroeconomic fundamentals, such as price CPO. The type of data in this research is quantitative data. The research population is a palm oil sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 – 2022. The sample selection technique was carried out based on predetermined criteria so that there were 52 observational data. The analytical tool used in this study is SmartPLS 3. The results show that profitability is not affected by CPO prices, between capital structure and profitability there is a negative and significant effect, and between profitability and stock prices, there also have a negative and significant effect. CPO and DER prices do not affect share prices. Meanwhile, neither CPO prices nor capital structure significantly affect stock prices mediated by profitability

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing Communication Capability, Social Media Product Development, and Innovation Capability on whether to produce Social Media Performance for SMEs Florist in Java. This quantitative study uses a purposive sampling technique that analyzes 98 respondents collected using an online questionnaire. The theory used is Resource Based Theory (RBT), where analysis techniques using SMART-PLS. The results showed that Innovation Capability did not produce Social Media Performance with a t-value of 0.618 and a p-value of 0.537. Social Media Marketing Communication Capability can also not create Social Media Performance with a t-value of 1.085 and a p-value of 0.278. Meanwhile, Social Media Product Development Capability has a significant role in creating Social Media Performance. This study concludes from these three variables, only Social Media Product Development has an essential role in producing Social Media Performance.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has changed the positive mindset of employees in improving performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on work motivation and its impact on employee performance at PT Pungkook Indonesia One. This research was conducted in November 2022 - February 2023 by distributing questionnaires online to respondents selected by purposive sampling with a total of 100 people and questionnaire data using the Amos Graphic tool. This study found that self-efficacy has a positive effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, and self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine forces that determined the strategic position of PT. Mayora Indah Tbk competes in the Indonesian food and beverage industry by using the modified Porter's five forces model. This model assists in analyzing the industry based on the positioning of the companies strategically based on the strength of industry stakeholders, competition between existing companies, bargaining power over buyers and suppliers, the threat of new entrants and substitute products or services, and the forces from other stakeholders. This research employed the case study method, focusing on a particular case requiring careful observation and analysis. The results indicated that the food and beverage industry relied on a company's ability to maintain a substantial competitive advantage and business profitability in the Indonesian food and beverage industry. Hence, the company could preserve its position in the market and have the opportunity to continue its growth in the future. This study combines Porter’s five forces and financial analysis as the case study in external factors industry analysis of PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Porter's forces analysis revealed that PT Mayora had a solid and quite profitable competitive advantage in Indonesia's food and beverage industry. Therefore, the company could maintain its position in the market and have the opportunity to continue growing

Abstract

In this dynamic environment, knowledge sharing and innovation capabilities have become new sources of organizational competitive advantage. As an organization that builds and disseminates knowledge, the role of sharing knowledge in higher education institutions is very important in achieving its goals. In addition, innovation is very important because education plays an important role in creating a sustainable future. This study aims to analyze the role of knowledge sharing in sustainable competitive advantage mediated by the innovation capabilities of tertiary institutions in South Sumatra Province. Data were collected from 207 respondents representing 15 private higher education institutions in South Sumatra Province which were selected purposively. Data analysis used structural equation modeling with the LISREL 8.7 application. The results of the study concluded that knowledge sharing and innovation capabilities had a positive and significant effect on the sustainable competitive advantage of higher education institutions. The research also proves that innovation capabilities partially mediate the relationship between knowledge sharing and sustainable competitive advantage of higher education institutions in South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) security concern and perceived ease of use on repurchase intention: the role of e-trust and e-satisfaction as mediators (2) The effect of security, perceived ease of use, repurchase intention of the role of trust and satisfaction as a mediator. The populace utilized in this study is all clients of E-business applications and the example involved is clients of E-trade applications in Bukittinggi City somewhere twice involving E-business for web-based shopping. The quantity of tests utilized in this review was 200 respondents. Information was gathered through an internet-based survey (google form) and information about the executives utilizing PLS (Partial Least Square) programming. The results of this study indicate that. (1) Security concern has a significant effect on repurchase intention (2) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on repurchase intention (3) security concern has a significant effect on repurchase intention (4) e-satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention (5) security concern has a significant effect on repurchase intention through trust (6) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on repurchase intention through e-satisfaction (7). Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on repurchase intention through e-satisfaction (7). Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on repurchase intention through security concerns (8). e-satisfaction a siginifikan effect on repurchase intention through trust. The results of this study indicate that it is positively and significantly influenced by security, convenience, and repurchase intention mediated by e-trust and e-satisfaction.
