Jurnal Sendratasik diterbitkan 4 (empat) kali pada bulan S Maret, Juni, September, dan December denganmemuat artikel / artikel penelitian di bidang musik, tari, dan drama serta pembelajarannya. Memuat teks yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok penyunting, naskah yang digunakan adalah naskah yang lolos dan tidak pernah / tidak akan pindah ke jurnal lain. Jurnal Sendratasik menerima naskah yang memberikan wawasan tentang isu-isu terkini, dan terutama berhubungan dengan studi Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya(Seni Drama, Tari dan Musik) dengan menyebar luaskan pengetahuan di bidang-bidang yang muncul dan berkembang. Hasil riset, terdiri dari laporan ilmiah yang meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang seni secara umum, seni pertunjukan, dan pendidikan seni. Baik dalam bentuk artikel yang melaporkan hasil studi penelitian kuantitatif atau kualitatif. Artikel secara konseptual harus relevan untuk memajukan Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya, menyajikan teori tentang seni, model, posisi filosofis, dll. Artikel juga dapat mengacu pada teori-teori ataupun materi- materi yang dikembangkan dalam praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Bahasa naskah yang dikirimkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Harus membahas tentang masalah serta kontribusi baru yang signifikan untuk bidang praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Artikel dapat berasal dari salah satu bidang berikut: - Drama - Tari - Musik dan / atau Musik Tradisional - dan Pembelajarannya

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the phenomena related to vocalia building at Parintang Studio Bukittinggi. These phenomena include sound production techniques, breathing, resonance, intonation, articulation, phrasering, and expression. This study uses a qualitative approach with the object of research was vocalia building at Parintang Studio Bukittinggi. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by identifying data, classifying data, clarifying data, analyzing data, describing / explaining data, and concluding. The results of the implementation of vocalia building in Parintang Studio are as follows. The training process at Parintang Studio is doing warming up as basic vocal technique exercise. It includes breathing exercises which are useful for regulating the right breath when singing, resonance exerciseswhich are useful for widening the range of sound, articulation exerciseswhich are useful for clarifying the pronunciation of words, intonation exercises which are useful for improving the ability to read tones, phrasering exerciseswhich are useful for keeping sentences intact, and expression exercises which are useful for expressing the meaning or atmosphere of a song sung. All vocal technique exercises are taught so that students can improve voice processing skills in singing. The obstacle found in the vocational training at Parintang studio is that there are still some student’s voices that are false and not in line with the tempo in singing. The students also do not have confidence. Repeating exercises is the solution made by the instructor to deal with students’ difficulties.

Abstract

This writing aims to reveal about preservation as the cultural heritage of the Nagari Simpang Tonang community. The research in this thesis uses a qualitative method approach, in the form of qualitative descriptive. The results of the study are describing cultural phenomena regarding the preservation of Ronggeng Nagari Simpang Tonang arts. Data collection is done by direct observation techniques, with the approach of observation, interviews, recording and recording and using documentation and literature study. The preservation of Ronggeng's art now depends on the willingness, effort and efforts of local artists. It means that the life and death of Ronggeng art lies in the hands of artists. Local artists are the only people who are responsible and responsible today for the preservation of Ronggeng art. Whereas the public only wants to be a loyal audience. If the number of artists decreases and at one time all of them are no longer physically able to activate or they have died, it can be predicted Ronggeng art will be extinct in Nagari Simpang Tonang. Therefore, Ronggeng's art today is very dependent on the efforts and efforts of artists in their activitiesboth formally and informally.

Abstract

Abstract This research aimed at determining the effect of audio visual media on students’ ability in singing national anthems. The subject of the research were students of VIII2 at SMP Negeri 18 Padang in the year of 2012-2013. The design of the research was class action research in which students’ musical notations learning by using the audio visual determined. The research findings showed that there was an improvement on students’ singing. The improvement was seen from the average score of the class in each cycle. In the pre-cycle, the average score of the students was 68.375. In the first cycle, the average score was improved to 75.375 and in the second cycle, it was improved to 82.25. It was concluded that audio visual media were appropriate for students’ singing improvement.   Kata kunci: bernyanyi, notasi, media, audio, visual.

Abstract

AbstractThis article the aim to investigate the implementation of cooperative learning strategy in grade  X5  in learning dance at SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung Dharmasraya District.This research wa a Classroom Action  Research (CAR). The objects of this research were student in X5 in SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung which consisted of 26 students. The instruments of this research were the researcher as the observer and several aids such as observation sheet and learning outcome instrument. The data were collected through observation, documentation, and achievement test, furthermore, the data were collected by using data analysis techniques to select and analyze its validity. Findings of this research indicate that the implementation of cooperative learning strategy in SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung was effective and succesful during 2 cycles with 6 meeting each. Student were motivated to learn it could be seen from the learning goals of traditional dance that had been acheved in the aspects of physical, rhytim and sense assessment. The average score of students learning outcomes in cycle I was 68,8and it increased in cycle II which was 87,5. It can be said that this research was conducted well since the use of cooperative learning strategyin learning dance at SMA N 1 Pulau Punjung Dharmasraya District improved students’ ability in Galombang motion.Keywords: Learning outcomes, Method, Dance

Abstract

This study aims to describe the impementation of the music art learning at Xmia2 class in  SMA Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan. The type of this study was qualitative descriptive. The study object was Xmia2 students in SMA Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan that consisted of 23 students. The Instruments used in this study were observation sheet, interview questions and documentation. The result of study shows that the music art learning in SMA Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan does not use curriculum 2013, but they use KTSP. In related to the planning of learning, the basic musical theory is arranged becoming 5 indicators. The fifth indicators are not described in purpose of the learning which is purpose of the learning formula focuses on only cognitive domain. It does not include the affective and psychomotor domains yet. The learning materials are factual and procedural. The learning method that is delivered by the teachers is lecture, discussion and assignment. The used media is pianette, meanwhile the teachers use guitar. In the steps of the printed learning in RPP, it uses scientific approach namely doing observation, asking question, doing exploration, associating, communicating, yet in the implementation which is implemented by the teachers, they only doing observation and asking questions. Furthermore, the teachers evaluate the learning to know the level of learning achievement. The fact is the students’ study result are complete.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the piano learning methodsare used in Purwacara Music Studio Padang. It is seen in terms of objective, material, method, and evaluation. This research used a Qualitative approach which produced descriptive data about Piano Instruction in Purwacara Music Studio Padang.T he data were collected through observation, interview, documentation, and interactive data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the piano learning process in Purwacara Music Studio is in accordance with the determined curriculum whose learning objective is students are able to play piano in right fingeringand sitting attitude. In the learning process, the methods implemented are lecture method, questions and answers, demonstration, drill, and assignment. Meanwhile, thelearning materialsare divided into two materials: music theory and music practice. In addition, evaluation is always held in every course meeting, and final evaluation as well as a test for improvement levelis held every 6 months. To get  more tangible and use fulbenefits, based onthe results of research and discussion about piano instruction in Purwacara Music Studio, forming a special team for designing piano learning materials in an guidebook is a suggestion the writer gives. This is due to the fact that available materials are not neatly arranged in a guidebook. Thus, the existence of the arranged materials in a guidebook can further enhance the process of learning.

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to describe the development of the Gumantan dance type in Pisang Berebus Village Gunung Toar Rengency, Kuantan Singingi District, Riau Province. Type of the research is qualitative with descriptive analysis method. The techniques of data collection are literature study, observation, interviews, photo shoot and recording. The technique of the data analysis is to classifying the data based on the conceptual framework.  The result showed that: the development of Gumantan dance influenced by citizen in that area. The purpose of the citizen in that area is to the make Gumantan dance still exist so that Lukman Edi created Rentak Gumantan dance. The developments of that dance can we see from the part of elements. Those elements are movements, space design, music dance, costumes, the dance dynamics and composition group.   Kata kunci: Perkembangan, Bentuk, dari, tari, Gumantan

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to reveal and explain the appreciation of Jorong and Nagari Community of Sundata, Lubuk Sikaping District, Pasaman Regency towards the existence of Rupano art. Data were obtained through direct observation, interview, literature study, and documentation. The data were analyzed based on phenomenon that happened to the existence of rupano art and society appreciation to the art by using Miles and Huberman model.The results show that the public appreciation on rupano art is lack, so even though this art is performed, people are not interested anymore to wacth it. The level of public appretiation of rupano art is ound very low. Society does not recognize and understand the details or specifics and aesthetis o the rupano art. Therefore people have not appreciated the art of rupano well. In addition, the community also has no sense of responsibility and sense of belonging to the arts. This because the general public has been bored o watching the rupano art for the reasons of rupano art is not impressing it has no development althogether.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of analysis of examination questions by the cultural arts teachers at Class X of Accounting Department in SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman. This type of study was qualitative research with using descriptive analysis method. The instrument of the study was the researcher and it was assisted by interview note, observation note, and documentation files. The researcher was involved in the research as a participant observer. The types of data were primary and secondary with qualitative data analysis techniques that described the problem. The result of this study indicates that the analysis of examination questions of cultural art (music) done by the teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman, which have been tested on the final exam in odd semester 2018/2019, shows the results of the existence of categories of questions that are easy, medium and difficult, based on the results of examination of students correct answers which have been recapitulated and summarized. there are six items whose material are not related to the subject, the description of questions are too broad and the questions that the teachers have never been explained in the Indonesian traditional music insight material, then the questions can be removed, replaced or corrected. Abstract

Abstract This article aims to describe how the implementation of learning singing in unisono in Junior 2 2 x 11 Wood Planting Padang Pariaman. The type of research used a qualitative approach is descriptive method. The object of research is the students who follow the implementation of learning to sing in unison in Junior 2 2 x 11 Wood Planting Padang Pariaman. Instrument in this study is the researchers themselves by means of observation and documentation of the interview. The type of data in this study with data collection, reduction of data, display data, and verification or retrieval conclusion. Data that has been collected is classified, in order to avoid misinterpretation of data. The results showed that the implementation of learning singing in unisono haven't done with good cause is internal and external factors. The internal factor consists of desires, participation, and attention, and external factor seen from teachers and parents. The wishes of the student in following the implementation process of learning singing unisono in very low. Attention students in learning have followed a less good attention. And of most students there who follow the learning process are singing unisono with the mean seriously. Keywords: Implementation of Learning Singing In Unisono
