Abstract

Technological developments are indispensable in the world of education. Many schools are required to utilize mobile learning in the learning process. Educators can be more creative and innovative in using mobile learning to improve Arabic vocabulary at various levels, including elementary schools. This study aimed to determine the multiple benefits of mobile learning in improving Arabic vocabulary in elementary schools. This research method uses quantitative data from interviews and questionnaire dissemination. The questionnaire dissemination process is carried out online. The results showed that learning with mobile learning improves Arabic vocabulary in elementary schools. From the study, it can be concluded that mobile learning in improving Arabic vocabulary in elementary schools has proven effective and efficient. This is evidenced by the results of research that many elementary school students master increasing Arabic vocabulary. The limitation of this study is that researchers only research mobile learning, even though many other learning media can be used as alternatives in increasing Arabic vocabulary in elementary schools. Researchers hope that future researchers can conduct research related to increasing Arabic vocabulary by utilizing other learning media. This study also recommends further researchers to make research as a reference in improving Arabic vocabulary in elementary schools using mobile learning.

Abstract

Pancasila and citizenship education is one of the subjects that can grow the character of students. Pancasila and civic education teachers have an important role in educating students in the midst of the influence of this technological age. The problem that occurs is that Pancasila and civic education learning is not liked and in demand by students because the available material is quite boring, because teachers only apply the lecture method and the media used is still in the form of school package books. The researcher developed e-comic-based digital learning media  in Pancasila and civic education learning. The purpose of this study is to test the feasibility of media as a means to grow the character of students at Public Junior High School 3 Magetan. The type of research used is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE (Analalys, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) research model. The data analysis technique used is quantitative to calculate the results of media feasibility from learning experts and the results of practicality of student responses. Qualitative data to analyze problems and analyze quantitative results. The result of this research and development is that the researcher succeeded in obtaining media feasibility from learning experts by 75% with the feasible category and obtaining media practicality by 75.35% with the very practical category. Thus, based on the results obtained, after reading the stories in the e-comic, students can cultivate the character of mutual cooperation and tolerance towards students.

Abstract

This systematic literature review examines review focuses on a particular type of entrepreneurship program entrepreneurship programs' effectiveness in improving students' soft skills in higher education. Through analysis of 25 research articles from Scopus-indexed journals published between 2018-2024, this study investigates the effectiveness, influencing factors, and challenges in implementing entrepreneurship programs. The findings reveal that entrepreneurship programs demonstrate varying degrees of success in developing students' soft skills, with effectiveness heavily influenced by implementation methods and learning contexts. Factors affecting program success include curriculum design, teaching methods, instructor quality, and industry integration. Common challenges include limited funding, insufficient qualified instructors, and gaps between academic content and industry needs. The review suggests that successful implementation requires a holistic approach integrating adaptive curriculum development, instructor capacity building, industry collaboration, and innovative teaching methods. This study contributes to understanding how higher education institutions can design and implement more effective entrepreneurship programs that develop relevant soft skills for contemporary workforce demands. The implication of this research lies in strengthening the capacity building of teachers and learning infrastructure.

Abstract

Holistic learning has a significant role in overcoming global education problems. Holistic learning is learning that involves various aspects of students' intelligence. This learning is fundamental but has not been fully implemented in Penggerak Schools. The objectives of the study are (1) to describe the P5 learning plan, (2) to explore the implementation of P5 learning, and (3) to measure the results of P5 activities. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and document content analysis. Meanwhile, data analysis uses collection, reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The participants were the principal, six students, and three teachers of various phases at one of the private elementary schools. The results of the study show that (1) holistic learning planning includes planning the P5 project module, including determining themes, dimensions, and time allocation; (2) the application of holistic learning is carried out by paying attention to various multiple intelligences by developing spiritual, aesthetic, physical, intellectual, emotional, and social aspects, (3) measurement of P5 outcomes in holistic learning uses authentic assessment. The conclusion is that P5 activities at one of the private elementary schools in Klaten have fulfilled the holistic learning aspect. This study suggests that the government can make policies to implement holistic learning to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

The escalating environmental challenges, such as climate change and biodiversity loss, highlight the urgent need for education systems to foster environmental awareness and action in younger generations. This study investigates the integration of Ecological Art into the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in two Indonesian primary schools in contrasting ecological settings: a mountainous region and a coastal area. Employing a qualitative approach, the research examines how local ecological contexts influence students’ creativity, environmental awareness, and collaboration. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis to evaluate the role of Ecological Art in addressing local and global ecological concerns. Findings demonstrate that using natural materials such as bamboo and clay in the mountainous school reinforced connections to cultural heritage and sustainability. Conversely, the coastal school’s focus on recycling plastic waste underscored the urgency of combating pollution. Ecological art engages students emotionally and socially, fostering environmental consciousness and creative problem-solving skills. However, limited resources and insufficient teacher training were identified as barriers to broader implementation. This research highlights the potential of Ecological Art as a pedagogical tool to enhance sustainability education through place-based learning and community engagement. Recommendations are provided for educators and policymakers to adapt curricula to local ecological and cultural contexts, contributing to the broader discourse on transformative education for sustainability.
