Abstract

 The problem in this study is the lack of students' understanding of the values of good character so that they appear less grateful, disciplined, polite, responsible, confident, caring, curious, independent, and creative. This study is a quantitative study with a correlation design that aims to determine the relationship between character education and thematic learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Macanang. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between character education and thematic learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Macanang with  (4.8840) greater (>) the value of  (1.67528) which means  is rejected and  is accepted. Based on the analysis of the data above, it can be said that character education will have an impact on the mindset of students in learning so that it will affect their learning outcomes in class. So, a good increase in the application of character values will improve student learning outcomes. from these conclusions, the impact resulting from this study is known that good character education will improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to determine student’s interest in learning and describe the factors that influence students' interest in thematic learning at SDN 244 Pammana.. The subjects of this research were teachers and students in grades IV, V and VI. There are three teachers and 55 students. Research data obtained from observations, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusion. The results of this research indicate that each indicator consisting of student preparation, feelings of pleasure, engagement, attention and interest of students is good. Factors that influence students' learning interest in thematic learning consist of biological factors, psychological, teacher teaching methods, facilities and infrastructure and the teacher's role. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for students' interest in learning consist of learning difficulties for students, friends, family and learning media. Students' learning interest in high grade thematic learning at SDN 244 Pammana Pammana is quite good, but they still need to get attention and guidance from parents and teachers so that they can overcome the inhibiting factors to foster students' learning interest.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of multiplatform applications in online learning in elementary schools in Pontianak. This research used descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. The sample of this research is elementary school teachers using online learning in class. The data were collected using a questionnaire about the use of multiplatform applications in online learning in elementary schools in Pontianak City. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the applications that are commonly used in online learning by teachers were Whatsapp, Google Classroom, and Zoom. Teaching by Whatsapp application had the highest percentage (84%). This is due to the limitations of teachers and students in using other multiplatform applications.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a significant positive relationship between numeracy literacy skills and mathematics learning outcomes for fifth grade elementary school students. The method used is quantitative research with a correlational model. The research data were obtained by distributing numeracy literacy test questions to students. Based on the t-test, the results of tcount = 12, 36448 are greater than ttable = 1.66462 with a significance level of 5%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant positive relationship between numeracy literacy skills and mathematics learning outcomes for fifth grade elementary school students in cluster II. Based on these conclusions, the impact obtained in this study is to determine the level of a significant relationship between literacy ability and mathematics learning outcomes for fifth grade students so that this will have an impact that at the school the teacher knows that it turns out that good numeracy literacy skills will produce good learning outcomes. also for students.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study that objective to determine student interest in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at UPT SD Negeri 1 Lawawoi, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were all students of UPT SD Negeri 1 Lawawoi totaling 248 people while the sample in this study was class IV A, IV B, VA, VB, VI A, VI B, which totals 118 people with a purposive sampling technique. The instrument in this research used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative data. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, the data obtained showed that student's interest in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at UPT SD Negeri 1 Lawawoi, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was in the moderate category with a percentage of 44,1%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan berfungsi untuk mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat sebagaimana termaktup dalam Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Pendidikan Nasional. Tujuan pendidikan tersebut dapat terwujud apabila diawali dengan proses belajar. Sarana dan prasarana sebagai penunjang pembelajaran merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Pembelajaran di masa pandemic membuat metode belajar berubah dari klasikal menjadi daring. Inovasi pembelajaran daring lebih banyak memanfaatkan sarana media belajar seperti e-learning, virtual class room, zoom, whatsapp. Semuanya membutuhkan sarana pendukung seperti gadget, smartphone, computer yang terkoneksi dengan internet. Model dan media pembelajaran, maka mutu pembelajaran pun juga berubah. Guna mencapai mutu pembelajaran yang baik, maka perlu adanya dukungan dari seluruh komponen pembelajaran yang terorganisir dengan baik. Seperti halnya perhatian dari guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Selain itu, upaya dari pemerintah dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu juga perlu adanya tindak lanjut dari instansi-instansi pendidikan di daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui problem pembelajaran, implementasi, dan evaluasinya pada masa new normal ini di tingkat sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Locus penelitian bertempat di dua sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Blitar, yaitu SDI Lukmanul Hakim dan SDN Plosorejo 01. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa problem utama yang dihadapi pada pembelajaran di masa new normal ini adalah terkendalanya sarana prasarana pendukung seperti computer, gadget, dan smartphone juga internet. Implementasi dari penggunaan TI sebagai peningkatan mutu belajar akan terlaksana baik apabila sarana mencukupi dan guru mampu menguasainya. Guna menutup kekurangan pemahaman terhadap materi, maka dilakukan evaluasi yang memberikan kesempatan peserta didik untuk mengakses bahan belajar tambahan dari internet.

Abstract

The problem in this study is to find out the description of the teacher's problems in implementing compulsory scouting education according to the 2013 curriculum at SDN 26 Watang Palakka. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to determine the perception of teachers in implementing compulsory scouting education, to describe the problems of teachers in implementing compulsory scouting education and to describe the solutions to the problems of teachers in implementing compulsory scouting education. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Then the results of the data analysis show that first, the application of compulsory scouting education according to the 2013 curriculum at SDN 26 Watang Palakka has been implemented using three models, namely the block model, the actualization model and the regular model. Second, the inhibiting factors for implementing compulsory scouting education according to the 2013 curriculum at SDN 26 Watang Palakka, Bone Regency, namely the limitations of scouting tools, lack of teacher competence regarding scouting knowledge and the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic So it can be concluded that the solution to the inhibiting factors for the implementation of compulsory scouting education is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum at SDN 26 Watang Palakka, Bone Regency, namely Procurement of Scout Equipment, attending Basic Advanced Courses (KMD) and Advanced Advanced Courses (KML) and the application of Distance Learning (PJJ). implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract. This study examines the effectiveness of the use of relaxation video to manage students' stress learning in SMP Negeri 4 Ajangale. This study used a quantitative approach with pre-experimental designs on 30 subjects who were randomly picked and were students of CLASS VII A in SMP Negeri 4 Ajangale. Data collection using stress scale learning instrument. Data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis, namely t-test. The results of the study showed that: (1) The level of stress of learning in SMP Negeri 4 Ajangale, before treatment in the form of relaxation exercise using relaxation video is in high category but after being treated in the form of relaxation exercise using relaxation video, stress level of student learning can be managed and in very low category. (2) The use of effective relaxation video to manage students' stress in SMP Negeri 4 Ajangale.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out, explain, explain, and develop learning tools used in the process of beginning reading based on the Steinberg method which is effective in elementary schools. The development of early reading learning tools in this study refers to the 4-D Thiagarajan Model. This model consists of four stages of development, namely define, design, develop, and desseminate or be adapted into a 4-P model, namely defining, designing, developing, and distributing modified steps in the define stage. The research subject is the initial reading learning device in the form of a syllabus, lesson plans and teaching materials to be developed. Research data in the form of qualitative data. Data collection techniques using observation, and interviews. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis. The results showed that all 28 students consisting of 10 males, 18 females, who took part in learning using the Steinberg method-based early reading learning tools increased their ability to begin reading with a percentage between 10-88 percent. The average initial reading ability at the pretest reached 51.4% while at the posttest it reached 71.3%. The conclusion of this study is that all students who take part in learning using the Steinberg method of early reading learning tools increase their ability to read beginnings. The development of early reading learning tools based on the Steinberg method is needed to improve the quality of the early reading learning process in grade I.

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether the application of the Quantum Learning approach can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 223 Sumpang Minangae. While the purpose of this study was to determine the process of applying the Quantum Learning approach to improve social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 223 Sumpang Minangae. This research is a descriptive study with the focus of the research being the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 223 Sumpang Minangae. The data collection was done by using test, observation, and interview techniques, while the data analysis technique used was the analysis of the data in this study before collecting the research data. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the results, interviews with indicators at the reflection stage of the research cycle. The data collected is set in a qualitative research. The results of the study can be said that through the application of the quantum learning method to improve student learning outcomes in social studies learning for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 223 Sumpang Minangae, the results of the study show that the value of social studies learning has increased from the implementation of the first cycle to the second cycle.
