Abstract

Based on patient satisfaction data at Mulyasari Hospital Jakarta January to. In May 2021, patient satisfaction was found to be 80.34% below 95%, thus requiring improvements in service. Many patients complain about the lack of facilities, such as parking space, incomplete medical equipment, sloppy administration, lack of medical personnel, discipline of medical personnel, slow hospital response in handling complaints, and standard operating procedures (SOP) that are still not optimal. The aim of this research is to analyze whether there is an influence between service quality, standard operating procedures, competency of medical personnel, and patient satisfaction. In this research, the sample was used using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The number of indicators in this study was 61 indicators, and the sample in this study was 305 people, using an accidental sampling technique. The research results concluded that there was an influence between Service Quality (X1), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) (X2), Competency of Medical Personnel (X3) on Patient Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Gotong royong is a characteristic of Indonesian people and has become one of the national identities of Indonesia. However, the gotong royong era experienced a decline due to the growing attitude towards individualism in society. The purpose of this study is to examine how the values ​​of Gotong Royong are reinforced through the communities of Jendi village. This study used a descriptive qualitative research technique by conducting interviews and direct observations. The results of this study indicate that mutual cooperation activities in Jendi village communities can lead to strengthening of values ​​contained in mutual cooperation. These values ​​include the values ​​of togetherness, kinship, mutual aid, sociability, integrity, responsibility, solidarity and togetherness. These values ​​make people realize the importance of mutual cooperation in social life.

Abstract

The Israel-Hamas war became a public concern because of acts of violence and genocide in Palestine, public criticism paid special attention to share prices and people's interest in purchasing products supporting Israel. The research here aims to determine the decline in stock prices before the Israeli military aggression and after the military aggression, namely on September 1, 2023 and November 1, 2023. The research uses mixed methods because consists of quantitative and qualitative. Researchers used quantitative methods selected 30 companies from America, France, Germany, France, England and Switzerland whose products are popularly used by Indonesian people and competitors for local Indonesian products. The qualitative method was measured by distributing questionnaires using Google Form which is 60 selected respondents from generation Z and the Millennial generation in the city of Bandung by aged 25-35. The research results show that the Israel-Hamas war had an impact on decreasing stock prices. The Israel-Hamas war has an impact on interest in purchasing products who’s supporting Israel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of counselors to use basic counseling techniques in exploring the problems experienced by the counselee. The method used was descriptive survey research form. Data collection tools are questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis uses the percentage formula and rational analysis. The research population is 30 junior high school counselors who are members of the Musyawarah Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling Kubu Raya Regency. Determination of the sample using a total sampling technique. The general results of the study of counselors in the use of basic counseling techniques let the problem exploration stage obtained a score of 65% in the medium category. This means that the counselor has not been maximal in using basic counseling techniques at the problem exploration stage. When viewed from the sub-variables that get low scores, the skills to respond means that the counselor has not been able to use the skills to respond to content, respond to feelings and respond to meaning. The problem was that the counselor does not understand the basic techniques of counseling at the exploration stage of the problem, lacks self-development and was not accustomed to reading the latest literature. Suggestions need to collaborate with the Guidance and Counseling study program or other parties to hold training, seminars and workshop

Abstract

This study aims to describe the anti-corruption culture model for karang taruna Karya Manunggal youth. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were youth in Karang Taruna Karya Manunggal in Podang Village, Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency, while the object of research was anti-corruption culture. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data obtained through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of an anti-corruption culture has been carried out by Karang Taruna Karya Manunggal youth by habituating their attitudes and behavior, such as. such as being honest in managing funds, being disciplined in paying monthly cash, being responsible for assigned tasks, being fair in implementing the fine system, being brave in expressing opinions in regular meetings, reminding each other in cash payments and caring for members who are sick by visiting them, working hard in the success of the event by being carried out together, simply by selecting each activity or purchasing equipment needs, independently to increase cash income with goats. Whereas the obstacles faced in implementing it are the lack of understanding and awareness of the impact of corruption and low self-confidence in taking an anti-corruption stance.Keywords: anti-corruption culture, youth organizations, youth

Abstract

The aim of this study was to test the effectiveness of group counseling with cognitive behavioral art therapy in reducing aggression using a mixed methods model embedded in an experiment. The scale used is the Buss and Pery aggressiveness scale (Garofalo, 2018) with a total of 30 statement items. Based on data analysis, the average pretest value was 83.7 and after being given CBAT treatment the posttest value was 57.8 with a Wilcoxon sign-rank test Z value of -2.201, with a p value of 0.028, which means the p value is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that cognitive behavioral art therapy group counseling is effective in reducing student aggression. Viewed qualitatively analysis of counseling conversations with high aggressiveness Referring to harsh words, being angry, negotiating, does not reduce emotional control. The changes that occur are in the moderate to low category, this shows that cognitive behavioral art therapy group counseling has a therapeutic impact on group members who are counselees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the team game tournament type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in class VIII Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 5 Muaro Jambi. This research was motivated by low student learning outcomes. This research method uses a quasi experimental design with a Nonequivalent Pre-test Post-test control Group Design. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Muaro Jambi in the 2023/2024 academic year. The population in this study was class VIII and the sample for this study used two classes as sample groups, namely having a total of 40 students. The sampling technique for this research was total sampling. The data collection technique uses tests in the form of Pre-test and Post-test in the experimental class and control class. The data was tested using SPSS software version 24 for Windows. The research results showed that there was an influence of the team game tournament type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in class VIII Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 5 Muaro Jambi. This study uses nonparametric statistical tests because the data is not normally distributed. Next, the Mann Whitney test was carried out on the Asymp Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.002 < 0.05. in accordance with Asymp Sig decision making. (2-tailed) < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So that the application of the team game tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model influences student learning outcomes in class VIII Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 5 Muaro Jambi.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMP N 3 Jambi City, Jalan Kh. Hasan Anang, Olak Kemang, Danau Teluk sub-district, Jambi City, Jambi. At the time the research began with observations in October 2022. This research used quantitative research. The results of this research are that after carrying out the pretest and posttest in class, the hypothesis was tested using an independent sample t-test, from which it can be seen that the sig (2-tailed) value on the output is 0.000 - 0.05. Thus h0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of critical incident active learning strategies on the PPKn learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP N 3 Jambi City. Based on the results of the paired sample test above, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the pretest and posttest of the experimental class because the sig. (2-tailed) obtained 0.000 0.05. Then, based on the results of the paired sample test above, it can be concluded that there is no significant influence between the pretest and posttest of the control class because the sig. (2-tailed) obtained 0.147 0.05 To understand the difference between the two values, an independent t test was used posttest for the experimental class and the control

Abstract

The implementation of Pancasila values in Pondok Pesantren must be optimal to form ideological, nationalist, and religious santri, and prevent deviant behavior. It helps santri become independent, responsible, and improve problem-solving and decision-making skills. The great influence of boarding school administrators and coaches affects how santri practice the values of Pancasila. Research at the Al-Jauharen Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City used descriptive qualitative data methods with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was tested using triangulation of techniques, data sources, and time. The results showed that the implementation of Pancasila values in class XI A male students at the Al-Jauharen Islamic Boarding School has been carried out thoroughly through formal and non-formal education. The constraints of the coach include a less supportive environment, the diverse characteristics of the students are difficult to form conformity with the values of Pancasila, and the students' lack of understanding of these values.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of individual counseling using the therapeutic metaphor of poetry videos to increase the meaningfulness of life due to parental divorce in students. The specific target to be achieved in this research is to dig deeper into the workings of individual counseling services with poetry videos through appropriate individual counseling steps so that their effectiveness can be seen. To measure the increased meaning of life due to parental divorce in students, emotional stability instruments were used both before and after treatment. This research uses an experimental design with a pretest posttest group design. The instrument given to the sample was an instrument developed by the author himself. In this design there is one group selected by purposive sampling. Based on data analysis, the average pretest value was 101.25 and after being treated, the posttest value was 57.8 with a Wilcoxon signed-rank test Z value of 118.25, with a p value of 0.006, which means the p value is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, which means individual counseling through the therapeutic metaphor of poetry videos is effective for stabilizing emotions due to parental divorce.
