Abstract

The object of research is to know and discuss deeper about 1) the implementation of human resource management at SMA Negeri 3 Magelang. 2) the Effectiveness of management for human resource in SMA Negeri 3 Magelang in increasing of school quality. 3) the factors that support and obstruct the management of human resource in increasing the school quality at SMA Negeri 3 Magelang. The research is a descriptive-analytical nonstatistical research by using the qualitative approach and case study.  The collecting data is through on observation, which the researcher functioned as an instrument for making on observation nonparticipant, deep interview and primer data resource and documentation study. The data is analyzed by using interactive analysis through 3 activities that are a reduction, display, and concluding. The validity of data is obtained through prolongation of participant and triangulation data. Based on the research is described that The result of the research data can be described that the management of SMA Negeri 3 Magelang human resource in general based on the deep observation and interview result supported with the document study has been very good. The effectiveness of human resource management in SMA Negeri 3 Magelang in terms of its efforts to improve the quality seen from the internal customer satisfaction perspective of teacher and staff, as matter of fact, it can be categorized as good, although this category has not fully touched all aspects of the satisfaction, especially aspects of physical development. Factors supporting the human resource management in SMA Negeri 3 Magelang in improving the quality of education: First, the school's vision that tries to do “ Prestige Work”. Second, the school leadership is democratic, participatory. Third, the human resource which always undergoes the improvement of the capability. Fourth, adequate available facilities support every activity. And fifth, a conducive culture that encourages the school community to keep improving their quality and ability. Factor-factors that can inhibit the human resource management in SMA Negeri 3 Magelang in the effort of improving the quality of education are: First, the welfare that still needs attention, especially for the teachers and staffs who are still private. Second, the clarity of career needs to be concerned, if this does not endeavor, it is worried it will also be able to influence and disturb the totality of their professional work. Third, the quality is not optimal qualified and valid communication in his socialization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGTdengan tepat agar mampu meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar kimia siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Sanden tahun pelajaran 2016/2017, (2) kelebihan dan kekurangan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT untuk meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar kimia siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Sanden tahun pelajaran 2016/2017, (3) efektifitas penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT untuk meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar kimia siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Sanden tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 dengan menggunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Siklus 1 terdapat empat kali pertemuan, siklus 2 terdapat tiga kali pertemuan. Teknik dan Instrument pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan : (1) observasi, (2) angket minat belajar, (3) wawancara, (4) tes. Dari hasil angket minat belajar kimia setelah siklus I diperoleh hasil sebanyak 22 siswa atau 78,6 % dengan kategori minat sangat tinggi, dan sebanyak 6 siswa atau 21,4% dengan kategori minat tinggi. Hasil ini meningkat pada siklus II, dimana siswa yang memiliki kategori minat belajar kimia sangat tinggi menjadi 24 siswa atau 89,3%, dan kategori minat tinggi sebanya 4 siswa atau 10,7 %.Hasil postest pada siklus I dengan nilai KKM 75 menunjukkan masih terdapat siswa yang belum tuntas hal ini terlihat dari 28 siswa yang mendapat nilai diatas 75 = 67,9 % atau sebanyak 19 siswa dan yang mendapat nilai dibawah 75 sebanyak 32,1 % atau sebanyak 9 Siswa. Hasil posttest siklus II dapat dilihat siswa telah mengalami peningkatan dalam belajar. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa siswa yang mendapat nilai diatas KKM atau diatas nilai 75 sebanyak 26 siswa atau 92,9 % dan 2 siswa atau 6,1%. Application of cooperative learning type of tgt to improve chemical learning and achievement AbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) the implementation of cooperative learning type TGT appropriately in order to increase the interest and achievement of chemistry students learning grade XI IPA SMAN 1 Sanden academic year 2016/2017, (2) advantages and disadvantages of application of cooperative learning type TGT to improve interest and achievement of chemistry student learning grade  XI  IPA  SMAN  1  Sanden  academic  year  2016/2017, (3) effectiveness  of  application  of cooperative learning type TGT to increase interest and achievement of chemistry student learning grade XI IPA SMAN 1 Sanden academic year 2016/2017 by using evaluation model Kirkpatrick. The method used in this study is a classroom action research, conducted in two cycles. Cycle 1 there are four meetings, cycle 2 there are three meetings. Techniques and Instruments data collection is done by using: (1) observation, (2) questionnaire interest in learning, (3) interview, (4) test. From the result of questionnaire of chemistry learning interest after cycle I obtained the result of 22 students or 78,6% with very high interest category, and as many as 6 students or 21,4% with high interest category. This result increased in cycle II, where the students who have chemistry interest interest category is very high to 24 students or 89.3%, and high interest category as 4 students or 10.7%. The posttest result in cycle I with KKM value 75 indicates still there are students who have not completed this is seen from 28 students who scored above 75 = 67.9% or as many as 19 students and who scored below 75 as much as 32.1% or as many as 9 Students. Posttest results of cycle II can be seen students have experienced improvement in learning. It is proved that students who score above KKM or above the value of 75 as many as 26 students or 92.9% and 2 students or 6.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan pelaksanaan program inklusi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dari Stufflebeam dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dengan beberapa tahapan meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, tampilan data, dan gambar kesimpulan. Validasi data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber. Kesimpulan masing-masing dimensi dapat dinyatakan sebagai berikut: (1) Evaluasi konteks menunjukkan bahwa program didasarkan pada kebijakan yang kuat dengan formulasi tujuan yang jelas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. (2) Evaluasi masukan menunjukkan bahwa perekrutan peserta dilakukan oleh instruktur tari, yang memiliki kualifikasi gelar dalam bidang seni atau pendidikan seni, dengan kompetensi pedagogis, profesional, sosial, dan pribadi. Namun, program tersebut masih kekurangan infrastruktur infrastruktur dan tidak ada kebutuhan keuangan rutin yang dianggarkan dari pemerintah, sehingga program ini tidak maksimal dilaksanakan. (3) Evaluasi terhadap proses menunjukkan bahwa program ini telah digunakan sebagai kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa, dengan koordinator sebagai manajer dan pelaksana juga. Staf sekolah tentang kurikulum juga membantu dalam pelaksanaan program. Proses pembelajaran dilakukan mengikuti rancangan yang direncanakan pada materi, metode dan media pembelajaran. (4) Evaluasi produk menunjukkan prestasi akademik peserta yang baik, yang semuanya kelas IX, lulus ujian nasional dan melanjutkan studi ke sekolah umum atau sekolah menengah kejuruan. Prestasi di bidang non akademik sangat baik dari prestasi seni tari di tingkat kabupaten, provinsi dan nasional.AbstractThis study aimed at evaluating the success of the implementation of the program of inclusion. This study was an evaluation research using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model from Stufflebeam with qualitative approach. Data were collected by means of in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive technique with some stages including data collection, data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing. Data validation was carried out by triangulation of the sources. The conclusion on each dimension can be stated as follows: (1)  Evaluation on context shows the program is based on a strong policy with a clear goal formulation that is relevant to students’ needs. (2) Evaluation on input shows that recruitment for participants was carried out by the dance instructors, who have the qualification of the degree in arts or art education, with pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. However, the program still lacks infrastructure infrastructure and no routine financial need budgeted from the government, causing this program not maximally implemented. (3) Evaluation on process shows that this program has been used as a curriculum suitable to the students’ needs, with a coordinator as manager and executor as well. The school staff on curriculum also helped in the implementation program. The learning process was performed following the planned design on the materials, methods and learning media. (4) Evaluation on product shows a good academic achievement of the participants, all of whom were in grade IX, passed the national exam and continued their study to general or vocational high schools. The achievement in the non-academic field is very good from their achievements in dance art in district, provincial and national levels.

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine: (1) the influence of teaching experience, mastery of learning media and productivity of teacher teaching on teachers terfomance of Elementary School, (2) the influence of teacher teaching experienceon perfomance of Elementary School, (3) the influence of teacher mastery of learning media perfomance of Elementary School, (4) the influence of productivity of teacher teaching perfomance of Elementary School. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The variables in this research are teaching experience, mastery of learning media, productivity of teaching, and teachers perfomance.The population in this research is teachers of the State Elementary School in Kecamatan Sewon Kabupaten Bantul which amounts to 138 teachers. To make sample of this research is representative to the population’s member, sample was draw by using simple random sampling technique. Furthermore researcher choose 107 teachers of Elementary School in Kecamatan Sewon Kabupaten Bantul as sample of research. The dataacquisition were obtained via documentation and questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using the multiple linier regression formula involving three independent variabels and using the partial correlation formula, after testing the normality test, linearity test, and multycollinearity test. The result of data analysis shows that: (1) there is a positive and very significant influence of teaching experience, mastery of learning media and productivity of teacher teaching on teachers perfomance amounts 47,3%; (2) there is a positive and very signivicant teacher teaching experience to teacher performance amounts 23,2%; (3) there is a positive and very significant influence mastery of learning media of teacher teaching on teachers perfomance amounts 8,7%; (4) there is a positive and very significant productivity of teacher teaching on teachers perfomance amounts 15,4. The suggestion from researcher is the next researcher can reveal the unreveal relative contribution to get better result.

Abstract

Paket keahlian teknik konstruksi batu dan beton merupakan jurusan yang setiap tahun berprestasi, tetapi dilihat dari kemampuan akademik siswa, tergolong rendah dibandingkan dengan jurusan lain. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hambatan, hasilyang dicapai, dan strategi dalam menghadapi kompetisi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data: wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen. Nara sumber dari: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, ketua program studi, dan lain-lain serta dokumen terkait. Teknik analisis data: reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian didapat: (1) perencanaan yang diawali: penyusunan kurikulum, penyusunan jadwal, penyusunan administrasi dan pengesahan dokumen, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran sudah baik. (3) evaluasi pembelajaran masih perlu diperbaiki, (4) hambatan pembelajaran dikelompokkan: hambatan teknis dan non teknis dari diri siswa dan dari luar diri siswa, (5) hasil yang dicapai dalam pembelajaran adalah sangat baik, dikelompokkan menjadi: prestasi akademik, dan prestasi non akademik, (6) strategi yang disiapkan menghadapi kompetisi sudah sangat baik. Paket keahlian lebih fokus pada pendekatan personal dalam membimbing siswa. Implementation of learning engineering construction stone and beton  AbstractDepartment of Stone and Concrete Construction Engineering is a majors that every year achievement, but viewed from the academic ability of students, relatively low compared with other majors. This study want to know: planning, implementation, evaluation, obstacles, results achieved, and strategies in the competition. The research used qualitative approach. Technique of collecting data: interview, observation, document study. The resource persons of: principal, vice principal, etc. and related documents. Data analysis techniques: reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Check the validity of data with triangulation. The results show: (1) planning that begins: curriculum preparation, preparation of the schedule, preparation of administration and validation of documents, (2) the implementation of learning is good; (3)learning evaluation still needs to be improved, (4) obstacles are grouped: technical barriers, non technical into: the student's self and outside the student self; (5) the outcomes achieved are excellent; (6)the strategy prepared against the competition has been very good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan model TPS (thing, pair, share) untuk meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar pada pokok bahasan sistem persamaan linear tiga variabel. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas Kurt Lewin dengan dua siklus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode TPS berhasil (1) meningkatnya minat belajar siswa tercermin dari naiknya minat belajar siswa dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2; (2) Meningkatkan prestasi belajar yang tercermin dari naiknya persentase nilai siswa dengan nilai yang melampoi KKM dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2; (3) memiliki efektifitas yang baik diukur dengan metode evaluasi Kirkpatrick Kirkpatrick. Dengan demikian, metode TPS dapat meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan SPLTV. Increasing the interest and achievement of learning mathematics method think, pair, share SPLTV material at madrasah aliyah student AbstractThis study aims to apply the TPS (thing, pair, share) model to increase interest and learning achievement on the subject of Three Variable Linear Equation System. The method used is Kurt Lewin class action research with two cycles with qualitative approach. The method of TPS succeeds (1) the increased interest in student learning is reflected in the increase of student learning interest from cycle 1 to cycle 2. (2) Increase learning achievement as reflected by the increase of the percentage of students' scores with the value of KKM from cycle 1 to cycle 2. (3) has a good effectiveness measured by Kirkpatrick's evaluation method. Thus, the TPS method can increase students' interest and achievement on the subject of SPLTV.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the difference between the teachers’ pedagogical competence of teachers over the function of the kindergarten, the teacher over the function of the subject teacher and elementary school classroom teachers. This research was conducted in Kulon Progo academic year 2013. Kind of research is a quantitative survey method. The study population consisted of some 305 and samples were taken as many as 266. with t-test analysis with ANOVA one lane and proceed with further testing. Processing data by using SPSS 16.0. Descriptive shows the average pedagogical competence. Test of homogeneity of variance shows the same variant group. Anova table shows the significance level group equations pedagogical competence of teachers. Further trials show the degree of difference, where different groups and which group is better. The p-value for the degree of significance is 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference pedagogical competence mastery of elementary school teacher better than over the function of the kindergarten teachers and teachers over the function of the subject teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine  the  correlation  between: (1)  teachers’ professional  competence  and teachers’ working productivity, (2) teachers’ working motivation and teachers’ working productivity, (3) school organizational culture and teachers’ working productivity, (4) teachers’ professional competence, teachers’ working motivation,  and  school organizational  culture  altogether  and  teachers’ working productivity. This research is a descriptive quantitative research a kind of correlational research. The study population was all SMP / MTs teachers in Temon subdistrict in Kulon Progo Regency, amounting to 119 teachers. The samples are 92 teachers who were taken by proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using correlation technique are simple, double, and partial. The results of the regression analysis on the significance level of 5% showed that: (l) there is a significant positive correlation between the professional competence of teachers in the teachers’ working productivity with the effective contribution of 39.4%. (2) there is a significant positive correlation with the productivity of teachers’ working motivation of teachers with the effective contribution of 12.8%. (3) there is a significant positive correlation between organizational culture of schools with teachers working productivity with the effective contribution of 9.8%., And (4) there is a significant positive correlation jointly between the professional competence of teachers, teachers’ working motivation, and organizational culture of the school with the teachers working productivity with the effective contribution 62.0%. This suggests that the three independent variables have a significant positive correlation of working productivity of teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menerapkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Square secara tepat untuk meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan setiap siklus memuat kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran ini dapat meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar matematika. Kelebihan model ini adalah siswa bisa belajar saling melengkapi, lebih memahami materi serta merasa senang dan tidak bosan. Kelemahannya adalah waktu yang diperlukan lebih lama dan suasana kelas lebih gaduh sehingga beberapa siswa sulit berkonsentrasi. Model pembelajaran Think Pair Square terbukti cukup efektif meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar siswa.Application of assignment techniques with think pair square method to increase interest and achievement student learning mathematics in mathematics learningThis study aims to determine how to implement the Think Pair Square learning model to increase motivation and learning achievement. This was a classroom action research which was conducted in two cycles where each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that by implementating the learning model accurately can increase motivation and learning achievement. Think Pair Square learning model has the advantage that students can learn complementarity, a better understanding of the material and feel happy and not bored.The disadvantage is the time it takes relatively longer and more rowdy atmosphere of the class that some students have difficulty concentrating. Think Pair Square learning model proved effective enough to increase motivation and student achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan prestasi pada programming CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machine. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas, yang melibatkan satu kelas siswa kelas XII Ma pada tahun akademik 2016/2017, yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes, observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengevaluasi validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan momen produk. Hasil dua siklus menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif STAD (Students Team-Achiement Division) dapat diterapkan pada pembelajaran praktik di programming CNC machines. Dan ada peningkatan dalam pencapaian nilai kelulusan (KKM) sebanyak 31 siswa. karena memenuhi kriteria untuk keberhasilan yaitu 80% lebih siswa telah mencapai nilai kelulusan (KKM) 75 sebesar 96,8% dan peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas dari pra-siklus adalah 74,87. naik ke kelas rata-rata 81,72 di siklus II. Learning STAD increase motivation and achievement students programming machine CNC AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation and achievement on Programming CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) Machine. The research was carried out by means of a classroom action research approach, involving one class of students of class XII Ma in the academic year 2016/2017, amounting to 32 students. Techniques of collecting data were done by test, observation, interview, and questionnaire. The questionnaire used to evaluate the validity and reliability using product moment. The results of two cycles showed that STAD (Students Team-Achiement Division) cooperative learning model can be applied to practical learning on Programming CNC Machines. And there is an improvement in achievement of the passing grade (KKM) of 31 students. because it meets the criteria for success that is 80% more of students has reached the passing grade (KKM) 75 equal to 96,8% and the increase of class average value from pre-cycle is 74,87. it rises to class average 81,72 in cycle II.
