Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw,  untuk  meningkatkan motivasi, kreativitas  dan  prestasi belajar IPA-Fisika , apa kelebihan dan kelemahannya, serta bagaimana efektivitasnya yang dilaksanakan di kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen Gunungkidul tahun pelajaran 2014/2015.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw secara tepat dapat meningkatkan motivasi, kreativitas, dan prestasi belajar IPA-Fisika siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen Gunungkidul tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun dan menghasilkan instrumen uji diagnostik untuk mengetahui kesalahpahaman siswa mengenai materi suhu dan panas kelas XI bahkan semester di SMA Negeri 2 Bantul. Desain penelitiannya adalah penelitian dan pengembangan, menentukan dan pengembangan instrumen uji diagnostik konsep fisika siswa SMA tentang suhu dan panas. Ada dua tahap dalam penelitian. Tahap pertama, secara teoritis, adalah uji validitas konten dengan penilaian ahli di mana para ahli meninjau dan memberikan masukan untuk perbaikan instrumen, dalam hal ini konsultan dan fisikawan. Setelah itu, alat uji coba dilakukan. Tahap kedua adalah uji reliabilitas instrumen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pemenuhan instrumen uji diagnostik untuk siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bantul. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji diagnostik suhu dan bahan panas yang diperoleh dapat diterima dengan sedikit revisi. Hasil uji reliabilitas dengan rumus KR-20 diperoleh nilai alpha 0,760 dengan kriteria reliabilitas tinggi. Pada penelitian ini nilai nilai kesulitan butir diperoleh nilai p 0,270 sampai 0,620. Indeks kekuatan berbeda dari 0,243 menjadi 0,578. Dilihat dari distribusi jawaban yaitu persentase pengambil tes yang menanggapi jawaban alternatif, semua pengamat tampaknya telah berfungsi kecuali item nomor satu. Konsep yang membuat kesalahpahaman dalam suhu dan bahan panas meliputi: (a) Mengamati kesalahan pemahaman konsep pada definisi Sub-material panas (b) konsep tipe pemanasan, panas laten dan kapasitas kalor (c) konsep tipe panas, panas laten dan kapasitas, panas laten dan kapasitas panas (d) konsep perubahan bentuk.Development of diagnostic test instrument of physics subject AbstractThe study is aimed at arranging and producing diagnostic test instrument to reveal students misconception in the material of temperature and heat of Class XI even semester at SMA Negeri 2 Bantul. The research design was research and development, examining and developing diagnostic test instruments of high school students physics concepts on temperature and heat. There are two stage in the research. The first stage, theoretically, was content validity test by expert judgment in which the experts reviewed and provided input for the instrument improvement, in this case the consultants and physicists. Afterwards, the instrument trial was conducted. The second stage was the instrument reliability test.The result of this research was the accomplishment of diagnostic test instrument for students of SMA Negeri 2 Bantul. The results gained of diagnostic tests of temperature and heat materials obtained can be received with little revision. Reliability test results with the formula KR-20 obtained alpha value 0.760 with high reliability criteria. In this study the value of grain difficulty value obtained p value of 0.270 to 0.620. The power index differs from 0.243 to 0.578. Judging from the answer distribution that is the percentage of test takers responding to alternative answers, all the observers appear to have functioned except item number one. Concepts that create misconceptions in temperature and heat materials include: (a) Observation the error of understanding concepts on Sub-Material definition of heat (b) concept of heating type, latent heat and caloric capacity (c) the concept of heat type, heat latent and capacity, latent heat and heat capacity (d) the concept of form changing

Abstract

This study aims : [1] to develop an information system as one of the alternative data management of student report to be more effective. [2] resulted in an application of  Information System of Curriculum 2013 student report using web-based [3] to determine the feasibility of the product Information System of 2013 Curriculum student report using web-based. The study subjects are an assessor of Information Technology and Communication who evaluated the design and the initial product, fourteen teachers did the test of the first operational products and fifty-four teachers evaluated the second operational products. The research data are qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative data captured was to determine the correctness of the design, the correctness of system   and security of systems, that used in the  checklist evaluation form and narrative questions, while quantitative data captured was to examine  the feasibility of the  products covering aspects of the web display, based on presentation   and  the effectiveness and the efficiency using  the questionnaires. The results of this study show that: [1]  Information System of curriculum 2013 student report is good, from the aspects of the display, the presentation and it has   high effectiveness and efficiency as the data  management of students report [2] Information System of curriculum 2013 students  report using web-based has also high productivity. In general Information System of 2013 Curriculum is feasible as the   data management of curriculum 2013

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi, kelebihan dan kelemahan dan efektivitas media mechanic simulator dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar pemeliharaan dan perawatan alat berat. Pada penelitian kelas Langkah dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari empat langkah yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian kelas ini dipilih dengan menggunakan media mechanic simulator yang terdiri dari farm mechanic simulator dan truck mechanic simulator. Hasil penelitian motivasi belajar siswa pada siklus I: kategori sangat rendahsebanyak 0 siswa atau 0%, kategori rendah sebanyak 0 siswa atau 0%, kategori sedang sebanyak 11 siswa atau 31%, kategori tinggi sebanyak 21 siswa atau 60%, dan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 3 siswa atau 9%. Sedangkan siklus II didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 0 siswa atau 0%, kategori rendah sebanyak 0 siswa atau 0%, kategori sedang sebanyak 6 siswa atau 17%, kategori tinggi sebanyak 21 siswa siswa atau 60%, dan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 8 siswa atau 23 %. Prestasi siswa juga mengalami peningkatan. Rata -rata nilai pada tahap pra siklus 74, siklus 1 rata-rata nilai 76 dan siklus II rata-rata nilai 85. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, melalui implementasi media mechanic simulator terbukti dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa. AbstractThis study aims to determine the implementation, advantages and disadvantages and the effectiveness of media mechanic simulator in improving the learning achievement of maintenance and maintenance of heavy equipment. In the Step class research in each cycle consists of four steps: planning, execution, observation and reflection. This class research was chosen by using mechanic simulator media consisting of farm mechanic simulator and truck mechanic simulator. Result of research of student's learning motivation in cycle I: very low category 0 students or 0%, low category 0 students or 0%, medium category 11 students or 31%, high category 21 students or 60%, and very high category as many as 3 students or 9%. While the second cycle obtained results as follows: very low category as many as 0 students or 0%, low category as many as 0 students or 0%, medium category as many as 6 students or 17%, high category as many as 21 students or 60%, and very high category as many as 8 students or 23%. Student achievement also increased. Average value at pre cycle stage 74, cycle 1 average value 76 and cycle II average value 85. The conclusion of this research, through the implementation of media mechanic simulator proved to improve student's motivation and achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi motivasi belajar, dan pendidikan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa SMP 40 baik secara bersama-sama maupun perorangan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 40 Purworejo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada kontribusi fasilitas belajar, motivasi belajar, dan pendidikan orang tua, terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukkan ada kontribusi fasilitas pembelajaran di rumah terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Pengujian hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan ada kontribusi motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Pengujian hipotesis keempat menunjukkan ada kontribusi pendidikan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. The contribution of home study facility, motivation learning and parent education on students learning outcomes of mathematics of junior high school AbstractThis study aims to determine the contribution of learning motivation, and parent education to the results of learning mathematics students junior high school 40 either jointly or individually. Type of correlational quantitative research. The population of the study was students of class VII SMP Negeri 40 Purworejo. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and tests. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is the contribution of learning facilities, learning motivation, and parent education, to the result of learning the mathematics of students. Testing the second hypothesis shows there is a contribution of learning facilities at home to the results of learning mathematics students. Testing the third hypothesis shows there is a contribution of learning motivation to the results of learning mathematics students. Testing the fourth hypothesis shows there is a contribution of parent education to the results of learning mathematics students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discover simultaneous and partial influences of educators’ knowledge on early childhood, educators’ competence, and facilities and infrastructures on potential skills of young children in Ann-Nuur ECD, Sleman, 2013-2014 school year. His study was a correlational study with a quantitative approach to generalize observations of educators’ lesson implementations to measure how far educators’ understanding influence young children’s potential skills. Educators’ competence and supports of facilities and infrastructures influence children’s potentials and the result which is generalized to data validity and reliability. Independent variables and dependent variables were distributed normally. Data analysis technique used instrument administered to educators and analyzed by Partial Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis Techniques. The result of correlation test analysis of educators’ understanding of early childhood, educators’ competence, and facilities and infrastructures showed positive and significant relationship between independent variables and dependent variables

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of character education management in an effort to improve the academic achievement of students in SMK N 2 Yogyakarta, character education management includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation, support and resistance as well as the efforts made to overcome obstacles. This study used a qualitative research method with a naturalistic approach to data collection. The data collection techniques: interview, observation, study documents. The data source consists of resource person, place and activity as well as related documents to the implementation of education character. Data analysis technique was performed with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Checking the validity of the data is done by extending the observation time, triangulations and auditing. The results showed that the management of character education in SMK N 2 Yogyakarta is quite effective for improving students’ achievement, both academic and non-academic achievement. The average percentage of the graduate student is always higher than 98%, often getting champion level of municipality, provincial and so national. In addition to improving achievement also effectively shape the character of the students as a discipline in complying with school rules, awareness of high worship, no fighting students. All of the mentioned habitual behaviors are an indication of the success of character education. Implementation of the character management received support from the school community and be a flagship program, but is also found in the implementation obstacles that some of the school member s still do not understand the importance of education character so that there are still people who are still violated and less concerned with the implementation of character education. The efforts made by the school to overcome the barriers by doing intensive and sustainable socialization in the school community as well as discipline in enforcing school rules.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) whether there is difference influence between using learning Inquiry method with variatiaon speech method on the learning achievement of Physics Senior Vocational high school students in Kebumen Regency, (2) whether there is difference influence of student have high learning motivation with low learning motivation on the learning achievement of Physics Senior Vocational high school students in Kebumen Regency, (3) whether there is difference influence of student have high mathematic competence with low mathematic competence on the learning achievement of Physics Senior Vocational high school students in Kebumen Regency, and (4) how the learning interaction influence of learning method, learning motivation and mathematic competence on the Physics achievement of Senior Vocational High School students in the Kebumen regency. This research was conducted in Senior Vocational High School in the Kebumen regency academic year 2013/2014. The sampling technique used is multi-stage cluster random sampling. Engineering data collection using questionnaires and test techniques. Analysis using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) Line 3. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Describe the leadership of Principal MAN Kebumen 2 in improving teacher performance. 2) Describe the factors that support and impede efforts to improve the quality of education in MAN Kebumen 2. This research was conducted in MAN Kebumen 2. The research was a qualitative phenomenological design. The phenomenological approach aimed to understand the phenomena that occur in the study subjects, where the researcher described research results in the form of words acquired during the observations and interviews with informed. By using this verstehen method, a researcher could understand the concepts, perspectives, values, ideas, and norms prevailing in the madrassa, so there was no misinterpretation of the meaning of the object studied. In this study, data was designed using the approach in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data collection methods that researchers used in this study were: 1) Interview, 2) Observation, 3) Documentation. The data was analyzed by series a reduction, display, verification. The results of the study show: 1) Leadership of Principal MAN Kebumen 2 in improving teacher performance by implementing a quality learning program to, determine the extent to which students absorb the material that has been submitted by teachers, for teachers professional improvement programs through workshops, training, seminars and training related with the development and education reform. 2) Principal Leadership of MAN Kebumen 2 in improving the Quality of Education in the implementation of all policies relating to the rules always consult with Madrasah Committee and Teacher, establish good relationships with subordinates, making it easier to identify the characteristics of each personnel, application of modern management to develop a vision and Madrasah mission through planning budgeting, program management, and monitoring well /monitoring program is run in accordance with the program or not, promoting transparency, openness Madrasah fund management and willing to accept the proposal suggestions from subordinates. A leader should always give a good example to his subordinates.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) mengetahui peningkatan proses belajar sains dengan model pembelajaran jigsaw dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi dalam mata pelajaran sains kelas IXB SMP Negeri 9 yogyakarta (2) Untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan dari Model pembelajaran jigsaw dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan (3) mengetahui efektifitas penerapan model pembelajaran jigsaw dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar kelas sains IXB SMP N 9 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 9 Yogyakarta pada tahun akademik 2016/2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (class action research / PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus melalui empat tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Data yang terkumpul diperoleh dari instrumen motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar dan data pengamatan di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran jigsaw dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sains. Peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap IPA terlihat dari kenaikan skor, dari 96% siklus I menjadi 100% siklus II, sehingga peningkatan 80% terpenuhi. Peningkatan prestasi belajar dilihat dari hasil pre cycle (27%) sampai post test I (77%). Untuk post test II (82%), peningkatan prestasi belajar juga terlihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar siklus I, 26 siswa menyelesaikan KKM (77%) sampai 28 siswa menyelesaikan KKM (82%).
