This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis with the help of using SPSS software version 21.0, this aims to analyze how the influence of CRM on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction on AJB Bumiputera 1912 syariah Medan insurance customers. The Slovin formula was used to calculate the sample size for this study, and the result was 95 customers. and the significant test results of CRM have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. Based on the results of the Path Analysis Test, the value of the indirect effect and the direct effect is 0.248 <0.416. And the results of the calculation of the Sobel test with a Tcount value of 2.7018 > Ttable 1.66105, it is said that Customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship from CRM to Customer Loyalty

QRIS is a breakthrough from Bank Indonesia as a means of integrating various types of digital payments into only one type of QR code. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the implementation of the QRIS digital payment system has been effective in increasing sales of the Sibuhuan New Diamond Plastic Trading Business. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with research subjects as business owners, employees and consumers who come to shop at UD Intan Baru Sibuhuan. The sampling collection technique is saturated and incidental sampling techniques through interviews, observation and documentation of shop owners and buyers. The location where this research was conducted was at the New Diamond Plastic Trading Business located in Sibuhuan City, Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency. The research time lasted for 3 months, from December 2022 to March 2023. The results revealed that the implementation of the QRIS digital payment system was classified as effective. in increasing sales at UD Plastic Intan Baru Sibuhuan due to increased sales results and consumers feel the ease of transactions provided even though consumers using digital payments are still relatively minimal at UD Intan Baru Sibuhuan

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial knowledge on students' entrepreneurial intentions in Indonesia which is mediated by an entrepreneurial mindset. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data which is disseminated through the Google Form. The population in this study were Indonesian students who had received entrepreneurship education. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 109 respondents. The data analysis method used the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) which was validated with SmartPls 3.0. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial knowledge have an influence on students' entrepreneurial intentions in Indonesia. In addition, the entrepreneurial mindset also has a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial intentions.

Increasing the relevance of e-commerce as consumers continue to switch to digital channels. The need to cope with and meet these changes in the market has become a concern for businesses. Identifying the factors that significantly influence online shopping behavior is essential to better understand consumer behavior in this market transition. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence online shopping activities. Quantitative descriptive research method is a type of research applied to this research. The population of this study covers all regions of Indonesia and does not have specific regional characteristics. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique used in this study. The data collection tool used an online questionnaire which was distributed to 150 respondents. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that relative advantage has a positive and significant influence on online shopping attitude. e-WOM has a positive and significant influence on online shopping attitude. Promotion has a positive and significant influence on online shopping attitude. And trust has a positive and significant influence on online shopping attitude. So it can be concluded that relative advantage, e-WOM, promotions, and trust are some of the factors that have an influence on online shopping attitude at Shopee

The purpose of this research is to find out the correlation between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and social influence to the intention of customers to use mobile payment. The survey was conducted toward Z Generation with basic mobile payment information. The research data was collected using a purposive sampling technique, in which researchers took the Z generation in Batam City with the condition that they had used an e-wallet. The final sample of the research is 187 respondents. The analysis technique used was partial least squares (PLS) to evaluate the relationships of the research model. The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and social influence have a positive significant influence on people intention in using e-wallet

The aim of this research is : (1) to describes the distribution of the workforce in the West Lombok Regency who did not complete elementary education or its equivalent; (2) to analyze the HDI projection for West Lombok Regency based on the increase in the duration of education of the workforce who was not complete elementary school or equivalent (Education Index); and (3) to analyze the strategies of enhancement the average length of school age/workforce population in West Lombok Regency, especially those who was not complete elementary school or equivalent. The method of this study employed a survey approach using data from Monte Carlo simulations. The results of the research were ; (1) human development in West Lombok Regency continues to progress marked by the improvement in the Human Development Index (HDI) from 66.37 in 2017 to 67.18 in 2018 or an increase of 0.81%; (2) West Lombok HDI is predicted from the three forming variables the Education Index, Health Index, and Income Index, respectively. The increasing trend for the education index was 1.557, the health index will increase by 0.425 and the income index will increase by 0.623; (3) Statistical test results by Monte Carlo simulation data showed that the three formed variables of the HDI had a positive effect on the West Lombok HDI, both individually and simultaneously.

This research is motivated by some data that shows the influence of digital product socialization on subscription interest in the Digital Services Unit of PT Telkom Witel Bandung. In this study there is a population of all Indihome loyal customers in Bandung City, with a population of 240 customers and a sample size of 150 customers. The method chosen is a quantitative method using a guttman scale. The data collection technique used is descriptive, namely with survey techniques, namely collecting data through interviews and offering calls. The analysis stage in this study is in the form of data processing using the SPSS application with the results of data analysis test research, using validity test, reliability test, and data analysis using simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), and partial (t). This research test proves the results that the socialization carried out by the Digital Services Unit greatly affects the subscription interest of customers. Thus the company must remain consistent in developing this socialization activity, because doing these activities will certainly have a big effect on the future period, namely the company profitability will continue to increase.

Financial Statement has a role to provide the information about the condition of the company. For the banking institution, the financial statement serve the information about the Non Performing Loan and Loan to Depositi Ratio as the measure of the rsik in banking industry. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of NPL (Non-Performing Loan) and LDR (Loan-to-Deposit Ratio) on profit growth in 10 bank companies during a 5-year research period. The study utilized quantitative data by using non probability sampling with random tehnique, utilizing the SPSS 21 program. The results revealed that NPL and LDR had a negative impact on profit growth. In other words, the higher the levels of NPL and LDR, the lower the profit growth will be. In conclusion, it is important for bank companies to pay attention to the level of NPL and LDR to enhance profit growth

This study aims to examine and analyse the mediating effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment between link talent management on employee turnover in PT Kalimantan Sawit Kusuma Pontianak. This study focuses on human resource management with participants of this study were all 105 permanent employees. This study utilized census technique sampling because the total permanent employee only 105 employees. This research used a quantitative approach to test the hypotheses and explain the impact among variables. This study used path analysis to examine the role of mediation and the data were analysed using SPSS 24. Classical assumptions have been tested, to fulfil the requirements for the use of path analysis. The results of this study show that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant mediating role in influencing the relationship between talent management and employee turnover. However, talent management, job satisfaction and commitment have a significant and negative influence on employee turnover.

Company employees become an asset when job satisfaction alongside performance is considered. The purpose of this study is to find out how job satisfaction and the relationship between training and organizational culture affect employee performance. This research is quantitative and collects data through a questionnaire. This study has a population of 100 people and a sample of 80 employees. combines random sampling with probability sampling techniques. The number of samples to be used in the study was determined using the Slovin formula. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel software will be used for hypothesis testing analysis techniques. then the results are obtained where Organizational Culture influences Employee Performance, Training influences Employee Performance, Organizational Culture does not affect Job Satisfaction, Training influences Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction affects Employee Performance, Organizational Culture does not affect Employee Performance which is mediated by Satisfaction Work, Training has an effect on Employee Performance which is mediated by Job Satisfaction
