Abstract

People's perceptions can shift from traditional (paper money) transactions to digital money transactions due to the conveniences and benefits of digital wallets. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether Generation Z's interest in using a digital wallet (Go-Pay) is influenced by their lifestyle, financial literacy, and ease of use. A sample of respondents from the Z generation in the Bekasi Regency were used for the quantitative research method. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Accidental sampling was used, and the Lemeshow formula was used for the purposive sampling method. Validity, reliability, R-square, Stone-Geisser Q-square, and t tests are the analytical methods utilized. by making use of the tool for analysis known as PLS. This study found that Generation Z's interest in using the Go-Pay digital wallet application is not influenced by their level of financial literacy; rather, Generation Z's interest is influenced by their lifestyle and the ease of use of the application

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the distribution pattern of freshwater fish marketing in Perian Village, Montong Gading sub-district, because the majority of people in Perian Village as freshwater fish farmers make the marketing pattern of freshwater fish in Perian Village need to be investigated. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was an unstructured interview technique with the Perian village head, community leaders, collectors and freshwater fish farmers, then continued by using observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the marketing distribution pattern of freshwater fish business in Perian Village there are three marketing patterns, namely channel 1, namely producers selling fish to final consumers directly, marketing channel 2, namely producers selling fish to collectors and collectors distributing them to retailers and retailers selling fish. to final consumers and marketing channel 3, namely producers selling fish to collectors and collectors selling to TPI (Fish Fishing Places) and to restaurants or lesehans then reaching the final consumer. The economic impact caused by freshwater fish business is that the majority of the people in Perian Village who are in the freshwater fish business can be helped in meeting family needs compared to before trying freshwater fish.

Abstract

Biological assets are the most unique part of an agricultural company so that they become the most meaningful assets and this agricultural company operates as a biological transformation of assets owned by flora and fauna except for productive plants. This study aims to analyze biological asset intensity, managerial ownership, company size, and profitability on the disclosure of biological assets (case studies on agricultural companie listed on the IDX 2018-2021). This study falls under the quantitative research category, focusing on agricultural companies that were listed on the IDX between 2018-2021, with a total of 11 companies in the sample. The researchers utilized purposive sampling and panel data regression analysis with the assistance of Eviews 12. The findings indicate that disclosure of biological assets is influenced by biological asset intensity, managerial ownership, company size, and profitability when considered together. However, biological asset intensity, managerial ownership, and company size have no significant effect on the disclosure of biological assets when examined separately. On the other hand, profitability has a considerable positive impact on the disclosure of biological assets among agricultural companies listed on the IDX between 2018-2021

Abstract

The Integrated Agricultural System (Simantri) is one of the Bali Provincial Government’s flagship programs to increase the agricultural sector’s role in supporting Bali Mandara. Simantri encourages the sustainability of Bali’s economic life, which until now the majority of Balinese people still depend on agricultural sector. The purpose of this study is to provide analysis and determine the level of sustainability of the Simantri program and determine scenarios and formulate recommendations and strategies for the sustainability of Simantri program. The method used is to analyze using MULTIPOL. The result of the research is the level of sustainability of the Integrated Agricultural System (Simantri) in Tabanan Regency is effective because most of the people make a living as farmers. The strategy for Simantri suistainability by giving tool training socialization, group development activities, providing the assistance of capital, build the infrastructure rehabilitation, drafting and structuring related regulations, and optimizing companion roles

Abstract

This study aims to examine the product marketing strategies implemented by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The object of research is SMEs in East Lombok. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study obtained data that the business strategy in marketing its products is through social media, promotions, and giving discounts. The results of the study illustrate that the marketing strategy used by MSME actors in East Lombok can work by paying attention to consumer purchasing power during the COVID-19 pandemic. By using social media facilities, the funds needed by small business actors have an impact on increasing MSME income. The role of the government and banks is very important, especially related to training in the use of information technology so that small business products can survive in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of visualization of social media advertisements on purchasing decisions for the people of Karang Anyar village. The method used is quantitative, with 100 samples and 2,220 populations. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires and processed with the help of the SPSS 23 application. This study used simple linear regression analysis to examine the results of the questionnaire data so that the results obtained were that there was an influence between the visualization of social media advertising and purchasing decisions. This states that people pay attention to visualizing advertisements on social media, in this case, encouraging people's decisions to buy a product

Abstract

Islamic business ethics is a standard derived from the Al-Qur’an and Hadith which is used as a guide in actions, behavior and comparisons between good and bad in business. Ethics and economics cannot be separated from human life, even economics is a common activity in the lives of everyday citizens. The purpose of this study was to analyze the business ethics of the Haji Shafa Mudharabah Savings product at the BPD DIY Bank Yogyakarta Sharia Branch and to find out whether the Islamic business ethics applied to Bank BPD DIY Yogyakarta Sharia Branch are in accordance with the business ethics decisions of the Majlis Tarjih and Tajdid Muhammadiyah or not. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out at Bank BPD DIY Yogyakarta Syariah Branch. Data collection techniques by document study and data analysis using qualitative methods. Data analysis used reduction, display, verification and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the application of business ethics carried out by Bank BPD DIY Syariah, especially in the Haji Shafa Mudharabah Savings product, has been going well. Meanwhile, in relation to the application of business ethics at the 26th National Congress Tarjih and Tajdid Muhammadiyah Decision on Business Ethics, it can be concluded that Bank BPD DIY Syariah has complied with the decision

Abstract

Existence of Bank Syariah Indonesia, which is supported by skilled human resources, indicates significant growth in sharia banking. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the degree to which the Islamic human capital management approach enhances the productivity of Bank Syariah Indonesia personnel at KCP Gajah Mada Medan. The authors of this study employed qualitative research techniques, gathering and organizing descriptive data from sources like voice, information, or images that would then be transformed into presentations of descriptive data. The sort of data used in this study was gathered through a variety of data gathering methods, including interviews and documentation. Interactive Milles & Huberman analysis was used for data analysis. The results of this study show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Gajah Mada Medan in implementing an Islamic-based human resource strategy has implemented it in accordance with Sharia theory, when viewed from the employee selection process there is no longer an element of fraud, acts of tyranny and intimidation and training as well as development is very influential to improve employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Gajah Mada Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how e-marketing influences the purchasing habits of adolescent Instagram users who follow the @aerostreet account. This study employs a descriptive quantitative methodology that uses questionnaires to gather primary data about a phenomena. Purposive random sampling was used to identify 100 young adult Instagram users who follow the @aerostreet account as the research sample. This study used multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive statistics to examine the data. According to the data collected and analyzed, e-marketing has a notable and beneficial effect on the purchasing habits of the adolescent audience that frequents the Instagram account @aerostreet

Abstract

Social and economic gaps include demographics, education, health, social capital, income, and the availability of economic support facilities, as well as infrastructure. The aim of this study is to describe the social and economic gaps in the community in the Village of Maringkik Island, East Lombok district of Nusa Tenggara West. This research uses a qualitative approach to this type of case study research. The primary data collection methods are non-participant observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman analysis with interactive models and data validity testing with triangulation methods. Based on the results of the analysis, the existence of social and economic disparities in society, which is described in the form of socio-economic disparities, includes: social status of the community; education of the public; limitations of the mindset of conventional society; ownership of assets and incomes of the society; and limited public facilities. The causes of inequalities consist of social and economic changes; ancestral confidence; unmaximated village potential; still isolated areas; limited access to roads; and clean water. This gap affects poverty and limited employment opportunities in the Village of Maringkik Island
