Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of Financial Literacy and income in the use of digital wallet financial technology products is mediated by the Financial Management Behavior variable. The data in this study is primary data collected through online questionnaires and additional in-person interviews, secondary data is data from OJK, BI and several scientific articles used as references. The sample in this research was millennial generation and generation Z women in West Java Province. The sample collection technique uses Accidental Sampling. The analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that financial literacy on financial management behavior and financial literacy on financial technology did not have a direct effect, followed by financial literacy on financial technology which was mediated by financial management behavior which also did not have an indirect effect. Meanwhile, income on financial management behavior, income on financial technology and financial management behavior on financial technology has a direct influence and income on financial technology mediated by financial management behavior has an indirect effect

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a correlation between training and compensation on employee performance with intervention by the job satisfaction variable using a quantitative methodology where researchers distributed questionnaires to collect information on 66 samples taken from 66 existing populations. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using path analysis and regression methods where the results are found that training and compensation play a positive role in influencing employee performance and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive influence on employee performance. It was also found that the influence of training on employee performance at the Grand Keisha Hotel Yogyakarta could not be mediated by job satisfaction, but the influence of compensation on employee performance could be mediated by job satisfaction

Abstract

Coffee is an agricultural product highly favored by many people and has a vast market potential. The population in Indonesia, especially in Batam City, supports the high consumption of coffee. Due to the increasing interest in coffee and the high coffee consumption in Indonesia, numerous coffee shops, both national and international, have started opening outlets in Indonesia, especially in Batam City. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that can influence Repurchase Intention in coffee shops in Batam City. Data were collected from 102 residents of Batam City aged 17-30 years who frequently visit and purchase products from coffee shops in Batam City using judgmental sampling through a Google Form survey. Data analysis was conducted using partial least squares - structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the research indicate that product quality, service quality, brand image, e-wom (electronic word-of-mouth), and Atmosphere have a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also mediates the relationship between product quality, service quality, brand image, e-wom, Atmosphere, and Repurchase Intention. The findings of this study can serve as a reference for coffee shop owners in enhancing customers' intention to repurchase their products and overall customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of digital influencers and social presence on consumer buying interest in live streaming commerce in Indonesia through the mediating role of customer trust. The method in this research is a quantitative method, data is collected through distributing online questionnaires with Google Form. The population in this research are consumers who have made online purchases via live streaming commerce. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 258 respondents. Data analysis used the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) with the test tool, namely SmartPls3.0. The research results show that there is an influence of digital presence on customer trust, there is an influence of social presence on customer trust and purchase intention. Apart from that, there is a mediating role of customer trust in the relationship between social presence and purchase intention.

Abstract

Cyberloafing is the use of internet access by employees that is not related to work. Work stress can be an aspect that causes cyberloafing behavior with the support of the social environment and stress. This research aims to determine the analysis of work stress as a mediating workload variable and its influence on Cyberloafing behavior. This research approach uses quantitative methods with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sample studied was 50 online respondents with the sampling technique used, namely random sampling. Validity and reliability tests were carried out to ensure the questionnaire was valid or reliable and technical data analysis used the classic assumption test with the SPSS version 16.0 program. The research results show that there is no positive influence between workload on Cyberloafing. work stress was unable to mediate the influence of workload on PDAM Ketapang Regency Cyberloafing behavior. Efforts to manage work stress, such as providing adequate organizational support, skills training, and recognition for good work, can help reduce work stress and reduce the potential for cyberloafing behavior.

Abstract

In this era of progress, learning innovation follows technological developments and student characteristics. The objectives of carrying out this research are: 1) to produce and test the feasibility of developing interactive media products for the basics of gamification-based institutional financial accounting, and 2) to analyze student responses to the use of interactive learning media for the basics of gamification-based institutional financial accounting. Research and Development was chosen as the research method with the ADDIE model. The research sample used was 35 class X students. The data obtained in this research was through interviews, observations, study sheets, validation sheets and questionnaires. The suitability of the media is tested using material, media, language expert validation instruments, as well as trials on students to determine responses and interest after using the media. The research results show that the interactive learning media development product in the form of this application obtained a material validation percentage of 84.17%, media validation of 100%, and language validation of 96.92%. The student response results reached 88.74%, so this application was declared very feasible and good for use in the learning process

Abstract

This development research uses a 4D model approach which is divided into four development stages; Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. The aim is to produce two video tutorials that are valid and suitable as a source and learning medium for regression analysis in econometrics lectures. Media validation was carried out by 3 experts and product trials were carried out on 23 6th semester students who were taking econometrics courses at the Program Study Economic Education at Nahdlatul Wathan Mataram University, TA. 2022/2023. The results of the research show that video tutorials are very suitable as a source and learning medium for regression analysis which is confirmed based on the total average expert validation results of 3.73 with a percentage of 93.35% and 100% having a meaningful value which is strengthened based on students' positive responses during the trial. product, where students are very satisfied and enjoy attending lectures, obstacles and difficulties in regression analysis can be minimized. Apart from that, other findings in the field also show that the development of video tutorials can change students' negative perspectives in econometrics courses because the complexity of the material can be simplified, making it easier to master the material and improving software-based analysis skills.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the factors that encourage online impulse purchases on the TikTok Shop application. The study population consists of all Indonesian people who have made online purchases through the TikTok Shop. In this study, researchers used convinience sampling with a total sample of 138 respondents obtained through an online Google Forms survey. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a positive effect of the hedonic browsing variable on urge to buy impulsively, 2) there is an indirect effect between utilitarian browsing and the urge to buy impulsively through the influence of hedonic browsing, 3) the interpersonal influence variable has a negative effect on both hedonic and utilitarian browsing, 4) there is a positive effect of the visual appeal variable on hedonic browsing, but it has a negative effect on utilitarian browsing, 5) the portability variable does not have a positive effect on hedonic browsing, but it has a positive effect on utilitarian browsing, 6 ) the quality of information variable has a negative effect on the hedonic browsing experience in the TikTok Shop, but it has a positive effect on the utilitarian browsing experience in the TikTok Shop

Abstract

The Efforts to align the business world with social values are the main challenge for observers and actors of social entrepreneurship. The development of entrepreneurship education is one of the efforts made by academics in fostering the character of social entrepreneurship. This study aims to reveal the trend of social entrepreneurship studies. The method used is bibliometric analysis of social entrepreneurship research articles in 2017-2022 on the Google Scholar database through the Publish or Perish application. The data is analyzed based on the number of publications, the number of citations, and the number based on the publisher. The data was visualized through a keyword approach using the VoS Viewer application. The results showed taht topics of social value, social entrepreneurship education, non-governmental organizations, and tourism emerged as trends that have high potential for further study. Providing social entrepreneurship education with social value content as the main driver of NGO and tourism-based entrepreneurial activities is an interesting study recommendation to be carried out in the future.

Abstract

Pancasila as the nation's philosophy must be used as the main foundation of education in Indonesia. Economic education does not only transfer economic knowledge, but must also transfer Pancasila values as economic actors who are not only rational but also have high social sensitivity and concern. This research aims to examine the concept and implementation of Pancasila as a foundation for economic education in Indonesia. This research is classified as descriptive research regarding expert opinions referred to in several references (textbooks and journal articles) published online. The results of the study show that Pancasila is the basis for formulating and implementing the education curriculum in Indonesia, especially in the independent learning curriculum which emphasizes the Pancasila Student Profile. So far, Pancasila values are still partially taught as specific subjects so they have not been comprehensively integrated into educational and economic learning materials. The results of a review of various relevant research results show that economic education material in Indonesia is dominated by the philosophical foundation of neoclassical-capitalist materialism which is not relevant to national ideology
