Abstract

This study describes the effect of Compensation and Career Development on Employee Performance in government agencies, namely the Cimahi City Regional Asset Financial Management Agency. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach by using primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of documents, describing data collected numerically or using statistical tools to study certain populations or samples to test. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance at BPKAD Cimahi City. The research was conducted using survey methods and file data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to BPKAD Cimahi City employees. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression method. Judging from the results above, it is known that compensation and career development have a significant effect on the performance of BPKAD employees. Partially (t) the variables compensation (X1) and career development (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with t calculate compensation (X1) 1.603 with a significant value of 0.119 (>0.05) and career development (X2) have a calculated t value of 3.875 with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). Simultaneously from the output it can be seen that F is calculated at 6.266 with a significance/probability level of 0.005 <0.05

Abstract

PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur of Noodle Division always tries to improve its human resources' welfare. This study aims to examine the influence of work environment, work stress, and workload on turnover intention at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Semarang, particularly regarding the influence of work environment relationships, work stress, and workload on employee turnover intention. This research used quantitative approach. The sample in this study involved 45 employees of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur of Noodle Division Semarang. The analysis used multiple linear analysis. The results revealed that there are some influences between the work environment variable (X1), workload variable (X2), and the work stress load variable (X3) on the turnover intention variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial education and cooperative extracurriculars on the entrepreneurial intensity of SMA Negeri 8 Malang students mediated by self-efficacy. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data which is disseminated through the Google Form. The population in this study used social studies class XI students at SMA Negeri 8 Malang, and the sample for this study used a population sample technique where the sample was taken from a total population of 71 respondents. The data analysis method uses SmartPls 3.0. and SPSS. The results of research on students at SMA Negeri 8 Malang mediated by self-efficacy have succeeded in increasing the intensity of entrepreneurship in students because students are aware of the importance of entrepreneurship education from an early age.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the ideal Economics Curriculum and how it is implemented for students in preparing 21st century competencies. This research method is to use library research which will be analyzed and concluded. Research data was obtained from recordings from books and journals. Data procurement steps include: a global perspective in implementing the ideal economics curriculum and 21st century competencies for students. The conclusion of this research is that an economics curriculum with a global perspective is a curriculum that also contains global insights, not just national or local. The curriculum must be able to bring students to think globally in the sense that students are able to express as much information as possible and this information can be used as a display that directs them to become productive citizens. The competencies needed in the 21st century include: 1) learning innovation skills, 2) information, median and technology skills, 3) life and career skills.

Abstract

The economy is an important substance for every broad community, where it is implemented in various sectors of life today. MSMEs became pioneers in economic emergencies in the past, until now MSMEs are still able to become the largest contributor to the national economy (GDP) in Indonesia. This is supported by the knowledge, skills, and beliefs of MSME actors regarding their financial literacy.  The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of financial literacy on business continuity owned by MSMEs Bazar Minggu Ria. This research uses a quantitative approach, the data collection techniques used in this research are library research and field research by distributing questionnaires to samples that have been determined through probability sampling and the analysis used is using descriptive statistics through simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that t-count> t-table (5.727> 1.66) so that it is concluded that financial literacy has a significant effect on business continuity, where Hα is accepted and H0 is rejected. The financial literacy affects business continuity by 31.6% while the other 68.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

MSMEs face obstacles that usually occur in business, the limitations of making financial reports. Limited accounting knowledge makes it difficult for MSMEs to determine the policies to be taken. This research uses an exploratory method to explore the causes of the low implementation of accounting by MSME actors. The informants in this study were owners or financial controllers of 10 MSMEs in the East Lombok Regency. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation are analyzed using transcribing, information reduction, codification, data visualization, and results analysis. The results of the study show that MSMEs think the preparation of accounting reports according to standards has not provided benefits for them. The compilation of reports according to standards is only carried out if there are demands related to capital assistance. MSMEs agree that records are important, and they make records based on a format adapted to the information they need. The five factors, namely educational background, accounting complexity, business size, relations with outsiders, and training received, contributed to building the perceptions of MSME actors in interpreting, compiling, and utilizing their company's accounting information

Abstract

The development of the digital world, especially from the financial technology sector, is proliferating. This is due to the high public interest in adopting information technology in all aspects of life to support daily activities. This study analyses customer satisfaction and loyalty in accepting BNI mobile banking application technology. The Technology Acceptance Model is the subject of this research. Location This research was conducted in Denpasar City, Bali Province. This type of research is quantitative by using the BNI mobile banking community in Denpasar City as a sample taken using the quota sampling technique. Data from 157 respondents were obtained by distributing open questionnaires with an interval scale of 1 to 10 points. Data analysis in this study used SEM through the PLS approach with the SmartPLS 3.2 program. The study results show that the TAM model's independent variables, namely perceived convenience and perceived benefits, can have a significant and positive effect partially on customer loyalty and through the intervening variables on customer satisfaction. Other results stated that the service feature variable did not affect customer satisfaction directly or customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Future research is expected to add other TAM internal variables to strengthen research on technology acceptance

Abstract

The idea of learning activities, which includes approaches or techniques that have tremendous potential as facilities to support educational activities for students, is a crucial notion. The media serves as a bridge between the teaching and learning processes so that students may grasp the subject matter. This research study aims to develop learning facilities in the form of learning media or learning on a Project Based Learning (PJBL) basis, to assess the viability of Project Based Learning (PJBL) based learning media, and to assess student reactions to learning media on a Project Based Learning (PJBL) basis that was focused on Banking Accounting lessons in class XI and more specifically directed to semester II learning. The ADDIE research approach, which stands for Analysis, Design, proposed by Branch (Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Students from class XI as Sharia Banking Services (LPS) at SMK Negeri 2 Mojokerto served as the subjects of the media trial in learning activities on a Project Based Learning (PJBL) basis. The study's findings show that project-based learning media receives expert evaluations with a value of 91.5%, which is referred to as the "Very Eligible" category, expert evaluations from media experts with a value of 96%, which is referred to as the "Very Eligible" category, and responses from students after being a user with a value of 97.4%, which is also referred to as the "Very Eligible" category

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing on increasing consumer buying interest after the PPKM revocation policy at UMKM Jalan Baru Depok. The Incidental Sampling technique was used to collect samples in the study of 58 respondents based on people encountered. The method used is quantitative. In analysing the data using Simple Linear Regression to examine the results of the data obtained from the questionnaire, so that the research results are obtained, namely the existence of a positive and relevant influence on consumer buying interest of 57.5%, the rest is explained by other independent variables that are not included in the researcher's simple linear regression model

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimental design dengan model one group pretest-posttest design. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektifitas penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis lectora inspire dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran Digital. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes yang akan dianalisis dengan analisis statistik parametris dengan uji paired sample test. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh rerata nilai pretest 74,44 dan posttest 90,56, sehingga diperoleh peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah pembelajaran digital sebesar 16,12. Selanjutnya, pada pengujian prasayarat analisis data penelitian terdistribusi normal dan dilakukan uji paired sample test diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara hasil belajar mahasiswa sebelum dan setelah menggunakan media interaktif berbasis lectora inspire pada mata kuliah pembelajaran digital. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa media interaktif lectora inspire efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Hal ini didukung oleh penyajian media pembelajaran yang menarik karena disajikan dengan memasukkan berbagai unsur teks, video, animasi, audio dan kuis interaktif yang dapat memberikan umpan balik secara langsung sehingga memberikan pengalaman belajar yang mampu memotivasi mahasiswa untuk belajar dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.
