Abstract

The impact of fashion influencers on brand perception and customer desire to buy is explored. This study seeks to answer the following research questions about the relationship between consumer attitudes toward influencers and consumer brand attitudes: do consumer attitudes toward influencers influence brand attitudes? do consumer brand attitudes and consumer attitudes toward influencers have a positive effect on purchases? In this study, a quantitative methodology was employed. In order to gather information, we sent out 150 surveys. The results of the SEM-PLS analysis show that perceived credibility, trust, subjective norms, perceived influencer expertise, Positive and substantial correlations are found between brand attractiveness and attitudes and attitudes toward influencers. Meanwhile, consumer views about influencers are unaffected by behavioral control and perceptual conformity. favorable consumer views about influencers have a big and favorable impact on those consumers' positive sentiments toward companies and their intentions to make a purchase. Marketers who leverage fashion influencers might, therefore, utilize the findings of this study to inform future marketing strategies

Abstract

So far, Microeconomics learning has used the case method, but students still experience problems organizing problems in learning. 70% of students have not focused on the problems discussed in lectures because there are no guidelines for solving the problems discussed, so researchers are interested in conducting case method-based student worksheets that need analysis to develop HOTS. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method, the research samples were lecturers who supervised the microeconomics course and 68 students from class 2021 Indralaya Economics Education Study Program, FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The interview data were analyzed using descriptive data and the percentage formula questionnaires. The results of the interviews show that lecturers need to make case method-based student worksheets so that learning is directed at developing HOTS and the result of the questionnaire obtained show that students really need case method-based student worksheets to develop HOTS. This is initial research for developing case method-based student worksheets to develop student HOTS in microeconomics subject

Abstract

The research aims to assess the impact of the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and students' readiness on the effectiveness of economic learning in SMAN 1 Pakel Tulungagung. The method use was a quantitative descriptive with population of 322 X class students at SMAN 1 Pakel Tulungagung, and used a sample of 90 students. In data collection we use the questionnaire/query, while to analyze the data we use multiple linear regression techniques. Data analysis shows that the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum has a significant impact on the effectiveness of economic learning in SMAN 1 Pakel Tulungagung. A thitung value of (15.414) is greater than a table (1.987) with a significance level of 0.000 ± 0.05. Thus, the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum has a positive impact on improving the effectiveness of economic learning in that school. However, research results also show that there is no significant influence between student readiness and the effectiveness of economic learning implementation. The thitung value (0.94) is smaller than the tttable (1.987), with a significance value of 0.925 ± 0.05. This indicates that students' readiness does not have a significant effect on the effectiveness of economic learning at SMAN 1 Pakel Tulungagung. The F-test showed that F-count (222.606) was larger than F-table (3.10) with a significance level of 0.000 ± 0.05. This result confirms that overall, the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum and students' readiness together have a significant effect on the effectiveness of economic learning implementation in SMAN 1 Pakel Tulungagung

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain if there is a significant relationship between customer satisfaction and product quality, service quality, and selling price. Google forms are used as part of the quantitative methodology employed in this investigation. The lame-show sampling method is being used to collect data from the target group, which consists entirely of paying customers. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the statistical package SPSS version 20 (Widyastuti & Nurfarida, 2019). Price has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (with a sig. value of 0.003 0.05), as do product quality (with a sig. value of 0.000 0.05) and service quality (with a sig. value of 0.001 0.05), according to the study's findings. With a R squared value of 0.808, it can be concluded that the independent variables account for 80.8% of the variance in the dependent variable, while other factors account for the remaining 19.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of Innovation and Creativity through Competitive Advantage in achieving Business Success in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Buleleng Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the data collection technique used is a questionnaire distributed by Google form media and directly with a measuring instrument in the form of a Likert scale, where the respondents were selected as owners of small and medium micro enterprises with a total of 99 business owners as respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is a structural equation model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that Innovation, Creativity and Competitive Advantage had a positive and significant effect on Business Success, Innovation and Creativity had a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage, and Innovation and Creativity had a positive and significant effect on Business Success through Competitive Advantage

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Shopee Paylater's user-friendliness, risk perception, lifestyle choices, and trust on Indonesian millennials and Generation Z consumers' buying habits. The study involves 250 participants chosen through purposive sampling and gathers data through online questionnaire surveys conducted via Google Forms. Quantitative analysis in this research is conducted using the Smart PLS 4.0 software platform. The findings of the research reveal that ease of use, risk perception, and lifestyle choices positively and significantly influence trust. Additionally, Certainly, a strong and meaningful link exists between lifestyle decisions and their impact on influencing spending habits. It's worth emphasizing that the direct impacts of user-friendliness and perceived risk on spending behavior are relatively limited. Importantly, the primary driver of spending behavior is lifestyle choices, while the influence of ease of use and risk factors is channeled indirectly through trust.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is often identified as a business learning that focuses on building networks and developing profitable business plans. However, it often neglects to teach the students about how their business can be beneficial and impactful for the surrounding community. Therefore, there is a need to incorporate caring economics into entrepreneurship education to cultivate an interest in becoming a sociopreneur, where sociopreneurs are considered capable of addressing social issues such as poverty. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of incorporating caring economics into entrepreneurship education and fostering a sociopreneurial to the students. The research method employed in this study is quasi-experimental, involving only one group without a control group, consisting of 32 students taking entrepreneurship courses. The instruments used include pretests and post-tests to assess the significance of the effectiveness of the caring economics incorporation. Additionally, a questionnaire is utilized to measure the interest in becoming a sociopreneur. The research findings indicate that based on the significance test of pretests and post-tests, the incorporation of caring economics shows a significant difference in the average understanding of students regarding the importance of caring economics in entrepreneurship education. However, the results regarding the interest in entrepreneurship based on caring economics and the interest in becoming a sociopreneur are still in the moderate category

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has led to a trend in online hotel reservations through a platform called an online travel agent (OTA), of which Agoda is one. The Indonesian Review survey (2023) found that the percentage of intentions to reuse Agoda was 43%. The study aims to look at the influence of online reviews, value perceptions, and gender on the intention to reuse the Agoda OTA application in Indonesia. Quantitative research methods using non-probability sampling techniques to get a final sample of as many as 400 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) data analysis method using SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results show that (1) hedonic value mediates the relationship between quantity and quality of online reviews on continuance intention to use (2) utilitarian value does not mediate the relationship between quantity and quality of online reviews on continuance intention to use (3) gender does not moderate the relationship between quantity and quality of reviews online on both utilitarian and hedonic values

Abstract

E-service yang diberikan oleh pelaku bisnis merupakan penentuan dari konsumen merasa puas dengan produk yang dijual, mereka akan menjadi pelanggan yang loyal dan akan merekomendasikan produk tersebut pada orang lain.  Lozy Hijab merupakan salah satu pelaku bisnis yang memanfaatkan teknologi e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-Service Quality terhadap e-Customer Loyalty pada konsumen Lozy Hijab dengan efek mediasi oleh e-Customer Satisfaction. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 176 konsumen yang pernah membeli Lozy Hijab dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-Service memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap e-Customer Satisfaction kemudian e-Customer Satisfaction memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap e-Customer Loyalty, kemudian e-Service Quality memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap e-Customer Loyalty, kemudian e-Service Quality memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap e-Customer Loyalty dengan e-Customer Satisfaction sebagai efek mediasi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of parents' socio-economic status on microeconomics learning outcomes. The sample in this study was 310 students of the economics education study program, accounting study program and management study program at Syekh-Yusuf Islamic University using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is questionnaire data. Meanwhile, the analysis method uses Weight Least Square (WLS). The results of the research show that parents' socio-economic status influences microeconomics learning outcomes and the next variable, namely gender, influence and significant in microeconomics learning outcomes.
