Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gross profit margin , rasio likuiditas, earning ratio, rasio solvabilitas terhadap pertumbuhan laba dan return saham. Objective: Design/Methods/Approach: Populasi adalah perusahaan sektor property dan real estate, periode 2017-2019. Analisis regresi berganda data panel digunakan sebagai strategi dalam metode statistik. Findings: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian pertama menunjukkan hanya earning ratio dan solvability ratio yang berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba, sedangkan gross profit margin, liquidity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Pada model penelitian yang ke dua menunjukkan liquidity ratio dan solvability ratio berpengaruh terhadap return saham, sedangkan gross profit margin dan earning ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Originality/Value : Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 model penelitian, sedangkan pada penelitian ini penelitian sebelumnya hubungan antar variabel dengan menggunakan satu model dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda data panel digunakan sebagai strategi dalam metode statistik Practicial/Policy implication : Implikasi dari tulisan ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi investor, manajemen perusahaan, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk membantu perusahaan meningkatkan pertumbuhan laba dan return saham. Selain itu tulisan ini dapat memperkaya literatur di bidang keuangan perusahaan dan menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth and price perceptions on purchasing decisions through brand image (Study on OPPO smartphone users at HKBP University Nommensen Medan). This research approach method uses quantitative methods with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling, with a sample of 100 respondents. To analyze the results of this study using path analysis (path analysis). The research results show 1). Electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for OPPO smartphone users at HKBP Nommensen University Medan. 2). Price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for OPPO smartphone users at HKBP Nommensen University Medan. 3). Electronic word of mouth has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions through brand image on OPPO smartphone users at HKBP University Nommensen Medan. 4). Price perception has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions through brand image on OPPO smartphone users at HKBP Nommensen University Medan. 5). Electronic word of mouth and price perceptions together have a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions through brand image on OPPO smartphone users at HKBP University Nommensen Medan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, dan publicity terhadap keputusan pembelian (studi kasus pada UMKM mebel di Desa Mulyoharjo) . Dalam penelitian ini, advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, dan publicity sebagai faktor independen, sedangkan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel dependen. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk memilih jumlah sampel 105 responden dengan kriteria pembelian minimal 1 kali, yang kemudian dilakukan analisis regresi. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk menyeleksi pelanggan UMKM industri mebel di Desa Mulyoharjo. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas sebagai pertanyaan untuk setiap variabel diperiksa pada tahap pertama. Untuk mengetahui dampak advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, dan publicity terhadap keputusan pembelian pada (Studi UKM Mebel di Desa Mulyoharjo) tahap pengujian tahap ke dua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian produk mebel di Desa Mulyoharjo dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh pengaruh advertising, personal selling, sales promotion dan publicity. UMKM mebel di Desa Mulyoharjo diharapkan dapat rajin update informasi di media sosial mengenai produk mebel dan meningkatkan komunikasi yang baik dengan calon pelanggan maupun pelanggan. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian sehingga terjadi kepuasan pelanggan dalam membeli produk mebel

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to find the influence between Participation in General Skills Training, Job Satisfaction, and Perceived Organizational Support and Job Burn Out on Turnover Intention in Financial Technology Employees in Jakarta. Design/Methods/Approach: Data were analyzed using structural equation models and SPSS model-21. This research focuses on a number of Financial Technology workers in Jakarta, with a total sample of 165 respondents obtained by questionnaire with purposive sampling technique. The data obtained was processed using SPSS software to test validity, reliability and hypotheses. Findings: The results showed that there was a significant positive influence between Participation in General Skills Training, Job Satisfaction, and Perceived Organizational Support and Job Burn Out on Turnover Intention. Originality/Value: This research design was conducted with quantitative survey methods used on a sample of 147 early career graduate trainees in China. The data were analyzed using structural equation models and model-21 in the PROCESS macro for SPSS. Practical/Policy implication: This research is expected to provide input for company managers to maximize effectiveness by modifying or designing work to work more effectively.

Abstract

Objective :This study was conducted to determine the difference between NPM, ROA and Stock Price before and after the pandemic, as well as to find out how the influence of NPM and ROA on market perception in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies for the period 2017 - 2022.   Design/Methods/Approach : The data collection method uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Purposive sampling was used for sampling in the study which made eight companies as objects. T-test and linear regression analysis are the techniques for analyzing this data.   Findings  :The t-test research results show that there is no difference between NPM, ROA, and Market Perception before and after the pandemic. This can be caused by erratic market behavior. The T test and F test show that NPM and ROA partially and simultaneously have no significant effect on market perception. Originality/Value: Market perception in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies for the period 2017 - 2022. The T test and F test With SPSS Practical/Policy implication : In this case, market perception is not only influenced by financial performance, especially profitability, but is influenced by many other factors

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of coaching and mentoring for the career development of employees in organizations. Design/Methods/Approach: This study uses the research method used is the observation method, the library method, internet review and the analysis process is carried out using the literature review analysis method of previous journals.   Findings: Employees must know specifically what to do and be able to face obstacles to achieve effective performance, this is where coaching, mentoring and career counseling activities are needed. Originality/Value: Coaching and Mentoring are important for improving employee performance and providing different benefits for the organization. Practical/Policy implication: The results of the study show that coaching and mentoring help improve employee performance and setting goals leads to higher performance through increasing effort and motivation levels of employees, one of which is through career counseling.

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this research is to determine empirically the impact of geopolitical risk originating from countries with high geopolitical risk and domestic ones on the Composite Stock Price Index in Indonesia. In addition, this research aims to determine the role of geopolitical actions in strengthening or weakening the relationship between geopolitical risk and the Composite Stock Price Index in Indonesia. Design/Methods/Approach: This research uses geopolitical risk index (GPRH) data from countries with the highest geopolitical risk index in the last 3 years and domestic ones consisting of Ukraine, Russia, America, China and Indonesia. Meanwhile, geopolitical action risk (GPRA) is a risk index measured in aggregate from January 2004-October 2023, so the number of observations in this study reached 238. Findings: The findings in the research show that Ukraine and America have a negative and significant influence, while China and Russia have a positive and significant impact on the composite stock price index in Indonesia. Apart from that, this research also found that the influence of geopolitical risk on the composite stock price index in Indonesia is greater when geopolitical actions such as escalation of war and acts of terror occur.   Originality/Value: This research complements several previous studies regarding the impact of geopolitical risk on the Indonesian composite stock price index. Several previous studies have not examined the impact of each country's geopolitical risk on the composite stock price index and how it is moderated by geopolitical action. Practical/Policy implication: The findings in this research prove that countries that have high geopolitical risk have a significant influence on the Composite Stock Price Index in Indonesia. So that investors can use this research as a consideration when investing in the capital market by considering geopolitical risks originating from abroad and domestically.

Abstract

Objective: The objective of this research is to determine the impact of work discipline and compensation on job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable. Design/Methods/Approach: The study was conducted on 131 employees of PT. Altour Yasa Abadi Group using a saturated sampling method, where the entire population was used as research respondents. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to the respondents, and the gathered data were processed using smartPLS software. Findings: There is no influence of the work discipline variable on job satisfaction, there is an influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction, there is an influence of the work discipline variable on work motivation, there is an influence of the compensation variable on work motivation, there is an influence of the work motivation variable on job satisfaction. Originality/Value: The novelty of this research is that no studies have been found that specifically examine job satisfaction by analyzing the factors of work discipline, compensation, and work motivation as intervening variables. And lies in the fact that no prior studies have been conducted on employee job satisfaction at PT Altour Yasa Abadi Group. Practical/Policy implication: The implications of the research findings are that they can serve as alternative strategies for companies to enhance employee job satisfaction. By understanding the influence of the variables of work discipline, compensation, and work motivation, companies can design more effective policies and programs to create a motivating work environment, support discipline, and provide adequate compensation. Therefore, companies have the potential to increase employee job satisfaction levels, which, in turn, can positively impact overall organizational productivity and performance.

Abstract

Objective: The objective of this research is to determine the effect of time pressure, emotional fatigue on work-life balance and loyalty in working female students. Design/Methods/Approach: The study was conducted on working women who are students at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Jakarta in the employee class. The number of sample is 202. Data collection was carried out by survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Subsequently, the data obtained were processed using the SEM PLS method. Findings: There is no influence of time pressure on loyalty, there is an influence of time pressure on Work-life Balance (WLB), there is no influence of emotional pressure on loyalty, there is no influence of emotional pressure on WLB, there is an influence of WLB on loyalty, there is an influence of time pressure on loyalty through WLB, and there is no influence of emotional pressure on loyalty through WLB. Originality/Value: The novelty of this research is that no research has been found that examines WLB among female workers, especially those currently studying, and its impact on loyalty. Practical/Policy implication: The implication of the findings of this research is that the results of the research can be used as an alternative in making human resource strategy decisions, especially in increasing WLB and loyalty of female workers who are currently studying. This includes managing workload and time so that female workers can have WLB and ultimately be loyal to the company.

Abstract

Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh impulse buying dan Harga Diskon terhadap minatbeli konsumen. Konsumen boutique yenimirza sebagai subjek survey dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data, didapat 96 orang responden. sebelum melakukan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi. Terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian validitas, reabilitas, normalitas, dan heteroskedaritas. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh impluse buying terhadap minat beli, ada pengaruh harga diskon terhadap minat beli, dan ada pengaruh antara impulse buying dan harga diskon terhadap minat beli.
