Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Analisis Kesalahan Modifikasi Doushi Renyoukei pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang FBS UNP Tahun Masuk 2014” ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesalahan- kesalahan pada modifikasi kata kerja bahasa Jepang yang dilakukan oleh pembelajar bahasa Jepang penutur Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengolahan data deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2015 dengan mengambil sampel 28 orang mahasiswa tahun masuk 2014 Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang, Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Inggris, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Padang. Hasil penelitian ini dijabarkan dengan 3 (tiga) rumusan, yaitu; bentuk kesalahan, jenis kesalahan, penyebab kesalahan. Pertama, dari segi bentuk, ditemukan fakta bahwa kesalahan yang dilakukan sampel berada pada tataran morfologis (proses pembentukan kata) dan sintaksis (proses modifikasi kata setelah melewati proses gramatikal). Kedua, dari segi jenis, kenis kesalahan didominasi oleh jenis mistake yang cukup menarik karena cenderung teratur mengikuti pola- pola tertentu. Ketiga, dari segi penyebab, kesalahan-kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh pembelajar pada penelitian ini disebabkan oleh faktor metodologi, seperti faktor metode drill dan terjemahan, serta kurangnya variasi sumber pembelajaran (buku ajar/buku teks). Temuan/hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa membantu guru/dosen bahasa Jepang untuk mengidentifikasi potensi-potensi yang dimiliki oleh kesalahan-kesalahan yang terjadi sehingga bisa dijadikan acuan untuk proses perbaikan metodologi pembelajaran berbahasa Jepang pada masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Language politeness is necessary in communicating with one another. By having a polite language in addition to a person's relationship can become better, one's heart also will not be hurt by listening the speech that spoken. This research aims to; 1. Know what kind of speech in conversation between student and lecturer through social media what's up? 2. Knowing the extent to which the utterance is included in positive politeness and negative politeness. The theory used in this research is the theory of politeness from Brown and Levinson. This research is descriptive qualitative. The method used is observation and using the technique of record. Sources of data in this study from social media “What's up”, the conversation taken from May to August 2017. From this study found that sometimes students are not good at placing where the utterance should be spoken with the lecturer and where speech should be spoken with friends. Besides, there is also found that sometimes there are students who seem to dictate or manage the schedule of the lecturer. This is certainly not very polite done especially when in the academic environment. Although there are also other coursework that is polite but this speech is not polite sometimes more do not know the norm. More negative politeness is found than positive politeness in this research data.Key Words: Politeness, Speech Act, Social media, What’s Up

Abstract

Understanding phonology is the pivotal thing in learning foreign language. By understanding the target language phonology, learners will be easier to learn foreign language pronunciation. French as one of Indo-European language is known as language that owns a various phoneme system. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss phonology in French language by describing vocal phoneme, semi-vocal and diphthong in French language. This paper aims to help learners to know the characteristics of Indo-European language that commonly have various vocal and consonant and to understand vocal phoneme, consonant, semi-vocal and diphthong in French language to learn the way of pronunciation. Based on observation, French has 16 vocal phonemes, 17 consonant phonemes, 3 semi-vocal phoneme and 11 diphthongs. French vocal phoneme consists of 12 oral vocal phonemes and 4 nasal vocal phonemes. French oral vocal phoneme covers /i/, /y/, /e/, /ø/, /ə/, /ε/, /œ/, /a/, /u/, /o/, /ɔ/, /ɑ/. French nasal vocal phoneme are /ɛ̃/, /œ̃/, /õ/, /ã/. French consonant phonemes are  /p/, /t/, /k/, /b/, /d/, /g/, /f/, /v/, /s/, /z/, /∫/, /Ʒ/, /l/, /r/, /m/, /n/, / ɲ/ and /ɲ/. French semi-vocal phonemes are /j/, /Ч/, /w/. French diphthongs are /wa/, /wɛ̃/, /ɥi/, /wi/, /jɛ̃/, /jε/, /aj/, /εj/, /œj/, /uj/ and /jø/. Key words: phonology, vocal phoneme, consonant phoneme, semi-vocal phoneme, diphthong. ABSTRAK Dalam mempelajari bahasa asing, pemahaman mengenai sistem tata bunyi bahasa merupakan hal penting. Dengan memahami sistem bunyi bahasa, para pembelajar akan lebih mudah dalam mempelajari bahasa asing tersebut, terutama dalam hal pengucapannya. Bahasa Prancis sebagai salah satu bahasa Indo-Eropa dikenal mempunyai sistem fonologi atau tata bunyi yang cukup beragam. Oleh karena itu, makalah ini akan membahas sistem fonologi dalam bahasa Prancis. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fonem vokal, konsonan, semivokal, serta diftong dalam bahasa Prancis. Dengan adanya makalah ini, para pembelajar diharapkan dapat memahami karakteristik bahasa Indo-Eropa yang umumnya mempunyai vokal dan konsonan yang cukup beragam. Selain itu, dengan adanya tulisan ini, para pembelajar diharapkan dapat memahami fonem vokal, konsonan, semivokal, serta diftong dalam bahasa Prancis sehingga dapat membantu mempelajari sistem pengucapannya. Dari pengamatan yang telah dilakukan, dalam bahasa Prancis terdapat 16 fonem vokal, 17 fonem konsonan, 3 fonem semivokal, serta 11 diftong. Fonem vokal bahasa Prancis terdiri atas 12 fonem vokal oral dan 4 fonem vokal nasal. Fonem vokal oral bahasa Prancis meliputi fonem /i/, /y/, /e/, /ø/, /ə/, /ε/, /œ/, /a/, /u/, /o/, /ɔ/, /ɑ/. Fonem vokal nasal bahasa Prancis meliputi fonem /ɛ̃/, /œ̃/, /õ/, /ã/. Dalam bahasa Prancis, terdapat 18 fonem konsonan, yaitu /p/, /t/, /k/, /b/, /d/, /g/, /f/, /v/, /s/, /z/, /∫/, /Ʒ/, /l/, /r/, /m/, /n/, / ɲ/ dan /ɲ/. Dalam bahasa Prancis, juga terdapat tiga macam semivokal, yaitu /j/, /Ч/, /w/. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa diftong dalam bahasa Prancis, yaitu /wa/, /wɛ̃/, /ɥi/, /wi/, /jɛ̃/, /jε/, /aj/, /εj/, /œj/, /uj/ dan /jø/. Kata kunci: fonologi, fonem vokal, fonem konsonan, fonem semivokal, diftong

Abstract

This article discusses Korean tales that can be an alternative for Tenaga Kerja Indonesian  (TKI) to recognize Korean society. These fairy tales are literary products that actually reflect the socio cultural reality of Korean society. The tales that are the source of data are download  from the rubric of "Taman Dongeng"  KBS World Radio  in Indonesian language. Through the analysis, it can be said that these tales describe the cultural expression of Korean society such as work ethic, ethics, and religious belief system. This cultural expression needs to be understood by the TKI who will work in South Korea so that they do not a cultural shock experience. Keywords: ethics, fairy tales, Korean society, TKI, work ethics

Abstract

This article aims to describe the movement of religious literature in Indonesia after the 1998 reform. The movement embodied in authorship organization called Forum Lingkar Pena (FLP). FLP grow and develop in that time as the implications of modernist Islamic movement that carried the young people educated in various universities in Indonesia. As one of the literary community, FLP trying to popularize transcendental literary movement that is not profane and worldly. FLP be the community of Islamic literature that trying to enlighten the public with literature. During its development, the literary movement of FLP community into one of the vehicle for thousands of young Indonesian to make literature as a medium a mental reform based on Islamic values. Movement conducted by FLP is a creative alternative to the development of Islamic literature in Indonesia.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were firstly to discrabe the dialect similarities and differences of Oganese language of Tangsi Lontar village in pengandonan district and Banjar Sari in Semidang Aji district in case of phonology and lexicology. Secondly, this intralingual matching study also described  the factors beyond those similarities and differences. The result af the study showed that there more differences than similarities between Oganese language of Tangsi Lontar and Banjar Sari. There were 106 (53%) different and 94 (47%) similart words out of 200 words analyzed by researchers. From those 106 different words, 52 words were different in terms of lexicon and 54 words were different in terms of phoneme. The differences of phoneme occured in 48 changes of vowel sound, 3 word were different in consonant, and 3 words were different in vowel and consonant phonemes. In addition, geographical area, interaction, and society environment were the factors beyond those similarities and differences. In sum, Oganese language of Tangsi Lontar and Banjar Sari was the same but they had different dialect. Keywords: study, comparative, Ogan language

Abstract

Waktu Dalam Lipatan is a work of dance that is inspired from the social phenomenon of deadline. Waktu Dalam Lipatan is defined as the activity of multiplying or minimizing the dimensions of an existing form, or can be equated with a time-bound understanding, which means an activity shortens the distance of time by increasing the speed or shortening the duration that already exists. Focusing on the element of attitudes on the psychological individual in a person undergoing a deadline process, related to the utilization of time is not good. In this dance, in addition to the body as the main media of dance, choreographer uses a companion media to strengthen the concept of presentation of works, one of which is a dance property. The dance property becomes part of the body's response in the delivery of these motion patterns. This article will analyze to what extent the existence of a dance property in the work "Waktu Dalam Lipatan" affects and reinforces the concept of the work.Keywords: choreography, dance properties, semiotics analysis

Abstract

This study aims to describe the social impact and function of the Myth of Mbah Bajing towards its readers (Kecopokan village’s people). This research is a descriptive-qualitative with the Sociology of Literature approach. The data sources of this study are the observation, the interview and the questionnaire to the informants that show the social impact and function of the myth towards Kecopokan village’s people. The procedures of data collection are done by some techniques which are 1) recording, 2) photography, 3) observation, 4) quotation, 5) interview, 6) distributing the questionnaires. The results of this study show that the social impact of the Myth of Mbah Bajing in Kecopokan village social life is reflected through the way people think, act, and behave towards Mbah Bajing’s spirit and grave. Furthermore, there is a special treatment to this mythological figure as the part of the spiritual life of Kecopokan village’s people. This myth has also the social functions towards Kecopokan village’s people as 1) the education instrument especially for young generation, 2) the strengthener of the solidarity among the people and 3) the norms regulator in their social life.  Keyword: function, impact, myth, sociology of literature

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explain the forms and the distribution of the form and meaning of the utterance of the cry in the Minangkabau language. The method used in data collection, the method of referring and the method of ably. Data analysis method used is method of padan. In addition, the data analysis phase is also done ie editing and coding. Based on the analysis, Ujaran appeal in Minangkabau language has a complete form and form is not complete. The complete form is built on the same model as the interrogative utterances and uses the same unfiliar particles as the exclamation. Only a different intonation, here marked with an exclamation mark at the end of speech. The shape is not lengakp is a shortened form into an exclamation / interjection. The form can be understood in a context and an exclamation mark is placed directly after the interjection, which is usually placed at the beginning of the utterance. The interjections include the shouting, curse, swearing and calling of the two forms, there is a call to seek a friend who refers to a positive attitude and there is a call to seek an opponent that refers to a negative attitude. In addition, both complete and incomplete forms have donotative meanings and connotative and emotive meanings. The denotative meaning is contained in the expression of the complete form and form of shout and form of attention. However, the incomplete form of screaming and calling attention sometimes also means emotive connotative and meaning. the meaning of the meaning depends on the context it enters. The expression of the call for incomplete forms of curse and curse is always meaningful connotative.Keywords: speech, form, meaning, and Minangkabau

Abstract

This action research is aimed at improving the students vocabulary mastery in Indonesian by word game technique., This study was carried out at SD Surakarta 2, Cirebon, West Java from October 2009 to March 2010. The research data were taken from second semester of 6 grade, with 36 students and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. This research consist of two cycles. Each cycles which consists of planning, implementation, and action, observation, reflection, and evaluation was done for three three sessions. The result of the two cycles showed the improvement of students’ average score. The students’ average score in Pre-Test were 46,00. Then at the end of the first cycle the students’ average scores were 60,00. And at the last test of the second cycle students’ average score achieve 80,60. It means that the word game technique in teaching and learning activities can improve Indonesian vocabulary mastery in students reading skill. Key words:Indonesian vocabulary mastery, reading skill, word game techniqueABSTRAK Penelitian yang berjudul “Peningkatan Penguasaan Kosakata Bahasa Indonesia dalam Keterampilan Membaca melalui Teka-Teki Silang: Sebuah Penelitian Tindakan di Kelas VI Sekolah Dasar Negeri Surakarta 2, Kecamatan Suranenggala, Kabupaten Cirebon, Jawa Barat” adalah suatu penelitian tindakan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses peningkatan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Indonesia dalam keterampilan membaca siswa di  kelas VI SDN Surakarta 2, Cirebon, melalui teka-teki silang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tiga puluh enam siswa yang dilakukan pada tahun ajaran 2009-2010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tindak kelas atau Action Research dengan analisis data  analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua siklus. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan dalam tiga pertemuan. Hasil penelitian selama dua siklus memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata penguasaan kosakata bahasa Indonesia melalui teka-teki silang. Hasil tes awal (pretes) menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 45, tes di akhir siklus pertama menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 61, dan tes di akhir siklus kedua nilai rata-rata siswa mencapai 80,6. Berdasarkan indikator keberhasilan, nilai tes rata-rata siswa pada siklus kedua yang mencapai 80,6 menandakan bahwa penggunaan permainan kata sebagai teknik pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan kosakata bahasa Indonesia dalam keterampilan membaca siswa. Kata Kunci: Penguasaan Kosakata, Keterampilan Membaca, Teka-Teki Silang
