Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2015-2019 secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan asosiatif . Menggunakan data yang bersifat angka-angka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2019 yang berjumlah 26 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Retrun on Equity (ROE), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat Harga Saham, (2) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, (3) Retrun on Equity (ROE) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, (4) Price Earning Ratio (PER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: DER, ROE, PER, Harga Saham.

Abstract

This study proposes to determine the access of MSMEs to financial services at financial institutions. Furthermore, it aims to see the factors that affect MSME players' access to financing services at sharia BMT financial institutions. This research method uses a non-probability (non-random) sampling technique with purposive sampling, including 60 respondents, 30 respondents who become BMT customers, and 30 respondents become BMT non-customers. The results of the probit model regression test in this study show that three variables affect for access of MSME to microcredit, including age (x1), house distance (X4), and business location (X5). Meanwhile, variables that do not affect access of MSME to Islamic micro-credit financing are Initial Capital (X2), and Assets (X4).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of health consciousness and perceived barriers in predicting attitude and purchase intention within the context of organic food. Non probability sampling technique is applied. Data were obtained from 120 respondents in Pontianak who are interested in buying organic vegetables. Data were analyzed with path analysis method by using SPSS 21.0 software programs. The results of this study indicate that the attitude toward organic food is significantly influenced by health consciousness and it is not significantly influenced by perceived barriers. Meanwhile, the purchase intention of organic vegetable is significantly influenced by attitude toward organic food and it is not significantly influenced by health consciousness and perceived barriers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh transfer pelatihan dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel intervening (studi pada perawat RSI Sultan Agung). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat RSI Sultan Agung, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling, pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan kriteria responden yang sudah menikah dan pernah mengikuti pelatihan dalam 7 bulan terakhir. Data yang diambil adalah sebanyak 71 kuesioner, dan yang dapat digunakan adalah sebanyak 68 kuesioner. Proses pengolahan data dan analisis menggunakan SEM (structural equation modelling) dengan teknik PLS (partial least square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transfer pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, transfer pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, dan komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Temuan ini dibahas berdasarkan bukti sebelumnya, dan implikasinya dapat digunakan untuk rumah sakit.

Abstract

This research aims to look at how the financial understanding of coffee shop business owners, and to see how the profit management of coffee shop business owners. This research uses a qualitative method research design with descriptive explanations. The method used in the sample is area sampling. The population in this study was a coffee shop. Samples in this study met 7 coffee shops. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. The results of this study show that: (1) The financial understanding owned by coffee shop business owners 100% can distinguish the participation and expenditure. 90% of coffee shop owners have understood financial record keeping for cooking and expenses. 20% of coffee shop owners can identify the risks that exist in their business. 40% of coffee shop owners set up businesses with their own capital. (2) The management of profits owned by the owner's coffee shop business there are as much as 70% has compiled and planned provisions regarding the amount of profit received from the sale. 40% of owners have drafted their business finance plan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This studi aims to analyze the effect of working capital, working hours, and length of business on the income of meatball traders in the Wosi and Sanggeng villages, Manokwari Regency. The Method used to collect primary data is a field research method with sample selection using accidental sampling technique. Based on the calculation of SPSS 25.0, the result of the partial test of working capital and working hours showed an effect on the income of meatball traders, while the length of business had no effect on the income of meatball traders in Wosi and Sanggeng Village, Manokwari Regency. Thus, novice entrepreneurs should not hesitate to start their business in trading meatballs in Manokwari, because the income earned will be very large, and there is no need to be afraid to compete with other meatball traders who have been trading in Manokwari for a long time

Abstract

This study aims to examine the CEO power, liquidity, institutional ownership, and size of sukuk ratings on companies that issue sukuk and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The independent variables in this study are CEO power, liquidity, institutional ownership, and size, while the dependent variable in this study is sukuk rating. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study was 26 companies and total of sample is 10 companies selected using purposive sampling method. This study uses the ordinal logistic regression method to determine the variable that have an impact on sukuk rating. The result are variable CEO power and size have a effect on sukuk ratings, meanwhile variable liquidity and institutional ownership have not a effect on sukuk ratings.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Budaya saling percaya antara karyawan dan manajemen perusahaan akan menunjang kenyamanan karyawan bekerja dan akan menyebabkan karyawan menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data primer digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah self report dengan menggunakan self-administered survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung kepada para responden. Analisis data menggunakan model pengukuran persamaan struktural dengan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja 87 karyawan PDAM Kota Madiun. Sedangkan peran mediasi kepuasan kerja adalah secara parsial. ABSTRACT A culture of mutual trust between employees and company management will support the comfort of employees working and will cause employees to complete their duties properly. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The primary data used in this research is self-report using a self-administered survey by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis used a structural equation measurement model with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the study support the proposed hypothesis that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of 87 employees of PDAM Madiun City. While the mediating role of job satisfaction is partial.

Abstract

Abstract The study in this study is the development of human resource competencies in the Department of Population and Civil Registration, with the aim of knowing and analyzing and using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected by using interview, observation and document review techniques. Data analysis used primary and secondary data which were collected and analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the competence of human resources in the Department of Population and Civil Registration, technical competence has not been maximally implemented by employees, while managerial competence and social competence have run as expected. This can be seen from the dominant number of ASN personnel who have undergraduate education and have fairly good abilities or competencies, but still need to be improved so that employee performance also increases, then in providing services they do not discriminate between ethnicity, religion and culture. The performance of employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Konawe Regency revealed that the assessment of the ability of employees, namely the education factor, was quite good. Abstract

As an educational institution, SMA Negeri 1 requires teachers with good pedagogic and professional competence, so as to achieve the desired quality of performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pedagogic competence and professional competence on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Manokwari partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative with associative problems. The sample in this study were 50 teachers. The data collection method used is a questionnaire, with a non- probability sampling technique and multiple linear regression data analysis. Page | 1 The results of the partial test show that pedagogic competence and professional competence have an effect on teacher performance. This is indicated by a significant value of 0.000 for pedagogic competence and professional competence of 0.034, both of which the probability values of these competencies are smaller than the error rate of 0.05. And the results of the simultaneous test showed that pedagogic competence and professional competence had an effect on teacher performance, it was indicated by a sig f value of less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Suggestions for SMA Negeri 1 Manokwari to further improve pedagogic competence by frequently conducting training on the use of computers, LCD projectors and adding focusing equipment. And for professional competence by providing room for actualization for every teacher regardless of employment status. Keywords : Pedagogic Competence, Professional Competence, Teacher Performance.
