Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer satisfaction and loyalty of late-late products during the Covid-19 period—this research at the Barokah Tela-tela business in front of the new UHO campus using 30 respondents. Determination of respondents is done by accident (Accidental sampling), assuming that the respondent can be trusted. The variables observed in this study were consumer characteristics, tela-tela, and customer satisfaction and loyalty and satisfaction analysis methods using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis and loyalty analysis using committed buyers, like the brand, satisfied buyers, habitual buyers, and switches. Buyers. The results show that the calculation of customer satisfaction analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index is 0.77 or 77.46%. The CSI value criterion states that the vulnerable value of 0.66-0.80 is a satisfied consumer criterion. Based on this situation, it can be concluded that Barokah consumers have shown a satisfying attitude towards the products they consume. The survey results show that the most consumers who state that they are satisfied are the taste and cleanliness attributes of the Tela Barokah business location. The results of the calculation of consumer loyalty analysis using switcher buyer analysis are 53.33%, chronic is 79.33%, the satisfied buyer is 72.00%, liking the brand is 76.67%, and committed buyer is 62.00%. The analysis results are mainly in the index interval of 61.00-80.00, which means that Barokah consumers have shown a loyal attitude. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic did not hurt the decline in consumer demand for snack products in the business. This is known from the income that remains in the range of ± IDR400.000 - IDR1.500.000 - every day both before and during the Covid-19 outbreak in Kendari City.

Abstract

Dairi Regency has natural and human resources and supports relatively adequate facilities, but fisheries do not significantly contribute to the regional economy. This study aims to describe the condition of fishing, analyze the role of the fishery subsector, and offer strategies for developing the fishery subsector. The research was conducted in Dairi Regency with 65 fish cultivators samples as the primary data source. Data and information were obtained through FGD from 7 resource persons from specialized agencies, the legislative, and other stakeholders in the fisheries subsector. Secondary data were obtained from several relevant institutions. The current condition of fisheries was analyzed descriptively, the role of the fishery sector was analyzed by Location Quotient, and development strategies were analyzed through SWOT analysis. In the 2010-2017 period, the fishery subsector contributed 2.10% to Dairi Regency's GDP. The most significant fish production is obtained from aquaculture in ponds, Minapadi, and floating nets. Capture fisheries come from lakes and rivers. The fishery subsector is a non-basic activity (LQ=0.97). Aquaculture is a primary activity with LQ=2.19, while capture fisheries are non-basic (LQ=0.49). Fishery development can be planned with a diversification strategy through: increasing utilization of natural and human resources and institutions to improve the efficiency of feed procurement and control of fish diseases; making local policies to improve the competitiveness of fisheries; and diversifying the fishery into Minapadi, ponds, and rivers; and lake capture fisheries. Regional strength can be optimized to respond to opportunities through the strategies: increasing fish production; responding to increased fish consumption as consumer demand; making policies that support institutional capacity building based on entrepreneurial activities, and improving the experience of fish cultivators and facilities and infrastructure.

The research was carried out at the Plant Protection Laboratory of the Phytopathology Unit, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, Kendari. The study was arranged using a completely randomized design (CRD) with three types of pathogens, namely Collethotrichum sp., Schlerotium sp., and Paesilomyces sp., repeated five times. Observation parameters were the percentage of inhibition through multiple culture tests, secondary metabolites of volatile compounds, and nonvolatile compounds. The results showed that the ability to inhibit the fungus Trichoderma sp. against the fungal pathogen Colletotrichum sp. able be inhibited by 74.14% and 81.42% respectively in the volatile and nonvolatile secondary metabolite tests, while against the pathogen Sclerotium sp. able to be inhibited by 58.50% in the multiple culture test.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the labor use, production, and revenue of lowland rice farming using the Tabela Super and Tapin systems, as well as the differences in productivity and income between the two. This study took place from July to December 2021, and the research venue was chosen on purpose. The farmers of the Tabela super system and the farmers of the Tapin system were divided into two groups to determine responders (random cluster sampling). There were 122 lowland rice farmers, 111 super table farmers, and 11 Tapin farmers among the respondents. The Table Super system employed a simple random sample approach from that group, taking 10% of the total population of Tabela Super farmers, 11 respondents were paddy field farmers, and 11 respondents from the Tapin system used the census method. According to the findings, respondents' average production for rice farmers utilizing the Tabela Super System is 4,712 kg, while farmers using the Tapin system produce 3,300 kilograms. Rice farmers using the super table method earn an average of IDR10.177.656, while those using the Tapin system earn an average of IDR5.011.994. The t-test value shows that the difference in lowland rice farmers' production with the Tabela Super System and the Tapin system has a significance value of t of 0.040 < 0.05. The statistical test results of the t-test show that the difference in lowland rice farmers' income with the Tabela Super System and the Tapin system has a significance value of t of 0.000 < 0.05.
