Abstract

This study describes the professional competence of early grade teachers in applying set material in learning number material. The main objective of this study is to describe the competence of early grade teachers on set material applied in learning numbers. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through tests and teaching observations. The results showed that: 21 out of 25 teachers (84%) understood the notion of A∪B but were unable to apply it in addition operation; 24 out of 25 teachers (96%) understood about Cardinal numbers but what was spoken was number not lot; 25 out of 25 teachers (100%) understood the notion of A-B but were unable to apply the notion of subtraction operation.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' learning motivation using the Project-based learning model in class IV SD Negeri 2 Glintang. This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate an increase in students' learning motivation from cycle I to cycle II. In the observation results of the first cycle, it reached the sufficient category, namely 65% and 68% for the results of the questionnaire which were in the sufficient category. In cycle II there was an increase in students' learning motivation in the good category, obtaining the average percentage of students' learning motivation scores both from observation sheets and questionnaires, namely 80% and 83%. These results indicate that the Project based learning learning model can increase student learning motivation, especially in class IV Science Science Subject at SD Negeri 2 Glintang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan model prestasi kerja dengan melibatkan variable rasa bahagia dan penghargaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Peneliti menggunakan metode survey pada divisi HRD PT Pou Chen Indonesia, dan menetapkan sampling random sebanyak 195 sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui google form yang disebar pada grup karyawan, dan untuk memudahkan peneliti memperoleh data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tidak ada  pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap rasa bahagia; (2) tidak ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap penghargaan; (3) tidak ada  pengaruh keselamatan kerja terhadap rasa bahagia; (4) tidak ada pengaruh keselamatan kerja terhadap penghargaan; (5) tidak ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap rasa bahagia; (6) ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap penghargaan; (7) tidak ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja; (8) tidak ada pengaruh loyalitas terhadap rasa bahagia; (9) ada pengaruh loyalitas terhadap penghargaan; (10) tidak  ada pengaruh loyalitas terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan; serta (11) tidak  ada pengaruh penghargaan terhadap prestasi kerja. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja, perusahaan perlu memerhatikan faktor intrinsik (kepuasan kerja) dan ekstrinsik (loyalitas) pada penghargaan, dan mengembangkan model prestasi melaui mediasi rasa bahagia dan penghargaan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase students' reading motivation in Indonesian language subjects in grade 1 elementary schools using the Problem Based Learning model. The research carried out was Class Action Research (PTK) in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. The stages of each cycle are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. At each meeting, a post test is carried out to determine the progress of students. In cycle I, 82% of students completed the post test. In cycle II, 94% of students completed the post test. This shows that the Problem Based Learning learning model can increase students' reading motivation, especially in Class 1 Indonesian Language subjects at SD Al Islam 4 Kadipiro Surakarta.

Abstract

The aim is to improve student learning outcomes by using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The research subjects were fifth grade students at Pengkol Elementary School. This research procedure with two cycles. The variables of this study were problem based learning (PBL) and student learning outcomes. Observation data collection techniques, questionnaires and test sheets. The research instruments were observation sheets, questionnaire sheets and test sheets. The average data on knowledge learning outcomes in cycle I obtained the percentage of classical learning mastery of 64.29% with incomplete criteria and increased in cycle II to 78.57% with complete criteria. It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning learning model can increase motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of grade VI students of SD Negeri 2 Kapungan, Polanharjo District, Klaten Regency on the subject of vegetative plant reproduction in thematic learning. The learning media used in class action research conducted in thematic learning of grade VI SD Negeri 2 Kapungan, Polanharjo District, Klatena Regency is interactive media. This research is called classroom action research (PTK) because the researcher, who conducts the research is an educator in that place, while this research design uses a cycle, which consists of 2 learning cycles. The target of the research was the 6th grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kapungan, Polanharjo District, Klaten Regency with a total of 10 students (5 male, 5 female). The data collected was then processed using descriptive quantitative. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that the results of student learning completeness after using interactive learning media and approaches per cycle, student learning completeness is 100%, students feel enthusiastic in participating in learning with interactive learning media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS dengan penggunaan media peta cerdas pada peserta didik kelas V SDN 01 Sidomukti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tinakan kelas. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan modifikasi model Kemmis & McTaggart dalam 2 siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SD N 01 Sidomukti yang berjumlah 35 peserta didik. Objek penelitian adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS melalui media peta cerdas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang  diperoleh sebelum dan setelah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil tes yang diperoleh. Sebelum diterapkannya media peta cerdas sebanyak 6 peserta didik (17,1%) tuntas dan 29 peserta didik (82,9%) belum tuntas dengan rata-rata perolehan nilai sebesar 64,80. Hasil tes setelah diterapkan media peta cerdas pada siklus I diperoleh sebanyak 13 peserta didik (37,1%) tuntas dan 22 peserta didik (62,9%) belum tuntas nilai rata-rata 67,77.  Kemudian pada hasil tes siklus II menunjukkan 31 peserta didik (88,5%) tuntas dan 4 peserta didik (11,5%) belum tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata siklus II yaitu 72,57.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the abilityof class II students at SD Negeri Jombor Ceper District,Klaten Regency in writing word using 5 striped book media.This reseach design which is carried out in two cycles through the same stages,namely planning implementation,observation and reflection.This research was carried out in class II of SD Negeri Jombor,Ceper District,Klaten Regency with a total of 13 students consisting of 5 male students and 8 female students.The data collection techniques used were observation and evaluation.The collected data analyzed using  qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.The results of the reseach showed that by using 5 striped book media,learning  active became more enjoyable so that student learning outcomes increased namely the results from cycle l to cycle II there was an increase.In cycle I the average score obtained by students was 64,33 with a classical completion levevl of 45%,the incomplete score obtained by students was 85,67 with a level of classical completeness becomes 90% resulting in an increase in classicalcompleteness of 50%.From these result it can be conluded that the use of can improve the word writing ability of class II students at SD N Jombor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SD Muhammadiyah 24 Gajahan melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Subyek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas VI SD Muhammadiyah 24 Gajahan dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dua siklus. Teknik pengujiannya melalui teknik tes, observasi dan dokumentasi yang digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dinyatakan bahwa pada siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa mencapai 65% dengan rata-rata kelas 68 dan indeks keberhasilan kurang dari 75%. Ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II sebesar 75% dengan rata-rata 78 dan indeks keberhasilan sudah 75%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan model PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas VI SD Muhammadiyah 24 Gajahan.
