Abstract

Kesulitan belajar merupakan suatu hambatan atau gangguan yang dialami oleh siswa akibat adanya ketidakseimbangan antara kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh siswa dengan tujuan yang seharusnya dicapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara guru dan kepala sekolah. Upaya untuk mengetahui hambatan siswa dalam pembelajaran memerlukan beberapa teknik diagnostik kesulitan belajar yakni: (1) Identifikasi perilaku, hubungan sosial, prestasi dan latarbelakang orang tua siswa. (2) Melihat bukuĀ  kegiatan sebagai acuan dalam melihat apa yang mendominasi kesulitan belajar siswa. (3) Melakukan observasi, wawancara siswa dan wali murid serta pemberian tes. (4) Memperkirakan alternatif pertolongan dengan merancang program yang akan diberikan dan cocok untuk siswa. (5) Menetapkan program yang dirasa paling cocok dan menentukan waktu pelaksanaan program tersebut. (6) Pemberian belajar tambahan pada saat jam istirahat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase student learning outcomes after applying the PBL (Problem Based Learning) Learning Model in class V SD Negeri 02 Gayamdompo Semester 1 academic year 2021/2022 in learning Theme 3 Healthy food. The research conducted was Classroom Action Research (CAR). A total of two cycles, with the stages of each cycle being planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Each meeting is carried out pre-test and post-test to determine the progress of students. In cycle I, students who completed after carrying out the post test were 37.5%. In cycle II, students who completed after carrying out the post test were 62.5%. In cycle III, students who complete after carrying out the post test are 95%. These results indicate that the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve student learning outcomes, especially in Class V Science subjects at SDN 02 Gayamdompo.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) determine the influence of parenting styles on Mathematics learning achievement; 2) determine the influence of academic self-efficacy on learning achievement in Mathematics; and 3) determine the influence of parenting styles and self-efficacy on learning achievement in Mathematics. This research uses a quantitative approach. The research subjects were students in grades 4, 5, and 6 of elementary schools. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using simple and multiple linear regression formulas. The results of the research show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence between parental parenting styles on student learning achievement in Mathematics; 2) There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on student learning achievement in Mathematics; and 3) There is a positive and significant influence between parenting styles and self-efficacy on student learning achievement in Mathematics. Based on the results of research, it can be stated that to optimize communication between the school and parents, so that in the future the school can improve and optimize student learning achievement by discussing with parents so that positive interactions occur in the school environment, outside the school and family

Abstract

Perspektif psikologi dapat menjadi salah satu pendekatan yang efektif dalam mendukung implementasi differentiated instructional pada peserta didik. Dengan adanya penerapan perspektif psikologi, pembelajaran pada sebuah kelas dapat dilakukan diferensiasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan setiap peserta didik. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi perspektif psikologi dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi serta menguji tingkat efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian gabungan antara kualitatif deskriptif serta metode penelitian komparatif. Rancangan pembelajaran tersebut didasarkan pada tiga perspektif psikologi yaitu perspektif kognitif, perspektif intelegensi ganda, serta perspektif preferensi/gaya belajar dalam mendukung penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Implementasi rancangan pembelajaran tersebut dikuatkan dengan efektivitas pembelajaran yang ditunjukkan dengan perbedaan yang signifikan dilihat dari nilai Sig sebesar 0.000 yang lebih kecil dari 0.05. Hal tersebut juga didukung dengan perhitungan mean pada penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang baru sebesar 88.78 lebih besar dari strategi pembelajaran yang lama dengan nilai sebesar 81.09. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan adanya implementasi perspektif psikologi dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the teacher's difficulties in learning mathematics. The lack of teacher ability in designing and implementing learning models is an obstacle to children's success in the process of learning mathematics. The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of students in grade VI Elementary School by using the Problem Based Learning model assisted by zoom meetings. The research used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) of two cycles which previously carried out the pre-cycle stage of action, each cycle consisting of 4 stages: planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. The results obtained from the implementation of the research showed an increase, namely the average value of the test in the first action was 84 and the average value of the second action test was 94 while in the pre-cycle stage the average value was 72. These results indicate that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve student learning outcomes, especially the Class VI Mathematics at SDN 9 Boyolali.

Abstract

This study describes the level of professional competence of teachers in teaching mathematics in elementary schools by utilizing motor skills. The main purpose of this study is to explore and describe the stages of building mathematical concepts through motor skills. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which aims to explain in detail the stages of building mathematical concepts in elementary schools through motor skills. Data were collected through field observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The results showed that: 18 out of 20 teachers (90%) do not understand the motor skills of stepping and jumping as an activity to understand mathematical operations; 17 out of 20 teachers (85%) have a wrong understanding that generalizes the motor skills between Numerical and Round numbers are the same; 19 out of 20 teachers (95%) have an understanding of mathematical operations on Round numbers with memorization methodsĀ

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan penilaian kerja pemimin atas hasil kerja anggota yang dipimpin, dan berkewajiban untuk membangun rasa bahagia pada pegawai saat bekerja. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dapat dilakukan melalui rasa bahagia sebagai bentuk etika epikuros. Metode penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah Para ASN dan NonASN yang bekerja di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Cilegon. Teknik sampling menggunakan Teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 85 pegawai. Alat analisis menggunakan alat statistic dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). hasil temuan adalah kinerja pegawai dapat dimediasikan melalui rasa bahagia, dan faktor yang memengaruhi rasa bahagia adalah faktor kepuasan kerja. Simpulannya, faktor rasa bahagia belum banyak diperhatikan dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai dan faktor yang memengaruhi rasa bahagia adalah kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Character education is an effort to apply religious, moral and ethical values to students through science, assisted by parents, teachers and the community which is very important in the formation and development of students' character. Every child has good potential from birth, but this potential must continue to be honed and socialized properly so that each child's character is formed and develops optimally. The aim of this research is to find out the formation of religious character at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta. This research is included in descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The research results showed that the formation of religious character at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta through the habit of carrying out Duha prayers, reading and memorizing short letters before and after learning begins can foster religious attitudes and noble character and can shape the character of students.

Abstract

Rumah tangga poligami adalah sebuah rumah tangga yang juga diakui legalitasnya oleh pemerintah seperti rumah tangga monogami sebagaimana terdapat dalam Undang-Undang Perkawinan No 1 tahun 1974, walaupun ditentukan juga syarat-syarat untuk dapat berpoligami. Namun, tidak semua wanita sanggup untuk menjalani kehidupan rumah tangga poligami, termasuk menjadi istri kedua. Banyak label yang diberikan oleh banyak pihak misalnya pelakor. Istri kedua sebenarnya juga memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang sama seperti istri pertama. Kajian dalam penelitian ini ingin menganalisis alasan menjadi istri kedua dalam rumah tangga poligami. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan mengambil objek penelitian adalah wanita yang menjadi istri kedua dari suami yang berpoligami yang berada di kota Semarang. Metode analisis data yang dipakai adalah metode analisis kualitatif yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode induksi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan akan sisi-sisi positif dari berumah tangga poligami khususnya wanita yang menjadi istri kedua bahwa ada kebermanfaatan tatkala menjadi istri kedua yang bukan hanya sebatas materi semata-mata melainkan ada unsur kemudahan dalam hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan religiusitas yang akan didapatkan ketika bersuami dibandingkan tidak memiliki suami

Abstract

Globalisasi mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan. Pendidikan menjadi salah satu aspek kehidupan yang terpengaruh oleh globalisasi. Tuntutan sumber daya manusia yang harus bisa berkompetisi di kancah global menjadi tantangan produk dari sistem pendidikan Indonesia. Kualitas pembelajaran yang baik akan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kreativitas tinggi, komunikasi yang baik, berpikir kritis, dan mampu kolaborasi. Kualitas pembelajaran adalah tingkat baik buruknya proses belajar mengajar yang terjadi secara efektif sehingga dapat menghasilkan keberhasilan tujuan yang dicapai. Hal dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran adalah menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif. Model pembelajaran inovatif adalah suatu pendekatan pembelajaran yang menggunakan cara-cara baru yang kreatif dan mengedepankan pemikiran kritis, keterlibatan dan partisipasi aktif peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu model pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat diterapkan adalah model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Model pembelajaran ini bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir peserta didik secara mandiri, kreatif, dan inovatif sehingga mereka dapat menghasilkan ide-ide baru, memecahkan masalah, dan mengaplikasikan pengetahuan dalam kehidupan nyata.
